Tribeca Ice Cream Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin

vor einiger Zeit zufällig entdeckt und seitdem bin ich eigentlich mind. 1x die Woche hier :D endlich mal eine Eisdiele, wo es spannende vegane EisCREMEsorten gibt und nicht immer nur Fruchtsorbets als einzige pflanzliche Option. Mag auch die Toppings gerne und dass es nicht zu süß ist. Ein richtiger happy place :)

Extrem großes und geiles veganes Spaghetti Eis!!

Wir sind eigentlich große Fans vom Eis (nicht so süß und sehr hochwertig), aber inzwischen sind die 2,80 Euro für die normal großen Kugeln etwas happig, vor allem gepaart mit der eher wenig großzügigen Mentalitaet für die Stempelkarten. Wir hatten neulich Eis fuer knapp 6 Euro: normale Kugel, Kinderkugel und Sahne. Als ich fragte warum ich dafuer nur einen Stempel bekomme, bekam ich eine etwas schnippische Antwort, weil es halt nur eine normale Kugel sei. Meine Güte Leute…es ist ne Stempelkarte. Wir sind seit Jahren Stammkunden. Wenn ihr Großzügigkeit von den Kunden gegenüber euren Preisen verlangt, dann bitte auch selbst geben! Im Übrigen handhaben das die versch. Verkäuferinnen auch alle anders, sollten sie vielleicht mal im Team drüber sprechen.

Unfassbarer Sicherheitsmann! Wir waren schon unzählige Male bei Tribeca. Das Eis ist immer lecker, der Service ist okay, je nachdem, wer einen bedient, aber nie unfreundlich, und insgesamt ist es meistens ein schönes Erlebnis. Wir kamen jedoch eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss an, und nachdem wir in der Schlange gewartet hatten, schlossen sie die Türen und sagten, dass sie uns wegen der Hitze nicht mehr bedienen würden. Sichtlich frustriert wurden wir von einem „Sicherheitsmann“ in einem Brasilien-Shirt darauf hingewiesen, dass wir, wenn wir unbedingt Eis wollten, nach Friedrichshain fahren könnten. Das ist eine halbe Stunde mit der Metro entfernt, und als wir sagten, dass das absurd sei, meinte er nur: „Dann heul doch rum.“ Ein absolut widerlicher Mann, der meiner Meinung nach in so einem Laden überhaupt nichts zu suchen hat. Als sie nach zehn Minuten wieder öffneten, war er verschwunden, und die Bedienung war unmöglich. Wir waren so freundlich wie möglich und boten ihr sogar etwas Wasserspray und Fächer an, um sie abzukühlen, aber sie hätte nicht unglücklicher sein können. Wer mit Kunden arbeitet, muss seine eigenen Gefühle im Griff haben. Wir alle haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen, und es gehört zu unseren Aufgaben, eine positive Atmosphäre zu den Kunden zu schaffen. Ein unglückliches letztes Mal in Tribeca.

Endlich ein Eisladen gefunden der veganes Spaghetti Eis macht. Hat super geschmeckt und werde es jedem empfehlen zu Euch zu kommen. Vielen Dank

Mein Lieblingseis in Berlin. Ich schleppe alle meine Freund her. Service war sogar am Sonntag - dem heißesten Tag in Berlin- super ! Trotzdem haben die Mädels uns noch ein Lächeln geschenkt. Das Spaghetti Eis ist wirklich das beste was es gibt und tonka white choc sowieso 😍

Eigentlich liebe ich diese Eisdiele, aber einfach eine Stunde vor eigentlicher Schließung nicht mehr zu bedienen (nichtmal mehr Getränke) finde ich einfach frech. Ich checke, dass es abartig heiß ist, aber dann kann man wenigstens die Öffnungszeiten bei Google anpassen, was sonst ja auch tagesaktuell passiert oder zumindest ein Schild rausstellen, sodass Leute nicht umsonst 15 min in der Schlange warten.

Super leckeres Eis mit vielen kreativen und frischen Sorten. Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet und man schmeckt, dass hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service schnell. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und perfekt für eine kleine Pause. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Eis war okay, aber ich verstehe nicht, warum eine Kugel 2,90 € kostet. Die Preiserhöhungen sind übertrieben. Wir hatten Stracciatella, Mandel und Raffaello. Wir kennen günstigere und bessere Eisdielen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der Service, die überaus freundliche Bedienung und die bunte Waffel. Ein schickes Lokal für ein schickes Publikum.

