I'm sorry but 1 star is even too much for the cigköfte, I have no idea how old the cigköfte is. definitely not fresh, they are falling apart, the green stuff they gave them was rotten. Just threw the money in the trash

I can agree with the previous reviews. The food arrived after 1 hour, even though a delivery time of 15-25 minutes was stated. The food was very little for the price and cold. The fries were an outrage. There was a small handful of soggy frozen fries for €5.

Order placed via Lieferando Order time 15-40 minutes. After sending then 1 1/2 hours delivery time, called immediately to cancel because the timing didn't work. Had some problems on the phone until the boss answered and said the order couldn't be canceled because it was already on the way (ordered 2 minutes before).

There were animals in the salad and the sauce was expired. When I called they couldn't help me and I was told a colleague would call back, but of course he didn't.

I had something delivered yesterday via Lieferando. After approx. 1 hour. Then my order arrived. Fries soggy and cold. Salad without topping (nachos) even though they were charged an additional €1.20. There was also an indefinable sauce that didn't go well with it. The only thing you could remotely eat was cig köfte wrap, although I also missed the cig köfte in it. First and last time I ordered something there. Driver was also quite unfriendly when handing over the food. This experience cost me €25. Oh, and unfortunately the wrap was also cold. I don't know if it has to be that way, but I prefer them warm...

We had our first and last experience with this business about 2 weeks ago. It was a Sunday and that's perfectly fine even if it takes over an hour, but after 1.5 hours there was nothing and they were assured on the phone that the driver was on the way. The same thing after 2 hours and then after 2.5 hours. After 3 hours we wanted our money back but neither money nor an apology came. Unfortunately Lieferando cannot do anything about this as the owners themselves are responsible. 50 euros just gone... This one is just the last one...

I really like the food from VeganLand in general, even in Bergheim. The employees are also nice. It's a real shame that the condition of the toilet gets worse every time and its use is really borderline! The tables are often not wiped down, even when the store is empty. Unfortunately, it is also the only VeganLand I know where the Ayran costs €2.50 instead of €1.50 like everywhere else. The opening times according to the internet: 24 hours. Of course you then realize that this isn't the case, you drive there at 10:45 a.m., park, see the sign from a distance that says "we are open" ..... and it's closed.

A party meal was ordered. The food would be delivered late. The salad was completely spoiled. For €64 it was very outrageous for two plates of food. There were 30 people listed. An absolute cheek.

First of all, for everyone who wants to have it delivered: Hands off! Delivery has repeatedly taken over 2 hours, so we will never order there again. You will end up with incorrect orders (if at all) and limp food. There are obvious communication problems on the phone, which makes finding a solution almost impossible. Accordingly, I strongly advise against ordering food there.

Disaster an impertinence, when you order because of late delivery you are insulted in Turkish and you don't get your money back. They took food with them again. It is not normal !

I can definitely not recommend veganLand. I waited 2 hours for my food. After several calls, I was rudely informed that the food would be there in 2 minutes, then in 20 minutes, and then at some point it was at the door and then it was ice cold and just tasted like cardboard.

Wir hatten Pommes, Lamacun, einen Falafel Burger, Baklava und Kadaif, und haben vor Ort gegessen. Der junge Mann hinter der Theke war freundlich, allerdings nicht besonders schnell. Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, war es egal. Das Essen war gut und frisch zubereitet. Es hatte Imbiss Qualität, wie in einem solchen Laden eben zu erwarten. Das Gebäck war saftig und nicht zu süß. Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wenn wir vor Ort sind und hungrig, gingen wir durchaus noch mal hin.

Haben Cigköfte für 2 Personen und den Vegan-Salat gegessen. Beides waren sehr lecker, vor allem die Cigköfte waren gut gewürzt. Werden bestimmt nochmal kommen.

Sehr familienfreundliches Unternehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Bei häufigen Bestellungen gibt es sogar kleine Gefallen und bisschen was umsonst. Die Lage ist zudem sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Würde das auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 🤝

Super Geschmack, kann ich jedem mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Habe zuvor immer nur für mich alleine bestellt. İnzwischem bestellt meine ganze Familie hier. Weiter so 👍

Super, schnelle Lieferung und leckeres Essen!!

Heute das erste mal ausprobiert und total begeistert. Wir haben das Essen mit Nachhause genommen. Beide Falafel Wraps waren absolut top zubereitet, der Laden an sich wirkt sehr aufgeräumt, strukturiert und sauber. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Hier gehen wir definitiv wieder hin! Bis bald!

Sehr leckeres Essen egal ob cigköfte, falafel oder die veganen Speisen schmecken alle sehr sehr lecker. Personal sehr nett, einer der besten Veganland Filialen die ich je besucht habe. Immer wieder gerne kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Echt überteuert für die menge, nicht zu empfehlen

Bisher nur Cigköfte dort gegessen, war sehr lecker, vor meinen Augen wurde dies sehr hygienisch zubereitet, top Manko: der Preis ist echt sehr teuer für ein sehr billig herzustellendes Produkt… Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber die Deutschkenntnisse waren sehr eingeschränkt, was ich immer Fragwürdig finde, vor allem wenn die Person alleine in dem Geschäft ist, da man so nicht mal ordentlich etwas zu dem Produkt oder Angebot fragen kann

Veganland bei Lieferando ist einfach genial Die Lieferzeit beträgt allerhöchstens 15-20 min innerhalb 50126. Zu den Mitarbeitern muss man nichts sagen , weil sie wie immer sehr freundlich sind. Und das Essen sowieso. Mit Veganland macht man nichts falsch 👍

Sehr freundlicher Service und ausgesprochen hygienische Geschäftsräume. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und sehr lecker. Einziges Manko war, dass der Salat zum Mitnehmen in Plastik eingeschweißt kommt. Ansonsten für ein schnelles veganes essen zu empfehlen. Leider sind sämtliche Desserts nur vegetarisch.

Ah Veganland Bergheim ich mag nicht wie ihre es macht und junge nie wieder veganland lieber gehe ich von wo anderes essen anstand bei euch Bedburg Komgene ist besser nur da ist die tortillia nicht lecker auf wiedersehen
