The Christmas menu TOGO was absolutely outstanding. Excellent in both taste and appearance, the preparation instructions were clear, and the preparation itself was as simple and convenient as promised. Highly recommended.

We opted for the Best Off Buffet. Check out his website for an overview of the buffets. YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION!!! It's essentially a private party for the evening, where he grills for everyone. I find the price-performance ratio somewhat unfair among the buffets. I think €62.50 is quite a lot, BUT: We tasted everything, and there wasn't a single grilled item we had to say, "No, that doesn't taste good." Quite the opposite. What you get here is grilling at a very high level. Despite the price, we were thrilled and will gladly come back. Suggestion for the owner: Toothpicks and cleaning wipes at the end would have made it perfect ;o)

Excellent food at fair prices, fantastic Swabian cuisine, "world-class Sauerbraten," a good wine selection, a cozy atmosphere, super friendly owners – all in all, "small but perfectly formed." We will definitely come back despite the long journey.

It's a shame this restaurant will soon be closing. The food was always good.
