Takeout order. Fast delivery, ordered two pizzas without any problems. The pizza dough was dry and the pizza was uncut, which is why I deducted one star from my rating. Based on my customer experience, we will not be ordering food here again.

It was a new operation. I wanted to be really nice. Didn't write down what we wanted and got something wrong. It used to be better there.

The service is friendly, the atmosphere is attractive and the prices are normal - not overpriced. It's particularly nice to sit on the terrace in warm weather. A positive thing to mention is that there is always a free starter and at the end a schnapps or espresso on the house - which unfortunately happens very rarely these days! However, there is still room for improvement in the quality of the food. The pizza dough e.g. B. is dry and tasteless. Too bad; Otherwise we would often eat there

Now that the service team is back, it is definitely the top restaurant in Rudow again! Great ambience, delicious food and service that is second to none!

The service was a complete disaster, the food (chanterelle soup and pizza pasta) was relatively sober and tasteless. The apple spritzer was diluted, non-carbonated apple juice. Had returned it three times. We will never eat there again!!!

The terrace of Villa Toscana is very cozy, especially on warm summer evenings. We were there with a group of 16 people. The salads, pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes were well done overall, the large, mixed starter platter was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful. Upon request, I even got a drink that wasn't on the menu😊 The menu is plentiful; Small, constructive feedback: a few more vegetarian/vegan dishes would be nice🤗

Beautiful facility...as long as you're not thirsty or hungry...as the prices are way too high. Especially if you're traveling with children...it's best to take everything with you. Before you go bankrupt.

I recently visited the Villa Toscana restaurant in Berlin Rudow and was absolutely thrilled! The Italian food was outstanding - authentic and full of flavor. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful, large terrace, which is perfect for a relaxing evening outdoors. The service was friendly and attentive, especially the waiter Stefano, who served us excellently. Overall, a wonderful experience that I can only recommend to any lover of Italian cuisine. I will definitely come back!

Absolute insider tip!! I will now come over regularly with my family, Stefano looked after us perfectly the whole evening, I have rarely felt so comfortable! Every wish is catered for individually, also an experience for children :)

I was just in the shop and ordered gnochi pomodore to take away, very, very tasty and the young waiter who welcomed me was very helpful and nice, suggested that I try the gnochis and I am absolutely thrilled, I will definitely be back come!

Really super great restaurant. The waiter brought the steak back three times today. He was so attentive, always waiting until we cut it to see if it was really done. Even though we said it was ok the second time, he took it and let it cook properly. He always remained friendly and showed a lot of patience. The wine was perfect, we took a bottle with us 😅 we'll be back. The best Italian is around the corner, thank you very much 🤗

Super pleasantly surprised. I didn't know the place, but I really want to give it five stars. There were nine of us hungry guests and our food was served at the same time. Everything was tasty and freshly prepared. Whether starters, salads, pizzas or pasta dishes - everything is really good and plentiful and also fairly priced. The waiters were very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Finally, a little “schnapps on the house” and satisfied guests leave Villa Toscana.

We recently had something to eat at Villa Toscana. The ambience was very nice and the food was also okay. But there is one thing that definitely needs to be changed about the staff. The waiter who served us was quite unfriendly (it was the one with the bald head) and he was very loud in the shop and shouted a lot and that was very disturbing and unpleasant for us. Thank you for the great hospitality today! We spontaneously moved here because the service in the Kleines Landhaus, Alt-Rudow, was subpar and we didn't regret it. Nice ambience, delicious food (including some that you can't find elsewhere) at reasonable prices and great service.

Man sitzt hier ganz nett. Großer gemütlicher Gastraum und überdachter Außenbereich. Freundliche Bedienung, aber das Essen eher durchschnittlich bis geht so. Pizza in Ordnung, Susis Sauce war leider versalzen, der Spargel mit Schinken ging so, ebenso das Lebergericht. Die Salate werden automatisch mit weißer Sauce serviert. Keine Frage, ob man vielleicht etwas anderes bevorzugt. In die Jahre gekommen und etwas schmuddelig der Abstieg in den Keller zu den Toiletten. Der Teppich auf der Treppe zum Eingang liegt nicht mehr sicher. Das Bezahlen mit Karte wird zwar angeboten, war aber an diesem Tag nicht möglich.

