Venezia italienische Küche in Hannover

Schlechte Erfahrung !!! Entweder existiert diese Pizzeria gar nicht oder sie wurde bereits geschlossen. Sehr enttäuschend wenn man dies auf einem langen Fußweg feststellen muss das es heute leider doch kein Essen gibt trotz angeblichen Öffnungszeiten bis 01 Uhr nachts. Der Link zur Speisekarte funktioniert nicht. Und auch die vermeintlich hinterlegte Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben. Danke für NICHTS 👎👎👎👎

Terrible experience!!! Either this pizzeria doesn't exist or it's already closed. Very disappointing to discover this after a long walk, only to find out there's no food available despite the advertised opening hours until 1 a.m. The link to the menu doesn't work. And the phone number listed is also invalid. Thanks for NOTHING 👎👎👎👎

Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt, die nie ankam! Ich war zwei Tage bei meinen Neffen in Hannover und wollte unbedingt die Pizza von diesem Restaurant probieren – wenn man es denn so nennen kann! Sie schickten mir eine E-Mail, dass die Lieferung bald an die angegebene Adresse geliefert werden würde. Doch über zwei Stunden lang kam niemand, und weder meine E-Mails noch meine Anrufe wurden beantwortet! Was ist das denn für eine Kneipe? 🤬

Warten seit 1,5h auf unsere Pizza und wenn man da anruft kann man sich nur mit der Mailbox unterhalten.

Einmal und nie wieder. Wir haben über Uber Eats bestellt. Zuerst hatte der Bote 0 Wechselgeld dabei, so dass wir mit Ach und Krach die Sparbüchsen "plündern" mussten. Dann haben wir bemerkt, das die Lieferung falsch und unvollständig war. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage wollte sich jemand "kümmern". Kam aber nichts. Nach einer Stunde wollten wir nochmal nachfragen. Jetzt geht keiner mehr ran. Bestimmt 20mal versucht. Unfassbar. Das sich dieser Laden überhaupt hält..

Das Essen ist Super lecker.Allerdings ist der Service Katastrophe. Schlechte Lieferzeiten ek mal über 1 1/2 Std gewartet und es wird schlimmer. Man kann nicht mit Karte zahlen.

Erstmal das positive: das Essen (Burger & Hausfritten) sehr lecker, 5 von 5 Sternen. Leider hatte ich bei meiner letzten Bestellung alles fehlerhaft erhalten und unvollständig, das Fehlende Essen wurde schnell im Kofferraum zusammen gemixt und uns übergeben. Habe die Fehllieferung im Restaurant gemeldet, es sollte anschließend richtig geliefert werden, aber es kam nichts… Schade. Auf meine Anfragen (1 Tag später) gab es keine Reaktion. Der Service sehr schlecht.

Food delivered after 2 hours!!! I received a calzone pizza without mushrooms and salami, and without pineapple, which was ordered separately and charged for!!!! I will never order from here again!!! Outrageous!

Ordered via Lieferando, this has already been paid for and confirmed. After more than an hour, unfortunately nothing came. Called to ask, the order hadn't been received. Ok, it can happen. I then asked, ok, I've already paid, so I can now pass it on to you by phone. Unfortunately, I wasn't interested in processing our order. Then I just said it was almost €70, which would be a shame for you. If I get an answer like I don't care then I just think wow if you don't want to earn anything. Then we ordered somewhere else. Unfortunately never here again. It's your own fault Update October 20th After the complaint, Lieferando contacted the restaurant to arrange a refund. The restaurant refused. According to Lieferando, I should now deal with the restaurant myself. We'll see, unfortunately the boss isn't available at the moment.

We ordered via Lieferando: 1 pizza with an extra request (it was well received, but very bland) 1 calzone (also correct) 1 BBQ burger menu (also correct, but the pattie was far dry and the BBQ sauce was probably applied with a pipette) Well, that's all that could bring stars. The dippers we ordered were sold out, we were called and asked to exchange them for steakhouse fries. Mozzarella sticks were delivered instead. The onion rings we ordered were forgotten. The mushroom schnitzel we ordered was also not delivered. We should call the store and ask. They just answered with a “Hello” and were told that a driver was on the way with the Onion Rings. Nobody knows anything about the mushroom schnitzel. Would we like to have this on another day? Uh, no, we're hungry now. Ok, so another driver... almost 20 minutes later a driver came with onion rings (without dip!) AND the schnitzel. But without the mushrooms! So we called again. This time there wasn't even a "hello", there was silence on the phone until we said something. Mushrooms??? You could see the question mark over his head through the phone! As if they didn't know that mushrooms are the same as champignons. Could it be included in a next order? No thanks, that was the first and last time we ordered there! So we ate in stages and had a lot of fun with this delivery service.

I received a flyer even though it says “No advertising please” on my mailbox.

Once and never again. Food was delivered almost cold. Calzone was swimming in fat. The taste of both pizzas was absolutely zero. Unfortunately you have to give one star

I've known this store since it opened and eat there regularly, simply because I'm too lazy to shop. I have tried many different dishes and they were always very tasty and I had nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately absolutely not satisfied. Ordered via Lieferando, waited 90 minutes even though only a maximum of 60 minutes delivery time was displayed and before ordering only 20 minutes delivery time. With the burger, the meat was very dry, the pizza was very sour and the extras were forgotten, for which of course you paid extra money. Once and never again.

We have ordered here 5 times and 5 times the food didn't come right. The fifth time we said that was enough and called them. We were told that we would get 20% off our next order and that our food, which arrived incorrectly, would be remade and delivered to us “immediately”. We've been waiting for 4 hours now and the food is still not here. A catastrophe, we will never order there again!

No Italian pizza. You don't know what Italian pizza is.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt & es war bis dato die beste Pizza die wir uns, haben liefern lassen. Dachte erst, Boha 13€ für eine Pizza aber.. Wirklich.. Supeeeeer lecker, 0,0 „siffig“ wegen zu viel Öl o.s, sehr Schnelle Lieferung! Also alles 1a, immer gerne wieder!

Das Essen schmeckt zuuu heftig! Definitiv unterschätzt! Der Herr war auch total nett und er ging auch auf alle meine Fragen ein die ich kritisch gestellt hatte!💪🏻😌

It was near the hotel we stayed, when we entered some horrible smell punched us. Next second, a short and nervous guy said something (not in German or English, not even Italian) and out we went.That smell though ....

Die Pizzas und Bürgers schmecken sehr lecker. Die Lieferzeiten sind auch gut, meistens 30-50min. Bei Lieferando ist die Venicia auch sehr gut bewertet. Ich würde den Lieferant sehr empfehlen.
