After our wedding we booked the restaurant for our 20 guests. The food was of very good quality and the price-performance ratio was right. Our guests were very satisfied.

I would also give more stars. The entire package of ambience, friendliness and food is at the highest level.

Great food quality, and amazing and super friendly service. It was so much food that we took the leftovers home, and enjoyed them very much on the next evening. The location next to the Sieg is very nice, there is only a footpath between the restaurant and the river. Many thanks to all of the team, we will definitely come again with more people next time 😉

I haven't eaten such poor quality in a long time at school, all the starters are from the freezer and true, and there's a long evaluation until the food comes and we always bring the wrong order, that we didn't steal, that they earned me money and we had to pay €170 for a mixed plate and at the end I gave 15€ urgent money and at the end children want 2 paklava they said it costs extra money that it's just not human and we will go to the restaurant big name but small hearted customers.

Super nice family who are also operators and totally uncomplicated. A somewhat adventurous approach for large motorhomes, but doable.

The atmosphere of the place and the salad are nice, I tried mixed grilled lahmacun and lamb casserole from the main courses, mixed grilled Adana kebab came dry and burnt, the taste was very bad, the meatballs were bathed in cumin and it was very bad, lamb casserole came with basil pesto sauce, one step below average, lamb skewer chops and chicken skewers are ok. I can only say that the lahmacuna was delicious..

We ate there with a group of 5 adults and a small child. The food was great, we ordered different starters and each a main course, unfortunately everything took longer, but that wasn't a problem since we were outside at one of the tables sat. Price performance is completely ok! The waiter was a bit overwhelmed even though there wasn't that much going on... but he was friendly and often asked if we wanted to order something else...

We had dinner there and had reserved a table for 7 p.m., the food came (after an incredibly long wait) at 8:40 p.m. The downside, however, was that the food was served just lukewarm or even cold (which is quite annoying given the price and the now small portions) and the service left something to be desired throughout the entire evening, we were hardly served because the waiter was was never visible in the upper area of ​​the restaurant (despite the restaurant being very busy). Unfortunately, no slip-up either, as this has happened to us three times now…. Can't recommend the restaurant more

A really great restaurant with very tasty dishes from breakfast brunch on the weekend and other menu items, great grilled plates with Turkish dishes. Service and prices are really great, people are always very attentive. I've been there 3 times so far this year and would go back at any time go there, very cozy and rustic furnishings and a very, very nice family runs the restaurant.

We would have liked to try out the holiday brunch on May 1st, 2024; I had made a reservation for this by phone a few weeks in advance. The employee on the phone checked with his colleague whether the brunch was taking place, which was clearly audibly confirmed in the affirmative. It's a shame that we found ourselves standing in front of the locked door at 9:30 a.m. sharp, no one opened it and no one responded to my repeated calls. That's really unprofessional, they could have at least canceled my reservation if they decided not to have the brunch after all. Due to the negative experience we will not attempt to eat here again

The food was great. Unfortunately the service took a little longer. But we weren't in Troy itself. The restaurant is expanding and is apparently being renovated in the background. I'm excited when it's finished.

Wir wollten im Troy mit Geschäftspartnern essen. Wir haben über Google einen Tisch bestellt. Waren pünktlich vor Ort. Es war total chaotisch. Wir sollten im Eingang stehen bleiben und warten. Nach 30 Minuten immer noch kein freier Tisch. Warum macht man eine Tischreservierung wenn es eh keine interessiert? Wie gesagt wir wurden einfach stehen gelassen. Sehr peinlich für unsere Firma da es ein Geschäftsessen war. Keinen Platz am der Theke um zu warten. Wir sind dann woanders essen gegangen. Das war top!

