Gute Döner bekommen, lecker nette Bedienung

Sehr sauber, die Pizzen und so werden per Hand gemacht :) alle sehr freundlich :) Vorallem die Dame am Telefon die zwischen Kundschaft, Telefon und die Mitarbeiter im Laden, sehr ruhig und entspannt ist. Ich finde das Essen sehr lecker,ich hatte Dürüm, mit speziellen Wünschen. Ich war vor der Hälfte schon satt. Gerne wieder :) Ich finde es schön dass auch vegane Gerichte angeboten werden in der heutigen Zeit.

Essen ist eigentlich immer ganz gut nur schade das wenn bis 22 uhr geöffnet ist und man kurz vorher nix zu essen mehr bekommt dann heißt es es ist schon Feierabend ich esse eigentlich gerne dort und bestellen dort auch häufig mindestens 1 bis 2 mal die Woche leider muss ich öfters länger arbeiten aber das ist mir noch nie bei Ufra Grill passiert Schade

Leider eine schlechte Bewertung von mir. Sehr schlechte Qualität im Allgemeinen. Einerseits kein frischer Salat und auch das Fleisch sah nicht so aus, wie normales Dönerfleisch aussieht. Sehr gräulich/ schwarz.

Am liebsten KEINEN Stern !!! Ist nur leider nicht möglich bei der Bewertung. Definitiv zum letzten Mal !!! Das Fleisch hatte eine sehr ungewöhnliche Farbe und roch weder gut noch appetitlich, im Gegenteil, man könnte behaupten, es hat nahezu "gestunken" ... wir hatten 2 Dönerteller und haben diese aufgrund des Geruchs und der Farbe LEIDER in den Hausmüll entsorgen müssen. Sehr ärgerlich um`s Geld und auch um das Benzin für die Fahrt dorthin. Aber das Fleisch sah so widerlich aus, nebst dem unschönen Geruch, dass es keiner von uns essen möchte. Ich weiß, es klingt schlimm, ist aber die Wahrheit. Meine Frau musste sogar würgen von dem Geruch. Wir können leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen - lieber abraten!!!

Absoluter Müll. Absolut nicht essbar. Das Fleisch ist schwarz-grau und stinkt. Das Essen sieht aus wie Hundefutter. Selbst ein Stern wäre zu viel. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Dort kann man höchstens einen Salat essen

Sehr nettes freundliches Personal - auch am Telefon..... Haben diesmal bestellt - was sollen wir sagen, super lecker - große Portionen.....Wartezeit gering.....Essen perfekt angerichtet und heiss geliefert worden.....Kann man nur empfehlen.......Immer wieder gern.... Danke ans Team.....

Mega lecker, der vegane Döner ist extrem gut, die Leute sind alle total nett.

Leider zum letzten Mal bestellt . Zum einen falsche Bestellung bekommen (ohne Tsatsiki heißt auch ohne, weil Unverträglichkeit! ) zum anderem waren da 5 Stückchen Fleisch drauf dafür 7 Euro . Absolut unverhältnismäßig. Nein danke nie wieder.

Leider eine absolute Enttäuschung. Ich habe einen Döner bestellt und das Fleisch war komplett verbrannt, extrem trocken und steinhart. Das Ganze war schlichtweg ungenießbar und man konnte es nicht mehr essen. Sehr schade!

Essen ist immer super. Der Koch ist liebste Mensch den ich kenne❤️ Würde immer wieder dort hingehen.

Seit meine Mutter in Augustfehn wohnt, besuche ich sie regelmäßig und dann bestellen wir beim Urfa. Wir lieben diesen Laden. Immer sauber. Der Inhaber und seine Angestellten sind liebenswert und humorvoll. Die Speisen sind immer lecker und ungewöhnlich qualitatätsvoll. Die Salate sind frisch und knackig, die Soßen schmackhaft und das Fleisch ist gut gewürzt und zart. Der Pizzaboden ist eine Sensation. Bleibt so, wie Ihr seid.

Haben nach langer Zeit ,mal wieder dort bestellt . Da das Essen vor langer Zeit so nachgelassen hat,dachten wir uns ,wirds nochmal probiert ! Leider hat sich nix geändert, wir hatten Hähnchen in Metaxa und Döner in Weichkäse , zum Mitnehmen! Es sah überhaupt nicht Appetitlich aus ,die Pommes waren nicht durch und richtig wabbelich! Döner Weichkäse,war einfach nur ne Sahnesoße. Sorry ,leider bestellen wir nicht wieder!