Die Schokolade in diesem Eis schmeckt nach Öl… furchtbar. Es soll Sauerkirsche sein, aber man schmeckt sie überhaupt nicht.

Bestes veganes Eis überhaupt! Mein Mann und ich teilten uns einen Sundae und haben es soooo genossen. Unbedingt probieren!:)

Es ist okay! Nichts Besonderes, vielleicht liegt es daran, dass es vegan ist? Es fühlt sich überhaupt nicht cremig an und der Preis ist etwas hoch. Die Kugeln sind auch etwas klein. 🤣🤣🤣

Halleluja! Das ist mit Abstand das beste Spaghettieis, was ich je gegessen habe! Vielleicht schaffe ich es das nächste Mal etwas anderes zu probieren, aber es wird schwer! Lecker und bitte weiter so!

Tribeca ist ein toller Eiscremeladen mit einer großen Auswahl an veganen und glutenfreien Eissorten. Sie bieten einzigartige Geschmacksrichtungen und eine tolle Atmosphäre!

Es gibt richtig viele Eissorten. Ich habe mich für blue cocotnut und sour cherry entschieden, und war beeindruckt, wie lecker dass Eis war. Für Kinder kostet eine Kugel 1,90€, und für Erwachsene 2,90€. Ich kann diese Eisdiele nur empfehlen! Übrigens gibt es bei der Waffel eine normale, und eine Regenbogen-Waffel.

Schwarzer Sesam und gesalzene Macadamianüsse haben mir nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Schade. Ich muss nächstes Mal andere Sorten probieren.

Wir haben Affogato (mit Vanilleeis), Pistazie und Rohschokolade probiert. Toll, dass alles pflanzlich ist – ein großes Plus! Das Pistazieneis hat mich allerdings nicht ganz überzeugt. Ich glaube, die Basis (vielleicht Soja oder etwas Ähnliches) hat den Pistaziengeschmack etwas überdeckt. Die Konsistenz und der Nachgeschmack waren bei allen Sorten recht ähnlich, wodurch die Unterschiede schwerer zu erkennen waren. Im Vergleich zu klassischem Eis waren die Aromen etwas leichter, aber trotzdem einen Versuch wert, wenn man pflanzliche Desserts mag.

Der Eisladen löscht Rezensionen!! Bitte aufpassen! Leider erlitt ich eine schwere Lebensmittel Vergiftung, nach dem ich da das Vanille Eis gegessen habe… Bitte aufpassen! Aber der Service war sehr lieb und professionell. Ich besuchte am Donnerstag, den 9.4.2026 um 19Uhr den Laden, in Kreuzberg. Eine kleine Brünette konnte mich super beraten und hat sehr sauber und schnell beraten. Sie hatte offensichtlich Spaß an der Arbeit. Der Laden war zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr voll, aber das war kein Problem für Sie! Sie hat eine echt Tolle Stimmung für alle Kunden gemacht. Großes Lob!

Es hat wirklich nicht geschmeckt. Ich war mit einer Freundin da, und wir haben uns jeweils zwei Kugeln genommen. Es hat aber überhaupt nicht nach Eis geschmeckt. Die Schokolade war mehlig und nicht cremig. Wir haben es schließlich weggeworfen. Meine Freundin hat eine Bewertung geschrieben, und die Eisdiele hat sie entfernen lassen. Man sollte also wissen, dass sie solche Methoden anwenden, um Bewertungen wegen angeblicher Obszönitäten oder Ähnlichem entfernen zu lassen. Tja, wir waren da, und es war wirklich nicht gut.

Super leckeres veganes Eis. So schön eine vollständig vegane Eisdiele zu haben! Es war super gut, und das Eis ist sehr "leicht", nicht so zuckerlastig — große Empfehlung.

Preise sehr hoch, aber für Berlin fast normal (Kugel 2,70€, Spaghetti-Eis etwa 9€). Viele tolle Sorten zur Auswahl. Schöne Sitzplätze in der Sonne. Das Spaghettieis ist mit Pistazien möglich, ich fands als nicht-veganerin geschmacklich nur mittelmäßig, meine vegane Schwester fand es sehr gut (9/10). Die Erdbeersoße schien sehr frisch aus echten Erdbeeren zu sein!