I have reserved a table in the Troja restaurant for 7 p.m. for a family evening for 12 people. When we arrived on time we noticed that the restaurant was well occupied. We sat down and enjoyed the ambience first. The waiter was obviously overwhelmed but did his best. After 20 minutes the waiter came to our table and we were able to order. Since some of the family have already visited the restaurant, I learned that the dishes are not served together but separately. I pointed out to the waiter that we would like to get the food together so we could eat together. He nodded and left. At 8:35 p.m. I angrily asked the waiter where the food was. He said, "We have a lot to do" and our food would be next. At around 8:45 p.m. the first dishes came every 2 dishes, 5-10 minutes apart, so we couldn't enjoy dinner together. My Troy chicken pan was cold when it arrived. The pan was on a holder with a candle holder without a candle in it. When I asked the waiter about it, he said that this was known and that they didn't use candles because guests had complained. Unfortunately this resulted in the food being cold. Meanwhile the other food and drinks arrived. Some were forgotten and served incorrectly. This can happen at any time and is human. Unfortunately we had to complain about the drinks four times before they were replaced. If I have 10 tables in the restaurant, I should be able to serve them. The eldest of the family, our grandma, didn't have her plate served because it was completely forgotten. The waiter apologized and had it made. By now everyone had something to eat except one person. We all gave something from our plates so we could eat together. By now the children were exhausted and only ate half of the long-awaited fries. When the meal came from grandma, it was burnt because they probably tried to correct the mistake in order to prepare it faster. However, when it comes to meat, you should take your time. We complained about this and sent it back. There were 4 people drinking tea at the end. We went down to the checkout and I explained to the young gentlemen the recommendation I was given and the reason for my visit, but I am very disappointed. When it came time to pay, everything was recorded. Finally the waiter said that they want to make up for the burnt meal by not charging for it. I pointed out to the employee that no guest would pay for a burnt meal and that this was not an accommodation. I said I wouldn't ask him to change the price or not because of the inconvenience. He said that the 4 teas would be canceled. With a bill of over €200, I couldn't take the gesture seriously. We paid the bill and still thanked him politely and left. On the way home my wife was so upset that she left a review on Google. As soon as we got home and the children had gone to sleep, the waiter or cashier called us because he had probably written down the number when making the reservation. Aside from answering my review on Google as he should, he decided to call me on my private number at 10:15 p.m. He said I should write the truth and leave nothing out. I should please mention that he didn't charge for the 4 teas. He claimed not to have charged for the Troy Chicken Skillet. I didn't hear that on site and can't understand it because I left the bill there. I hope I was able to be transparent enough so that I don't get another call at 11:10 p.m. why I mentioned the call. The original review has therefore been revised. I will not dine in this restaurant again. Therefore I cannot recommend it any further.

Went to Troy yesterday with a group of girls. It was really well attended but no problem at all. The food was really fantastic throughout. Good portions, deliciously seasoned and prepared. We will be back definitely.

First of all: the rating only refers to the breakfast buffet! The breakfast buffet experience was disappointing. The emphasis was clearly on quantity rather than quality. A lot of things were cold and not fresh, the soup was too salty and the selection of drinks was limited and not refilled. There was also a lack of dishes. The desserts, a baklava and rice pudding, were disappointing: the baklava seemed old and the rice pudding was far too sweet.

A very nice place to have a delicious meal and enjoy the evening. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The interior decoration is very tasteful.

I was there on a Sunday morning. Family atmosphere, not so big but cozy. I sat in the upper section thank God. Since I think it would be stupid to eat downstairs where the food is placed (because you basically have the snake on your back), the spider webs urgently need to be removed. Unfortunately, I have to say that the service seemed very overwhelmed to me. Food, well I have to say it wasn't well seasoned as I usually know it. And with the simit you could have killed someone, it was that hard.

We're having brunch at Troy Restaurant today. Turkish brunch sounded good and made us curious. So we booked a table for 3 people today. The welcome was very friendly. The buffet was very inviting. We had our table on the upper floor with a wonderful view of the Sieg. About the buffet: The selection was huge. From savory to sweet, there is something for every taste. If you prefer rolls, sausage, cheese and boiled eggs, you will also find a great selection here. There is also a large selection of delicious Turkish delicacies. We tried a little bit of each and it was delicious. There is also dessert here. The brunch included free black tea and orange juice. Coffee costs extra. I can highly recommend Troy Restaurant.

We come here often and it is always delicious! The selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes could be a little larger :)

Ein gemütliches Lokal zum Wohlfühlen. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist herausragend,allerdings braucht man etwas Geduld,wenn man nachbestellen möchte.Die Vorspeisenplatte ein Hingucker und großzügig arrangiert, auch jede Hauptspeisen hat begeistert.Hier habe ich ein neues Lieblingslokal gefunden :-) Für neue Gäste ein wichtiger Hinweis:Es wird kein Alkohol serviert.

This was our first time at TROY. There is a very nice rustic atmosphere here on two levels. Both the food and the service were excellent!

The four of us had dinner yesterday and although something went wrong with the reservation, a side table was organized for us very quickly. The food was super tasty and the portions are more than enough. If you sit downstairs in the restaurant it's a bit crowded, but upstairs it's more pleasant.

We had four different dishes and also with special requests. All four tasted wonderful. This is my fifth time eating here and it always tastes wonderful! I will gladly come again. Good job.

This time we went there for breakfast, but to be honest we have to admit that we would 100% prefer the lunch/dinner menu. The buffet is discreet and really cramped and awkwardly prepared. There are no fries here at all, if they are offered as an extra - it's kind of disappointing. The dessert included baklava, which at first made sparks shine in my eyes, but after the taste test caused great disappointment. It was never fresh. Unfortunately, the taste is not really appealing for the high price. Even children are charged a high price. First and last time (regarding breakfast).

