Unfortunately it was very loud in the hall. And negative is the fast food principle, but with restaurant prices for a few noodles with extras, I'm less likely to repeat it.

Unfortunately there are no regular pizzas anymore, which is a real shame. There are now Pinza, which don't taste very good and are more reminiscent of frozen products. The price for this is also significantly too high at €15. Unfortunately, service also leaves a lot to be desired and could be described as unfriendly. Addendum from October 24th, 2024: Why can you order normal pizza at Lieferando and on the website, but not in the restaurant? The pizza is significantly better than the local Pinsa.

Price-performance ratio is good. Quality of the food was ok, although not entirely convincing. Service is very inconsistent.

It started with the welcome on Saturday. The four of us came to dinner in the early evening, were very happy, greeted the staff in a friendly manner at the entrance and only received strange looks. There should at least be a friendly greeting. The system at Vapiano with the ordering terminals brings McDonald's vibes including canteen flair. It definitely used to be better! When the meal was ready, my noodles weren't fully cooked. They probably could have cooked for 2 minutes longer... well... and during the meal, employees joined our table to get the paper bags with LED lights ready for the outside area. Does it have to be that way? You don't have to go there again. Given the prices and the lack of customer friendliness, it would be better to sit down in a "real" restaurant. You pay the same and still have good customer service.

The noodles weren't cooked through at all and it wasn't tasty

Here again after years, nothing has changed. The Caesar salad was quite good, only the chicken breast we ordered for 4.90 euros almost had to be searched for and wasn't worth ordering. Otherwise quite nice after a visit to the city.

I've always been a fan of Vapiano, but the enthusiasm is waning a lot. The Pinsa doesn't taste nearly as good as the pizza that was available before and has now been discontinued. The portions are too small to really fill you up. While we were sitting at the table, staff came to the table 3 times to exchange tea lights. This is extremely disruptive during conversations. Too bad...

Prices have risen insanely. Supplements were forgotten. Service unfriendly. Unfortunately no longer recommended. It was very heavily mined.

Staff are nice in themselves, but the food is constantly decreasing, the portions when delivered are definitely smaller than on site (pasta with chicken)

The food is good, the ambience is too, but the music is endlessly annoying.

The possible influence on the composition of the dishes is interesting but takes some getting used to. The acoustics in the open, large room are exhausting. All in all I was satisfied.

I ordered Pasta cacio e pepe, a typical dish of Rome. But I got a very small portion of pasta with butter Far from the Roman recipe I tried to contact the Local to get an explanation (mistakes can happen in the ristorazion) but I received no response I think it is better to propose simple dishes but done well than to want to propose typical recipes without knowing how to execute them

Divided into two: We had 2x gluten-free pinsa and 1x gluten-free. The gluten free ones were great! I didn't like the gluten one, it's definitely not worth €15. For the gluten-free ones there is an additional charge of €2.50 each, so you end up with €17.50. Unfortunately this is too expensive for what you get!

Super bad food at high prices. No wonder the juice shop is going bankrupt.

The food is delicious and you can also chill out here in peace. Prices okay for Oldenburg. It's just not the best location when it comes to parking. But the restaurant can't help that.

Wir waren früher Stammgäste. Seit die Mutter insolvent war, ging es stetig bergab. Die Pinsa geht als vorgebackener Fertigteig durch eine Backstraße. Boden ist dennoch verbrannt. Tische kleben. Der Schichtleiter schreit die ganze Zeit seine ungelernten Kräfte an. Summer Spezial mit Burrata war irgendwie sauer. Für das Geld kann jeder Italiener der Stadt eine Familie glücklich machen. Wir kommen endgültig nicht wieder. Schade, eigentlich mochte wir das Konzept, aber ganz ohne Qualität wird es eng …

Always like the Vapiano Oldenburg because the pasta and the service are excellent.

We both had pasta dishes on site today. Compared to previous visits, this time it was almost completely tasteless and thinly sprinkled with cheap parmesan cheese. Also the other content with wafer-thin Mushroom slices, clear stocked, left a lot to be desired and didn't change the taste. Price-performance ratio doesn't work here at all. We won't be coming back any time soon.

