Real disaster......calzone ordered and arrived black, basically bodily harm with long-term consequences. Called and they quickly brought a new one anyway...and what happened? Black again 🤬 how can you treat your customers like that when you know that this was the reason for the complaint. Conclusion: never order here again..... period

The food was excellent and rich. The service was friendly and the entire restaurant seemed very clean.

I was there and ordered a burger with a portion of fries. The food was a complete disaster! The fries were cold and soggy, the bread from the burger was dry, the meat was undercooked and almost raw and the salad looked like it was a month old. The staff was very unfriendly and the tables were not clean at all. Is not recommended!! I have a stomach ache from not having fun!!!

I ordered fries and hamburgers and they didn't taste good at all. I ate in the stall, fries were cold and weren't fully fried, hamburger meat was dry, salad wasn't fresh and the bread was like it had been prepared for a week, unfriendly staff, the tables weren't clean. Is not recommended!

It has a thick sign on it for the new opening times and probably can't read it because it was closed 30 minutes earlier and it was a shame it had to take an extra long time to get there

The food was burnt and with the pizza I ordered 2 doner pizzas but they gave and ham pizza and we had another pizza that was completely burnt and when we ordered we had to wait over an hour for it so I have never been so disappointed for a meal like this

Sorry, but that borders on fraud or audacity, Two weeks ago I pre-ordered a large kebab and filled pizza rolls with kebab meat, picked them up and saw at home that it wasn't even a medium kebab that was stuffed with aluminum foil... then the rolls, well, in the photos themselves. Yesterday I gave the store another chance and ordered again and asked about it but there was no response, which is a shame

My fiancé and I ordered from you via Lieferando. The food was expired. My pasta tasted totally sour and watery like the broccoli in the pasta. The pizza rolls were still raw on the inside.

Good quality fast food/pizzeria/döner kebab. You shouldn't look closely at the sanitary facilities. There is a need for action in terms of both cleanliness and technology.

Das rahmschnitzel kam so weich an das die panade nur noch ungenießbar war. Habe gekotzt und dünnschiß bekommen bestelle niewieder. Beim dönerteller war der Salat nur Zwiebeln und die pommes weich wie bei McDonald's . Nicht zu empfehlen.

Also ich finde ja das ist mit einer der besten, schönsten türkischen Restaurants in ganz NRW. Das Essen schmeckt immer perfekt und es wird, wie auf dem Titel, mit viel Liebe gemacht. Es ist ein sehr wärmendes Gefühl wenn man da isst, weil man die gute Atmosphäre spürt. Top 💕

Ich habe diesen Dönerladen bereits mehrmals besucht und hatte jedes Mal eine unterschiedliche Erfahrung. Es gab Zeiten, in denen das Essen ausgezeichnet war und es gab Zeiten, in denen es nicht so gut schmeckte. Das war etwas enttäuschend und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Qualität nicht immer konstant war. Der Service war jedoch immer freundlich und schnell. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte. Auch die Preise waren fair und angemessen. Wenn das Essen immer so gut schmecken würde wie bei den besten Besuchen, würde ich diesem Dönerladen eine klare 5-Sterne Bewertung geben. Allerdings muss ich kritisieren, dass es nicht immer so gut schmeckt. Manchmal war das Fleisch etwas zu trocken oder das Gemüse war nicht frisch genug. Insgesamt denke ich, dass dieser Dönerladen immer noch einen Besuch wert ist, aber man sollte nicht zu enttäuscht sein, wenn das Essen nicht so gut schmeckt wie erhofft. Eine 3-Sterne Bewertung von mir.

Also normalerweise ist euer Döner echt lecker. Aber heute ging garnicht. Ich habe extra beide Sachen mit Hähnchenfleisch bestellt und bekam das andere geliefert und bei ein fehlte die Soße. Auf meinen Anruf hin sagte man mir man wisse das sei unverschämt aber Hähnchen wäre ausverkauft. Ich muss sagen ich bin echt mega enttäuscht und ja das ist mehr als unverschämt. So schnell esse ich bei euch nicht mehr.

Wir haben uns das Essen liefern lassen es ging schnell und zuverlässig. Es hat auch gut geschmeckt wie erwartet. Alles ist warm bzw. heiß angekommen. Preislich Leistung passt absolut. Bis zur nächsten Bestellung 👍🏼