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 p.m., then ordered the drinks and appetizers at around 6:15 p.m., At around 6:40 p.m. the order came and the main courses were ordered. At 7:45 p.m. we decided to leave the restaurant without having eaten the main courses. A table can really be forgotten, but when we appeared several times at the neighboring table (about 1 meter away from our table) we should have noticed that we had empty glasses and appetizer plates. Of course, we noticed that the staff was busy and gave them more time than we are normally used to. But 1 hour was a bit too long. Nevertheless, nice staff, delicious starters and great ambience. Then I realized just at home, after looking at the menu again, that we should have paid €18.30, but the bill said €21.50. It probably wasn't our evening, what a shame.

In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Hennef. The food is extremely tasty, the atmosphere is cozy and the service was very friendly. We definitely won't be here for the last time. Great!!

Ich habe hier heute beim Brunch meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Trotz sehr spontaner Anfrage war es kein Problem einen Tisch für 20 Personen zu bekommen. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und die Bedienung wirklich super lieb. Es wurde sogar eine große Wunderkerze auf den mitgebrachten Kuchen gesteckt und ein Geburtstagslied angemacht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Unglaublich gutes und für den Preis auch sehr viel Essen. Freundliche sympathische Kellner und ein Ambiente zum wohlfühlen. Top Restaurant.

Ich bin absolut begeistert. Als Kölnerin habe ich nicht erwartet, dass man so gut ost-anatolisch in Hennef essen kann. Ich habe seit langem nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Große Empfehlung!

Gestern zum 1. Mal da gewesen und positiv überrascht. Der Service war absolute Klasse, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen, in unserem Fall 2 Vorspeisen (Garnelen und Champignons) waren sehr lecker, aber die Hauptgerichte (Lamm und Hähnchen aus dem Lehmtopf) haben das nochmal getoppt 👌🏻 Ich kann das Troy nur weiterempfehlen und werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Ich gebe nicht oft Bewertungen ab, aber hier musste es sein. Es war ein absolut gelungener Abend. Das Essen (Vorspeisenteller, gemischte Grillplatte, Künefe) haben uns besonders überzeugt. Auch die Atmosphäre und der Service waren top. Wer gerne die türkische / mediterrane Küche in seiner Vielfalt kennenlernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Wir waren jetzt zum 5. Mal da und es war wie immer ein Besuch der sich gelohnt hat. Wir waren mit den zwei kleinen 10 Personen und haben uns gefühlt wie Daheim. Der Service die freundliche Bedienung, das Essen, die Nachspeisen. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln... Waren das erste mal hier in der Umgebung und haben aus Zufall dort gegessen und kann das Frühstück nur absolut empfehlen. Dazu ist der Service 1a und das Restaurant an sich ist sehr hübsch und gut gelegt

Sehr lecker und total frisch, man schmeckt die Qualität heraus. Wir sind extra von Bad Hönningen angefahren und waren sehr begeistert. Obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten, wurde sofort ein Tisch fertiggestellt. Der Service ist sehr lieb und hat sich bemüht. Weiter so 👍

Kleine Optimierungsvorschläge: Hin und wieder mal nachfragen, ob noch alles in Ordnung ist, könnte den Getränkeverkauf noch etwas ankurbeln und nach dem Essen zu fragen, ob es geschmeckt hat, würde den durchaus schon guten Eindruck perfektionieren.

Auch wenn essen und Ambiente beides top war, am meisten herausgestochen hat für mich der Service. Super freundlich, konnten einem alles zum Essen erklären, waren aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Absolutes Highlight für mich!

Die Speisen, das Ambiente und der gesamte Servicestab waren exzellent & in allen Belangen authentisch. Auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Es gibt mehrere Kindermenüs und entsprechende Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Speisen (besonders Güveç / Lehmtopf) haben bei uns ein geschmackliches Feuerwerk entfacht. Wir kommen als Familie gerne wieder.

Die Bedienung wirkte sehr gestresst und überfordert... es hat gedauert, bis wir Speisekarten bekommen haben... Die bestellte Vorspeise wurde vergessen... Zum Glück waren die Portionen groß genug, dass wir dennoch gut satt geworden sind. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, deswegen werde ich diesem Lokal noch eine Chance geben. Allso die zweite Chance im Oktober war deutlich besser. Wir konnten den Abend diesmal gut genießen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und kompetent.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant mit guter Küche. Es schmeckt richtig lecker und man merkt das alles selber gemacht wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Hier komme ich gerne immer wieder vorbei, um das tolle Ambiente und das Essen zu genießen.

