Wabu Sushi Und Ramen in Hamm

Friendly service, miso soup and edamame on the house. Miso soup was great. Edamame were cold but ok. Had wafu ramen. Unfortunately it was underground. Beef was like a musty cardboard box, pasta was overcooked and really not good. Broth was really crappy. Since I was hungry, I forced myself a portion. Under other circumstances I wouldn't have eaten this. Sorry dear Wabu team but maybe you shouldn't offer ramen soup in the future. But it could also be because I'm a "city dweller" and am used to a different standard. I rarely write reviews but it was really hard tonight. Update: After sleeping on it for a night, I have to add to my entry: This was by far the worst "food" I've ever had in a restaurant. Really really happy! I read the reviews a bit. Sushi seems to be popular. Everyone who ordered ramen gave it 1 star...

I ordered it before and was happy with everything, there was a whole set of cutlery, sauces and wasabi. Today I placed an order, the courier was 30 minutes late, there was no cutlery or sauces, this time the service was bad

The sushi and bowls are very good. Everything is super fresh and creatively prepared. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The price-performance ratio here is unbeatable. Deliveries also come quickly and easily.

Although the external and internal presentation of the store leaves something to be desired, the store definitely scores points with the food. As a starter I ordered the miso soup, which was served relatively quickly, even though the store had a lot of takeaway orders. In addition, the edamamen beans were distributed to the guests at the expense of the house to whet their appetite, which surprised me positively. I may have eaten authentically good sushi once and this time I wasn't disappointed, on the contrary I really enjoyed the sushi. My personal favorite is the Ebi Tempura roll. As a final word, I recommend that anyone who appreciates the art of cooking pay a visit to Wabu.

I have never eaten such delicious sushi, good service and a nice, quiet atmosphere.

Delivery was over 90 minutes late and then some of the delivery was wrong, without any accommodation in any way. Never again!!!!!

Beautiful plates. But that's where it ends. Unfortunately everything was completely overcooked and mushy. Service wasn't present at all so that you could complain or say something about it. Tables dirty and empty. We had two different noodles and both tasted the same... It tasted mostly of paprika powder and eggplant. Unfortunately never again

What is that please? 43 charged although a total of 27€ was calculated. Of the 7 things ordered, 2 were missing and one was delivered incorrectly. The driver doesn't speak German and the local can't be reached. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN

The sushi is really good! I don't think it's suitable for eating on site. Is very small, there is no outside area and felt a bit out of place there. Definitely highly recommended for ordering or picking up. The service was nice but perhaps a bit overwhelmed. It got busier around 8 p.m.

Excellent sushi restaurant. There were starters as a greeting from the kitchen, something you're not used to anymore (but miso soup, for example, used to be standard). The portions here were regular and not slimmed down. The sushi, whether cold or warm, was great and is certainly one of the best I know. Even specialties like tamago were available and prepared in a nuanced way, as it should be but as it is rarely done. If I'm in Hamm again, this restaurant is a must visit.

Ordered 70 sushi and unfortunately the menu is dominated by breaded fried sushi. it tastes good, but it's too hearty. A few classic light sushis would have improved the menu.

Went to Wabu for the first time today and really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very kind and accommodating. We ordered ramen, sushi, yakisoba and teriyaki chicken. Everything was delicious, especially the teriyaki chicken and sushi! We had miso soup and edamame at home, which was really generous! We can't wait to go back

Everything was delicious, especially the chicken teriyaki and the sushi! We got miso soup and edamame on the house, which was really generous! We look forward to visiting again.

Went there for the first time today with a friend. Totally inconspicuous from the outside, but surprisingly cozy and cute on the inside. The food was super fresh and delicious. The house even gave us free edamame and soup to welcome us. Great value for money. Can only recommend it.

We also got miso soup and edamame on the house. The service was also excellent, very attentive, we were looked after very well. We can only recommend the restaurant :) If we are in Hamm again, we will definitely come back!

