Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Lokal. Sehr gute Gerichte, nur die Minestrone kann ich nicht empfehen. Sehr gute und aufmerksame Bedienung und Service.

Leider nur ⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen Tisch für zwei reserviert und waren früh dort. Das hat sich als gute Entscheidung erwiesen, denn ab etwa 20 Uhr waren alle Plätze im Garten belegt. Leider konnten uns die Speisen nicht überzeugen. Mein Nudelgericht wurde kalt serviert, war deutlich zu salzig und die Nudeln waren sehr bissfest. Das Gericht meiner Begleitung war ebenfalls zu stark gesalzen. Am Nebentisch wurde ebenfalls ein Essen reklamiert. Zunächst fehlten die Bratkartoffeln komplett. Als sie nachgereicht wurden, waren sie weich und nicht angebraten. Das Gemüse wirkte wie TK-Gemüse und war zudem kalt. Die Dame ließ das Essen komplett zurückgehen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sie ohne Diskussion ein neues Gericht erhielt und das reklamierte Essen nicht bezahlen musste. Das Ersatzgericht sowie das Essen ihrer Begleitung waren dann in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war während des gesamten Abends freundlich und bemüht. Allerdings mussten wir auf unsere zweiten Getränke sehr lange warten. Für zwei Hauptgerichte, zwei Desserts und jeweils zwei Getränke haben wir – inklusive Trinkgeld, rund 80 € bezahlt. Dafür hätten wir uns eine deutlich bessere Qualität der Speisen gewünscht. Schade, denn die Villa Trester ist leider nicht mehr das, was sie einmal war. Kritik soll nicht nur negativ sein, sondern kann auch eine Chance sein. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll, die Gerichte vor dem Servieren regelmäßig auf Temperatur und Geschmack zu kontrollieren. Wir hoffen, dass sich die Qualität künftig wieder verbessert.

Fantastisches Essen, freundlicher und professioneller Service, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Sie waren äußerst flexibel und sind all unseren Wünschen nachgekommen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Selten eine so schlechte Pizza zu einam so hohen Preis gegessen: ölig, ranzig, versalzen; man muss sich schon sehr viel Mühe geben, um eine so ölige, ranzige und salzige Pizza herzustellen - vielleicht liegt's am Käse !? Unglaublich, dass so etwas möglich ist. Da ist ja eine Tiefkühlpizza von Penny oder Netto leckerer ! - Allerdings muss ich dazu sagen, dass es sich dabei 'nur' um bestellte und abgeholte Pizza handelt; vielleicht sind die Pizzen direkt im Restaurant viel besser. Ich habe es während der letzten Monate 4x probiert, mit dem selben schlechten Ergebnis. Die meisten Feuerwehrkameraden finden die Pizza allerdings lecker ... !? Ich denke, wer einmal in Italien war, in der Toskana oder in Neapel, der weiß, wie gut Pizza schmecken kann und sollte. Ich werde künftig stattdessen lieber eine Tiefgefrorene essen.

Waren zum Geschäftsessen, leider wurde unser Ripeye anstatt medium rare well done gebracht, weil es die Bedienung nicht wusste.. Man hätte uns neue gemacht, aber wir waren leider unter Zeitdruck. Das darf aber nicht passieren. Der sehr leckere Nachtisch war dafür umsonst.

Wie schon seit über 20 Jahren suchten wir das Restaurant "Villa D` Este" wieder auf. Der Service war wieder äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Tische waren mit frischen Tischdecken und Stoffservietten liebevoll eingedeckt. Als Fischliebhaber genossen wir einen gemischten Vorspeisenteller und je eine frische Dorade mit Gemüse. Dazu tranken wir einen excellenten italienischen Weißwein. Alles war perfekt auf den Punkt zubereitet und wir genossen beeindruckt von der Kreativität des Küchenchefs jeden Bissen. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Inhaber und Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen, der exzellentes Essen mit italienischem Flair erleben möchte.

Sehr gutes Essen (variiert leider manchmal, bitte Standard immer halten). Mitarbeiter kennt man seit Jahren, daher gutes Verhältnis. Lokal wurde noch nie renoviert, bis auf die Polster. Das sollte man mal angehen. Erst der hintere Raum, dann vorne, etc.

Hat leider nachgelassen, der Meeresfrüchte Salat hatte rohe Tintenfischtuben, die gimmiartig zäh waren.

