This place is so great! The food is delicious and the owners are so nice and thoughtful. The döners are delicious and so are their homemade spicy peppers. I love coming here if I have to work late and want a tasty healthy meal quickly. They have so many great options!

Unfortunately, it's unusable since reopening. I had a very meager kebab with half-burnt bread for 8(!) euros. My friend had the Chinese noodles for 7.50 and was also very disappointed, as everything just tasted very greasy and not well seasoned. Drinks are also very expensive. Conclusion: It's reasonably filling, but far too expensive for the food you get.

My doner kebab plate with fries and salad wasn't the cheapest, but it was really tasty. Friendly table service. Excellent service. There were snacks on the counter for us to try. Great idea.

The food tastes amazing! My boyfriend and I ate there over the weekend, and it was truly delicious. There's a wide selection of different dishes, and it tastes like authentic Turkish home cooking. Unfortunately, Leipzig doesn't offer much variety in Turkish cuisine, so I'm all the more thrilled to have "found" Troja. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to try good Turkish food ☺️

By far the best I've seen and experienced in terms of taste, selection, and service. Troja Leipzig is transparent; you can see everything, which makes them highly confident in their hygiene standards. And the best part is that the prices are very fair, even affordable. I've been there at least 10 times now, and each time I'm pleasantly surprised!

We occasionally bought something Mediterranean to take away (stuffed potato dumplings, etc.) and it always tasted delicious. Based on taste alone, I'd give it 5 stars. I can't comment on the doner kebab. I'm deducting 2 stars because, in my opinion, the food is very expensive, and the staff weren't particularly friendly in answering my questions. Sorry, I don't understand the international names for the dishes and would have liked an explanation. I'd like to know what I'm buying and whether it contains meat or not. After asking three times, the employee was a bit annoyed with me. Another story: Because I was there shortly before closing time, there was no salad left in the front display; it had already been moved to the kitchen. It was probably too much to ask to go to the kitchen and get more salad, which should have been part of my meal. Maybe they really were all gone, in which case I don't want to say anything (but I somehow didn't get that impression at the time). But I still paid the full price of €8. They could have been more accommodating on the price. I would have considered that fair in return, and that's what makes good service! Bottom line: If you want to eat delicious Mediterranean dishes, you'll get your money's worth here. Really hearty, with feta, garlic, or minced meat. Really good and something different. But the price and the staff leave a bitter aftertaste. I rarely treat myself to a stuffed potato here, but if I buy two warm pretzels at Hit, I can get it a thousand times cheaper and end up feeling full and happy.

By far the highest in quality and variety. Service, hygiene, location and above all price-performance is definitely the best that I have experienced so far in my 57 years. Almost 99% of the dishes and selection are prepared on site and of course only high-quality products are used. It is a family business and since the family is huge, as I have noticed, there are enough staff and you don't have to wait or you can never find a dirty table because everyone runs around the shop like a bee, keeps everything clean and serves in a friendly and quick manner. Should I have heard that the owner, the owner's wife, who is two siblings, and their children, cousins, brothers, nephews, etc. work together. If I'm not mistaken, there are at least 20 family members who make up the owners alone. The selection is really almost positively exaggerated - there is something for everyone, really for everyone, or rather there are at least five or six variations for everyone. But I don't think I need to say much about it - the pictures speak for themselves and the reviews this establishment has are something in themselves. Almost 400 reviews and almost 5 stars—I haven't seen another restaurant with such a rating before. I'm glad we have something so great in our city.

We definitely cannot recommend this provider for Mediterranean delicacies. After many years, we once again bought a few little things from Troja for Christmas Eve dinner (scambis, stuffed olives, anchovies, mini peppers and much more). Basically it looked good, but unfortunately everything tasted like nothing. Most of it is rather dry and tasteless. The quality is lacking here, which the prices don't reflect. The women in sales are friendly and on the ball when it comes to sales. The ambience is pleasant and inviting. We were also rather disappointed with the quality when we purchased it a few years ago. Unfortunately nothing seems to have changed. Sorry for the negative criticism, but if you pay >80 EUR and have guests on Christmas Eve who, like us, understandably grimace, this is definitely appropriate.

