Took 35 minutes to cook loaded fries/ chicken strips, and then the bag with the food had spiders inside of it. tried to get a refund but they said no and they would re-do the order but not do a refund. the loaded fries chicken was undercooked as well and was horrible, it’s a statutory right to have a refund if the quality of the food is not on standards, and should be especially if the food has spiders inside the bag of the food. i was told “ the food was in a container” so the spiders were not in contact with the food, and then i was told that there wasn’t any spiders in side of the bag. The manager was clearly an idiot himself and didn’t even speak during this and made his colleague speak to me.

Suddenly closed and cleared out since last week.

Offer according to the sign €10.99 for each menu. At the checkout then €12.99 because Douple Beef has 2 patties. No egg for Farmer Burger and no sheep cheese for the Shep Chese

The delivery period was constantly pushed back. Unfortunately I had to wait almost more than 2 hours for my food. The delivery man was friendly. The order with burger, fries, side dish and a drink was complete, still warm and very tasty. They switched from cardboard to Styrofoam packaging. The quality of the dishes was good, although the burgers were bigger. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price is not really justified. It's a shame, but the store has great potential if delivery didn't take so long.

Poor price-performance ratio, quality needs to be improved considering the price. But I go to my regular shop in Kiel to eat worlds better food

1. Music too loud. 2. You have to open drinks yourself and take them to the table. 3. Many things that are on the menu are not available. 4. too expensive (1 Fanta, 1 Cola) 8€

The food is good but every single time which I come they don’t have something from what I’m ordering or is the Soße or it’s the meet from the burger

We had the double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The food was delicious and very plentiful. The service was ok and the burger was on the table after 10 minutes. The guest room is quite dark. There was a sink in the guest room, but unfortunately there was no soap or paper towels.

Ordered and waited 45 minutes for the food. The meat wasn't cooked through... It wasn't worth it for the money. Never again unfortunately 👎🏻

Were there today, the burger was very tasty and the contents were fresh, the sweet patatos were also very tasty. It is well maintained there and the ambience is very convincing and is very nicely decorated. Service was very nice and the waiting time was short. Price performance is also good for the location there. The only point of criticism is the stairs where you go to the sanitary area, but it's not bad because you have a sink at the top where you can wash your hands, but at the end of the day you're there to eat their food and not go to the sanitary area to do your business perform. Thanks to the "Want Beef" service!

The staff was incompetent, the food was served cold and didn't taste good, and part of the order was missing. After other customers who had arrived after us received their food, when I inquired I was told that they had forgotten me and the order had been lost. After another hour of waiting, the food was brought to me. We were offered chicken sticks as compensation, but they tasted like poor quality meat. The burger was very dry and didn't taste good either. Not again!

More than disappointed. Price performance is an absolute disgrace. The kitchen is open and visible, all well and good. But nobody seems to care about hygiene. Along with the gloves for cooking, a hand brush and a kerchief from the back room were also used so that we could then touch the food again without putting on new gloves. In addition, all the employees in the store were in such a bad mood that I felt really uncomfortable. And for takeaway food for 4 people, we waited 40 minutes and some of the orders were wrong. That was the last time.

Das Essen schmeckt nicht , ungesalzen nicht gewürzt und die Mitarbeiter waren frech. Der Koch hat mit meiner Bestellung verwechselt und hat mir ein Patty statt zwei gegeben und als ich ihm das gesagt das das nicht komplett verwechselt sondern einfach ein neues Patty darauf gestellt, essen war kalt

I've been going to Want Beef for years. Last time the lollo salad was replaced with cheap iceberg lettuce. This time we didn't have any lettuce on it at all. The Classic Fries, which had been around for years, were replaced by regular fries. Savings are being made at every turn, and this is now also reflected in the quality. Very unfortunate!

A few years ago I was here and thought to myself "not bad, but it doesn't blow my mind." Thought I'd try it again, but it stayed exactly the same. The selection is good and the sides are also impressive. But in terms of taste it was only mediocre; not bad, but not a treat either. The sweet potato fries were very tasty, but the double cheeseburger was not convincing in terms of taste. I also think the prices here are excessive. Sauces that cost €2 or more are too expensive. Overall I spent €22 with cola, which is cheaper and tastes better for me. We were served in a friendly manner and the lady patiently explained a few things to me. The food came quickly, the decor and location/view are good. Overall, no disappointment, but no positive surprise either.