You can do it, but you certainly don't have to. Dear operators, "there are various utensils for cleaning floors!!!" the food was ok, but not outstanding either.. It can always be better. Ambience, well, service? , price OK , Conclusion: very much in need of improvement.....,

We were there for the first time today, wanted to know if our dog was allowed in, yes and just like that I had a card in my hand without any explanation. Then I asked how it worked. It didn't smell very fresh in the shop, there were crumbs everywhere on the floor, and that was shortly after it opened for lunch! I then used 2 cards to order at the order point. Took 2 trackers. Ordered the same salad twice. Only one tracker worked and only 1 order was recorded. The second salad was quickly put together for me, but the ingredients were missing. What do they do when something really goes on? I didn't feel like going out again to complain! 2x salad for €15.90 each!!! No snapper either. There was nothing going on at the drinks bar, I placed my order (2 drinks!) clearly and was asked twice about the order in a mumble. We didn't feel comfortable. Overall, I would say - we won't go there again!

Not particularly tasty, dirty tables

The food was good and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Waiting time short. Good parking options also for disabled people. I went back to the restaurant a few days later and was pleasantly surprised.

I used to often enjoy eating at Vapiano. I often had the Caesar salad and the small one was always enough to fill me up. That's why I thought we'd order from Lieferando recently and it was a complete disappointment. The carbonara didn't taste particularly good. I only had the salad and either they simply deliver smaller portions for the same price or the salad is generally smaller. It was a mini quantity for €15.

A nice restaurant in itself, but unfriendly staff. You feel unwanted, the food doesn't taste good either and is therefore absolutely not cheap. No recommendation!

Unfriendly staff when ordering, very small portions and really expensive. In addition, the food was really carelessly served on scratched plates. Both of our pastas barely had any sauce or other ingredients and the taste wasn't really good either.

One of our favorite restaurants years ago but the quality is slowly declining. Still ok, but not the same anymore.

Bleh...really a really bad meal! I ordered a pesto pasta, you might think you can't go wrong with that, these Germans can! It was a lot of grease with undercooked pasta, but according to the manager that is the standard here... then I wanted to go to the toilet, to my greatest horror there was just "a brown substance" on the toilet seat, then I knew: I never come here again. I never write a review but I wanted to take this undercooked pasta away from you. Moreover, the staff was not friendly either... All in all, I definitely wouldn't go here!

The food was very disgusting, the pasta was undercooked, greasy and sticky. The man behind the bar who gives you your order is not friendly at all and shouts at you. There were brown smudges on the toilet seat, very dirty. Not recommended!!!!

The service is top. The staff very nice. The ambience is great. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. Food was ice cold and customers constantly went back to the chefs with their food because something was missing or it was prepared incorrectly.

Orders are constantly being canceled. It's just annoying. If you don't want to sell anything, you should stay away from Lieferando. You don't seem to be aware that the evening will be in the A... At some point you check the delivery time because it's taking an awfully long time and you realize that the order has been canceled. Then organizing something new is either no longer possible because you have to get up early, or it no longer has anything appealing to offer. Please close the doors from the inside...

Very expensive food, tiny portions. The lasagne is more of a children's portion for over 12 euros. The photo shows a normal knife and the lasagne portion in comparison. It tastes good.

I'm a big fan of the risotto here, the wine selection is high quality and the ambience has something to suit every taste. I also appreciate having high-quality oils on hand - preferably the one with chili in it.

Unfortunately we had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The conversations at the checkout were about tips, so I as a customer wasn't noticed until late. Since it was my first time in this restaurant, it would have been nice if I had received an introduction to the system of ordering and later collecting the food and drinks. Instead, I was handed a card and left behind. When the food was ready and I picked up the portions, to make matters worse, the food was mixed up. We ordered gluten-free and received a non-gluten-free dish. However, this error was quickly noticed and the correct thing was brought to us. Our wrong portion then went to another table even though the dish was already with us. To make matters worse, the portions were extremely small and not at all worth the money we paid. We left the restaurant feeling hungry and unsatisfied. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant. There are many other options in the area with better service and more reasonable portions.