In the hit market right at the beginning, Troy makes a nice impression. However, if you, like me, judge the quality and quantity of the standard kebab from the price, you will be bitterly disappointed. Had a lot of things in it that you wouldn't expect. Mushrooms, sloppy fries and so on. The bread is rather small. Meat and salad were rather sparse. The whole thing for 8 euros! Sorry, not again! That wasn't joy.

The kebab was average. Unfortunately the bread fell apart while eating. This makes it no longer edible with your hands.

Quite expensive for a standard big kebab (€10). Vegetables were fresh, sauce was tasty even if one was forgotten. Bread was far from crispy and unfortunately both of our kebabs quickly developed a large hole in the bread and half of the kebab ended up on the plate.

We ordered a platter of hot and cold dishes for 4 people at short notice. The price was absolutely reasonable. The quality of the food and the selection were fantastic. From the starters to the hot and cold dishes to the dessert, everything was excellent. We can only recommend this to everyone. Allergies were also taken into account.

I let a hair get away with it, but after the second one I lost my appetite. I had the daily special to eat.

Why do all the new reviews (after the renovation) that are critical disappear? I was there for dinner, many years ago and again this year. Before the renovation it was a great experience. Unfortunately that is no longer the case today. What is particularly sad is the lack of critical ability.

It actually looks nice and the service was pretty quick. I ordered a kebab - it should cost 8 euros; it wasn't good enough for that price. You can get a kebab in the area for just 5 euros and it tastes better. It was relatively cold and the bread didn't seem particularly well done. He wasn't huge either. I personally wouldn't go there again.

The best kebab I've ever eaten! Fresh homemade bread that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, high-quality meat, fresh salad and juicy sauce! The staff and the family atmosphere rounded off the whole experience :3 We will definitely come back!

Really tasty, but a bit expensive and when delicacies are sold to take away, people tend to fill the cup to the brim so that you buy a lot. Here you should specify a price limit straight away to avoid surprises. The ambience is fine considering the location.

I got Chinese noodles to take away for lunch. €7.50 for the plate. Unfortunately, no love was put into cooking. The vegetables were chopped so roughly that I was able to pull half a leek and a quarter of a cucumber out of the noodles in one piece. It was also almost raw. The carrot sizzled nicely. The leek was bitter. The meat is kebab meat - bold choice for Chinese noodles, but tastes okay. All in all, just terrible. Won't go here again.

8€ for a kebab, 9€ for a simple salad... way too expensive and the taste was just ok. Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here.

I normally love Troy and happily recommend it, but today was a disappointment for me. The quality of the kebab has deteriorated so much. Instead of the delicious farmer's bread, there was run-of-the-mill kebab bread, with little content and for a whopping €8. Actually, this kebab was always something “special” for us. Now almost every kebab around the corner is better than the one we have today.

Troja hat jetzt auch eine Filiale im Kaufland in Leipzig-Gohlis. Dort habe ich den schlechtesten Dürüm meines Lebens gekauft. Es war keine Rolle, sondern zusammengelegt wie eine Art Fladen, man konnte es nicht essen, alles quoll heraus und fiel runter. Und der Teig war hart und bröselig, fiel zu allem Ärger auch auseinander. Nie wieder esse ich dort einen Dürüm, das hat mir die Laune total verdorben, statt Genuss nur Frust. Für mich fühlte es sich so an, als hat die Dame dort einfach keinerlei Ahnung von dem, was sie tun sollte. Null Sterne.

Leckerer Döner und selbstgemachter Ayran. Dönerfleisch wird schweißfrei von der Gerät geschnitten.