Small self-service shop, but burgers and fries were very tasty

Unfortunately our visit was not as positive as other customers. By 6 p.m., a large number of the ingredients and side dishes were missing, so the burger menus were supplemented with other standard side dishes (including house sauces). The paddies weren't exactly a treat either. Not enough for the price. Maybe we just caught a bad day from the team, but based on experience it was our last visit here and there are plenty of other options nearby.

Allerletzter Laden!!!! Essen bestellt, nach 1 Std steht dort wird bald eintreffen. Nach weiteren 45 min, nichts passiert!!! Telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen, angeblich wird das Essen jeden moment eintreffen! Fazit weitere 50 min später, kein Essen und es geht nicht mal mehr jemand ans Telefon!!!!! Vor ein paar Monaten das gleiche Spiel, angeblich hatte der Fahrer einen Unfall. Es hat 3 Wochen gedauert bis wir das Geld wieder hatten! Denn essen gab's keins mehr!!! Geschäftsführer ist nie zu sprechen!

I ordered twice for delivery and that was the last time. !!!! The first time, according to them, when I asked where the order was, the car was defective. I waited 4 weeks for a refund of the invoices I paid. The second time I ordered, I called after 1 3/4 hours to find out where the food was, which according to the app should have been with me for half an hour. I was told that the food was on the way. They couldn't tell me when it would arrive. The food hadn't arrived for another 35 minutes and no one was answering the phone. Great local

Ansich Super laden gutes Essen aber man wartet fast ne Stunde auf sein Essen

Vielleicht hätte ich nicht den Fehler machen sollen, direkt nach Kapstadt in Siegen nach einem guten Burger suchen zu wollen. Nicht gut, aber mir wurde von meinen Begleitern gesagt ich wäre wohl zu verwöhnt?!?

Am Freitag zum Essen dort gewesen. Doppeltes Cheeseburger Menü. Der Cheeseburger war das langweiligste und geschmackloseste überhaupt. Nur ein Tropfen Sauce , Bacon so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Für 20 € eine verdammt schlechte Erfahrung

Leckere Burger und Pommes. Alles frisch und heiß auf dem Teller. Personal war freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wartezeit war auch super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Nach langer Zeit nochmal im Laden gewesen. Was eins so gut war, aber nicht mehr ist. Wir haben 3 Burger bestellt davon war einer vegetarisch. Nicht nur das die Pommes vom Fleischburger auf den Vegetarier Teller kamen sondern der Salat auf den Burger war nicht mehr frisch. Er war dunkel und wabbelich, so einen Salat würde keiner mehr kaufen. Pommes waren ok, Fleischburger waren wohl auch gut. Aber von 5 Sterne muss ich auf mindestens 3 runter!!

Kleines klimatisches Restaurant, leider mit etwas dreckigen Tischen und Besteck 🤷🏻‍♂️ Das Essen ist ein Genuß für Hamburger Fans 🍔 👍 Die Toiletten sind hier eine kleine Herausforderung, weil man mit einer etwas engen und wackeligen Wendeltreppe eine Etage tiefer gelangen muss, wenn man seine Nase pudern möchte. Für einen dünnen Spargel, wie mich, war es kein Problem, aber für etwas stimmiger gebaute Menschen könnte es schon abenteuerlich werden 😉

Ich kann hier leider nicht mehr die volle Anzahl der Sterne geben! Ihr wart mal besser! Das Personal ist zwar sehr nett, aber da ist keiner mehr vom Fach! Weder im Service noch in der Küche! Wenn ich für ein Burger-Menü fast 25€ zahle, dann sollte es schon etwas Besonderes sein! Aber die Qualität entsprach der von den bekannten Fastfoodketten! Das Fleisch war fast todgebraten trocken! Beim Spiegelei das Gleiche! Der Salat war einfach drauf gematscht! Und das bei einer Wartezeit von fast 45 Minuten, obwohl der Laden mit vier Pärchen nicht gerade stark besucht war! Die Pommes waren das Highlight des Essens, die waren dann mal gut! Knusprig und auch vom Geschmack in Ordnung! Beim Service frag ich mich dann, ob die es in Lokalen auch so gewöhnt sind, dass der Tisch schon desinfiziert wird wenn sie noch am Tisch sitzen!?! Gut, sie hat im Vorfeld gefragt, aber wenn der Gast „Nein“ sagt, dann ist das „Nein“! Also bei 25€ für das Menü müsst Ihr wieder ein bisschen an Euch arbeiten und bessere Leistung bringen!

