I ordered a chicken leg by phone on June 22, 2025, for pickup at 6 p.m. Despite being informed that the store closes at 5:30 p.m., I was assured that pickup was possible until 6 p.m. because the counter staff would still be there. However, when I arrived at 6 p.m., I was told that there was no reservation. An employee offered to place the order for the next day at the same time. The following day, I returned at 5:45 p.m. – unfortunately, again to no avail, as there was no reservation. The same clerk informed me that hot meals were only served until 5:30 p.m. – a notice that should have been given to me the day before. Slightly annoyed, I expressed my intention to complain – but ultimately, I didn't. The next day, I arrived promptly before 5:30 p.m. and was finally able to pick up the chicken leg. However, the same salesperson rudely informed me that she would no longer serve me in the future because I had mentioned a complaint the day before. Such unprofessional and customer-unfriendly behavior is, in my opinion, absolutely unacceptable. I hope that legitimate criticism is treated respectfully and that reliable statements made to customers are adhered to.

The schnitzel with spaetzle was the worst meal I had on my plate. The schnitzel was raw and cold. The noodles were hard from standing for a long time and the sauce was brown water

The gentleman with brown hair and glasses at the water stand has aggression problems and should see a therapist. I don't know what he's trying to prove with his aggressive behavior, but things like that usually backfire badly :-P but yes, you can gosh behind the counter ;-)

Dirty tables, I had to clean them myself, dirty seat cushions were lying there, unfriendly staff, one of them yelled at the other employee "in front of us customers" because she had probably made a mistake... Unbelievable, we used to go there regularly, but this was the last time!

Was ignored twice by the waitress at the counter this week. It was actually standard practice to buy a liver loaf after shopping. I won't be working there anymore.

Food was okay, had a turkey schnitzel with rice and vegetables. The schnitzel was good, but no longer crispy. The sauce was saved, the rice was unfortunately relatively dry. The staff is friendly. Price-performance ratio is okay.

If things have to go quickly and your culinary expectations are not very high, then you can definitely be satisfied here.

Today we wanted to put 2 slices of meatloaf on the pretzel rolls we bought from the bakery, but unfortunately they didn't make it for us. Now we get everything from the bakery, which also has meatloaf. Thanks !

Spontaneous guests are obviously not very welcome. After regular guests arrived, an employee asked us to vacate the place in a "cordial" tone. No alternative place was offered. We skipped breakfast here. 1 star is actually too much.

If you love typical German food (with a Bavarian twist), this is the place for you; Large selection, tastefully prepared, reasonably priced and the staff at the counter is friendly - what more could you want?

Great value for money. Very large selection of all kinds of dishes to suit the time of day. I can only recommend it.
