Das Essen war absolut köstlich und der Service sehr freundlich. Besonders gut haben uns die Oktopus-Vorspeise und die Pfefferlinge geschmeckt. Auch das Steak war perfekt zubereitet, innen butterzart und außen knusprig.

Leider schließt die Bar immer relativ früh. An sich aber sehr schön und gute Auswahl an Wein.

Wir waren vor dem Besuch derselben Staatstheaters hier essen. Es war wirklich sehr lecker. Frisch zubereitet mit guten Zutaten. Die Vorspeise mit Extrawünschen war kein Problem. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gegart und auch die Pasta war perfekt. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Das VINCE Vinoteca & Ristorante ist ein gehobenes Restaurant im Keller der ehemaligen Dresdner Bank. Die Inneneinrichtung ist exklusiv. Die Bedienung ist sehr gut geschult und das Essen ist erstklassig. Mein persönliches Lieblingsgericht ist der klassische VINCE-Salat mit Doppelrindfleisch. Wir kommen regelmäßig bei wichtigen Kunden gerne hierher und bedanken uns für dieses wunderbare Ambiente direkt in Hannover Stadtmitte.

Sehr feines Restaurant. Auf Nachfrage gab es auch glutenfreie Optionen. Es gab glutenfreie Pasta und Brot.

Lange haben wir uns vorgenommen im VINCE essen zu gehen und nun haben wir es endlich geschafft... und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Die gehobene Atmosphäre wird begleitet von nicht zu aufdringlicher Hintergrundmusik. Die Karte spiegelt wider, dass es sich um eine gehobene Küche handelt. Die Weinauswahl ist unbeschreiblich, auf 66 Seiten wird man durch die verschiedenen Weinländer geführt. Sollte ein Wein mal ausverkauft sein, bekommt man eine kompetente Beratung, welcher Wein denn stattdessen dem nahe kommt. So sollte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein. Wir haben uns für das VINCE Menü (5 Gänge) entschieden und waren sehr positiv vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überrascht. Hier bekommt man für das Geld ausreichend große Portionen und wird nach dem 5. Gang auch satt. Die verschiedenen Teller waren sehr ansehnlich gestaltet und der Service war sehr aufmerksam, sobald das Weinglas annähernd leer wurde, wurde bereits nachgeschenkt und jeder Gang wurde ausreichend erklärt. Insgesamt zeigt sich, dass dieses Restaurant mehr als einen Besuch Wert ist. Auch wenn man kein Menü isst, ist die Speisenauswahl gut und es wird auch eine Mittagskarte angeboten. Man ist nicht gezwungen pro Person 100 Euro auszugeben. Leider findet man auf der Website nicht, bis zu welcher Uhrzeit die Mittagskarte angeboten wird. Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal dort...

Herrlich,wir hatten heute eine exzellente Weinberatung. Ich hatte ein Sancerre aus der Magnumflasche. Der passte super zu meinem Fischgericht. Ansonsten wieder herausragende Gerichte.

Ich war gestern mit einer Freundin bei Vince essen und habe mir direkt danach gedacht, dass ich eine Rezension schreibe :) Wir sind äußerst zufrieden und möchten besonders den tollen Service loben. Das Personal war zurückhaltend (im positiven Sinne!) und sehr aufmerksam. Heutzutage ist es selten, so gute Erfahrungen zu machen. Wir hatten auch einen tollen, ruhigen Platz und das Essen war super lecker.