Wer einen Burger bei Want Beef in Siegen isst wird nicht enttäuscht. Die Angestellten bieten einen wirklich total netten Service und sind auch sehr Hilfreich dabei passende Saucen auszusuchen. Man fühlte sich willkommen. Ich persönlich kann nur sagen super lecker.

Der Italia Burger war super lecker, sehr frisch und sättigend. Der Mittagsdeal ist super, preislich top kann man nichts gegen sagen. Die Lokation ist etwas dunkel, ist aber alles Geschmackssache. Würde wieder hingehen, sehr zu empfehlen!

Burger: Italy Burger, Einfach unglaublich gut. Pommes: Sweet Potatoe Fries, knusprig mit sehr gutem Dip. Kurzum, das Essen war Mega. Dauer für die Zubereitung: 25 Minuten, obwohl „nur“ 4 Leute vor mir bestellt haben. Heads-Up: WC ist nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Ich werde hier definitiv noch einmal Essen gehen!!.

Meine bessere Hälfte liebt die Burger hier, es schmeckt auch wirklich gut, Preis-Leistung ist gegeben.

Die Burger hier sind wirklich sehr gut und preislich fair gehalten. Die Pommes sind ebenfalls knackig und die Saucen lecker. Wenn man einen Burger in Siegen essen möchte, sollte man auf jeden Fall dieses Restaurant besuchen.

For my opinion it is very expensive, if you have to order at the counter. Cutlery was not even brought to us with the meal. And we were told whether we wanted the burger in a combo, it would be cheaper if you wanted a drink and fries anyway, but in the end it was only a €1.50 discount where the drink was €3.50 and the fries were charged at €4.00! Definitely too much!

Amazing burgers but service is a bit slow. However, when you finally get your burger, it is so worth it.

Ein Vorzeigeschild der Burger-Kulinarik des Siegerlandes! Von Bürgern über jegliche Art von Fritten, Bowls, Softgetränken, liebevoll gestalteten Milkshakes, Cocktails, alles dabei! Immer ein Besuch Wert für jeden der von weiter weg kommt oder gerade mit mehr oder weniger Hunger durch die Siegener Innenstadt schlendert. 👍

Kleines Restaurant mit Self Service. Dafür fand ich die Preise etwas zu teuer. Der Burger war ok. DIe Pommes in unterschiedlichen Varianten durchschnittlich.

Ich musste diesen einen Punkt geben, damit ich überhaupt eine Bewertung schreiben kann. Habe heute eine Bestellung um ca. 17:30 Uhr über Lieferando aufgegeben. Dieser wurde bestätigt und es wurde eine Lieferzeit von max. 40 Minuten angegeben. Nach 30 Minuten wurde per Lieferando App angegeben, dass die Bestellung bald zugestellt wird. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde kam weiterhin nichts und ich habe im Laden angerufen. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung jeden Augenblick eintreffen müsse. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde tat sich immer noch nichts und ich habe erneut den Laden angerufen. Nach einem sehr unfreundlichen Gespräch und der mehrmaligen Aufforderung eine genauere Info zu meiner Bestellung abzugeben, wurde prompt aufgelegt. Nach ca. 6-7 Minuten wurde ich angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung "untergetaucht" sei. Dies erschien mir ziemlich widersprüchlich, weil mir bei dem vorherigen kurzen und unfreundlichen Telefonat mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Bestellung aus dem Haus sei. Die Dame am Telefon hat ziemlich frech gesagt, dass sowas mal vorkommen kann und hat sich kurz und knapp mit einem "Sorry" entschuldigt. Letztendlich kam die Bestellung um 19:25 Uhr an. Kurze Info: Laut Navi bin ich 5,1 km von dem Laden entfernt. Zudem: Pommes labbrig, ein bestellter Burger konnte nicht gegessen werde, da der Patty ziemlich roh bis medium war. Wollte nur meinen Sonntagabend genießen und einen leckeren Burger essen. Für 37 Euro (ganze Bestellung) habe ich weder das eine noch das andere bekommen. Danke für NICHTS!! Es war meine aller letzte Bestellung. Definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Essen 3/10 Service 0/10 Lieferzeit 0 /10

Haben eine Stunde auf 2 Burger mit Fries gewartet. Die Tische neben uns (die sich erst viel später hingesetzt haben) haben alle ihr Essen schon bekommen. Auf die Frage was mit unserem Essen sei. Kam nur “wir haben die Bons vertauscht” Kein Getränk oder ähnliches aus Kulanz. Kein Gar nichts. Das kam in letzterzeit öfter vor das irgendwas vertauscht wurde und wir ewig auf unser Essen warten mussten. Bin bis jetzt immer sehr gerne her gekommen aber das wird sich in Zukunft wahrscheinlich dann ändern.