Unfortunately today's visit was a complete failure. The noodles we ordered were tasteless and not hot. The mushrooms ordered were missing from the pizza or pinsa we ordered. We were then offered to redo them. If I hadn't been careful I would have gotten the same Pinsa again. The employee simply threw a few mushrooms on top of the finished product and apparently wanted to run them through the oven again! That is not how it works! The dough is a finished product and far too expensive for the quality. Our comments were ignored when paying! No recommendation from us!

Rarely have I eaten or experienced anything so bad, My César salad with extra chicken meat and without dressing and croutons for 16€ where everything could have been done wrong (5 pieces of chicken felt like a bottle of dressing and twice croutons) what an absolute disgrace... The zoodles with shrimp for a mere €20 with 4 shrimp on them were absolutely below the belt! No less than 43€ for nothing!!!

In contrast to other Vapiano restaurants, there is no live cooking here, but you order from a central location and receive a beeper that flashes and vibrates when the food is ready. The acceptance of the order was very rough. No questions were asked as to whether one would like to add or deselect garlic or other ingredients. I know it differently from other Vapiano restaurants. The tables felt sticky and some were still full of crumbs. I had to search for a long time to get six clean forks. Three forks were contaminated with a black, sticky “something.” The food also lacked that “certain something” that I was used to from other Vapiano restaurants. The shrimp at Reef n Beef was burnt. Unfortunately I cannot make any recommendations here.

Had dinner there today. The portion was a joke and exactly like the children's pizza, so it tasted absolutely disgusting. My daughter said to Dad that it tasted like a frozen pizza. The spaghetti with pesto tasted like water, the bolognese was not good. And take a lot of money for it. At the checkout I almost lost faith when he said 65 euros. When he asked if it tasted good, I said no. And he just said that's just the way it is, Vapiano has been declining for years, it's a shame

Today I went out to eat with my small children, there were 3 of us, so what can I say the first time and the last time, it's very overpriced, it doesn't taste good at all, you can finish it, but that's just because you're hungry. Nobody comes to you and asks you if it tastes good or if everything is OK. I had to give my little one's pasta back because she doesn't eat it and asked the employee to add a little bit of flavor (pesto or something, in any case just pasta with cream without anything . You just notice how listless you are at work, I'm from the same industry myself and I never let my guests notice that I don't feel like it. After all, they pay their money with us so that they feel comfortable and come back. I definitely won't be coming back again.

Great staff and lots of choice and there is also a lot to choose from for vegans and vegetarians and I can only recommend it

Mass processing can't end well: Had pizza, which was very below average in the price-performance comparison in the city. Not our thing/not again.

Not comparable to the other Vapiano locations. Not good service, pasta not up to Vapiano's standard.

Instead of the delicious pizza, there has been Pinsa for some time now, the texture of which reminds me extremely of frozen pizza. My Pinsa base was incredibly hard, thick as a thumb and didn't actually taste like anything. The appearance is a mixture of a wooden board and a Spontex sponge. The whole thing is also incredibly expensive. The whole store was dirty, the table was dirty at lunchtime from the day before, the toilets hadn't been cleaned shortly after the store opened (there was a thick layer of dust and dirt behind the lid, brown spots on the inside of the toilet bowl), the floor in the entire store was full of crumbs. We used to love Vapiano. Before Pinsa and with the previous operator and his brisk, lovely team who prepared the food while you watched. Once there was even a personal pizza in the shape of a heart, today it's more likely to be a board in the shape of pinsa dough. Everything that used to make Vapiano special is gone (except for the gummy bears at the entrance). Unfortunately only 1 star because zero stars don't exist. PS I would love to see the Oldenburg Pinsa factory, where the dough matures for 72 hours. And I find it particularly interesting why the blank is so smoothly shaped and where the grooves on top come from. This seems suspiciously like TK Industrieboden to me, but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