Waren mit Freunden zum Ersten Mal dort. Von Außen ganz ok, aber innen sehr nett eingerichtet. Wurden von der Servicekraft sehr freundlich empfangen und super bedient. Essen war nicht nur optisch schön, sondern auch sehr gut. Preis-Leistung absolut top. Kann das Lokal uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe kürzlich die Villa D’este in Neusäß wieder besucht, und der Besuch war ganz anders als gewohnt. Früher war das Restaurant meist sehr gut besucht, und einen Parkplatz zu finden, konnte schwierig sein. Diesmal war es überraschend leer. Zuerst dachten wir sogar, das Restaurant sei geschlossen, bis wir merkten, dass es geöffnet war. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Der Rest des Besuchs wirkte jedoch etwas seltsam. Die Suppe schmeckte fast wie warmes Wasser. Als ich das ansprach, wurde sie anstandslos ausgetauscht, was ich sehr schätzte. Gleichzeitig hatte ich den Eindruck, die Kellnerin hätte die Beschwerde schon erwartet, da sie anscheinend schon wusste, was ich sagen würde. Am Ende enthielt die Rechnung auch noch einen Posten, den wir nicht bestellt hatten, sodass er korrigiert werden musste. Ich war schon öfter dort, manchmal sogar mit Angestellten, und das Restaurant war immer sehr zuverlässig. Dieser Besuch wirkte jedoch insgesamt etwas fragwürdig und ganz anders als in meiner Erinnerung. Ich denke, ich werde das Restaurant vorerst meiden.

Schade!!! Ich kenne den Laden seit über 30 Jahren. Extrem nachgelassen!!! Der Kellner verhält sich, als wäre das sein Laden. Schade!!!

Sehr guter Italiener zum vernünftigen Preis

Essen gut. Service ok. Na ich denke ich war das erste und letzte mal hier Spinnweben an der Wand und Lampe hier sollte mal wieder geputzt werden.

Tolles Restaurant und wirklich sehr sehr leckeres Essen.Wir hatten jetzt schon zwei Familienfeiern da und auch die nächsten werden bestimmt wieder dort gefeiert. Toller Service!!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas and Tiramisu for takeout, the order was picked up in 15 minutes. We liked everything very much, the dough was thin and moderately baked, the pizza topping with seafood was simply incredibly tasty and tender 😋

An upscale restaurant with excellent value for money. We stopped here spontaneously on our way home, and there was actually a table available for four people. There were four different types of pasta on the platter, enough for several people. And it was just the right amount. The charmingly quirky owner fulfilled all our requests and made the whole experience perfect. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

The food is excellent. The waitstaff don't proactively check if everything is alright or if we need anything else, but they are there if asked. The atmosphere is okay, but the dining room is quite small, making it a bit cramped and stuffy.

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with Italian food. It doesn't matter what you order, whether fish, lasagna, or spaghetti… none of it is good! I absolutely cannot understand the good reviews. We are beyond disappointed.

It's a nice place, the people are friendly, and the food is excellent! Except that I ordered short pasta (like penne) arrabbiata and had to settle for spaghetti puttanesca on my plate (with tons of olives, which I don't like). The arrabbiata here is like that!! I was told...it was just as good, but I didn't expect it to be this good, especially since I don't like olives. But we'll be back! There were four of us, and everyone was more than happy.

The food here is truly delicious—a real insider tip! The pizza, in particular, impresses with its excellent quality and excellent value for money. It's not only very good, but also relatively inexpensive, which makes the visit all the more attractive. The only minor criticism: there are very few parking spaces, so you sometimes have to be patient. All in all, though, it's absolutely recommended for anyone looking for good Italian food!

If you're in Augsburg and want to savor authentic Italian cuisine, Villa D'este is undoubtedly the place to be. For me, it's the best Italian restaurant in the city, not just for the exceptional food, but for the complete experience it offers. The dishes are always fresh and the food is impeccable, and the service is a distinct plus. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a get-together with friends or family.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've eaten at in years and I travel all over Germany. I really have to say very, very good food and also okay in terms of price. Parking spaces are tight. There aren't many tennis courts and the restaurant is very busy - a real insider tip

Absolutely amazing!!!🥰 My husband and I ate here for the first time today and we were absolutely thrilled! Super friendly and an absolutely delicious meal! The meat was tender as butter, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the sauce was amazing!!! The tiramisu is the icing on the cake 🤩 absolutely amazing!!! Mixed pasta plate ordered vegetarian, but came with meat. We didn't touch it and reported it directly. Of course we had to pay twice because Claudio (employee) was of the opinion that we hadn't said anything. Just ridiculous and sad

Villa D'este is quite possibly the best Italian restaurant in all of Bavaria and perhaps even Germany. Why? As someone who is in Italy every year and also has friends there, I can say it is super authentic (I mean when you come in RTL 102.5 is already playing and you immediately feel like you are in Italy). Plus, I've never had Italian food that's even close to being as good anywhere else in Germany. The staff and especially the boss are fantastic and the food is simply brilliant. Of course everything is fresh and made with love and you can practically watch it being cooked. You simply have to go there if you are in the area. Great and I'm already looking forward to the next pasta or starter plate. The price is really very reasonable, especially for what you get and the huge portions.

The food was delicious and filling. Despite her stress, the waitress tried to be friendly, but the slightly older, thin gentleman was very unfriendly. The greeting alone was terrible. It wouldn't be bad to have a smile on your face either. He had a face and a mood like 7 days of rainy weather. We (5 people) would have wanted - if it hadn't been for the nice waitress - to turn around and eat somewhere else. 1 star deduction for the waiter.