Inte värd pengarna, smakar inte alls gott. En av menyerna var jätte salt och personalen var inte trevliga över huvudtaget. Dyrt och inte prisvärt. Hade önskat mig mycket mer.

Want beef hat seit kurzem einen Lieferservice. Ich habe Verständis für jede verzögerung aufgrund von Corona und allem andere. Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt und mit Paypal bezahlt. Unsere Bestellung ging um 18:25 ein. Ich schreie diese Bewerbung um 22:46. Das Essen ist immer noch nicht da. Wir haben mehrmald angerufen. Öfters wurde einfach nicht dran gegangen und wenn hieß es immer das essen ist auf dem Weg. Um 20.00Uhr meinten sie das sie Probleme mit Lieferrando hatten und gleich sofort da wären. Ich hab immer noch hunger. Bin maßlos enttäuscht

Normally (and overall), my husband and I would give this place 5 stars. We love the atmosphere and the food at Want Beef here in Siegen. I really like this place and we want to keep coming back as customers. We were there for lunch last week after running a few errands in the city. After we had decided what we want, my husband steps up in line to order and the cashier, a young lady with light brown hair, takes his order but does it with the worst attitude. She rolled her eyes and acted like we were wasting her time. She shoved the forms for us to fill out and that vibration device that notifies you when you're order is ready and just walked off. All he did was state what he and I wanted to eat. Nothing more. We fill out the form and go outside to sit down and looked at each other like "what just happened...?". I go back to the dispensers to get some mayo and she's still in the back, smiling and chatting it up with another coworker and staring at her phone. I wanted to ask for the manager but had to calm down and tried to let it go. She was treating other patrons the same way so we just ate our food and left. I guess it's bothering me because I've experienced the whole Servicewüste atmosphere in other places, but I honestly wasn't expecting it here. I really want to come back but if anyone working there is reading this, talk to your employees working the front about having a good attitude. It's not that hard. I've worked in service before, I get that it can be tiring at times, but there was no excuse for this. Nobody, including the 5 other patrons after us, were being weird or demanding to her.

Extrem schlechter Service. Mussten bei mäßig besuchtem Laden super lange warten. Die Angestellten scheinen eher mit sich selbst beschäftigt zu sein als sich um die Kunden zu kümmern.

Die Burger und Fries sind sehr lecker! Nach Bestellung wartet man meistens 5-10 Minuten auf sein Essen, dafür bekommt man dieses aber auch jedesmal frisch zubereitet! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein leckerer, frischer Burger! Wir haben auch sehr gute und süße Lemoniade getrunken. Wir haben in 5 Personen besucht, jede hat anderen Burger genommen und alle waren total super. Vorbereitungzeit war kurz. Team ist sehr freundlich und hilsfreich. Nur zu empfehlen!!!! :)

Die Burger werden hier frisch zubereitet, vom Grill mit frisch gebackenen Buns. Was will man mehr... stimmt die Pommes sind für mich eine der besten die ich je gegessen habe... Berichte sagen, dass die Süßkartoffelpommes (nicht mein Ding) toll sind und die Nachtische sehen sensationell aus, auch wenn ich die noch nicht probieren konnte (zu satt); ich hatte den Sonderburger mit Raclettekäse, ein Traum! Das sehr kleine Lokal ist hübsch eingerichtet, es gibt ein Waschbecken, so dass man sich mal schnell die Hände waschen kann. Getränke nimmt jeder selbst aus einem Kühlschrank. Man bekommt einen Funkpieper und wird informiert wenn der Burger fertig ist. Im Winter ist es halt wirklich voll, aber - das sind die Burger wert.

Wir haben heute das Neueröffnete Restaurant Want Beef in Koblenz am Löhr Center besucht. Die Inneneinrichtung und die Karte sprach uns an. Als das Essen kam (beide einen Chickenburger mit Pommes) stellten wir fast das es halt irgendwie eine Mischung aus Mc Donalds und KFC war. Geschmacklich nach fertig Sachen und die Pommes waren nicht alle durch. Wir haben auch richtig Geld für s essen bezahlt. Versucht es vielleicht gefällt es euch!

Sehr leckere Burger und Pommes in einem typischen Self-Service-Restaurant. Wir haben draußen gesessen, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Abholung (per Funkgerät wird Bescheid gegeben), einfach, unkompliziert und wirklich gut!