Wir können den Laden ebenfalls nicht empfehlen. Wir waren an einem Samstag Mittag um 12 Uhr die ersten Gäste und wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Tische sind aber noch vom Freitag Abend dreckig. Von drei Urinalen sind zwei defekt und das dritte war derart verdreckt, dass man eigentlich gleich wieder aus der Toilette gehen möchte. Der Wickeltisch war ebenfalls eine längere Zeit nicht gereinigt worden. Das Essen war wirklich mal besser. Die Nudeln hatten einen lustlosen Geschmack und die Pizza gibts nicht mehr. Stattdessen pinsa. Dies war nur ein dicker Teig mit ein wenig Tomatensoße und Käse, und das für 9,95 Euro. Da kann man auch Tiefkühlpizza kaufen. Eine Apfelschorle aus der Flasche kostete über 4 Euro. Tja, wir werden auch nicht wieder kommen. Leider viel zu teuer, schlechte Qualität und dreckig.

Never again. Pasta with tomato sauce + a small salad with “chicken” and 2 cokes 32€. Food is prepared quickly after you order it on the screen and doesn't taste bad, but you can get tastier, cheaper food from a trusted Italian restaurant. The reception is very nice and the drinks counter also gave me a tip at the end 👍🏼 The ambience is very large and an attempt is made to create an artificially cozy or romantic atmosphere. Next time I'd rather go back to the smaller Italian restaurant I trust 💪🏼

Once again, when ordering, it was specified WITHOUT tomatoes, WITH mozzarella. And once again, the Vapiano charged a high price and did not fulfill any of the ordered services. The food was cold and came 30 minutes late. The Vapiano Oldenburg has been a huge disappointment for over a year and will remain so forever! Way too expensive, way too bad service, etc

The food is sometimes too oily for my taste, for example pasta. Service etc. very good with the "card system" once you're in. Sometimes it's a bit noisy, but many people know where to get good food.

Haben zum abholen was bestellt .. angegebene Zeit war falsch sodass wir warten mussten bis das Essen fertig ist . Die Nudeln aglio waren mal so lecker … jetzt bekommt man Nudeln mit Öl ohne Gewürze Knoblauch nix .. und dafür 9 Euro bezahlen ich schon ehrlich gesagt frech . Die Pasta caprese genauso ohne Gewürze Pinien Kerne gar nix . Ehrlich gesagt ne Frechheit bei dem Preis .

Wir waren heute Abend zu zweit Essen. Als Vorspeise haben wir uns das Bruschetta Classico bestellt. Das Brot war knusprig und warm, die Tomaten frisch und lecker. Zudem war es schön angerichtet. Die Pasta Carbonara und Pasta Alfredo waren super lecker. Die Soßen waren gut gewürzt und die Größe der Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leere Teller wurden umgehend abgeräumt. Die Preise sind in Anbetracht der gestiegenen Lebensmittelpreise und der selbstgemachten Produkte (Pasta, Pizza) und der frisch zubereiteten Gerichte, direkt nach Bestellung, völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen, das aber absurd teuer ist, für das, was man bekommt. Dafür kann ich schick essen gehen, mit echtem Service, den es im Vapiano kaum gibt - der Empfang ist aber zumindest nett gewesen. Zusätzlich viel zu laute Musik. Wenn ich das möchte, gehe ich in eine Bar. Nicht erstaunlich, dass hier mittags kaum etwas los ist, während die restlichen Restaurants in der Stadt voll sind.

Seit geraumer Zeit hatte ich Lust auf die Nudeln vom Vapiano. Heute waren wir nach fast 3 Jahren wieder mal dort und ich muss sagen: Eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Essen mag vielleicht noch in Ordnung gewesen sein (wobei der Preis ohne Service überteuert ist und man bei einem guten Italiener mit Service mehr bekommt) aber die Hygiene in dem Lokal lässt an allen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Die Teller mit den Gerichten waren von der Unterseite noch dreckig, an den Tischen klebte Dreck von Monaten, die Lampen waren verstaubt und die Toiletten waren eines Gastes unwürdig. Lediglich das Essen bewahrt das Lokal vor einer 1-Sterne Bewertung.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Stand 2024: Preise bei den Nudeln enorm erhöht, dafür gehen wir hier nicht mehr essen.