Vince überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wodurch direkt eine angenehme Atmosphäre entsteht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service, aufmerksam, freundlich und gleichzeitig kompetent, genau so wie man es sich wünscht. Auch das Essen ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Wieder einmal alle Erwartungen erfüllt – wir kommen nicht ohne Grund immer wieder hierher. Das Essen ist jedes Mal aufs Neue kreativ, hochwertig und einfach richtig lecker. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk, und das merkt man bei jedem Gericht. Auch beim Service merkt man die Konstanz: freundlich, entspannt, gut organisiert und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich direkt wieder willkommen. Das Vince ist für uns längst mehr als nur optisch ein Volltreffer – es ist kulinarisch eine sichere Bank, zu der wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren. Das stylische Ambiente mit der markanten Panzerschranktür sorgt jedes Mal für diesen kleinen „Wow“-Moment. Früher wurde hier vielleicht Geld gehütet, heute sind es Geschmackserlebnisse auf höchstem Niveau. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen bleibt: Ein alkoholfreier Wein fehlt leider noch immer auf der Karte – das wäre eine tolle Ergänzung. Fazit: Für uns ein absoluter Lieblingsort. Top Location, Top Essen, Top Service – und definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch. Once again, all expectations exceeded – and that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Every visit delivers creative, high-quality dishes that are simply delicious. The chef truly knows his craft, and you can taste it in every course. The service is just as consistent: friendly, relaxed, well-organized, and attentive without ever being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome again. Vince is no longer just a visual standout for us – it’s a culinary safe bet we’re always happy to return to. The stylish interior, especially the massive vault door in the middle of the restaurant, still creates that “wow” moment every time. What once stored money now delivers rich, memorable dining experiences. One small downside remains: there’s still no non-alcoholic wine on the menu, even upon request – something that would be a great addition nowadays. Conclusion: A true favorite of ours. Top location, top food, top service – and definitely not our last visit.

Das Essen war fantastisch! Die Spaghetti Carbonara war ein Traum! Und das Steak war köstlich. Der Kellner versuchte zwar immer wieder, uns eine teurere Flasche Wein anzudrehen, aber ansonsten war der Service gut.

Das Essen, die Atmosphäre und der Service des Personals sind allesamt Fünf-Sterne-Niveau.

Rezension – Vince Vinoteca & Ristorante Ich war heute ohne Reservierung zum Mittagessen im Vince Vinoteca & Ristorante und habe trotz sehr gut besuchtem Haus kurzfristig einen Tisch erhalten (Tisch 25). Später konnte ich unkompliziert den Platz wechseln – auch das wurde freundlich ermöglicht. Die Getränkempfehlungen waren ausgezeichnet und harmonierten hervorragend mit den Speisen. Die Suppe überzeugte ebenso wie die Kalbsleber – ein exzellentes Produkt, perfekt gegart und begleitet von einer sehr fein abgestimmten Sauce. Auch das Dessert rundete das Menü auf hohem Niveau ab. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Organisation: Zwei Personen im Service haben souverän rund 40 Gäste zur Mittagszeit betreut – professionell, aufmerksam und bestens eingespielt. Ich komme aus Hamburg aus dem Hause Mälzer und bin sehr gute Küche gewohnt – daher sage ich bewusst: Chapeau und herzlichen Glückwunsch zu dieser Leistung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr leckere und qualitativ hochwertige Speisen. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich allerdings, da es uns ein wenig zu laut war. Aber sonst war es perfekt. Wir kommen nochmal gerne zum Essen.

Hervorragendes Restaurant mit außergewöhnlicher Küche und freundlichem Service.

Ich war mit meinem Freund hier essen und wir waren beide sehr zufrieden. Er hat sich für das 4-Gänge-Menü entschieden, ich für Vorspeise und Hauptgang. Alle Gerichte waren geschmacklich top und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Weinauswahl – die Flasche, die wir bestellt haben, war hervorragend und hat perfekt gepasst. Der Service war sehr freundlich und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch! 🍷✨

Wir waren zu einem Firmen Weihnachtsessen da,in einem privaten Raum.Es war außergewöhnlich lecker,wir hatten ein 5 Gänge Menü.Es war nur ein bisschen zu lang zwischen Gang 3 und 4,aber alles in allem,wen man mal gehobener Essen gehen möchte,absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts in Hannover zweimal besucht, nachdem wir die positiven Google-Bewertungen gelesen hatten, und es war eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Beide Abendessen waren hervorragend, und der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben kurz vor Weihnachten an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden hier gegessen. Wir hatten Glück und konnten kurzfristig einen Tisch ergattern, und das Erlebnis war beide Male hervorragend. Die Speisekarte ist zwar relativ klein, aber jedes Gericht war liebevoll zubereitet, wunderschön angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Der Service war bei unseren Besuchen stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder hier essen gehen, sollten wir in Zukunft nach Hannover zurückkehren.