Unfreundlich, türkische Familie ohne Reservierung wurde direkt an den Tisch begleitet, wir, obwohl wir eher da waren und reserviert hatten, mussten 15 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. 30 Minuten warten, bis ein Kellner kam, die andere Familie hatte bereits ihre Speisen…..also für mich nie wieder Essen leider nach 50 Minuten immer noch nicht da, also kann ich es nicht bewerten. Vorspeise, trockenes Fladenbrot….zazik war ok

Wir haben heute dieses Lokal "ausprobiert". Durch Türkeiurlaube und Besuche in einem guten türkischen Lokal in Köln haben wir eine Vergleichsmöglichkeit. Das Restaurant ist rustikal mit viel Holz eingerichtet, das gefiel uns sehr. Der Empfang durch den (vermutlichen) Chef war äußerst freundlich. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen, Vorspeisenteller und 2 verschiedene Hauptgerichte. Mengenmäßig konnten wir kaum alles bezwingen, die Portionen sind reichlich bemessen. Weil es so gut geschmeckt hat, ließen wir sogar einen Rest einpacken, was wir noch nie gemacht haben. Vegetarier finden hier einige leckere Gemüse-Gerichte. Nichts Negatives? Doch, der Preis von 8,90 Euro für eine 0,75l - Flasche Wasser erschien uns zu hoch gegriffen, es ist ja nicht das "Hilton". Die übrigen Preise sind, angesichts der Mengen auf den Tellern. angemessen. Die Hintergrund-Musik dürfte etwas dezenter eingestellt sein. Trotzdem werden wir dieses Restaurant bald wieder besuchen. Auf der großen Speisekarte stehen noch viele interessante Gerichte, die wir probieren wollen. Vielleicht wird das in Hennef sogar unser Lieblingslokal.

Leckere Gerichte, freundliche Bedienung, faire Preise, alles sehr schön angerichtet, ein Ort wo man sich willkommen und wohlfühlt. Alkohol gibt es in der Tat nicht, das macht aber gar nichts, es gibt genug Getränke zur Auswahl. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Mein Mann und ich waren zum Abendessen bei euch, wir waren begeistert! Das Essen was sehr lecker, die Zubereitung dauerte nicht lange und der Service war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! Wir werden euch definitiv wieder besuchen! :)

Klebrige Tische, Tee und Kaffee ständig leer und nichts beschriftet. Die meisten Süssspeisen nur gegen Aufpreis. Somit leider durchgefallen.

Reservierungen werden nicht ordentlich verbucht. Vor Ort wird dan so getan als habe man nicht bestellt. Bei expliziter Nachfrage, ob sie Kölsch im Angebot haben wird dieses bejaht und als Bestellung aufgenommen, nur um im Anschluss als Kunde ignoriert zu werden. Saftladen

A restaurant that serves Turkish cuisine, and has the best taste I have tried the cuisine over the last few months. Excellent staff who make sure the food is served at the earliest. The ambience is quite decent too. If you want to feel lazy after a heavy meal, just go to this place to hog as much as you can.

Kurz nach der Eröffnung im Dezember 2018 war ich das erste mal mit Freunden im Troy und war begeistert von den frischen leckeren Speisen, der Auswahl an Gerichten und dem sehr netten Personal. Seither gehört das Troy zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants und ich entdecke jedes mal wieder ein neues leckere Gericht das ich probieren möchte. Für mich macht das Troy im Wesentlichen 4 Dinge aus. - frische und sehr leckere Zubereitung der Speisen - wahnsinnig netter, aufmerksamer und höflicher Service - sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen (auch für Vegetarier sehr gut geeignet) - sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Von mir gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten.

Wir waren einmal zu zweit und einmal mit Freunden im Troy essen. Jeweils war der Service sehr angenehm und das Essen erstklassig. Einzig die Beschreibung der Speisen könnte etwas ausführlicher sein, damit die Unterschiede der teilweise ähnlich beschriebenen Speisen deutlicher werden. Nicht nur die Speisen die sich auf meinem Teller und denen meiner Frau und Freunde befanden sahen sehr gut aus. Auch ausnahmslos jeder Teller, den wir im vorbeigehen sehen konnten, ließen uns das Wasser im Mund zusammen laufen.

Wir waren hier mit einer größeren Gruppe relativ kurz nach Eröffnung. Da klappte der Service noch nicht top. Das Essen war schon da sehr gut. Jetzt waren wir zu zweit wieder da. Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service. Die Bestellung schnell ausgeführt. Das Essen wieder sehr gut. Wir haben beide viele Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Das hier gehört zu den besten, wo wir gegessen habe. Gerne wieder!