…der schlechte Service hat alles ruiniert. Leere Gläser am Tisch, die Bedingung hat das gesehen, aber es war ihr egal. Drei Gerichte kamen nahezu zeitgleich, das vierte 15 Minuten später. Die Reklamation des Weines wurde mit, den verkaufen wir so seit Jahren toll behandelt. Schade drum, das Essen wäre gut gewesen.

Last weekend I was invited to a private party at Villa d'Este. The celebration took place a little away from the normal catering area, which was a huge plus (direct connection to the smoking terrace). The kitchen/waiter team really impressed me. On the one hand, the food was of high quality and tasted very tasty, and on the other hand, the atmosphere was very pleasant. The service staff's demeanor was excellent! Gladly again!

The food is fantastic, unfortunately the friendliness of the service leaves a lot to be desired and the air in the restaurant is very bad.

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago with my sister on the way back from Munich and loved it! The ambience is great and the service leaves nothing to be desired! What really topped it all off was the food 🙏😍 thank you for this authentic, loving Italian cuisine!!! We both ate pasta. Unfortunately I can't remember the exact names of the dishes. My pasta was with calamari and my sister had Gamberetti I mean. In any case, we have decided to visit this restaurant whenever we are in the area! Absolute recommendation 🙏🥰

Very good Italian food. There was nothing to complain about in any of the dishes, whether pizza, pasta or meat dishes. Unfortunately there are very few parking spaces in the yard and very difficult nearby. Otherwise absolutely recommended.

Very good restaurant with great service

From my point of view, the restaurant pretends to be something it is not (*fine dining"). The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but incredibly loud and stuffy. At times we almost had to shout at each other across the table - there is definitely a lack of a ventilation concept and noise insulation. The service leaves a lot to be desired and serves in two classes: regular guests, who are obviously well known, are served courteously, extremely attentively and politely - we, who were there for the first time... Well... you have to unfortunately also serve. The garlic on the pizza bread was burnt and tasted bitter in places, it was still edible but that's a different story (there seems to be a reason why other restaurants don't bake the garlic but drizzle it over it afterwards as oil). The “shrimp cocktail” consisted of a teaspoon of cocktail sauce and four natural shrimp carelessly placed on top. The wine had either been open for a long time or was simply discounter quality, but I haven't had such a bad wine for just under €8 in a long time. The rest was okay but not a highlight, pizza with a clear topping but otherwise good, that's why 3 stars for the food. Conclusion: It's okay to just grab a quick pizza while driving past, we won't be eating there anymore. I can also spend my money somewhere else where, on the one hand, you feel much more welcome and, on the other hand, the price/performance and quality are significantly better.

It was very tasty and fast service

Perfect italian restaurant with traditional dishes. The portion are great. Taste is fantastic and the prices are very decent. The service was really kind and thought of all the extra things needed for our diner: parmasan cheese, big pepper mill, olive oil and balsamico. We took the traditinal pasta’s and the bite was perfect al dente. Everything was clean. Big recommendation.

Always excellent dishes, fish preferably but their Pizza belongs to one of the best in Greater Augsburg. While service might look a bit „rough“ but always friendly and correct.

Very tasty food. Pasta dishes are also prepared to order, in my case Gnocci Cabonara. These gnocci have beaten all the ones I've eaten so far. The salad with turkey and the pasta with truffle, the second from the daily menu, were also excellent. Gladly again!

This restaurant does not promise what it wants to be on the outside. The room is too small for so many guests, bad air and the service only knows friendliness from the dictionary. The lasagna with salmon and spinach was very runny. That's why only one star.

Unfortunately the food was very familiar and Germanized. The portion sizes were also too small considering the price and quality.

Have been there a few times, very tasty food, staff super friendly and accommodating. Price/performance ratio top. It's now our favorite Italian restaurant 😘

Very nice atmosphere and quiet restaurant. The sanitary facilities could be a little cleaner. The food was okay, unfortunately the service was not convincing in any way. There were 5 adults at the table, 3 of whom had almost left. The waitress spilled drinks, no excuses, but one of my guests was hissed at for that 🤔 All in all, the restaurant wasn't convincing and we won't be coming back 🤷🏼

Wir haben dieses Restaurant zufällig besucht. Es war elegant gedeckt, und das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin besuchen.

Selten so einen schlechten Service gehabt. Erstmal Reserviert, angekommen und 30 Minuten gewartet da es untergegangen ist. Als der Kellner dann unseren Sitzplatz gezeigt hat, konnten wir endlich bestellen. 40 Minuten später, trotz wenig Kundschaft kam dan unser Essen an. Essen war zwar gut, je doch für den Preis definitiv zu wenig. Als wir dann natürlich Unzufrieden waren, haben wir auch kein Trinkgeld da gelassen. Sofort war der Kellner dann natürlich unfreundlich und hatte keine Lust mehr auf uns :) Schade!
