A little insider tip in Dinslaken. Here, you can sit comfortably outside and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat when the weather is nice. The prices are commensurate with the quality. Unlike many other restaurants, you get value for your money. If you want to sit outside, it's best to reserve a table in advance.

Nice...for a quick bite, not a luxury spot, just a club! But it's sociable and quite relaxed. The flowers on the tables were wilted, which made an unpleasant impression...my pasta was dripping with oil... Moderate prices, friendly service.

Delicious food. All (6) meals arrived quickly and at the same time. The entire service staff was very friendly and competent. Everything was great :-)

The burgers are really tasty and fresh, maybe use a larger plate to serve them, as it is very tight with the burger

The green vegetable curry was incredibly delicious, the best frozen food I've ever eaten, and it only costs €14.90, considering it's the only vegan dish. I'm positively impressed. The taste can be described as "a bad curry with extra frozen vegetables and cheap ready-made rice." (The staff are very friendly, though.)

"Never in my life have I sat, eaten, and been served so poorly as what happened here," I said to the owner as I paid at the counter without tipping a cent. There's just nothing right here! With a small group, we were crammed into the back corner, even though the place was half full. The mini-menu offered a lot, but (according to the rude waitress) it didn't allow for any variation – so no potato, instead of fries… well, so two main courses for me so I could get my potato and sour cream. A huge plate with the five flavorless kohlrabi "schnitzels" and another plate with a large, cold potato lying carelessly on it, garnished with an equally flavorless white sauce. ``` Now the waitress (after I'd waited a good hour for this arrangement) was personally insulted that I complained about the cold potato, only to receive a bland, but warm potato after another half hour and cold schnitzels. Everything tasted awful and moldy!!! Warning: the bag salad was okay! Unfortunately, despite the large number of staff and few customers, getting another drink wasn't possible, nor was it offered. Conclusion: dirty dishes, bad taste, horrible service!!! Every kebab shop in Dinslaken is more comfortable, and the food is fresher and tastier.

I got a currywurst with fries and mayo to go from the VHAus in Hiesfeld. It tasted really good – nothing to complain about. BUT: The portion was absolutely outrageous. I would have expected much more for the price. It was more like something for Lego men – just way too small. It's a shame, because the food itself had potential. I certainly won't go there again. The value for money isn't right here at all.

Nice restaurant by the tennis court

The food is delicious but the waitress is really rude.

It's a great place to sit and watch active people playing sports. The servers are young and not trained. The prices are a bit high for the food, but the food is still tasty, except for the burgers.

The VHaus has always been a great place to stop after a stroll around Lake Rotbach. But we've only just begun to appreciate it as a truly "good food offering," even though we've lived in Hiesfeld for a long time now. Highly recommended menu with classic dishes.

We're here every two weeks to play cards. Nice, friendly staff. Delicious food. Lovely atmosphere. Free parking. Definitely recommended. 👍

Clubhouse for tennis, field hockey, etc. Very well attended and plenty of food was served.

Food and atmosphere unbeatable. Unfortunately, no one cares about the Facebook page/Insta, for example about upcoming events...

Food was very good. Staff was friendly and nice. From a price point of view it was still okay, but everyone has to decide for themselves. I recommend going there at least once.

Unfortunately we were ignored by the waitress and left the restaurant after 20 minutes.

I've eaten there several times and it's always been great. The only thing I have to complain about is the price for a mini portion of mayonnaise and ketchup for 0.90 cents!! Of course, my grandchildren in particular can't survive on this portion!! And 0.90 cents are charged again every time I reorder!!!! In the restaurant where I go bowling, it's free!!! Maybe think about it, Mr. Nick. Kind regards

We were there with 4 people, without a reservation we wouldn't have been able to get a seat. Ordered steak, burger, kohlrabi schnitzel and salad. All very good and tasty. Service friendly and quick. Unfortunately it was too loud for us, so points were deducted for the ambience. Otherwise you can recommend the VHaus.

We were there for the first time with a group of eight people on Wednesday evening (July 3rd, 2024). The different dishes were very well prepared and everyone enjoyed them. The service was very friendly and attentive. We were completely satisfied with everything and have reserved a table again for our next meeting at the beginning of October. Can highly recommend this restaurant.

We were there with 4 people on Sunday We were amazed at the service. The employees turned 180 degrees. We were last there about 3 years ago but you could sole the employees' shoes while walking. There's none of that left. Everyone is super nice. We were all very satisfied. The food was also great. Thank you

Very tasty and reasonably priced food and drinks. The waiters are also very friendly. We'd love to come back. Yesterday was also a culinary delight. Also worth mentioning - very child and dog friendly. There has never been a dish that wasn't tasty. Thanks alot:)

The food is excellent, something you wouldn't expect from a clubhouse. Great relaxed, informal atmosphere, service very polite and courteous.

The gyros dish was very limited in terms of meat. Tzatziki has little taste. Temperature went like this. Service was very nice and attentive.

Very disorganized restaurant Appointments that have been planned for a long time are canceled. One person doesn't know what the other is doing. Orders are often only delivered half or incorrectly.