Katastrophe!! Seid unserem letzen mal wo das Essen schon nicht gut war, dachten wir probieren wir es mal wieder! Leider noch schlechter geworden, das Essen hat kein Geschmack & alles zu überteuert. Kann man besser ein Döner essen.

Wir wollten einfach nur was essen gehen, der Empfang war extrem arrogant. Somit haben wir uns entschieden wieder zu gehen und ein anderes Restaurant aufzusuchen. Der Mitarbeiter vom Empfang folgte uns bis auf die Strasse und beschimpfte uns mit unschönen Sprüchen und wollte sehr schnell handgreiflich werden. Zusehende Passanten haben uns aus der Situation geholfen und somit konnte die Situation entschärft werden.

Wir wurden schon sehr arrogant und von oben herab begrüßt. Somit hatte sich das ganze von vornherein erledigt. Als wir das Lokal wieder verlassen wollten, hagelte es unschöne Kommentare vom Personal, er folgte uns bis nach draußen und wollte sogar handgreiflich werden. Wir konnten eine Eskalation gerade noch verhindern.

Das Essen ist gut. Aber kein Service und leider Preise wie mit Service. Das passt dann nicht.

Das Essen ist immer auf den Punkt bislang gewesen. Ich gehe gerne zu Vapiano, für angemessenes Geld lecker essen.

Pasta nur okay. Am Geschirr und dem Tablett angetrocknete Essensreste. Tisch und Boden ebenfalls schmutzig. War das erste und letzte Mal.

Wir waren total erstaunt über die unglaublich gute Pasta. Ich habe selten so gute Pasta gegessen wie im Vapiano. Natürlich ist es ein anderes System, wenn man sich das Essen vorher am Bildschirm aussuchen und selbst abholen muss, aber wenn das Essen so perfekt ist, dann ist das irgendwie im Preis inbegriffen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und den Rest der Karte probieren.

Bis zur Änderung des Menüs 5/5. Pinsa muss man mögen. Die Nudelgerichte sind auch nicht mehr wie vorher. Leider sind die Portionsgrößen für den Preis nicht mehr angemessen. Ambiente ist wie bei Vapiano bekannt sehr mediterran und schick gehalten.

Leckere Speisen, freundliches Personal und nette Ambiente. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Gerne wieder.

오랜 기다림없이 주문하자마자 바로 요리해서 나와서 좋았다. 탁자에는 고추기름 , 올리브오일 , 발사믹식초 , 소금 , 후추 , 바질리코까지 구비되어 있어 자신의 맛의 맞게 먹을 수 있다. 다른 식당의 비해 기다림이 적고, 시간이 없는 사람들에게는 편리한 식당이다.

Wie bei Vapiano üblich gutes Essen. Nette Atmosphäre und eine freundliche Bedienung. Insgesamt einen entspannter Aufenthalt. Die Preise sind angemessen.

So wie eigentlich fast alle Vapiano Filialen. Kann man nichts falsch machen.

Mittlerweile ist wieder eine gute Qualität vorhanden. Auch wenn der Service sich noch verbessern kann, insbesondere bei Sonderwünschen bei einer Bestellung, gefällt es mir wieder gut dort.

Leckeres Essen, schnelle Zubereitung, Salat ist frisch.

Die Toiletten sind ein Graus, riecht so extrem nach Urin, dass man denkt, man steht im Tigergehege. Da vergeht einem echt alles. Spaghetti waren ok, sehr zusammen geklebt, also nicht frisch, ärgerlich, aber dennoch lecker. Portionen sind auch eher was für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch... Milch Café, naja, war trinkbar.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt, nur die Brotsticks als Vorspeise haben nicht überzeugt. Zusätzlich kamen die Brotsticks auch einfach mit der Hauptspeise.