Now for real talk: This Italian restaurant has little in common with Italian cuisine. The taste is adapted to “German taste”. Anyone who has ever been to Italy and eaten at a real, local Italian restaurant (not at a tourist restaurant right on the beach) will be more than disappointed here! The waiters are friendly, but if you think they are Italian you are wrong (but that's not a problem). No matter your nationality, you should already have a basic command of the German language, unfortunately that is not always the case here. Basically, the waiters are friendly; in a job reference you would probably write: “always trying hard”. The ambience is ok, some of the furniture has already had its day, but everything is still in order. It's nice to sit inside! Musically, the top charts playlist “classic Italian music” is played on Spotify: From the terrace you have a pleasant view of the adjacent street and a bourgeois new building opposite, and in the distance you can see a romantic 80s block. We have dined at Villa Toscana (imaginative name) several times (for family reasons). Of course, in the knowledge that we are “cooking” here for the German palate. Unfortunately, you can't discuss the quality of the ingredients: cheap and ready-made are what you buy. Now to our dishes: my fiancée had a very simple main course: Spaghetti Aglio (thinking that you couldn't go wrong with 3-4 ingredients). Incorrect! It started with the pronunciation of the dish (as an Italian cellar you should actually be able to (opinion)). We continued with the oil, olive oil? Of course not: sunflower oil! And too much of it, the spaghetti was swimming in oil. Why not just use less oil and use olive oil instead? Maybe. There was also a little olive oil in it, but the majority was another, cheaper oil. In order to make the pasta with sunflower oil a little more tasty, a little parmesan was ordered. Now you're probably thinking: an Italian should have parmesan! But he didn't come! It came: chopped, dry, tasteless cheese (mozzarella?). Such a simple dish, so messy, unbelievable. Of course the pasta wasn't al dente (I would be surprised if this term means something to the chef). A real Italian would have been ashamed! My dish: tagliatelle with beef tips. Not much was expected, but it was fulfilled. Ready cream sauce from the tetra pack, a few tough beef tips. Overall tasteless (certainly a taste explosion for the classic German palate). Short note about our Buscetta starter: Too much oil (sunflower oil), mixing ratio: 70% onions and 30% tomatoes. Taste OK. My conclusion: live and let live. The reviews are mostly positive. Maybe. There are also dishes that taste good, the pizzas are okay, but the quality of the ingredients is still bad. For most people, Villa Toscana really seems to be a good address for Italian cuisine. In my opinion this restaurant has as much to do with Italy as most Germans have good taste. It starts with the menu: Do you really believe that this mass of dishes can be prepared fresh? Here we cook with ready meals! A good restaurant that serves fresh food usually has a very small menu. To this day I just don't understand how you can really say that it tastes good here (personal opinion, based on the different dishes that were eaten on several visits). You can also simply tear open the Maggi bag yourself and warm it up at home. A carbonara with cream and cooking chic? Are you serious? You can see that this is slowly getting personal for me. I hope I was able to give you a small impression of what awaits you in this restaurant. I still wish all guests without taste here: Bon Appetit :)

I was here with a large group for a "farewell dinner" after a memorial service. There was a typical Italian menu, with salad, bruschetta, pasta and pizza. Everything tasted very good. The service was friendly and quick. Even though there were almost a hundred of us, no one had to wait long. I can highly recommend this restaurant for large families, birthday parties or club meetings. I particularly liked the decor, it's cozy and rustic...

We were in the restaurant at the end of November and wanted to have dinner there. When we got there we noticed that all the old staff from before weren't there anymore. There were new maps on site and the website was also new. At the time without imprint. I don't know if that's still the case because we haven't been there since the visit and don't want to go there anymore. The ambience has remained the same, but unfortunately the quality has not. When we arrived we quickly got the drinks. As a starter we had bruschetta, which was completely soaked in oil and inedible. We also had Funghi Ripini, so we didn't get any starter plates and didn't get a spoon for the pasta later. At one meal the potatoes were totally salty and the vegetables of the day were unfortunately only frozen vegetables and cold. We also tossed pasta in Parmesan cheese. Inedible. The parmesan was not scraped out as usual, but simply poured in from the kitchen, the alcohol was not flambéed and the whole meal only tasted of alcohol. The noodles here too drowned in sauce. Unfortunately, the salad was just as bland as everything else. Unfortunately the food wasn't really tasty. In addition, the people were all seated directly at a table, even though there was enough space. The waiter was totally sick and just sniffled the whole time and was constantly shouting throughout the shop. And the worst part came at the end when we wanted to pay by card. The waiter was totally annoyed and said it didn't work. But since we didn't have any cash, he said we could try. And lo and behold, everything went perfectly, but apparently it just wasn't intended. Unfortunately that was our last visit. Never again.