Went there for dinner this evening and can't complain about the food. The V-Haus burger is really tasty and the sweet potato fries with it are really great too. Unfortunately, my lovely evening with my wife was disrupted by an employee behind the counter (!) shouting very loudly at the service staff. That's why unfortunately only 1 star...

5 stars are given if there are no errors in reservations. It was really annoying, but a plus point is that the food was very tasty, I really liked the atmosphere and a good alternative was found to solve the problem.

We were here for the New Year's Eve event. Well decorated, nice atmosphere, good clientele. The buffet-style food tasted very, very good, they paid attention to quality, great! Service quick and friendly. However, we - and not only us - didn't like the DJ at all. Completely unsuitable music selection! Unfortunately, there was no relaxed atmosphere, for example there was no common countdown, no New Year music. I also missed attractive non-alcoholic drinks for this special occasion, which is a shame! We would like to come back next New Year's Eve, maybe one or two suggestions for improvement will be taken into account.

Nice location, with mostly really good food. Service is mostly good. Prices have risen disproportionately since this year - someone is taking the increase in VAT a little too seriously, especially since prices have been regularly adjusted upwards in recent years.

Was there for the first time today, very tasty, very nice staff

Mein alkfreies Getränk wurde mit alk Getränk vertauscht, ich bin allerdings der Fahrer an dem Tag gewesen und dazu noch in Probezeit und hatte eine Schmerztablette intus. In der hausgemachten Soße ist was von der Ziege oder Schaf drin, was ich nicht wusste(nirgendwo steht auch woraus die Soße besteht) und entsprechend einen Burger mit der besagten Soße bestellt habe. Was ich am Ende nicht aufessen konnte. Bin allerdings sehr penibel was den Geschmack angeht, vllt gefällt es dem anderem. Aber Portion Pommes war groß und davon bin ich schließlich auch satt geworden.

Vor Ort dort, war im Herbst schon mal dort war nicht toll (essen, überforderte Kellner aber noch ok. Nun Caesars Salat ca. 10 Minwürfel Hähnchenpressfleisch 4 halbe Minitomaten, Brot mit „Ajoli“ ein Bier alkoholfrei 26,80 ? Der große Berg Eisbergsalat bestand - trotz heller mengenweisser Fertigsauce aus braunen Salatstrünken. Ekelhaft würde ich zuhause niemandem anbieten.

Außergewöhnlich gute Küche. Egal was man essen möchte, es ist alles wirklich gut. Zudem stimmt das Peis/Leistungsverhältnis. Bei der Einrichtung darf man nicht vergessen dass es ein Vereinsheim ist. Es ist immer gut besucht, aber mit Reservierung habe ich immer einen Platz bekommen. Man kennt immer jemanden und fühlt sich wohl.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach, die Gerichte vielseitig. Sorry,aber die Bratkartoffeln waren "Matschig "Meine Süßkartoffeln leider auch,aber das kann ja überall mal passieren! Wir werden sicherlich einen zweiten Besuch wagen.

Ich warte schon mehr als 20 Minuten darauf, dass meine Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Der Kellner guckt mich an, ich sage: "wir würden gerne bestellen" - er ignoriert mich. Die Küche rettet die unhöfliche Bedienung.

Sehr tolles Restaurant, aber nicht nur das man kann an der Theke auch nur Mal ein Bier trinken. Das Essen war sehr gut. Service so schnell kann man das Bier nicht trinken, so schnell und aufmerksam sind die. Werde jetzt wohl öfter Mal da hin Fahren.

Gutes Essen. Räumlichkeiten zum Teil ähnlich südländischen Restaurant. Man fühlt somit wie im Urlaub.

Leckeres Essen, gemütlich, einladend. Das Personal war richtig freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Highlight: Soße neben dem Schnitzel. Simple aber gut. Preise sind akzeptabel, hier stimmt die Preis/Leistung.

Muss hier mal was loswerden! Gegen das V-Haus ist nichts auszusetzen! Absolut solides Essen und Bedienung! Das Ambiente ist Vereinsheim typisch - wir haben schon viele schöne Abende dort verbracht! Seit einer Weile hatten wir eine Kegelbahn fest reserviert (Samstag Abends, mit 7 Mann). Heute wurden wir allerdings von einem Herrn (vermutlich der Chef!) äußerst unsanft und direkt von der Kegelbahn geschmissen und unser Zeitslot für uns dauerhaft gestrichen. Grund: wir würden nicht genügen Einnahmen generieren! Für uns einerseits verständlich, aber: -warum macht man uns das Angebot für diesen Zeitslot? -der Ton macht die Musik! Die Art und Weise wie der Chef auf einen zukam ging garnicht! -Kompromissbereitschaft? Fehlanzeige!! Alles in allem ein sehr unschöner Abend! Wir werden uns ein neues Lokal suchen!

Gutes Essen. Service war okay; etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und es gibst einen Stern mehr. Der Biergarten ist sehr schön, was durch die Lage in Waldnähe unterstützt wird. Kommen gerne wieder.
