Price and quality are good, the bossy lady sometimes maybe moody, but it is still my favorite Chinese restaurant in Berlin

Very rude staff, even though we spoke German the staff shouted at us and said that we are here in Germany and not in the UK.

The food is plentiful and very tasty. It only takes about 10-15 minutes for an order to be ready for pickup. Very hardworking people all there.

Great authentic Chinese cuisine! My girlfriend and I are now regular customers because the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The comments about the owner here are absolutely not justified. The family that has been running the restaurant for many years works very hard and if you just follow the lady's rules (wait until you are assigned a seat) it is usually always a very pleasant visit.

Didn't manage to eat. The menu was slammed onto our table with a very loud, verbally unacceptable comment. According to the reviews, loud screaming is a common occurrence.

Delicious food from Hongkong, I highly recommend the pig's ears and the lamb. Yes the service is unusual but this is part of the experience - the food is fantastic with very low prices (7-8€ for a main course), so it's really worth a visit :)

The visit is an experience for all the senses. You can't just eat here. The restaurant can be compared to a meditative therapy session. Always keep this in mind and give the thing value. The price-performance ratio is outstanding, and not just because of the food. I always feel like I've been peeled when I've eaten here. Thank you for everything!

I will give it 5 points. It is very delicious and a very principled small restaurant. Many people criticize the boss lady. But please think about whether your bad behavior affects others? Don’t stereotype the lady boss. She would ask me how I was doing when she ordered my food.

Takes a while to order and be served, but the food is pretty good and very cheap by current/prevailing Berlin prices. Tried the noodle soup with pork and pickled veggies, will be back to try more. [Edit] restoring rating back to 4 stars as I noticed an improvement in the service and tone used towards customers.

Food is delicious and the price is unbeatable. Every single item is under 10 dollars but the portions are pretty large Groups of people get complimentary tea and unlimited rice. Admittedly, the owner is loud and a bit rude but if you can look past that you won't get better value anywhere else.

I like eating here. Recommendation. Do not come here unless you wants to be slapped by extremely bad attitude and services. This chinese lady boss's attitude is extremely bad. Talking to customers as if we are beggers asking for free food. Food was very bad tasting, almost all dishes are sloggy with too much sauces and very sweet. The kitchen seems like does not have proper exhaust system to suck out the cooking smoke and all smell is being circulated in the dining area. You can try coming here if you don't mind the extremely bad attitude and services but just wanted mediocre chinese food which is price cheap and portion is rather big.

The food tastes good. Lots of unique flavors. Like in China. Only the boss is very moody. Very nice to some customers, extremely unfriendly and bossy to many others. “Just don’t make a mistake and ask the wrong thing” – that doesn’t make your stay relaxing. And I won't be coming back here any time soon.

If you want to be humiliated, treated like rubbish , insulted and made to feel worthless as a customer, then this is the right place to eat. The food will be good, but it's not worth the way the owner treats you, she's super rude, direct and really disrespectful. There are better options…. She gets to treat people so bad cause there is enough costumers, so she doesn’t care. We asked for a chair and she told us to get out of the restaurant cause she didn’t have time to “served us”. I do recommend you to don’t waste your time and money in a place like this.

It really opened my eyes. This is the first time at home and abroad that I have seen a Chinese restaurant that treats customers who come to eat with loud shouting as a service method. I couldn't understand how the proprietress had been stimulated by the previous business, or whether she had the pride to look down on her customers and vent her temper to them in such a humiliating way. He dismissed the customers' reasonable inquiries with rude scoldings, did not respond to the customers' kindness and thanks, or even made eye contact, and threw the tableware, tea and menus on the table with a "slap". If you want to try authentic, high quality Chinese (or rather: Hong Kong) food, you should definitely stop by here! The prices are unbeatable and the boss's husband, who still cooks there even in his old age, prepares dishes that you can't find anywhere else. Really authentic. And no matter what the other reviews say, the boss is an incredibly kind and dignified old lady! I've had many nice, short conversations with her, and if you meet her at eye level, she does the same. She's happy when you don't make her life more difficult and when you like the food :-)

It's really speechless. The boss lady's attitude is chilling. She treats customers like enemies. I don't understand what I did wrong. I just want to go there and enjoy my lunch. It's so infuriating that I directly I left this store and will tell everyone around me never to go here again. No one deserves to be treated like this.

Very, very bad service. I went alone and she felt that I was affecting her to make more money. She kept scolding me and finally I left. Food is amazing and cheap! Have been going there for lunch for last half a year. Tried almost all menu items. 7.50 to 8.50 for a dish with tea and rice! Thats a bargain. The hostess is nice lady, but really busy during lunch time rush. Her work allows all the people to get their lunch fast and she will prioritise that to personal service during lunch hour. If you want relaxed service and friendly chat - come after rush time.