Als Italienerin, kann ich nur sagen das ist keine Italienische Restaurant. Buongiorno, buonasera,buon appetito und arrivederci kann alle sagen, und dann die sprechen albanisch miteinander. Das ist wirklich ein Witz. Seien Sie ehrlich und sagen Sie, dass Sie kein Italiener sind, auch weil das Italienisch auf der Speisekarte falsch geschrieben ist und die Zusammensetzungen des Essens überhaupt nicht ähnlich sind. Schade für unsere italienische Küche und für die echte Italiener. Viel Erfolg 🍀

Man sitz gut u gemütlich - etwas laut. Speisen schmackhaft u ausreichend. Service freundlich

Der Laden hat seine Zeit überlebt. Defekte Stuhlpolster, dreckige Wände und unsaubere Toiletten. Wir haben uns nich getraut Fleisch oder Fisch zu bestellen. Also gab es Pizza. Die Extrawünsche kamen beim Kellner an, aber nicht auf der Pizza. Getränkebestellungen kamen nur nach Nachfrage am Tisch an. Ein zweiter Besuch hier wird nie sein. Der Laden war übrigens am Dienstag Abend um 19.00 Uhr leer und das sagt auch einiges.

Chefkellner und Co. nicht mehr da.Neue Besetzung muß sich erst mal bewähren.Für Stammgäste gewöhnungsbedürftig.Man wird sehen,wie es läuft.

Ich wollte Für das Büro essen bestellen...Internetseite war nicht berauschend aber auch ausreichend. Die Bestellzeit konnte ausgewählt werden …soweit eigentlich recht gut … hätte da nicht das Telefon geklingelt und eine freundliche Dame entschuldigt sich das die Internetseite falsch ist und sie nicht 12.10 liefern können....ok...da ich jedoch schon bei der Bestellung bezahlt hatte war das unschön....Später liefern war mich nicht recht da ich Freitag 13.00 den Schlüssel vom Büro umdrehe... Wie dem auch sei,...wir haben uns geeinigt das ich selber das Essen am folgenden Dienstag 12.15 abhole... Ich komme also 12.20 dort an, und ein älterer Herr der erzählte mir er konnte nichts Kochen weil in seinem Bestellbuch nur steht das ich etwas abhole....außerdem soll ich ihm doch nachweisen das ich schon bezahlt habe. Ich habe auf Herausgabe das Geldes bestanden und auch bemerkt das wir da sicher nie wieder bestellen....Antwort...brauchen Sie nicht wir Brauchen Sie nicht.... Fazit: Wer nicht in der Lage ist Lieferservice zu machen sollte es einfach sein lassen. Wer keine Kunden brauch der sollte einfach zu machen. Zum Glück gibt es viele Gute Italiener die Freundliche sind und auch einige die richtig gut kochen. Die Villa Toscana zeig aber wieder mal die Servicewüste Deutschland. Eigentlich eine Frechheit wen man nicht in der Lage ist, seine eigene E-Mail mit der Bestellbestätigung zu lesen und sich dann auch noch hinstellt "Ich habe kein Geld bekommen". Auf der Kreditkatenabrechnung steht es zwar drauf aber der Herr ist der Meinung er hat nichts bekommen...egal ich habe mein Geld wieder. Es wird Zeit das es auch negative Sterne gibt.