The food was fresh and prepared quickly.

I've only eaten there once on a whim. The people are very friendly and the food is really good. It's beautifully served and presented. The ambiance is pleasant and neutral. It's clean and the location is wheelchair accessible. The parking lot is practically right outside and shares the space with the other shops nearby, so access is very easy. They also offer a delivery service, but I find it a bit too expensive for a local delivery. Feel free to stop by and try it sometime.

Pizzas are okay. Chicken doner, on the other hand, isn't: greasy, sloppy meat with no particular flavor. Service is nice, but the ambiance is a bit shabby. I think it's due to the lack of competition in Augustfehn.

Always a good stop when cycling in the region (coming from Oldenburg). I stopped there years ago because it was the first shop in the area to accept card payments, and I've been back several times since then. Today I had a delicious salad with warm bread and dressing on the side. It's the way it should be.

My partner and I regularly order the falafel doner kebabs there. They're so delicious and I highly recommend them. The staff are always friendly and polite. The place is always clean, too. Thank you!

Very good doner kebab!!! A doner kebab that has everything: the meat was good, the sauce had a wonderful flavor, and the salad was fresh and delicious. The flatbread was very generously filled, and the doner was really filling. All in all, it was very well-balanced and very tasty. The service was also very good and very friendly.

Very friendly staff, genuinely nice and very attentive. I've eaten quite a few doner kebabs in my life – certainly more than is good for me. I love Turkey, the warmth and the culture – and above all, the great food! But as much as I hate to say it, one bite of this doner was enough to make me know: If I finish this thing, I'll bitterly regret it in a few hours! Sorry, but everything on it and in it (except for the coleslaw) tasted stale and simply bad. You can't seriously offer something like that for consumption!?! Disappointing, especially considering the numerous positive reviews. Perhaps I've been overindulged by "Berlin Döner" and others. But this was one of the worst doner kebabs I've ever ordered.

We've been ordering from here for many years, and I have to say the value for money is getting worse and worse. The pizzas have no flavor, and the meat is extremely gristly. The fries are never cooked all the way through, are super sticky, and not seasoned well. The quality of the food is getting worse and worse, and the prices are getting higher and higher. The delivery prices always differ from the ones charged previously. Overall, it's simply not worth ordering from here anymore.

We ordered Chicken Rollo and Pizza Margherita. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Chicken Rollo was beautifully prepared and really tasty! The meat could have been a little longer, but it was done. Otherwise there is only praise for the roller blind! It was juicy and delicious. The salad and sauce were also very good. Some restaurants can learn a thing or two from this. The pizza was a bit too greasy, but otherwise tasted good. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. We would be happy to recommend you.

There is a large selection of dishes available, something for everyone. The pizzas and baguettes as well as everything else are very tasty. If you have it delivered, the service is always very fast, so you don't have to wait long for your food. All in one class.

The food tastes quite good and the prices are very reasonable, but recent experiences have shown me that no attention is paid to hygiene here. Work is carried out without gloves, which in itself is acceptable as long as the hands are clean. But when the same hands are used to run through the beard and touch money, my opinion is different. If you also touch a completely dirty rag and use it to "clean" the edges of the salad container and the salad is touched with the same dirty hands, then I find that simply disgusting and reason enough not to buy anything from Urfa-Grill from now on . Overall only 2 out of 5 stars. So I won't recommend it from now on.

Good and large selection of food. Price/performance is good. They put a lot of effort into getting everything done sensibly and quickly.

After a long time we ordered again, hoping that the taste and quality of the food would have improved again. Back then it was the carbonara that was totally peppery and the portions were smaller, now we got a mozzarella pizza that had pepperoni, even though we said "without". Then a chicken hollandaise that was too salty. We then complained about this and we got a new one. Instead, this was also salting. No wonder with the cheap tomato sauce that we still know from 2017. Instead of a refund, all I got was a nice weekend. But the prices are constantly increasing!!

The staff sits outside to smoke or play on their cell phones while someone is eating. Ashtrays outside are all full and tables are not clean. Gyrosdürüm was only served with salad, so you could count the meat on one hand. I refrained from discussing the court. I've never had such a bad Dürüm. A young lady (she has been working in the restaurant for a very long time 🙈) made a very rude comment about this and recommended the snack bar. You will certainly be served better there and you will also get a better quality dish than there. Criticism was not welcome there!!!

