The location of the beer garden is ideal, directly on the federal hiking trail in the 7-Mühlental. Beautifully shaded by deciduous trees in summer and in spring or autumn you can also catch warming rays of sunshine. The service at the counter is friendly, quick and well organized, the rest of the service is done by the guest themselves. The dishes are prepared quickly and taste quite good, clearly convenience products are also used here, which is legitimate in this kind of gastronomy, but a lot It is also freshly prepared and the quality is right. So we think price/performance is OK! And we like to come here.

After the price-performance ratio had decreased in the past, I was now standing thirsty in front of the closed beer garden after a long stretch on the bike. Sorry, a beer garden that closes in the middle of summer makes no sense.

Quite a nice beer garden, but closing for two weeks, and I don't think that's that great in the high season, that wouldn't have been the case with the previous one, that's how you annoy your customers

Very nice beer garden. Well located for cycling. But there is also enough parking space for cars. The food offering is good. I find the beer selection particularly positive (Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr and luckily no Schönbuch).

I thought 30 euros in a beer garden far outside of Munich for a breaded schnitzel with fries (16 euros), a bratwurst (6 euros), a small mineral water and a large Sprite was wow. It was a schnitzel the size of a woman's hand (diet breading) with a normal amount of fries. The sausage lay somewhat lonely on the large plate, accompanied by two thin slices of rye bread. In terms of decoration, it's not an issue if it's a simple beer garden. I'm not an XL fan either, the only question here is: Who am I, what do I want to be? Either someone was too ambitious when calculating the price or it's supposed to be a fancy beer garden, which is reflected in the prices. The lavender pots on each table definitely fit (looks really pretty!). Tip: It's better not to charge for everyone's 0.5 liter drink size without asking, as this creates a sales panic. If you're thirsty, ask for a large glass yourself. Keep your fingers crossed!

The service isn't quite as fast as the previous owner, but the food on offer is better for my taste. Unfortunately there is currently a mosquito problem, very annoying, but not as bad as the wasp infestation in the Weiler Hütte a few years ago

Nice beer garden, well the food isn't that great, but it's not a restaurant but a beer garden. So everything is good. Service, it's self-service, so no service. Still a recommendation for a cozy drink.

Just right for the stopover that many cyclists make there. IMPORTANT: New tenant, new enthusiasm, some new dishes. The portions are fresh, plentiful, and quite tasty for a beer garden. For +/- € 10 each, you can get salad with schnitzel strips, sausage salad (classic or with cheese) with delicious farmer's bread, tarte flambée, Maultaschen or meat cakes with potato salad and other delicacies, such as chili con carne, which you can enjoy in a classic beer garden -Menu awaits and more. The “Red” or Rostbratwurst with farmer’s bread, for just under €6, and the Saitenwürstle with potato salad for €7.90 are of course not to be missed either. Everything is rock solid! There are fries from the deep fryer to keep the little ones happy too. The new landlady and her team are friendly, humorous and very accommodating. An absolute ray of hope in the often dark “service sky”! The drinks are fresh and the selection is plentiful. Even the coffee tastes good! Great importance is also placed on cleanliness and empty ashtrays. We'll be back. And one more thing, dear readers: it is and remains a beer garden and not a fine restaurant! From this point of view, we give five stars everywhere...

Nice beer garden, food and drink was good. But the door in the men's toilet is broken and can no longer be locked. So every minute someone comes in while you're sitting on the pot. That doesn't work at all.

A successful new start after a change of tenant, the menu is still small but good, draft beer is good, until everything is settled in, the service is also good, nice shady beer garden, endless parking spaces

Man sitzt sehr schön im Grünen und es gibt auch genug natürlichen Schatten. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden und für Radler und Wanderer liegt der Biergarten auch ideal. Leider ist mittlerweile die Qualität der Speisen gesunken. Der Wurstsalat ist inzwischen ohne Käse und auch kleiner als in der Vergangenheit.

Die Leute sind sehr nett. Leider hat mich der Leberkäse nicht überzeugt da so geschmeckt hat als wäre er lange gebraten worden und später kurz aufgewärmt.

Schöner Biergarten am Wald mit Schattenplätzen und Spielplatz. Alles Selbstbedienung was für mich ok ist, leider ist die Qualität des Essens nicht akzeptabel.

Sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheiten unter Bäumen und Sonnenschirmen. Parkplatz direkt nebenan und der Rad/Fußweg durch das 7 Mühlental führt direkt daran vorbei.

Das Essen ist gut und wenn man mit Fahrrad ankommt, gibt es gute Fahrras-Stellplätze mit Reperaturecke. Besonderes schön ist für die Kinder. Der Spielplatz ist super mit viel Schatten, dazu Naturnah...

