Nice restaurant with very nice staff. The food was very good, price performance was completely ok. We were thrilled and can only recommend it.

Very nicely located and good outdoor area. In my opinion, the waiters are too much and sometimes just stand around. You can only pay with a card from €25. I can pay for a loaf of bread with a card at my bakery. Otherwise very nice.

We have been to this restaurant several times and it is always nice. Today I was there with my autistic brother and they were very considerate and super nice. They even brought him a bib and cut the pizza smaller just for him. They even cleared the table especially for us. The food and the ambience are simply fantastic! Overall, a great restaurant and a great and lovely team! Thanks for that :)

You sit in a very cozy atmosphere, as the restaurant is located in a beautifully planted park next to a small castle. The food and service are very good. The waiters are very friendly, funny and try hard without seeming intrusive. The price-performance ratio is above average. We can only recommend Villa Italia and will be happy to come back on our next visit.

The following rating simply represents my impression, everyone should form their own opinion! There were 12 of us eating there at around 6:00 p.m. The ambience is quite nice and the service was very quick, despite the fact that it was full. I had a Hawaiian pizza for the price of... 11.50 € and 2 kl. Radeberger non-alcoholic (0.3) at the price of €3.50 each. The pizza was large and had plenty of toppings, but unfortunately it was also very thin and the base, although well baked, wasn't particularly tasty. The bill later contained an item that I had neither ordered nor eaten. My objection that I didn't want to pay for this was told to me, "I asked everyone, so you have to pay for the rest," but I rejected this and someone else from the Group then took over the post, I can't say whether the person was the actual orderer or not. I will not visit this restaurant again!

Everything is really great. We didn't have a reservation, but there are extra seats "reserved for friends." Service is great, food is delicious. The ambience is amazing, with a view of a spacious park, it feels like a vacation here.

We were excited to eat at this Italian restaurant this evening because of the good reviews. Unfortunately the evening was a disaster. We had made a reservation at 8 p.m., when we sat at the table at 8:01 p.m. we were told to order quickly because the kitchen was closing. When we ordered we were told that the food we wanted was not available. Ok then we quickly looked for a new dish. The starter quickly arrived, unfortunately not good, bruscette with too few tomatoes and dry bread and a starter platter with dried out ham. The starter wasn't cleared yet then the main course came, overcooked pasta, salmon with the wrong side dish, unfortunately totally disappointing. When asked if everything was ok, we answered no, but unfortunately no one was interested. I'm a service provider myself but I've never experienced anything like this. 115€ for nothing, thank you 😩

It's a nice, cozy restaurant with Italian flair and humor. The service is very fast, friendly and nice. The food is freshly prepared and served hot ♨. Everything tastes very tasty 😋. And of course the dessert is absolute cream. I can only recommend this restaurant.

If I'm sitting in the winter garden and a waiter keeps coming out and the door slams loudly, then it gets annoying after the second time. The winter garden itself has seen better days, the glass panes at the top are full of unsightly green algae, the furniture is partly worn out. For the price and the demands I can expect more, the eye is satisfied. And if the ambience isn't right...so what!! Waiters were very helpful, friendly but also overwhelmed. We were completely overwhelmed with gluten-free food. Hollandaise sauce for the asparagus came from the tetra pack and was not gluten-free. You can make it fresh in the Thermomix in just over 8 minutes if you want and can. The menu includes steak with pasta! In what universe do you serve beef steak with pasta? As is usual with Italians, the menu consists of 200 dishes. What is something like that? But the steak with hollandaise sauce and asparagus wasn't really tasty, the asparagus was delicious, hollandaise sauce wasn't gluten-free, beef steak in the "Italian chef style"! The only bright spot was the wine, full points for that. The rest needs to be worked on. When I offer dishes that require cooking, I expect the same quality as with pizza and pasta dishes where cooking is not really important. Therefore only 3 stars for the “cooking” and ambience! For the money around €300, we/I have eaten much better food, quieter food, with experienced service and a well-kept atmosphere!

