It was very tasty and quiet, very good for family meals.

The waitress was very helpful and sincere... but when my dish arrived, there were only a few pieces of meat and fries scattered on the plate (either the plate was too big or the portions were too small...). We arranged to meet our family for a meal to break Ramadan together, but after an hour no food arrived. Then the waiter came running over and said he had bad news for us: there was no meat, and we sat there hungry and were totally disappointed. We will definitely never go there again, and it is not recommended at all!

This was terrible, my order didn't arrive for over half an hour this time. Never again, especially during Ramadan.

We arrived around 8:40 pm with a reservation and were seated immediately. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. For about 20 minutes, we didn't receive any menus. Instead, we were repeatedly asked if we had already ordered – even though we still didn't have any menus. The restaurant was only about half full, but seemed severely understaffed and overwhelmed. We ended up ordering without menus. The appetizer was okay, but the bread was cold and hard, so we had to order more. We waited a total of about 1.5 hours for our main course. The dishes arrived at very different times, one was missing entirely, and an Adana kebab was served with plenty of sauce despite our clear order of no sauce. The situation seemed chaotic, as if our order had been forgotten. The food was disappointing. The Adana was very greasy, more white inside than reddish-brown, and practically inedible. We also didn't finish other dishes like Pirzola and Tavuk. Only the Pide was really decent. Although they apologized, there were many excuses and no attempt to compromise. We paid the full price. We were already disappointed on our last visit six months ago, but this time it was unfortunately much worse. We wouldn't recommend it.

We were there at 10:00 PM today and received bread, dips, and salad as a starter. The main course was also very tasty, and the service was super friendly. A really nice restaurant with good food.

It started off quite well. However, both the food and the service have declined. I recently ordered food, and it took over 30 minutes for it to arrive, and two of the seven items were missing. I won't be ordering from there again anytime soon.

Visited Urfa Sofrasi today and was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and helpful service. The food was excellent; you got bread, salad, and dips before your main course, all for free! The main course was very tasty. Everything was top-notch, and the prices were completely reasonable.

The tenderness of the lamb, the stringy texture of the pulled-through armor, and the balanced spice ratio... I haven't had such a balanced, "real" Adana kebab in a long time. It's truly difficult to achieve this quality in Germany, but they've nailed it here. You'd travel miles for the menu here; they deserve it. The lahmacun is also truly rare to find here. I ordered one to go with the Adana kebab, but even just two of these will definitely fill you up, and they're only 6 euros each. Thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff, the moment you step inside, you feel like you've gone to Urfa specifically for kebabs.

We went there for the first time today; beautiful industrial decor, friendly service, and delicious food. The portions were more than generous. And at the end, we even got Turkish tea on the house. Bottom line: Everything was perfect, we'll be back 😀

We stopped here at short notice with six starving people after a canoe trip and received a very warm welcome. The food, service, and ambiance were excellent. It was our third visit here, and we have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. You always feel welcome, and the food is fantastic. Highly recommended. 🫶

THE BEST TURKISH RESTAURANT OF ALL THOSE IN FRANCE AND GERMANY! Everything is good! Especially the Lahmacun, I love them! Their dishes taste like they're from a fine restaurant! The desserts too! Urfa Sofrasi is a great restaurant, especially if you're passing through, and it's worth a quick stop for some very good food! We tried a portion of virtually every dish, and they were all excellent! Added to that is the good and friendly service. The ambiance could be improved a bit, but that's just complaining at a high level. Therefore, a clear recommendation, whether it's Pirzola, Yufka, or Turkish delight (meat)... The food was great, so we'll be back.

The lamb wrap was quite tasty, The service seemed very lost and we were served by three different but very friendly people, I personally didn't like the white wine at all, we sat in the doorway because the place was completely overheated and full of the smell of grease and cooking, so the clothes had to air out outside for three days. That's why unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Ordered five lahmacun to take away for €50. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that we only received two Lahmacun. When we raised the issue locally, not only were we not given any help, but we were also portrayed as liars. Since we couldn't get enough from two lahmacun, we had to eat at another restaurant afterwards. We are extremely disappointed with this incident and the way our concern was handled.