Der perfekte Ort für Veganer:innen und Nicht-Veganer:innen, an dem dank der riesigen Auswahl garantiert alle fündig werden!

Es ist zwar kein „Eiscreme“, aber die Kreationen, die sie servieren, sind gar nicht mal so schlecht.

Ich habe diesen Laden vor einigen Jahren besucht und damals eine 3-Sterne-Bewertung abgegeben. Kürzlich wurde ich darüber informiert, dass die Bewertung gemeldet und entfernt wurde. Mein damaliger Besuch war einfach nicht besonders einprägsam – das Eis war okay, aber nichts Besonderes, und das gesamte Erlebnis hob sich nicht von anderen Eisdielen in Berlin ab. Natürlich war das nur meine persönliche Erfahrung, und andere mögen einen anderen Eindruck haben.

Laden war geschlossen obwohl als geöffnet angezeigt . Sehr ärgerlich. Extra von weit her angefahren.

Friendly staff. A lot of very good plant based ice creams. I took the crazy peanuts and I was not disappointed because it was delicious. I will come back to try other flavors. I highly recommend this place.

We tried the Peanut and Espresso Hazelnut flavors here yesterday: Peanut flavored okay, also because of the many peanut pieces in it. The Espresso Hazelnut was nothing; the espresso flavor was weak, the hazelnut pieces were practically untasteable, only felt. On top of that, there were ice crystals in the ice cream, which weren't necessary; it tasted much too thin. The service was friendly, the scoop size was okay, but for €2.80 a scoop, the ice cream flavor could be improved a lot. Here again, the "brave new world" that doesn't want to deal with cash anymore...

Considering that it's one of the most expensive in P-Berg at €2.80 per scoop, the ice cream didn't really stand out from a standard ice cream parlor. There was a larger selection of specialty flavors, but that alone doesn't indicate quality. Even more so, at Tribeca Ice Cream, one had the impression that the staff behind the counter consisted of three bored students who were passing the work around. This behavior from the staff was evident long enough while waiting in line. The fact that the line in front of the ice cream parlor was so long, and thus the wait time too, was, in my opinion, due to the unmotivated, slow working style of the staff, and not to the rush at the ice cream parlor.

Best ice cream ever, and they even have gluten-free cones! The price is a bit high, but the quality makes up for it. The only downside is that you can't pay in cash.

I spent a long time online looking for an ice cream shop that offers vegan ice cream, but not just boring sorbet. And then I landed here... and: Oh. My. God!!! Finally, some unusual flavors like Raffaello, Chocolate Mint, Yuzu Cheesecake, and even vegan whipped cream on top! I escalated my decision a little and immediately ordered four scoops (with whipped cream) and didn't regret a single one. Everything was really delicious and tasted amazing. The price is €2.80 per scoop, which isn't cheap, but honestly: it was worth every cent. The salesperson was super friendly and even gave me two flavors to try because I just couldn't decide. There's a bonus card, which I think is great. Payment is only possible by card. Conclusion: I'll definitely be back! An absolute highlight for anyone who loves vegan ice cream or just wants to try something special.

We went there on purpose to get ice cream in Tribeca, and I honestly don't regret it. I think it's a very charming place, and the terrace is very comfortable in the sunshine. All the ice creams are vegan, and despite this, the flavors are very original, as I'd never seen many of them in other conventional ice cream shops. They're definitely committed to innovation and creativity, and they're clearly right.

I tried the Tribeca Ice Cream and it tastes soooo good! At first, I was bit hesitant to visit the place reading the reviews in Google, but great that my husband pushed me to give it a try for once. I can’t thank him enough. I tried the salted brownie flavour and it tasted heaven! Thank you Tribeca for making such an amazing icecream. The staff were way too lovely and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. A must visit!

The ice cream is absolutely amazing! We've been here several times now; the ice cream is incredibly delicious, and there's a huge selection of different flavors! Our absolute favorite is the vegan spaghetti ice cream! The taste is top-notch and the portions are really generous! The price is absolutely reasonable for the quality and the size! Love it! Highly recommend it!

