Super friendly service. We were in Dinkelsbühl for two days, and during the night watchman's tour, we passed Weib's Brauhaus and decided to stop there. It looked so inviting, and it was. The beer was very drinkable, and the bread with lard was delicious. The service was the perfect finishing touch. We'll definitely be back.

We had an excellent lunch here on a Friday. We arrived early, which was a good thing. We were shown to a table in the upstairs dining room. The service from the ladies at Weibs Brauhaus was impeccable. Despite the restaurant being packed, they had everything under control. We were served quickly, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The light house beer is superb! The food and drinks were good value for money. The ambiance is simple and rustic. Thanks to the clever soundproofing in the ceilings, walls, and shelving, you can easily have a conversation, even when the restaurant is full. We will definitely eat there again!

A lovely, traditional German restaurant with very friendly service, but unfortunately, there weren't many vegetarian options. The portion of sauerbraten was very generous, while the pumpkin ravioli portion was correspondingly small. I felt a bit like I was being punished for having a juice spritzer instead of beer and not a meat dish. Nevertheless, the ravioli were absolutely delicious.

The food was really good; I highly recommend the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle). The beer was also delicious. Weib's Brauhaus comes highly recommended. Reservations are recommended, otherwise it might be difficult to get a table.

You should definitely try the light beer. The food is good value for money. I personally didn't care for the wheat beer. It was either an exotic wheat beer or a botched brew. We found the ventilation system unpleasant, as it seemed to be constantly blowing exhaust air into the dining room.

Today we visited Weibs Brauhaus in Dinkelsbühl for the third time. Aside from the fact that Dinkelsbühl is always worth a visit (very beautiful historic town center), Weibs deserves top marks in every respect: Super friendly service. Top 👍 Super friendly owner who definitely knows her stuff when it comes to brewing beer. Top 👍 Sensational beer (and I enjoy visiting very good breweries in Bavaria). For me, the best naturally cloudy pale lager in the world. Sensational 👍👍 And another great meal: Onion roast beef and Weibs Pfännle with pork tenderloin. Very, very delicious. 6 out of 5 stars 👍👍👍 We'll be back in December for the Christmas market. We've already booked a room. Thank you very much.

The location is undeniably very good. The ambiance in the dining room is staid, old-fashioned, and initially not very inviting, but I'm explicitly not judging that. At least everything in the room was intact, tidy, and appeared clean. At the prime coffee time on a Sunday, they served a cake. The texture and taste suggested it was a very cheap frozen product, stored at a slightly too warm temperature for too long, with a slight off-flavor in the cream filling. The coffee was good, including the milk-based option. The dishes at our table looked nice and probably tasted okay, except for the whipped cream served with what appeared to be a homemade dish, which was not good. The server was friendly but unmotivated. Perhaps overwhelmed, but there were only two tables occupied, including ours. The food arrived with significant delays, and the second round of drinks was incomplete, which was a shame. We certainly won't be returning; Dinkelsbühl has much better options.

I go to Dinkelsbühl at least once a year; it's my favorite place. When I'm there, the Weibsche Brauhaus is a must. The food is delicious, the drinks are fantastic, and the waiters are really friendly. I'm already looking forward to next year.

A very nice restaurant with tasteful decor, friendly staff, high-quality food that tastes very good, and the prices are on the high side. The portion was too small for the price; I had the pan-fried pork loin, three small loins, and I was still hungry afterward. A little more would have been nice, so it loses one star.

You can tell Google that you're the owner and then adjust the opening hours accordingly... especially if you're closed from August 28th to September 16th, 2025, for vacation. You drive there on a recommendation only to read a note saying you're on vacation... no wonder the restaurant industry is dying out.

Nice brewery with home-brewed beer. Running out of side dishes can happen, but in those cases, you should be flexible enough to allow guests to reorder their meal. Schnitzel with (few, cold) bread dumplings is simply not a good combination for me. The waitress was very unfriendly and made me feel like I was to blame. The question of whether everything was okay shouldn't be rhetorical; anyone who asks that question should also be able to handle criticism. The food itself was okay.

Das Essen ist seit Jahren top und sehr gut gemacht. Vom Salat bis zur Hauptspeise alles lecker... Portionen und Preise sind in einem guten Verhältnis. Zu empfehlen ist auch das selbstgebraute Bier. Der Service ist auf Zack und freundlich. Gerne wieder.