Unfortunately it wasn't really clean. Dirty dishes and toothpicks were still on the table. The tablecloth was dirty. Was eliminated when we sat down. The cake selection at 3:15 p.m. was very small. We went to the Villa Italia restaurant with the family on a public holiday, it is located right in the park in Bad Langensalza. The restaurant was well filled, it is advisable to reserve a table. It's generally very cramped in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and served quickly. The food was freshly prepared and tasted good. However, I was missing something special. Highly recommended is the homemade tiramisu, which tasted very good. We'll definitely come back.

We came here spontaneously for lunch today. Everyone was completely thrilled. The food was really tasty. We had pizza, pasta and lamb. The preparation was quick and the service was very attentive and friendly. We felt completely comfortable.

There were ten of us there today (02/25/24). About the food: the pizzas were very good, the pasta was mostly good, but the spaghetti and omelette were very salty. Regarding the service: the waiter took it personally that a meal was returned and was in a bad mood and confused from then on. At least 3 of the 10 invoices contained errors. About the ambience: quite nice, but a bit “oppressive” in the side room. The winter garden is more pleasant.

Der Ruf war gut, aber die Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Wir saßen zu sechst an einem 4er Tisch. Die Bedienung war okay, aber verdienen wollte man nichts, denn das Nachfragen, ob nächste Getränke, Nachtisch fehlte vollkommen. Es war an diesem Tage auch sehr kühl in dem Gastraum. Das Essen war okay, aber auch nicht mehr.

Wir hatten wahrscheinlich an diesem Abend einfach Pech, sowohl mit den Räumlichkeiten (saßen in einem separaten Raum) als auch mit einem schlechtgelaunten Kellner. Normalerweise hört man sehr viel Gutes von diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Waren bei tollstem Wetter dort und saßen draußen, es war herrlich. Das Essen wirklich sehr lecker und schön angerichtet.

Sehr schöne Location mit toller Ambiente ubd schönem Garten, da im Schlosspark. Das Essen wurde schnell gebracht. Hat uns nicht so gut geschmeckt. Wir hatten beide Nudeln bestellt. Die Sosse schien nur aufgewärmt und mir schneckte es auch nicht. War nicht besonders gewürzt oder fein abgeschmeckt. Sehr schade.

Wir waren heute hier essen, wurden freundlich begrüßt, aber dann änderte sich alles. Schon bei bestellen war die Beratung und Erklärung Untererdisch, auf Nachfrage wegen Unverträglichkeit gegen Sahne und Käse Produkte wurden Abweisend Reagiert. Das Essen war gut und Reichlich. Als es zum Bezahlen ging wurden das mal schnell auf einem Zettel ausgerechnet, als ich den Kassenbon wünschte wurden,von der Bedienung die Speisekarte auf den Tisch geworfen, mit der Aussage ich könne selbst nachrechnen. Die Rechnung wurde dann doch noch gebracht und einfach auf den Tisch geworfen. Das war der Moment wo mir der Kragen geplatzt ist. Dieses Restaurant sieht mich nicht mehr!!

Heute war ich seit längerem mal wieder in der Villa Italia in Bad Langensalza. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Es herrscht eine total entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich kann die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Essen gut Bedienung schnell und freundlich

Wunderschöne Lage am Friederiken Schloß mit Parkanschluß, man kann sehr nahe heranfahren und betagte oder behinderte Menschen unmittelbar zum Lokal bringen und Parken in der Nähe. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Sollte es Kindern langweilig werden, können sie auch in der Nähe zum Außenbereich spielen. Natürlich bei Sonnenschein ein echter Genuß, auf die blühenden Pflanzen der in kleinen Terrassen angelegten Anlage zu schauen. Bemerkenswerter Service von einer "reifen" und sehr erfahrenen Kraft, aber auch die jüngeren waren Top. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit einer unerwartet umfangreichen Speisenkarte ist überraschend gut, gerade für diese Location. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht und behalten diesen Tag in guter Erinnerung. Vielen Dank.