Always phenomenal at Tribeca. I live an hour away and will come into the city just for their ice cream.

Yeah I ordered 4 small scoops in waffle 1.8€ and got charged 11.8 € as I even gave a tip- first I though ahh maybe for waffle I paid extra or something is off. No cashier made mistake and they couldn’t return bill or money so yeah I was not planing to fight for 5€ and wait for icecream to melt.. ice creams were not only expensive but tasteless with very tap watery aftertaste. Never again for my just a scam.

Prenzlauer Berg's most expensive ice cream parlor doesn't live up to its promise: the ice cream is watery and too sweet for my taste. It simply lacks flavor; the three flavors I tried failed to deliver a wow factor, nor did they convincingly convey the flavor. It's also annoying that the moderately friendly staff seems stressed and scoops out different sized scoops depending on who's working with them—if you're unlucky, you'll probably get a tiny scoop for your money... There are many places in Berlin with fantastic ice cream—not here.

Very delicious, purely plant-based ice cream that absolutely won us over. We were there on two different days, and on both days, the service seemed rather unmotivated. This may have been due to the fact that it was very warm and the resulting busyness, but the friendliness towards guests didn't suffer.

This ice cream parlor is my latest discovery. The ice cream flavors are diverse and delicious. The staff are very friendly. And all of it is vegan! I'll be happy to come back.

They took down my original review, so I‘m rewording it and lowering it to one star. Based on my personal experience, I don‘t find their vegan ice cream tasty, but rather watery. Not that good in my opinion. I still went there many times, but won’t go anymore. The reason why I won't go back is the service and the weird and explicit way in which they asked for tips the last time I went. I also found it quite unprofessional that the two girls serving were sharing condescending looks between each other about the a couple they served before us. Between this and the way we were asked for tips, I left with a very unpleasant feeling.

Schnallt euch warm an, it's story time: My ice cream and coffee loving girlfriend and I went to tribeca for the first time, yesterday. The queue was short, which was a pleasant surprise, since ice cream places are usually effing busy, this time of year. And especially when it's hot af. Sweating, we went inside and I was happy because there was a perfect looking, beautiful coffee machine behind the counter. My mouth watering in excited anticipation for ice cream and coffee, I placed my order with the friendly server. When I was told, I couldn't have a cappuccino, cold shivers went down my back, which was not as pleasant as you would imagine, since it was such a hot day, but the disappointment stung like a million wasps. Also, I found it a little odd they wouldn't make me a cappuccino, since everything they needed to have made me one was standing right next to the coffee machine, i.e. oat milk, and a metal jug to heat it and foam it up in. I mean, I get that on the menu at tribeca there are only iced coffee's, but if I learned anything in my time working in bars and restaurants, it's never to just say 'no' and to always try and accommodate my customers (especially if everything you need to do it with is right there), because usually it makes them feel special and, well, accommodated and therefore makes them want to come back. But maybe the owners of tribeca don't want people to come back to their place of business and therefore don't tell such things to their servers. I don't know them personally, so I can only guess. I didn't want to make a scene, so I asked if I could just get a coffee that is not iced, since I was under the impression, that the coffee coming from the coffee machine would be hot. Our server said yes and I was happy again! They then delivered their deadly three-punch combo to my gut: First, they gave us our ice cream, which was delicious, but for 2,80€ a scoop frankly just a brazen joke concerning it's size, or its lack thereof, to be more precise. Then I got my coffee, WHICH WAS COLD?! and to add insult to injury, they made a mistake with our bill (which is not a problem, mistakes happen), but were then UNABLE TO GIVE US A REFUND, SINCE THEY ONLY ACCEPT CARD AND FOR SOME REASON CAN'T CORRECT SUCH MISTAKES. I mean they offered us more ice cream, but I usually order the exact amount of ice cream I want to eat, so why would I want more ice cream? Another offer was to give us a voucher card with four stamps, which would have meant for us to make another 6 puchases to then get a little bit for free, which at the time also didn't seem that appealing. I then opted for taking back 3€ in cash, that our server produced from the back of the store in 50ct, 10ct and 5ct pieces (probably taken from the tip-jar?), which was still a bit cheeky, since the mistake made amounted to 3,80€, but our server (who, by the way, was totally left alone by her two co-workers, that seemed more experienced than her and were nervously watching the whole situation, but never offered any help) was already decompensating from all the stress, so I just said ok. In the end, I did get a warm coffee and, as I've already said, the ice cream, while small in portion, was delicious. BUT, I'll never come back here, because there are a trillion ice cream placed in Berlin, where the owners properly train their employees to deal with situations that normally occur on a daily basis in a place of business, especially in gastronomy, and also are not as stingy with the size of their offered product. tl:dr On a more serious note: you took money from us, which happened by mistake and will happen again to other customers, but that you then offer no acceptable way to repay your customers is unacceptable. For the record - having your minimum wage employees paying back customers from their own pocket or offering ice cream or offering a half stamped voucher card that makes us pay you even more money to then eventually get something for free is also not acceptable. Please do better.