We went to the restaurant for dinner. We initially sat outside, but when it started to rain, we were immediately given a table on the first floor. We had pasta with white and green asparagus and shrimp. Suckling pig cheeks with asparagus. It was deliciously prepared and nicely presented. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. Our dog was also welcome.

Unique. At "Weib's," we found exactly the regional Franconian cuisine we were hoping for: authentic. Fresh. Delicious. No frills or unnecessary gimmicks, but with friendly staff who didn't treat us tourists like we were two-legged wallets. The beer was also great. That's why we went there for dinner and drinks several days straight. A little tip: Reserving a table is essential, as the locals also dine here...

Was here for dinner... service very friendly and very fast, delicious 🍺. However, I was very disappointed with the food... "Weib's Töpfle"... never eaten such tough loin, and the vegetables and the sauce would have benefited from a few spices.

Kurz nach der Eröffnung vor vielen Jahren hatte ich schon einmal das Vergnügen. Der Laden brummt - und wie! Das selbst gebraute Helle schmeckt vom ersten Zug bis zum letzten Schluck nach der fünften Halbe gleichermassen hervorragend. Ganz so vorbehaltlos glücklich konnten wir allerdings mit den Küchenleistungen nicht sein. Die an sich gehaltvolle Bärlauchsuppe war entschieden zu salzlastig. Und was der hoffnungslos überdimensionierte Sahneklecks in der buttrig-schmackhaften Suppe für eine Aufgabe erfüllen soll, erschliesst sich dem Verkoster nicht. Mein Rat: lasst den Blödsinn! Herummäkeln müssen wir zwingend auch beim Biergulasch. Hier mutet man dem handwerklich einwandfreien Gulasch samt der g'schmackigen Biersosse Rigatoni als Sättigungsbeilage zu. Rigatoni - ja Rigatoni als Beilage zum Aufsaugen der Sosse. Sagt mal ehrlich: Habt Ihr sie noch alle? ............ab in die Berufsschule und Nachsitzen. Unsere Servicedame (Chefin???) war der Star des Abends. Eine solche Spitzenkraft hätte ich liebend gerne in meinem eigenen Restaurant. So etwas sieht der Gast gerne, aber leider viel zu selten. FAZIT: Service ausgezeichnet - Küche etwas rustikal - Location nicht uninteressant.

Wie immer sehr gut gegessen. Das Bier ist echt lecker und das Lokal sehr typisch für Dinkelsbühl. Wir mögen es dort sehr. Leider war es echt voll ,der Chef hat uns aber bei sich am Tisch Platz angeboten und wir hatten ein gemütliches Essen mit angenehmer Unterhaltung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es auch gerne weiter.

We were here for the first time yesterday. The waitress was incredibly friendly and asked how we were several times. The "Helle" (light) beer was very, very tasty. The food was quite good. It was very good value for money. We'll be back. You should definitely make a reservation.

I'm only rating the restaurant and the food. I found the atmosphere cozy and warm, and the staff was friendly; there's little to complain about, quite the opposite. However, I was disappointed by the Wiener Schnitzel, which consists of two small patties and a small portion of frozen fries. In my opinion, the quality isn't particularly high, or even below average. I hope they invest a bit more in this area in the future. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening there. Thank you!

Went to the Christmas market in Dinkelsbühl with friends on December 8th, 2024. We had already informed ourselves in advance. because we were looking for a “rustic” restaurant. We chose Weib's Brauhaus. The brewery serves home-brewed beer - only two types - a light one and a wheat beer. Both tasted very good - really tasted like the malt. Each of us had chosen something different to eat - sauerbraten with spaetzle and side salad / pumpkin ravioli with sage butter and porcini mushrooms / pork loin with mushroom sauce and spaetzle / Braumeister pan (beef and pork steak, grilled sausage, bacon) with fried potatoes and beans. Everyone enjoyed their food excellently and there were also fresh mushrooms at the Lendchen and crunchy bacon beans at the Braumeisterpfanne. Except for the pumpkin ravioli, the portions were more than sufficient (e.g. 3 slices of very tender meat for the sauerbraten) The food came quickly and the service at our table was really relaxed, so we felt well looked after. The address has already been noted for the next visit.