Vapiano ist ein bekanntes, gutes Konzept. Es bietet eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und ein schönes Ambiente, aber der Service lässt hier etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt kein herzliches Willkommen oder Nachfragen, wie das Essen war. Die Tische waren teilweise sehr schmutzig und wenn man den Service beobachtet, stellt man fest, dass jeder Tisch mit demselben Lappen und ohne frisches Wasser abgewischt wird. Wir waren zur Mittagszeit da, als nicht viel los war. Die Pinsa ist viel zu teuer. Es gibt bessere Orte zum Speisen.

Leckere Linguine gegessen! Es stimmte alles...

Ich kam an musste erstmal 35 Minuten warten, das Essen kam kalt aus der Küche, hätte ich es nicht angesprochen würde ich kalte Nudeln essen. Bruscetta hat gefehlt musste ich auch drauf hinweisen das ich es bestellt habe. Im Laden liefen bellende Hunde rum????? Einverständnis der Service Kräfte war null, musste hinter alles selbst hinterherlaufen. Ein Laden ohne Konzept ohne Prinzip. Ohne Liebe für Kunden. Erstes und letztes Mal hier. Leider.

Der italienische Koch hat für uns die Pasta zubereitet. Der Geschmack war unglaublich, es schmeckte, als wären wir in Italien. Obwohl es nicht zu seinen Aufgaben gehört, war der Koch sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sogar um den Service gekümmert. Trotz unserer vielen Anfragen und Wünsche, die ihn sicherlich genervt haben könnten, hat er alles mit Liebe und Professionalität erledigt.

Nachdem wir vor 4 Wochen in London essen waren, wollten wir es nun ebenfalls in Oldenburg testen . Es war sehr dreckig und die Tische waren alle verklebt ( dies ist nicht nur uns gestern aufgefallen ). Der Salat ( Cäsar ) war kein Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants. Croûtons waren komplett nass und weich . Hähnchen bestand aus 2 größeren Brocken und sonst Krümmeln. Wirklich sehr schade und keine Weiterempfehlung wert.

Also da das Vapiano immer so gehypet wird muss ich auch mal etwas dazu sagen also es ist auf einem guten Mittelstand essen ist ok Servic und Ambiente auch alles in allem 3 gute Sterne

Sehr gutes Essen Danke LG HAJO-HOLGER SPARING

Wir waren heute im Vapiano Oldenburg. Es sollte zweimal Pasta, einmal Caprese und eine gerüffelte Kartoffelsuppe geben. Die Pasta war sehr lieblos angerichtet, die Kartoffelsuppe hatte weder Croûtons, noch Kräuter. Die Optik war schon nicht der Knaller. Der Geschmack allerdings hat bei drei Essen echt versagt. Schade, Vapiano war mal echt gut. In Oldenburg nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Ich bin regelmäßig im Vapiano Oldenburg. Jedoch fand ich eine Regelung, bzw. die Umsetzung dieser letztes mal nicht gut. Wir bestellten Essen und setzten uns raus. Nachdem das Gerät vibrierte holten wir unser Essen und setzten und wieder raus. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt wurden wir beim Rausgehen (insgesamt 4 mal) darauf angesprochen, dass man in dem Bereich zuvor bezahlen muss. Erst als wir dann tatsächlich anfangen wollten zu essen kam eine Dame heraus und wies uns darauf hin. Obwohl es ihre Schuld war uns nicht zuvor drauf hingewiesen zu haben (es ist sonst nirgendwo ausgeschildert) erwartete sie dann, dass ich mein Essen stehen lasse und mit ihr reinkomme um es zu bezahlen. Ich finde das Mindeste in so einem Moment wäre, zumindest zu warten bis wir fertig sind, wenn sie es schon übersehen hat zuvor. Mich dann aufzufordern, mein Essen kalt werden zu lassen empfand ich als Frechheit. Daran muss echt gearbeitet werden. Entweder muss diese Regelung deutlich beschildert sein oder man muss zuvor darauf angesprochen werden. Aber nicht erst wenn man das Essen hat und es kalt wird.