We were there for the first time on Saturday and were thrilled. The restaurant is inconspicuous from the outside but beautifully modern inside. The service was very nice and the food came quickly. Ordered here for the first time, the food was delivered on time and the driver was very nice. We ordered the Yakisoba noodles with chicken twice, it was very tasty, but my roommate wasn't that keen on it, I for one will definitely eat again on site if possible, since as a single person the minimum order value is €25 a little too much. The food we ate was delicious and hot. The ice cream we ordered is in the chest and will definitely not get very old ;)

Came across the store online today by chance and paid a spontaneous visit and it was more than worth it. A cozy atmosphere, great service, which is attentive and serves you politely. The food was pretty tasty. Unbeatable value for money. The appetizers were on the house. For the main course we had udon noodles with vegetables and beef and various sushi. Everything was very tasty and we will definitely visit the store more often.

We had frames and uddon noodles. We took four different sushi dishes with us. The food on site was great. The sushi was partly dry, but tasted good. The restaurant and the toilets could use a new coat of paint! Apart from that good.

It was my first time at Wabu and I thought it was delicious. As a starter we had chicken teriyaki which was a decent portion. The sushi rolls were pretty big, so you'll get full very quickly :) Great service and apparently halal too.

Soooo. I first complained that I waited over 2 hours. Unfortunately there were difficulties with the app and the boss apologized 1000 times and gave us food on the house as compensation :) I've never had better service from any delivery service :) Food tastes bomb as always!!

We ended up here by chance and were completely pleasantly surprised. Very nice reception, very clean and tidy. The waiting time was short and there was a small “greeting from the kitchen”. The food was extremely tasty... We live about 80 km away, but when we visit Hamm we will come back.

Ordered yesterday, food was supposed to come about 1 1/2 hours later, but it was there 45 minutes later. Delicious, so far satisfied. Called from the restaurant today, apologized for the long wait and offered a meal on the house. I was tempted to just accept it, but then I told the truth, no late delivery, everything was fine. That's nice customer service, that's how you retain customers :)

What a surprise! The two of us went there for dinner for the first time today. The location is hardly tempting and from the outside you wouldn't suspect that such a small, stylish shop is hidden there. In keeping with Valentine's Day, fresh petals on the table and a very friendly welcome and accompaniment throughout the evening! As a greeting from the kitchen came edamame and miso soup. Delicious 😋 We ordered a sushi platter for two people. Great sushi, definitely a treat! Great price and very nice there. I'll definitely come back more often!

The best sushi we have ever eaten!!!! Seaweed salad, sushi and the udon noodles were super delicious!!!! Everything is very, very fresh. Will definitely order here again! The employee on the phone was very nice and gave us free drinks.

I didn't eat there myself. But I ordered there and because I had no plan for sushi, I ordered things that didn't really have anything to do with sushi. When I found out over the phone that I had ordered total nonsense, the worst thing happened. The owner told me to come by the next day and get a sushi plate (€25) for free. Where is there something like that? That service and satisfaction come before money? Among other things, he wanted to prove to me how great his sushi is. And guys, it's really delicious!!! I can only recommend it. P.s. Get the store's app instead of ordering from Lieferando, which will save you a lot of costs ☝️

This restaurant deserves much more attention! Best sushi in Hamm, there is even super delicious ramen (also veggie) and many dishes from Asian cuisine. The miso soup and edamame were on the house and the food was just perfect. The owner is super personable and food came very quickly (and everything was fresh!). I always enjoy going there. Small deduction: It's a bit cold in the shop but the soup makes you warm 😝🍵

Das Sushi war sehr lecker! Frisch zubereitet, was man definitiv schmeckt! Generell könnte es im Laden ein bisschen sauberer sein. Ansonsten wirkt das Ambiente sehr authentisch und gemütlich.

Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich nur für mich persönlich ist die Location nichts ,da an der wand (wo die eingangstür ist) eine Sitzfläche als Platte ist,die viel zu hoch ist um gemütlich am Tisch zu sitzen.Mit den Preisen für Sushi kenn ich mich mittlerweile auch gut aus UDN im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Sushi Möglichkeiten in Hamm (und generell) ist das fair für die Qualität usw. .Man geht hier essen und man weiß alles ist den Qualität und Sauberkeit Standarts gemäß eingehalten ,man kann mit einem guten Gewissen hier essen gehen.

Service perfekt, das Essen wird sauber und ordentlich serviert. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort und wird sehr gut empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen.