The atmosphere is intimate, perfect for a romantic dinner or hanging out with friends. The pizza and accompanying cheeses are outstanding, and the sommelier gave us excellent recommendations.

So far we only visited the Vinoteca, which it is always a nice experience. The wine menu offers a great selection of wines and champagne. Service is really kind and attentive. We will be back

We actually just wanted a drink here and were given a rather rude turn-down by the waitress. She told us it was a restaurant and we'd have to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks. At least half the tables were empty. This was completely incomprehensible to us and not good service; it made you feel unwelcome as a guest. Certainly not a place we would return to again.

We had a delicious meal here, truly above average. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was friendly. I felt the service was perhaps lacking a bit of genuine attention, in the sense of interest in the customer.

We had the 5-course menu with wine pairing. It wasn't on the menu, but it was offered to us upon request. The food was absolutely fantastic, the service was very attentive, and the wines paired perfectly with each course. It was also no problem to swap a dish or dessert. Vince is quite expensive, but it's worth every cent. We'd love to come back!!!

Great wine bar with delicious food. Unfortunately, the service is very mediocre. Since we were ignored after the main course/first drink was served, we paid and left.

I've been a frequent guest. The food and service were always appealing and attentive. This time, however, I have some criticism. The chanterelles weren't cleaned well; there were dark brown spots on the caps and stems. The waitresses didn't ask if everything was okay immediately after serving, but only when clearing the food. All in all, this visit was unsatisfactory and disappointing. In case someone asks why I didn't say anything, these are hygiene issues. Chanterelles must be cleaned well. This has nothing to do with the fact that a dish might not turn out so perfectly.

I went to eat at Vince with my brother on a Saturday evening. We had reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. It got quite busy around 7:00 p.m., so it's always best to make a reservation before eating there. We opted for the Vince menu with wine pairing. The food was excellent, and as a novice, I found the wine pairing very pleasant and fitting. The service staff were all very friendly and relaxed, so we even had a few laughs together. The only minor drawback was the room temperature: it was VERY warm. Otherwise, everything was great, and we'll definitely enjoy the next seasonal Vince menu. Thanks for this experience!

The food was excellent. However, we noticed that the bread was served without gloves. From a hygiene perspective, it would be desirable if appropriate measures were taken after clearing used dishes before food like bread is directly handed over.

The food tasted good. The service was a bit distracted. The wait between the starter and main course was too long, about 30 minutes. The dishes were then ready to be picked up, but the waiter ignored the repeated ringing of the kitchen bell. So the food arrived late and lukewarm. I think charging €9.50 for a 0.7l bottle of still water is far too expensive, sorry. Finally, the waiter should know that when someone orders the bill, it should be brought promptly because guests want to or have to leave. Taking 10 minutes to do this and then taking other orders, etc. is not recommended. The chef, however, was sensational. It was delicious.

Geburtstagsfeier mit 14 Personen im separaten Raum. Begrüßungsdrink und dann ein 5-Gang-Menue mit Weinbegleitung. Die Menuefolge wurde mit den dazu gehörigen Weinen erläutert. Die Qualität und die Aromen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Preise mehr als angemessen. Ich werde bald wieder im Vince sein.

The ambience is very harmonious, the large safe door and the old lockers are a wonderful eye-catcher. The service and the food were great, the portions were big enough, difficult to manage with a starter...everything was very tasty and wonderfully prepared. We liked it very much.