They didn't deserve one star either Ordered 5 Lamacun and only got 2 Lamacun in 2 pizza boxes. When I asked, the chef came over and argued and said they were distributed among the 2 Lamacun, which couldn't be true because there was only 1 in each box. And we were ripped off and paid more than it said on the card. Pure rip-off

We were there for the first time yesterday and definitely not the last time. The starter, salad, dips and flatbread, simply delicious. For the main course we had a huge wooden board with various types of meat, bulgur, fries and grilled pepperoni. What can I say, everything is buttery tender and the taste is simply delicious. So guys, let's go, we were all thrilled 🎉

Since the price increase the quality has fluctuated EXTREMELY. It is a disgrace to pay over €20 for a dish that is often burnt or consists of poor quality meat that is full of tendons and fat. Another point that really bothers me is the portion size, a plate for 4 people has less content than 4 individual portions. Since the price increase, the portions have generally become smaller! The reason why I will never go to this store again is this: THE EMPLOYEES COME TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TELL THEM THAT THE BOSS DOES NOT PAY THEM THE TIPS AND YET YOU SHOULD PLEASE GIVE IT TO THEM YOURSELF WITHOUT THE BOSS SEEING IT! An absolute disgrace! Can't beat the ridiculousness!!

5/5… we spontaneously went to Urfa Sofrasi with friends and children. We were immediately warmly greeted in the very stylishly furnished restaurant. Service was great, very accommodating and friendly. We were kindly advised on our choice of food. Food was excellent. Not a long wait, about 10-15 minutes after ordering. At the end of the visit there was tea on the house. We will come back in any case! Update: The second visit was excellent again!

A restaurant serving grills and Turkish specialties. Well received at the entrance, the restaurant is very large with a beautiful decoration. Once seated, we changed tables because it was not stable, the second table was not very clean, there was something sticky on the edge of the table, probably because of the baklava. The waitress took the order, I specified that I did not want onions in the salad or on the plate, but my plate was served with onions (see photo) The food is pretty good, but the salad 🥗 was not to my taste (a mixture of parsley, mint leaf, green and red salad, tomatoes and sauces) blah blah Parking space 🅿️ available at the side of the restaurant

Way too long waiting times!! After waiting for 1 hour, we asked at the checkout where the food was and we were simply told that there was no receipt for our order, so no food was served. Other guests have already had their dessert and our main course is not even honestly noted!! Bad service!!

The portions have shrunk. What you get for your money is simply ridiculous. The meat is tough and the falafels are completely dry. Waited an hour and a half for the food. In the end there was no tea because there was too much going on. The only good thing is the salad and the bread. Otherwise it was unfortunately disappointing.

The drive from Mannheim was definitely worth it, the food was very tasty and on top of that there was a Künefe which was just sick. I wanted 3 portions of food but unfortunately after the 1st portion I was already off work 😅 so if you like Künefe it's close by Believe me, just stop by, even if it's just the artist, you'll be amazed 😋

Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend - frisch, lecker und großzügige Portionen zu einem fairen Preis. Leider war es im Innenbereich sehr kalt. 🥶 Der übrige Teil des Restaurants war schön und sauber. Allerdings empfand ich die Toiletten als eher schmutzig. Eine Verbesserung der Temperatur und Sauberkeit der Toiletten würde das Gesamterlebnis sicherlich positiv beeinflussen.

Das Restaurant an sich ist sehr schön nur leider war die Bedienung arrogant! Unser Fleisch war nicht ganz durch (Adana sis ) wir haben unsere zwei Tellern zurückgeschickt und dem Jungen Kellner gesagt, dass das vielleicht nicht durch ist. Er meinte er gibt vorne Bescheid. Wir haben gehofft, dass wir etwas anderes dafür bekommen! Als ich die schwarzhaarige Bedienung gerufen habe und ihr gesagt habe, dass das Fleisch nicht durch ist, sagte sie wir hätten vorher sagen sollen, dass wir es ganz durch haben wollen!!! was ein Quatsch, als ob man den Gästen rohes Fleisch anbietet! Wir haben um Tee gebeten während alle anderen eine kleine Süßigkeit dazu bekommen, haben wir nichts bekommen! Ein Salat und ein Minischälchen mit vier Klecks Saucen drauf für zwei Personen ist eine Frechheit Sehr schade um diesen Laden!

Das Essen war ganz ok, aber nichts besonderes. Der Service vor Ort ist grauenhaft, als Deutscher wird man nicht beachtet und nicht bedient. Auf eine Bedienung wartet man 30 Minuten, alles sehr chaotisch. Getränke werden nicht aufgenommen und wenn dann auch falsch gebracht. Kann dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen und werde nicht nochmal herkommen.