1a Restaurant! Dies wird unser neuer Stammitaliener. Das Essen hat absolute Spitzenqualität und der Service ist unschlagbar. Vielen Dank an Giuseppe, der nicht nur mit dem Service glänzte sondern auch eine sehr tolle Art an sich hat. Trotz eines vollen Ladens und starkem Stress verliert er weder seine gute Laune noch seine Geduld mit den Gästen. Auch der Umgang mit den Kindern ist einfach toll. Der erste Eindruck zählt bekanntlich und dieser war wirklich top! Hier lohnt sich jeder Euro! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Pizza bestellt, langes Warten, dann eine Pizza falsch die andere 2x abgeschnitten Pizza war kalt. Nach Beschwerde Pizza zurück, die angefangene Pizza im Ofen heiß gemacht und zurück an den Tisch. Jetzt Pizza heiß aber der Rand hart. Nee danke nie wieder

Ich war heute hier zu einer Trauerfeier eingeladen und obwohl die Gastgeberin einen Tisch bestellt hatte war nichts organisiert, nicht für die 20 Personen eingedeckt, noch Tische zusammen gestellt. Das Essen Antipastiplatten war ganz OK, aber auch nichts besonderes, so dass es für mich nur für drei Sterne reicht.

Essen war sehr lecker und kam auch recht zügig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen und rührig bei unserem kleinen Enkel (1 Jahr alt). Einzig der Service mit den Getränken hätte aufmerksamer sein können. Wir saßen schon einige Zeit mit leeren Gläser ohne das es einem Kellner aufgefallen ist.

The delivery took 2 hours, 120 minutes! Pizzas were cold. They were not well prepared. I would not recommend at all.

Essen war Klasse bis auf das Gemüse war sehr AL Dente

Einer der Besten echten Italienern im Süden von Berlin. Hat eine kleinen süßen Vorgarten 1 Grund von vielen die letzten Stahlen der Sommersonne zu genießen. Frischen Steinofen Pizza würden wir empfehlen sowie den Fisch. War sehr erfreut die Villa Toskana jetzt auch bei Lieferando zu finden....und wir haben auch gleich bestellt, natürlich nicht so schön wie im Lokal aber das Essen war genau so lecker wie vor Ort.

Heerlijk gegeten in dit restaurant en een fijne service. De ober was erg leuk en kon zelfs een beetje Nederlands 👍

Die Villa Toscana in Rudow ist unser Lieblingsrestaurant! Auch heute hat uns Stefano sehr freundlich bedient und auch wenn viel zu tun ist nimmt er sich immer Zeit für die Gäste. Er ist der Beste!! 😊

Wir bestellen hier mittlerweile sehr oft, es das Essen schmeckt uns sehr gut. Steak ist immer sehr gut gebraten. Wenn es mal beim liefern länger dauert, ist das Essen trotzdem heiß und man bekommt auch mal eine Entschädigung :) Macht weiter so :)

Der Service war wirklich erste Sahne , das Essen umso besser ! Ich empfehle jede Art von Pizza dort , schmeckt sehr gut und sehr frisch . Eine klare Empfehlung für jeden !

Ich wollte Mal wieder essen gehen und habe mich an diesem Laden erinnert. Ich ging ohne Erwartungen hin und bin im höchsten Maße angenehm überrascht worden. Es war Sonntag weit nach 20 Uhr. Es gab Pizza, total lecker. Preis Leistung war super verhältnismäßig. Die Karte ist sehr lang und vielfältig. Parkplätze sind schwierig zu bekommen. Man kann drinnen oder auf der Terrasse sitzen. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und daher möchte ich meine positive Erfahrung teilen.

Super Essen, tolle Atmosphäre und super nettes Personal. Ich bin Stammgast und fühle mich hier immer wie zu Hause!

Ich komme sehr gerne in die Villa Toscana. Preis-Leistung ist top. Das Essen schmeckt immer großartig und die Kellner sind zu jeder Zeit freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann nur empfehlen hier zu essen.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit absolut freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Es gibt auch eine Außenterrasse, die überdacht ist. So kann man an warmen Tagen auch draußen gemütlich essen. Das schöne ist, dass man sich auch die Zeit nehmen kann, die man möchte. Bis zum Schluss wird man gut bewirtet. Man merkt, dass die Pizzen frisch zubereitet werden, auch die Zutaten, wie zb. Pilze, Zucchini oder Brokkoli sind wirklich frisch. Das schöne ist, dass man auch vegetarisch auf seine Kosten kommt. Ein sehr schönes uriges Restaurant und quasi nebenan. Auch preislich total in Ordnung. Ich kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.