Service gut! Ambiente gut! Essen katastrophal! Pasta bzw. Gnochi mit jeweils Fleischsossen Bologneseart, ohne irgendwelchen italienisch typischen Geschmmachsvariationen, trocken, ungewürzt- gibt es von der Firma Kraft im Glas besser! Salz, Pfeffer Öl .musste extra, für einen Italiener untypisch, nachgeordert werden. Meine Empfehlung, den Koch sofort rausschmeißen, kann unmöglich Italiener sein! Die Qualität eines Restaurants beweist sich auf dem Teller!!!! Das ganze "Chichi" ist nur Beiwerk! Hier- mehr Anspruch als Wirklichkeit!!!

The Vince in Hanover impressed us across the board! The quality of the food is outstanding, every dish was prepared with great attention to detail and tasted a real highlight. We were particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, which was noticeable in every bite. The ambience of the restaurant is also very appealing – modern, cozy and perfect for a relaxed evening. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and made us feel completely comfortable. Good restaurant for a nice evening in Hanover city center. We had a delicious meal and drank wine here. The starter was on point, the pasta was delicious and the raspberry sorbet for dessert was a good ending. In certain places the service could have been a little more attentive, but that's complaining at a high level.

An attractive restaurant with wonderful food! Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to the Vince Restaurant - we had known about the wine bar (which is also highly recommended) for a long time. We chose the antipasti variation and the truffle pasta - both excellent. Maybe the pasta could have used a little more truffles, but I don't want to be petty. It tasted really good! The Tirmasiu was also delicious. The only negative point: Despite reservations, we waited a relatively long time at the bar for our table and we also had to wait some time for the menu.

Great restaurant, food and service very appealing

A bit like a train station, noise level unbearably loud. There were waiting guests around our table who would actually belong in a waiting area or perhaps at the bar. Technically the food was well prepared and served with style. The service was very good at the beginning, but unfortunately it declined as customer frequency increased. For a good meal you also need the peace and quiet to properly appreciate the dish, which was unfortunately missing here. This assessment is a purely subjective snapshot, but was shared by all four people at the table.

Lovely place with superb service. It feels very fancy in a relaxed sort of way. The wine list extensive, pricey and very good. Sorry to rate the food less so - many items were way too salty and some (scallops and beef in our case) just not pristine. With smaller portions so beautifully presented one normally wants to lick the remaining sauce off the platter. Not so here, the evening we were there. The prices were consistent with way better.

After all the recommendations, we tried the truffle spaghetti. They were subtly seasoned and basically delicious, but for me it was too greasy due to too much truffle butter. The Vince spaghetti was tasty, a bit spicy, which wasn't stated on the menu. The starter variation was quite okay. I didn't find the espresso very good, as it apparently didn't come from the portafilter but from the fully automatic coffee machine, at least in terms of appearance - no crema - and taste. Overall a bit expensive. The two of us spent a little over 100 euros. The service was ok - unobtrusively nice. The ambience is stylishly designed. The location wasn't completely full, but it was still a bit loud. In short: I was looking for something special, but didn't find it here. It was just okay.

The food was outstanding. I had the Pfifferlinge (Chanterelle) Cream soup as an appetizer and the spaghetti with truffles. The wait staff is excellent, prompt without hovering over you. I highly recommend Ellena.

The service was friendly and flexible. The food was good, but not outstanding. The bulgur was very good, as was the fresh bread in different variations. The olive oil was not fresh and not well produced (although this is almost always the case in restaurants). The mixed salad was simple and of rather poor quality. The fish dish was good. The atmosphere is cozy, but spacious and open.

There wasn't much going on, but we were seated right next to a group, which was a bit disturbing. However, the staff is friendly & attentive. The portions are very large and we liked it, only the fior di latte was not seasoned and accordingly bland.