Dürüm 10€. Ist zwar selbstgemacht, aber dafür klein, wenig Fleisch, dazu noch Kartoffeln im Dürüm? Außerdem wurde die falsche Sauce verwendet. Vor Monaten schon einen Döner gegessen und das gleiche empfunden. Daher für mich keine Wiederholung.

Alles wird teurer, aber das ist viel zu viel. Für Premium gehen die Leute nicht zum Imbiss am HIT-Markt.

Als mietwagenfahrer (ähnlich taxi) bin ich immer wieder einmal auf ein Essen zwischendurch angewiesen. Vor der Neugestaltung war ich bereits hier und fand es damals schon lecker. Die Neugestaltung ist Top und das Angebot auch qualitativ hochwertig. Andere Bewertungen schrieben von knorpeligen Fleisch o.ä. nun das kommt vor wenn nicht passierte mit glutamat gefüllte fleischqualität genommen wird. Auf jeden Fall der beste börek in ganz leipzig. Zu dem Gejammer mit den Preisen, willkommen in der Realität und Nein es gibt auch teurere. Qualität kostet nun einmal. Top Adresse auch für Taxifahrer, nach dem Essen wird einem nicht schlecht, wie bei anderen durchaus möglich

30€ für ein paar gegrillte Zucchini und Auberginen. Die Preise sind nirgendwo angegeben. Inflation ist hoch, aber das ist echt übertrieben.

Qualitativ mit das Beste, was es zu diesem Angebot in Leipzig gibt. Das hat seinen Preis, ist es aber auch (fast) wert.

So einen leckeren Döner hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. Super!

Wir waren heute nach der Wiedereröffnung dort ,kannten dieses Restaurant bereits vor der Renovierung. Leider merkten wir auch, dass die Preise sehr angestiegen waren. Für einen Dönerteller mit Brot und kleinem Salat 12 Euro ist schon heftig. Die Aubergine gefüllt mit Hackfleisch wurde leider auch nicht heiß serviert und darunter befand sich viel zu viel Öl. Ansonsten war alles geschmacklich gut. Ambiente ist nicht besonders. Da man in dem Vorraum von dem angrenzenden Hitmarkt sitzt und von dort auch direkt Einblick hat in diesem Bereich. Auch ein Tisch der direkt im Eingang war, und man im Durchzug saß ist nicht besonders gastfreundlich. In direkter Angrenzung an den Hit-Markt standen circa 2 m entfernt, grosse Blechcontainer vom Markt die mit Altpappen beladen waren. Das Personal war ansonsten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider bekamen wir auch noch einen lautstarken Streit unter dem Küchenpersonal mit. Dieser Streit war bis in den Gastraum zu hören. Fazit: Freundlichkeit 5*,Ambiente 0* , Essen 4*,Preis-Leistung 3* ,Lautstarker Streit 0*

Ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen!

Wir sind heute in den Genuss gekommen, im mediterranen Restaurant zu speisen und sind absolut begeistert. Das Essen war köstlich und mit Liebe zubereitet. Die Aromen und Gewürze waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und man konnte wirklich den Geschmack von frischen, hochwertigen Zutaten herausschmecken. Es war eine Freude, die Vielfalt der mediterranen Küche zu genießen. Aber nicht nur das Essen hat mich beeindruckt. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie haben wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und dafür gesorgt, dass man sich rundum wohl und zufrieden gefühlt hat. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und hat uns sofort willkommen geheißen. Insgesamt kann man das mediterrane Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Essen ist köstlich, die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre ist sehr einladend und gemütlich. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Ort sind, an dem Sie hochwertiges Essen genießen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen können, dann sollten Sie unbedingt dieses Restaurant besuchen.

Das kleine Restaurant ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, wir waren gestern total überrascht über die Umgestaltung. Sehr sehr leckere mediterrane Gerichte, hübsch angerichtet Teller und heiße Ware.