Kleiner netter Biergarten mit kleiner Speisekarte.

Liegt unmittelbar am Radweg durch das Sieben Mühlen Tal. Biergarten typische Gerichte und Tageskarte mit Speziellen Gerichten. Reichlich Fahrradparkpätze vorhanden.

Die Spareribs waren durch, aber untypisch gewürzt (nicht lecker). Der Salat war wohl lecker. Die Pommes waren weder gesalzen noch gewürzt - für Kinder ideal. Sie haben sie gerne gegessen. Ketchup kommt man kostenlos nachholen. Alkoholfreies Radler gab es nicht. Das Ambiente besteht aus Bierbänken unter Bäumen. Nichts besonderes. Der Spielplatz besteht aus einer Rutsche und zwei Schaukeln sowie einem Tau, an dem man den Waldboden runterklettern kann.

Liegt direkt am Radweg 😀 toller Biergarten, lohnt sich immer wieder dort einen Einkehrschwung einzulegen.

Die Preise sind etwas teuer und das Essen ist und bleibt nicht das beste in der Umgebung, das können kleinere Biergarten besser und günstiger. Sonst alles ok.

Gaststätte im Wald mit großem Außenbereich. Dieser könnte etwas schöner gestaltet werden. Etwas ungemütlich! Das Essen war überwiegend gut (guter Wurstsalat , gutes Schnitzel) ! ABER: eiskalter Kartoffelsalat geht überhaupt nicht. Ansonsten ist der Wirt sehr bemüht, alles gut zu machen und auch Extrawünsche zu erfüllen. Leider hapert es sehr am Service. Die kleine Tochter vom Wirt war - zumindest als wir dort gewesen sind - die einzige Servicekraft. Sie war sehr bemüht, aber hat wirklich nicht viel Ahnung davon, wie es im Service sein sollte. Sie hilft wohl einfach im kleinen Familienbetrieb mit. Der Wirt selber ist sehr freundlich und herzlich! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Enjoyed the original beer garden atmosphere popular with cyclists and weekend hikers alike. The garden is very cosy and even in hot weather, the air is cool and lots of shade by large trees is provided. Food choices are traditionally Swabian/German with some international dishes and fresh summer salads as well. You order and pay first. Then you get your drinks served right away and receive a ticket stub for your meal. Once the latter is prepared, your ticket stub number is called via the PA - and you can go and pick it up at the kitchen counter. After your meal, you bring the empty dishes, cutlery, bottles and/or glasses cups to a third window counter - receiving all the "dirty dishes". A very simple, fast and efficient system - and waiting times even on a busy Sunday lunch time was no longer than 10-15 minutes for the food. The latter was of good portion size and tasted quite nicely. If you enjoy a rustic lunch/dinner experience and favor traditional German dishes (lots of meat and chips, of course), then this is for you. You can also have "coffee & cake" in the afternoon - and just enjoy the typical beer garden atmosphere. Parking and bathroom facilities are also quite adequate, safe and clean. So, what's not to like? Well, prices are a bit on the higher side - and if you come with a large family or group costs can add up quickly. I paid EUR 15.- for a "Schnitzel mit Pommes" and a "Spezi" drink. For me, that price was fine - and well worth it. I would surely consider coming back again.

Es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, bei den Preisen zieht es dir die Schlappen aus.

Essen ist toll, für Selbstbedienung jedoch nicht günstig. Man sitzt kühl im Wald, jedoch fehlt dem Ambiente ein bisschen Klarheit. Service nur 3 Sterne, da es halt SB ist, alle jedoch freundlich.

Gut für einen kleinen Stopp am unteren Ende des Siebenmühlentals. Speisen sind deftig, man sitzt gut und im Schatten. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Wurstsalat und halbe 15€ Wurstsalat ohne Käse oder Schwarzwurst,nach nichts geschmeckt früher war es sehr viel besser und der Preis 10,50 € für bißchen Wurstsalat naja. Bier geht immer 🤷‍♂️

Ein Ort der von der Lage lebt. Was gibt es schöneres als nach einer Wanderung in einem schattigen Biergarten ein kühles Getränk zu sich zu nehmen. Das passt hier. Das Essen hat mich allerdings nicht so wirklich überzeugt.

Netter kleiner Biergarten. Schön unter vielen schatzenspendenden Bäumen gelegen. Kleiner Spielplatz für die Kids. Alles in Selbstbedienung. Auswahl grundsätzlich gut. Getränke prima. Beim Essen bin ich aber enttäuscht. Viel TK und convenience Produkte. Das ist auch für das preis-Niveau deutlich zu wenig. Spareribs, Schnitzel sind Fertigprodukte ohne pep. Schade.
