Great delivery always to Neustr.19a :)

After almost 2 hours, our order finally reached us. The kebab and the kebab box were ice cold and had no taste whatsoever. If I could I would give fewer stars. Not recommended! Next time I'll go to the kebab shop around the corner!

We just ordered there for the first time via Lieferando. The Combinazione was very tasty and prepared with a fresh tomato sauce. Never eaten so well in this form from a delivery service. The kebab pizza is also recommended. Thank you! Keep it up :)

I mainly have delivery and so far it's always been great, sometimes the delivery time is a little longer, but if I don't drive myself I accept that

We order food here frequently and have always been satisfied. The boss is super nice and puts his heart and soul into his work. The food always tastes good and is super hot when delivered. Clear recommendation.

Every time there are problems with delivery. 2 hours!?!? For a journey of 8 minutes!? And the Lieferando app doesn't show correct delivery times? The same thing every time is extremely annoying. The food is top.

I regularly order from Venezia Pizzeria & Kebab Haus Westerburg and am always satisfied. The food is always delicious and fresh. The ordering process is easy, delivery is on time, and the staff is always friendly. Highly Recommended!

Ordered food for 8 p.m., no delivery at 9 p.m. The call said the driver would be there in 7 minutes. 30 minutes later still no one there. Apparently there are construction sites on the way. I drive this way every day, unfortunately there is no construction site. Simply overlook the Lieferando order and then brazenly lie about it.

Since we were here on vacation and didn't feel like going out the door in the evening, we ordered via Lieferando. 1x gratinated tortelini and a salad with turkey breast strips. For a Saturday evening, the delivery time was stated to be around 90 minutes, which is perfectly fine. Delivery was even 20 minutes earlier than stated. The driver was super nice, which is not always the case with other delivery services. The tortelini delivered were still hot (despite the 14 km journey) and the salad was crisp and fresh even though the turkey breast strips were included. The bowl of tortelini was full to the brim, as was the salad. Price, performance is right here and the taste is very tasty and tasty for an out-of-home delivery. We would definitely order here again and if we were ever in the area, we would also eat there! Everything is just right here, from the order to the delivery with the friendly driver to the delicious food. We couldn't give any stars for ambience because we weren't there. We recommend it with ***** stars

Ordered for delivery, the service was great, but the kebab had a bit of no sauce and very little sauce and the chili cheese fries were barely edible even for those who couldn't tolerate the spiciness.

Clean, nice, pleasant place, central location. Rich menu, fresh products. I ordered a doner in a roll, it was a bit dry. The prices were normal. On-street parking.

I ordered a pizza that was okay, but the pizza tasted more like a frozen pizza and the dough wasn't particularly good. The cheese was a little too crispy for my taste. So for the price you can definitely get a better pizza. But let me just say that if you just want to eat a quick pizza, that's enough. the pizza deserves its 2 stars :)

Waiting time was just too long. Despite a call back that the desired kebab meat was out, it still took forever. My schnitzel... See photos: jäger schnitzel ordered and 4 mushrooms arrived with no sauce at all? The fries absolutely cold. The meat was now neither plentiful nor justified in terms of quality. I had to make my own sauce so I could eat the dry food. Sorry for the harsh words but I'm really disappointed. The kebab roll was probably very good and the family pizza was also impressive. Apart from the schnitzel, the price is okay. But if you consider the waiting time, it's better to order somewhere else.

Super tasty kebabs, we are a big fan of the chilli cheese, but the waiting time is a disgrace. At Lieferando you wait up to 3 hours although at the beginning it said a maximum of 45 minutes. Unfortunately we no longer order here

Super delicious food, always freshly prepared, friendly staff, a great shop and it always tastes good, it doesn't matter whether you order food to be delivered or prefer to pick it up yourself or eat on site. I can only recommend it. I don't have that good food in Westerburg and the surrounding area Ate like in Venezia, I can only recommend it to everyone

Ordered there for the first time. Pizzas were very tasty (of course not Italian but that wasn't what we expected). The authentic dips were very convincing. Delivery was quick and the food was still warm.

!!ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! Order was supposed to arrive after 30-55 minutes, after over 90 minutes I called and asked where the order was, which was followed by "pizza is in the oven and will be there in 10 minutes", 30 more minutes passed and the order still hasn't arrived Arrived.

Super friendly staff and very tasty dishes on the menu Even though it can sometimes take a little longer with the food, the guys come to the customer to improve it. Good service, I'll be back!

I ordered a doner kebab pizza. Unfortunately, this was very sparsely occupied. Lots of cheese and a slightly thick pizza base. Taste could be improved.

We have ordered from Venezia several times now and are very satisfied with the taste and quality of the food. But having to wait 3 hours for your order is not normal. It's a shame since it hasn't happened the first time, so we're now looking for a new pizza supplier.

I had kebab meat with fries and salad. The fries and salad were OK. The kebab meat was dry and the vinegar bottle must have fallen into the sauce. This was our first time getting food there and it will be our last time.

Leider war die heutige Lieferung ein Reinfall. Mein Mann hat das falsche Essen bekommen, meins war absolut versalzen.. Nach der Bewertung wurden wir angerufen und es wurde sich entschuldigt, das war sehr zuvorkommend. +1 Stern.

Schade, das zweite mal bestellt. Die Dönerrolle war kalt, bei der ersten Bestellung. Heute abend bestellt,liefern lassen, Dönerfleisch wieder kalt, kein Schafskäse drauf,obwohl es bestellt wurde. Keinen Kassenzettel vom Fahrer bekommen um nach zu sehen,ob ich jetzt trotzdem den Aufpreis vom Käse bezahlt habe. Die Kinder Burger, waren heiss,aber dafür auf manchen seiten vom Fleisch etwas angebrannt und nicht sonderlich schmackhaft. Sehr schade!!!

Wow,eine neue Konkurrenz zu den etablierten Restaurants in Westerburg. Wir waren zu Viert dort essen : Jägerschnitzel,Pizza Hawai,Fleischteller und einmal Pommes mit Majo. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen,Bedienung sehr freundlich...werden künftig öfters kommen .

Döner ist richtig lecker, vorallem der Chilli Cheese Döner. Top-Essen, Top-Preise und Lak seine Shawarma wenn ich sie esse bekomme ich das Gefühl dass ich fliege yauw. Ya Ammo, wenn du das liest abouz aynek abouz.

Wir haben auf der Terrasse vor dem Lokal gesessen,leider keine Bedienung wegen Personalmangel,hatte drinnen bestellt und unser Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt,hatte einen Salat mit Putenstreifen und Gemüse,meine Frau eine Sucuk Pizza die lecker war,jedoch Terrasse direkt an der Straße mit Lärm Belästigung,dadurch das Personal fehlt auch drinnen überall noch Teller,Essenreste und dieTische nicht sauber ,wenn dann lieber bestellen und essen bringen lassen