The inconspicuous restaurant is virtually overrun by guests every lunchtime. That's no surprise, as the food is really delicious. The portions are really more than sufficient and tasty. Unfortunately, the ambience is not that great (flower pots are rotting away, the foam is oozing out of some of the chairs and the poor two fish can hardly turn around in the mini aquarium, there isn't even a plant in there) and it's better not to use the toilet visit. Some of the teapots are so chipped that you can't even pour properly and the table is flooded. The free tea is no longer of any use. When you enter the restaurant, the boss “asks” you in a loud, harsh tone whether you have made a reservation. Basically, there is a "Reserved" sign on the tables with 4-5 chairs so that you don't get the idea to just sit down somewhere, even if the restaurant is empty. You will then be assigned and have to comply with it, otherwise you will be relocated. The icing on the cake: The card wasn't roughly placed on the table as we passed by, as was usual, but rather thrown onto the table. This makes you feel really welcome. If you as a guest try to take this with humor, you will be treated personally. And anyone who thinks that this tone is authentic can no longer be helped. It should be possible for a respectful, normal tone to be maintained. This is impossible from the boss. The two men/service staff behave normally. Based on all our experiences, we will now avoid this restaurant.

If it were possible I would give 0 deaths!!! The owner is RUDE, DISRESPECT AND MEAN!!!!! She kept ordering us to get everything ourselves!!! She yelled at us!!!! Here's the story. The food is super, the prices are low, the interior is also quite good for such a place. But you will be served with such rudeness that you will want to come back and tell your friends. There was a feeling that a little more and we would simply be hit on the head with a tray.

電話訂位態度很好，然後真的到現場才發現全場店員到老闆態度差到爆，點菜裝作聽不懂，碗破要再三要求才給換。還是其中一位朋友會一點點廣東話，老闆娘才肯聽。知道服務差，但真還真是第一次碰上這麼無語的店，還是一間不知道為什麼網路綜合評價很高的店。菜基本都是重鹹，麻婆豆腐是甜口。反正，跟傻妞一樣屬於不會再光顧的店。

I felt like I was in a barracks The boss and waitress shouts aggressively in the shop. People were afraid to ask questions. Tea and food were thrown in front of us. I went here with my friends, thinking we were going to eat some delicious, authentic Chinese food. However, from the moment we entered, things went south... We were frowned upon, and couldn't choose were we where gonna be seated. The lady who owns the place also insisted that we needed to wait until we were given the menu. After 5-10 minutes, we still hadn't received the menu, so I decided to grab it myself. At this moment, the lady started yelling at me to sit down. After we finally received the menu, the lady insisted that we ordered only like 3 minutes later. I still hadn't figured out what I wanted to eat and when I asked to change my order, she became furious. For some reason I cannot grasp, the lady found it intolerable of me to ask for another dish. We told her that if she kept treating us so disrespectfully, we would leave. Which is what we did, because she kept shouting at us. When we were outside the restaurant, deciding at what other place we were going’s to eat, the lady approached us and told that we could still eat at her place. But at this moment, we found the way she treated us unworthy of redemption and decided to eat at the Chinese place next door, "Chen's Wok". This place, on the contrary, I would 100% recommend. Heartwarming staff and delectable food for an affordable price!

It is my favorite restaurant in all Berlin, the food is AMAZING and it is very cheap. Try the sweet and sour chicken and the pork belly!! You have to understand that the service here is a bit different. The lady is not mean, she is just always overwhelmed as this is as small family business, she is the only managing the tables, so she is always stressed a little. How to behave here: Imagine that you are not in a restaurant but you are a guest at this Lady home, so she has her own way and she is the Boss here. Don't just walk and sit, wait for her to invite you to sit. Don't ask for the menus, she will bring it to you when she is done taking order from the other tables. Don't ask her to come because you already decided, she will come at the right time. When she comes to write your order have it on mind everything that you want to order. Just tell her the NUMBERS not the names. So you don't waste her time as she is always super busy. Avoid stupid questions such "is this rice bio?" "Was this chicken fed with soy or worms?" and you will be good. Don't get offended or suprised if she may sound rude, it is not personal. Just take it easily. Ignore it and move on. It is truly part of the experience.

Die Preise sind tatsächlich absolut top und der Geschmack ist ok. Schon lecker, aber nicht herausragend. Und natürlich könnte man sagen, dass man aufgrund des günstigen Angebots alles andere ignorieren kann, das sehe ich aber nicht so. Die Chefin ist nicht nur unhöflich sondern beschimpft einen wenn man nur eine Frage nach Allergenen stellt. Diese Info ist leider wichtig für mich. Auch der andere Service-Mann hat uns angeraunzt als wir nur den Namen des Gerichts bestellt haben. Wir müssen mit Nummer bestellen und die sollen wir uns gefälligst merken. Authentisch hin oder her aber für Respektlosigkeit und Herablassung gibt es keine Rechtfertigung.

Essen einfach top und preislich unschlagbar. Für Leute aus Osteuropa ist das Geschrei der Bedienung reine Nostalgie. Weiter so. Die Leute stehen drauf.