Hands down, one of the absolute best vegan ice-cream places in Berlin. They have so many classic but also special flavors and my personal highlight is the spaghetti ice-cream bowl that reminded me of my childhood. It tasted exactly the same - possibly even better. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back to try more flavors!

The young employee was friendly, but her work was very slow. There were two of us and we ordered two spaghetti ice creams – unfortunately, both had barely any flavor. The vanilla ice cream had no discernible vanilla flavor, and the strawberry sauce was also very weak. Especially because they advertise that the ice cream is made in-house, we had hoped for much more.

I returned to this place for a second visit to verify my experience. The ice cream still tasted somewhat icy, and I personally found the portion small for the price. I had previously written a review, which was later removed due to a defamation complaint by the business. I find it telling when businesses respond to honest criticism not by improving, but by having reviews removed through legal complaints. This review reflects my personal impression and experience as a paying customer.

TriBeCa is and remains my favorite 🤩 - I order regularly via Wolt my favorites are: Matcha, Tonka white chocolate 🤤🤤, vanilla bean!! Blue coco (classic for years!!) and recently discovered nougat salted brownie... although I'm not a chocolate fan, this ice cream convinced me 100%! Raspberry coconut - too sorbet heavy for me.. somehow ; sesame is also a must have! Peanut actually tastes a bit simple (as some people write here) Overall, I don't understand the bad reviews here at all... you can even try varieties on site 🤷🏼‍♀️

As I’m lactose intolerant there aren’t that many places where I can find a wide variety of choices in ice cream. I was beyond excited to find this place offering only vegan ice. The long queues outside, when the sun comes out, looked promising for sure. After paying 8,40EUR for three balls (2,80EUR each), I felt simply ripped off. Never have I given a bad review or did I complain about what I got, however this place changed it for sure. Three balls of watery, tasteless and way overpriced ice is a good recap. Any place around offering milk free ice cream (even if it is only two or three flavors) is better than this one.

Yesterday after our dinner in the restaurant next door we went to the ice cream parlor to get our dessert. First of all, I thought it was very nice that everything was purely plant-based and therefore the choice was not limited. The ambience and service were good, but none of us really liked the taste of the ice cream. We had the peanut ice cream and bee sting twice. It was nice that there were pieces in the ice cream, I like that a lot. However, we would all have liked a little more “boom” in the taste. Overall it was unfortunately too neutral.

Tribeca serves plant based ice cream, which is great for vegans! But if you want your ice cream creamy, this is not the place. Sorry. The flavours weren't that salient either.

For 2.80 euros per ball I expected a lot more. Not only did the varieties we tried not have a very intense taste, we found the ball size almost cheeky for the price.

The best ice cream in Berlin for me. A type of chocolate even without sugar and delicious vegan cream... divine!!!!

Very tasty (vegan) spaghetti ice cream. Simply great. Very nice service. Questions about gluten-freedom were answered directly and clearly. Gluten-free waffles available at an additional cost. Gladly again.

The tastiest ice cream we've eaten in a long time. We chose the varieties: sour cherry choc cookie and tonka white chocolate. Both varieties were extremely tasty, the cherries tasted very fresh and weren't too sweet and the cookies were nice and crunchy. In general, the selection of varieties was unusual. The owner greeted us and was very personable, and the service was also friendly. We felt extremely comfortable and can only recommend the ice cream parlor. Kind regards! P.S. The ice cream was ok but for the price it didn't convince me (I had mango & black sesame), the staff was friendly and you can also sit outside
