Vlet Kochschule in Hamburg

The Vlet is a really nice place in the Speicherstadt (warehouse district), where you can enjoy modern and delicious northern German cuisine. I had the marinated salmon with cucumber salad – super fresh and light, just the right thing to start your meal. My boyfriend absolutely loved the beef fillet – tender and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, with a great view of the old warehouses. The service was friendly and attentive to our needs without making us feel intrusive. The beer and wine selection also went perfectly with the food. Overall, a really good place if you want to try something special.

I was here for a company event. We cooked a three-course menu and had support from Lars and Tobias, who are very professional and taught us a lot. Overall, it was very professional and a lot of fun! The food was delicious, and I highly recommend it! I have no idea about the price since I didn't pay for it, but it certainly won't be cheap. Con: There is no free parking. We took the “Fiensmecker” course at the VLET cooking school last week and were thrilled: great team, tastiest food and incredibly beautiful ambience. 10/10 would recommend :)

We had our Christmas party there... it was perfect and everyone had a blast. Highly recommended. The staff were also very friendly and professional!

My wife and I took part in the "Goose and Duck" course yesterday. It was great fun! Two entertaining chefs, 20 friendly participants, and excellent food. The kitchen and ingredients were perfectly prepared, the instruction was friendly and competent, and the whole thing was very relaxed. The two chefs were a well-coordinated team, making this course a pure delight – especially the three-course meal at the end. Highly recommended.

We had a company event here and it was extremely good. Great service and very good instructions when cooking and very tasty dishes. Top recommendation.

Great atmosphere and super nice people!

A wonderful New Year's Eve party with delicious food, great music and where I learned a lot of new things! We had fun, the atmosphere was fantastic and Lars and Tobias were super nice hosts! We went for New Year's Eve and we really enjoyed it! The kitchen party model was implemented very appropriately. Great dishes and relaxed atmosphere :)

This isn't a cooking school at all, it's a restaurant. We were invited by friends to take a cooking course. We would have preferred to go out to eat - everything was already prepared - it wasn't worth the money.

Gut erklärt und lecker zubereitet

Wir haben den Besuch als Teamevent unter Kollegen und Kolleginnen genutzt. Es hat uns Spaß gemacht und allen sehr sehr lecker geschmeckt 😋 Vielen Dank dafür.

Dort ist es uns noch nie passiert, dass eine Speise nicht warm auf den Tisch gekommen ist. Die Auswahl der Getränke lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Tische wurden vorzüglich geputzt und die Stühle waren sehr bequem. Aus meiner Sicht ist ein Treff in den Lokal durchweg empfehlenswert. Super toller und höflicher Service. Ich finde, dass das gesamte Personal dort einen harmonischen Job gemacht hat.
