Ordered once, never again. Pizza was lukewarm and there wasn't the desired double amount of gyros, but some of it was burnt. The pizza rolls were black charred on top and the dough was completely raw on the inside. I threw both away because they were inedible. At least the cola tastes good. When you called for the unpleasant order you were insulted and threatened. Such foreigners should be deported with their families.

We ordered 7 dishes online 24 hours in advance. Delivery came about 25 minutes later than ordered - absolutely acceptable for a Friday evening, the driver was friendly and came to the apartment door. Food overall good to very good with small comments. -3 pizzas (Margherita, Frutti die Mare, ham+salami+pepperoni): all 3 very good -Gnocchi 4 cheese: a bit bland in taste -Grill plate: chicken and lamb very, very fine, beef slightly tough -Lamb Vindaloo: very good and spicy ;-) -Chicken nuggets: taste good, but because they are in an aluminum tray they are no longer crispy All in all, really a recommendation!

I've always liked ordering from them, but recently the wrong food was delivered to me and the salad, which was very overpriced and prepared without love, was missing the dressing (for €9 I already ask for a dressing) I should pay for the pasta that was delivered incorrectly or give it away... very hygienic... not. I'll never order there again...

Pizza was ok and as ordered and ready in the specified time and still hot. However, the price wasn't right and I wasn't granted the pickup discount. A bit dingy in front and in the store. You used to be better. No receipt Trott request received (if there was one at all)

Disaster!!!7 p.m. Ordered online, nothing arrived in the specified time. When I called, delivery time was well over an hour. Didn't even get a discount. It was definitely the last time we ordered there.

Actually it doesn't even deserve one star, my food was supposed to have been there for an hour, nothing has happened yet and I don't think it will come at all, so thanks for nothing. Luckily I didn't pay in advance. If it were on the weekend, I would definitely have had more understanding, but it was during the week, so really weak. It's also not the first time that Venezia has struck me negatively because of something like this. That was the last chance I was willing to give them. Absolute impudence, save your money, they apparently have no use for it.

The food came on time and was very tasty. The driver was friendly and we all enjoyed the food. Just to recommend😋

Pizza dough not cooked through. Price more expensive than on the menu. Ambiance “dirty” and run down. My stomach is already telling me. It's better to eat somewhere else. (Opinion of a Swiss chef) Too bad, big disappointment 😞

Unfortunately you have to give a point. The salad was forgotten the last time we ordered. Ok, it can happen... When I called Venezia I was "assured" that the salad would be delivered with the next order. Ordered again today: it was pointed out again in the comment "please remember the salad".... Delivery came... This time there was NO drink!!!!!!! and when asked about the “forgotten salad” everyone just laughed!!! So: we paid for a salad and a drink which we didn't receive!!!! We will never order from here again!!!!!!!

My most recent orders have always been on time, still hot, steaming and delicious. I always think the pizzas are very good and the delivery service is very nice.

The food tastes very tasty and is delivered to your home very quickly.

I'm satisfied, it's delicious, the staff is friendly, everything's great. Every now and then I get something different than what I ordered, but so far it's always been delicious 🤗 and I even think the rare little surprises are cool 😉

Yesterday I ordered a calzONE, ECKELHAFT... kebab meat was very similar to washed dog food... When I cut it, I came across table tennis sized pieces of tomato with about 250ml of tomato water... The cheese was of course forgotten as was the extra garlic that wasn't in it ... I'll let you know what the manager said about it when he's available... Oh, almost forgot to mention... stomach cramps and bowel movements... Order your calzONE from la strada... You will get a dream CalzONE according to your wishes for €10... Daniela

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Calzone besteht nur aus großen Tomaten und Zwiebeln. Der Teig ist nicht richtig durch und das wenig Fleisch ist nicht richtig angebraten.

I'm very disappointed with the Mexican pizza, so I don't understand the composition, I bake my bread with salami, peppers and cheese and corn and just because they put tomato sauce on the dough doesn't mean it's Mexican pizza, what does salami have to do with a Mexican pizza? , every other Mexican pizza, even based on a google recipe, doesn't just have salami and red peppers and a bit of corn 🌽 sorry but I felt ripped off.

The pizza dough was not made through the pizza was inedible including a stomach ache. Ordered via Lieferando, the owner of the pizzeria demanded the amount despite the inedible food. Disrespectful. Absolutely not recommended to anyone to order. The food is really underground.

I ordered a BAGUETTE here via Lieferando, what I got after waiting for 2 hours was a completely burnt toast with somehow everything on it except what was supposed to be on it, so I couldn't eat it anymore🤮... and I paid €11 for that Many thanks

According to the flyer, ordering options include telephone, fax and online. Furthermore, a discount of 30% is advertised for people who collect the goods themselves. Ordered online and when you picked it up you were told in an unfriendly way that the discount was only available if you ordered by phone. However, this cannot be read anywhere on the order card/flyer. It's a bit intentional (I just think the word cheating out loud).

We've been ordering here for years and every time it's really tasty. I can understand some people here, because we rarely had any "accidents" during delivery, but otherwise everything was always ok. The delivery person is nice and usually quick (of course you can't expect it to be delivered faster on public holidays or weekends than during the week. You're not the only one who orders at peak times!) The prices have also increased a bit, but that's ok (they rise everywhere) Have been ordering there for years and will continue to do so for years!