"Schmackhafte Gerichte, smogvolle Luft und schauruger Service." Alle musste husten, auch bei offener Tür. Solche Imbisse gibt es zwar auch in China, aber leider meist mit deutlich freundlicherer Bedienung. Ich verstehe, dass die Chefin bei chinesisch sprechenden Gästen gar nicht einmal freundlich sein muss. Aber bitte etwas (professionell) freundlich zu den anderen Gästen. Ich wollte meine Freunde noch nach China einladen und möchte keine Angst vor ihnen haben.

Ja, die Chefin ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man sich aber an ihre Anweisungen hält (warten, bis sie einen platziert , die Speisekarte gibt, dann die Bestellung aufnimmt) geht alles ganz schnell. Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall sehr lecker und dazu noch preiswert. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht und gehen nur noch zu Tu Long.

가격이 저렴한데 맛도 퀄리티도 딱 그 정도다. 메뉴가 많아 보이지만 베이스가 되는 양념/소스는 몇 종류 없어서 다양하진 못하다. 메뉴에 따라 매운맛이 나기도 하지만 대체로 달고 짠 양념맛이 전부다. 결국엔 비슷하게 달고 짠 양념들과 무한리필 되는 밥을 저렴하게 먹을 수 있는 곳이다. 식전에 따뜻한 차를 주는 건 좋다. 다른 리뷰에도 보이듯 아주머니의 친절함은 기대하면 안 된다. 기대를 하지 않으면, 그래도 기분파셔서 생각보단 괜찮다는 느낌을 한두번 받을 수도 있다. 점심/저녁 시간대에 근처 학교 사람들이 많아서 잠깐 기다려야 될 수도 있다.

Super Essen für angenehmen Preis, Service finde ich ein bisschen lustig, man kann ihre Art nicht böse nehmen.

店主阿姨很有個性，確實有香港的服務風格，有時看上去有點兇，但其實人很好，時常關心學生有沒有吃飽，有免費茶水及白飯，有時還會幫學生加菜。

Authentisches chinesisches Lokal. Auch ist die Kellnerin authentisch unhöflich. Dafür ist das Essen mega lecker und günstig. Komme gerne hierhin um mich an meine Zeit im Gefangenenlager in Peking zurückzuerinnern. Dort herrschte ein ähnlicher Ton. 10/10!

The food is decent for the price but none of that really matters if the service is bad, and here, the service is super bad. The lady running/serving at the place is super super rude. I’ve been here twice and both the times she has been super rude. You would be lucky if she doesn’t shout at you and lets you eat in peace- then maybe a 7/10?

Das beste chinesische Restaurant in der Stadt. Es schmeckt authentisch und im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants stimmt wirklich alles. Gehe schon Jahre dort essen und wurde nie enttäuscht. Die Atmosphäre stimmt und die Besitzerin ist immer für einen nettes und lustiges Gespräch zu haben.

Ein einzigartiges und super gutes Essen Erlebnis. Die Bedienung ist streng und scheucht einen rum und ich glaube das ist ein Mehrwert in dem Fall, weil es einfach so einzigartig ist. Man kriegt sofort Respekt und fühlt sich Sich an, als wäre Mama sauer auf einen von daher denke ich in diesem Fall es ist ja fast besonderes und es gibt sogar Restaurants in der Welt wo man für so eine unfreundliche Bedienung extra mehr Zeit. Hier muss man das vorher wissen und dann macht es jedes Mal Spaß

הגענו בצוהרי היום. כל השולחנות היו תפוסים. בעלת המסעדה קיבלה את פנינו בארשת פנים עצבנית, מאוד צעקנית. המתנו כ 20 דקות לקבל שולחן. עוד 15 דקות עד שהגיעה לקבל את ההזמנה ועוד 25 דקות עד שארבעת המנות הגיעו. האוכל היה ממוצע....לא מקום לחזור אליו.

Das Essen ist ganz ok. Der Service ist eine Zumutung. Die Restaurantleiterin schreit mit schriller Stimme durchs Lokal. Wir wurden von ihr von dem Tisch an dem wir Platz nahmen autoritär und unfreundlich weggeschickt... da vergeht einem der Appetit.

Ristorante trovato per caso passeggiando e devo dire che è stata una bella scoperta. Il locale è molto semplice ma i piatti sono veramente buoni. I prezzi sono molto bassi e le porzioni abbondanti. Il menù è molto vario . Sicuramente lo consiglio

Die Bedienung ist sehr unfreundlich. Die Dame schreibt wie eine Hexe die verbrannt wird die ganze Zeit. Dazu hat sie an dem Tisch vor mir die Leute mehrmals angeschrien. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Obwohl jedes Gericht hier sehr preiswert ist, hatte ich hier das beste chinesische Essen mit üppigen Portionen und gratis Tee. Zudem habe ich mir von chinesichen Studierenden sagen lassen, dass das Essen hier authentisch sein soll. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Dame von der Bedienung, die sehr gestresst wirkt.