Fast service, pizza was ready just like that. Also very tasty pizza. Just as it should be. Not too much, not too little.

I ordered again yesterday after a long time. Unfortunately I have to correct my rating downwards. The kebab was cold and the meat was full of gristle and bone dry. Absolutely bad quality.

Very nice staff, cozy atmosphere! I had the No.177 which was also delicious but I think it was far too little sucuk for a dish with sucuk. Therefore one star less for the Sucuk search.

Yesterday we ordered a party pizza from urfa-grill! And as always, we weren't disappointed. On Fadil's recommendation, we ordered a party pizza. We hadn't heard of a party pizza and were curious. Let me say this: “It is huge!” However, it is not lacking in its sweet scent or taste. The guests were all surprised by the size! They were also unexpectedly happy with the taste...quite delicious! The beauty of Urfa Grill is the variety of topping combinations you can choose from.  You will definitely be happy with your order...at least we have been happy so far. We really enjoyed the pizza and needed a second helping... a good sign that it was delicious. A big thank you to Mehmet and his team for the good work. Thank you for always welcoming us so kindly and making our trip worth it. Yes! We don't even live in the area! Still! Mehmet and his team really make the best pizzas we have eaten so far. And the rest of the meals... equally good and well presented. And thank you, Fadil, for your kindness and recommendation of this pizza bistro so many years ago. Thank you for a lovely meal. I arrived at the store just before closing time and the boys were already busy cleaning up. Nevertheless, I was warmly welcomed and everything was unpacked for me. Even though it was late in the evening, the ingredients on my kebab were still super fresh and crunchy, a great sauce and crispy warm bread made this evening just perfect! However, I have to warn against eating such a kebab alone. Despite my ravenous hunger, the portion was simply incredibly large and almost impossible to finish. A big compliment to the whole team. You are simply amazing!

Gutes Essen für kleines Geld. Ein Minuspunkt; aufenhaltplatz für die lieferjungs ist nicht so praktisch (Gleich für den Eingang steht ein Stehtisch )manchmal muss man sich merkbar machen um dadurch zu kommen. Sonst ist alles gut freundliches Personal.

Beim Ace of Rave Open Air war ein Stand von denen aufgebaut. Wo das Dönerfleisch erstens ungekühlt geliefert wurde. Das meinte jedenfalls ein Mitarbeiter zu nem anderern wie wir in der Schlange standen. Und zweitens wurde das Fleisch was mega knorpelig war, einfach viel zu früh angeschnitten und einfach fast roh serviert. Kein Wunder das da überall halbaufgegessene Döner rum lagen. Sehr schade um die Lebensmittel.

Absolute Frechheit, der Laden hatte einen Stand auf einem Festival, und der Komplette Döner Spieß wurde ungekühlt Transportiert, Das Fleisch war nicht durch und voll mit Knorpel. Den Döner habe ich nach nicht einmal der Hälfte weg geschmissen, und da hat sich schon mein Magen umgedreht! Zudem hat ein Döner !7! € gekostet, absolut ekelhaft

Super nette Mitarbeiter. Riesige Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Dort herrscht reger Betrieb. Trotz Telefonbestellungen, Abholung, Liefertermine und Menschen, die vor Ort essen, keine große Hektik. Wir werden sicher noch öfter dort sein.

Ich habe dort schon mehrere Male bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Der Döner ist immer frisch und lecker, das Lahmacun ist knusprig und saftig und die Pizza ist perfekt gebacken. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Einer der wenigen Läden, wo Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Fleisch nicht die beste Qualität, sollte man sich mal Gedanken machen über einen richtigen Rindfleischspiess anstatt den Hackfleischspiess. Wenig Soße auf yufka

Guter Imbiss und immer Nett. Das Brot und der Fladen für die Pita und das Dürum sind nicht ganz mein Geschmack aber insgesamt ist der Grill zu empfehlen. Schön wäre es, wenn noch Gerichte wie Pide usw. auf der Karte wären.

Ich habe heute zwei Döner-Kebab bestellt. Beide waren kalt und total Matschig. Das habe ich hier noch nicht erlebt und es war somit wohl mein letzter Besuch hier beim Urfa Grill. Schade.

Heute bestellt alles super nur die Pizza für unseren Sohn hatten sie vergessen zu liefern nur musste er was anderes essen echt schade hab sonst immer gerne da bestellt