Einfach nur ekelhaft und eine Frechheit was einem hier für 28,-€ vorgesetzt wird. Wir hatten eine Salami, Schinken, Champignon Partypizza bestellt - diese war hart wie Schuhsohle und einfach nur trocken... kaum Belag, Pilze und Schinken konnte man suchen... Salami bog sich schon nach oben. Finger weg, jede Supermarktpizza schmeckt besser...

Weit über eine Stunde auf 3 Pizzen und einen Salat gewartet, dann 50€ !!! Bezahlt ( neue Preise), weder Getränk ,Pizzabrot oder Gutschein bekommen und auch geschmacklich nicht viel wert. Sprühsahne statt Salatdressing, geschnittene Gurkenscheiben statt dem bestellten grünen Salat alles in allem war das unsere letzte Pizzabestellung bei Venezia

Essen wurde erst nach einer Eindreiviertelstunde geliefert. Die Pizza war sehr fettig und der Burrito leider nicht als solches erkennbar.

Super lecker...war alles wie erwartet... ein super netter Fahrer... Ich kann es hier nur bestens weiterempfehlen.. Danke an Euch..👍👍👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗

Schnelle Lieferung. Pizza schmeckt wie vor 10-15 jahren.

Haben gestern 3 Pizzen und Nudeln Carbonara bestellt, die Pizza war gut aber die Carbonara war schrecklich einfach nur Spaghetti mit ein bisschen Schinken und beige gefärbten Wasser, das geht besser!

Wir hatten Schnitzel Spezial bestellt. Sehr lecker. Lieferung war schneller als angekündigt. Essen war noch richtig heiß. Gerne wieder. Der Herr vom Lieferservice war sehr nett.

Nicht gerade die freundlichen Angestellten, aber die Pizza war gut und als Selbstabholer bekommt man sogar 30% Rabatt.

Also ich habe hier schon öfters bestellt und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Venezia Pizzaservice. Es schmeckt sehr gut und die Lieferung ist sehr schnell.

Mein Mann und ich bestellten Heute zum ersten Mal. Bei meinem Mann gab es die 45b (Döner-Pizza mit Dönerfleisch und Zwiebeln) und bei mir die 300 (Gyrosfleisch mit Schafskäse und Sahnesauce überbacken + Kroketten). Von meinem Mann bekam ich dann die Antwort, das diese Pizzaria definitiv keine negativen Bewertungen verdient hat und da gebe ich ihm zu 100% recht. Es war wirklich ausgesprochen lecker 🤤👍 Das Gyrosfleisch war saftig und zart. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es aber dennoch, da leider nirgends Schafskäse zu finden war, der da dabei sein hätte sollen 😕 Der NORMALE Käse war trotzdem schön geschmolzen (nicht zu braun) und die Kroketten... oh mein Gott.. der absolute Wahnsinn! Habe vergessen den kleinen Salat noch zu erwähnen, der mitgeliefert wurde. Schön knackig und frisch. War ebenfalls sehr gut 👍 Wenn das bei den nächsten Bestellungen so bleibt, sind wir mehr als zufrieden. Vielen vielen lieben Dank, für das leckere Essen 🙏 Ihr seit toll 👏😊

Bestellen seit Jahren hier. Handwerklich sehr gut zubereitet, allerdings hin und wieder etwas lasch gewürzt. Ist aber selten der Fall.

In Plauen auf jeden Fall der Pizzaservice meines Vertrauens. Die Auswahl auf dem Menü ist vielseitig. Der Mindestbetrag für eine Lieferung ist bei weitem nicht so Übertrieben wie bei anderen Service`n. Die Preise von dem Essen sind gut. Das Essen selbst finde ich auch Super. Die Lieferanten sind bis jetzt alle Super Freundlich gewesen. Etwas längere Lieferzeit als andere Services aber Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Schnelle Lieferung, das Essen geht so... Mit italienischem Essen hat es jedenfalls nicht viel zu tun. Hätte man sich auch denken können bei der riesigen Anzahl an internationalen Gerichten zur Auswahl, dass die Qualität nicht berauschend sein kann. Schade.

Top Qualität, top Preis und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Salat kam ohne Dressing und Calzone Döner nicht so der Brüller.. Schade!

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig Pizza und holen sie immer ab (können also zum Lieferservice nichts sagen). Preis-Leistung passt und immer sehr lecker!

Für den Preis ist die Pizza echt gut. Man darf da keine kulinarische Meisterleistung erwarten, sie ist okay und als Partypizza für eine größere Runde sehr gut geeignet. Leider hat die Qualität und der Service in den letzten Monaten nachgelassen. Das geht beim Geschmack des Essens los und weiter bis dahin, dass Bestellungen vergessen werden.

Ich habe nun schon mehrere Lieferdienste in Plauen ausprobiert. Venezia Pizzaservice schlägt allerdings dem Fass den Boden aus. Geschlagene 2 Stunden mussten wir auf unsere Bestellung warten. Am Telefon wurden wir mit dem saloppen Spruch abgetan, dass das hier normal sei. Sorry, von der Konkurrenz bin ich andere Lieferzeiten gewohnt. Nie wieder.

Die beste Pizza aus Plauen. Der Lieferservice ist wirklich schnell und günstig. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Familienpizza mit bis zu 5 Zutaten.

essen kalt, keine frischen zutaten, Bedienung kann kein deutsch, selbst lesen können die mitarbeiter nicht, zumindest kein deutsch und über hygiene will ich gar nicht erst schreiben. macht den laden einfach dicht!!!!!!!!!!
