The burgers were tasty, but nothing special. The homemade lemonade and iced tea were practically indistinguishable. Based on the pictures on the website, we were expecting a restaurant. When we then learned it was self-service at the counter and you basically go to your table with a tablet, like at any McDonald's, our expectations were somewhat disappointed.

The ambiance is odd for a burger joint; the trees above completely block the way. Making a reservation is pointless, as there are no servers to help you find a table. When we arrived, they told us to "find a seat," even though there weren't any available. Despite everything, the food tastes really good, but the fries could be warmer. The portions are generous.

Absolutely thrilled! You feel right at home the moment you walk in – the ambiance and the charming decor are simply beautiful and incredibly cozy. The burgers are always a real highlight, unbelievably delicious, and the fries are the perfect accompaniment. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had two burgers, a crispy burger and a hot Korean burger. The burgers were a real treat and highly recommended. I personally didn't like the fries with mozzarella as much, but that's a matter of taste and not a reason to give it fewer stars.

The concept of "Dream Cow" is incomprehensible. It's more reminiscent of Japanese food than burgers and poutine. BUT whatever. The tip option is displayed right at the checkout. (If I had known it was self-service, I wouldn't have paid anything—what for?!) The restrooms were a disaster: the men's room had no way to lock the door, and the women's room was dirty. The burgers were good, although the buns could have been warmed. The house fries could also have been warmer. CONCLUSION: Okay.

I was visiting Wiesbaden and got the recommendation to go to Traumkuh. The restaurant is located in the heart of the city center. Nicely decorated and with a friendly staff. Plenty of options for smash burgers and side dishes. Food was tasty and price was ok. My burger came with fries and drink. The fries were crispy and good portion. Regarding the lemonade, was good but it missed ice cubes. Overall, my experience was positive and would recommend for an unplanned dinner in the city center of Wiesbaden.

This was our second time eating here. We enjoyed it very much again. We had the cheeseburger with sweet potato and the jalapeño burger with garlic fries. They were a bit different last time; they still tasted good, of course, but I had the feeling the garlic was prepared differently instead of just being added. It wasn't mixed in properly, but the service was very friendly. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful and incredibly delicious! Since I was only in Wiesbaden for work, I unfortunately only had time to go once, but if I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stop by to try some other burgers.

At 11:00 AM, I ordered approximately 20 meals via Lieferando. The order confirmation arrived immediately, stating a delivery time of 12:10 PM. I heard nothing further until 12:20 PM, so I called the restaurant myself. There, I was surprisingly informed that no order had been received from Lieferando. They suggested there might be technical problems with Lieferando. I was told to call back in 10 minutes, and they would check the system. I did so, and the employee claimed to have found nothing in the system. He also refused to take the order over the phone and then arrange for delivery. Shortly afterward, my order was canceled 90 minutes later without any prior notice or contact from either Lieferando or Traumkuh. Thanks for this non-performance!

The impressions were not very positive. We came with a large group, we were told to sit down and given menus, but then each person had to go down to the first floor to the bar to place an order, and then go down again to pick it up. The dishes were not prepared very quickly. I personally took a veggie burger - the patty was overcooked, to the point of being hard. I must give it my due: the homemade lemonade was very tasty. While we were waiting for our order on the second floor, we froze. The service was terrible.

I went to Traumkuh in Wiesbaden and was really satisfied overall. The burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients – exactly what you'd expect when you're paying a bit more for a burger. I especially liked the different fries, particularly the sweet potato fries. The restaurant itself is cozy, not overly styled, and the staff was friendly. However, you can tell that it can get a bit chaotic during peak hours, so service can take a little longer. All in all: Solid quality, delicious burgers, and fair portions. If you're in the mood for a good burger night, you can't go wrong here.

Mediocre and overrated Japanese ambiance with no sense of concept – it feels completely random. The patties are freshly made, which is the only real positive. Otherwise, it's a typical mediocre burger joint with pre-made sauces, self-service chaos, and a long line where everyone has to wait at the same time. It took forever. On Saturday evening, they didn't have regular fries – only sweet potato fries. Vegetarians had hardly any options besides a bland falafel burger. I can't understand the glowing Google reviews.

The chili cheeseburger was perfect: brioche bun, smash patties with excellent roasted flavors, very good samurai sauce, and jalapeños with a real kick! The fries, both regular and sweet potato, were super crispy (double-fried?) and hand-cut. Top-notch! We really liked the quirky cherry blossom decorations, and despite it being self-service, the service was excellent! Highly recommended!!

I went to Traumkuh in Wiesbaden and had a burger with fries. The burger tasted good overall, especially the bread. However, the burger could have been a bit bigger. Unfortunately, the fries were a complete disappointment – ​​they were very greasy and didn't taste very appealing. It's also a shame that they don't offer any alcoholic drinks. The ambiance is somewhat unusual. The upper floor is decorated with Japanese characters and fake cherry blossoms – it looks pretty, but it doesn't really fit with a burger restaurant. Priced-wise, I think the concept is too expensive: around €40 for two self-service meals isn't justified. You have to order downstairs, pick up your food yourself, and then return the dishes. For that price, you can definitely find better options with full service in Wiesbaden. Overall, Traumkuh's food is slightly above typical fast-food standards, but it falls short of expectations in terms of both price and concept.

The place looks fantastic. Great atmosphere and very inviting. The food is incomparable to other burger joints; there's just too much love and care put into it. The burgers are delicious. My personal favorite is the M. Bison's Father, which stands out thanks to its homemade topping.

Unfortunately, I guess I had bad luck with my burger and fries 🍟.... The fries were crispy but a bit dry, and the burger patties were overcooked and not juicy anymore.... It was busy and took quite a while... But that's a good sign... Everything was freshly prepared.... Maybe I'll have better luck next time 🍀

The burgers are really good. The fries are the best ever, especially the homemade ones. A great selection of sauces and a very friendly owner. You always get good quality here, especially when it comes to the meat, so it's a good option that you can always find.

Fancy place, but that doesn't say anything about the burgers. We had a cheeseburger, a chili cheeseburger, and a "Bison" with fries. The fries were amazing, the chili and chili cheeseburgers were very good, and the "Bison" tasted great, but had the problem that it was completely crumbled and the bun was completely smashed. It can happen, and the chef's response was simply top-notch. That's exactly how they handle complaints 👍👍👍

I'm writing to you because we had an extremely frustrating experience today ordering from Traumkuh via the Wolt delivery service. The delivery was extremely late. We waited about an hour and a half, which might be acceptable on a Sunday. By the end of the day, however, the delivery was completely cold and therefore no longer edible. After consulting the restaurant, we were referred to the delivery service, as they saw no fault in this regard. After a lengthy chat with Wolt, nothing came of it other than apologies. See screenshots: * In the first chat (second screenshot), Amina Z. tells us: "As I said, the case has already been escalated and unfortunately I can't offer a refund here, I'm very sorry. 🙏" * When we then made it clear that we would have the matter investigated and take appropriate action due to the cold and thus defective food, the only responses were apologies: "I'm really sorry. 🙏" and "Once again, I'm terribly sorry that you had such an annoying experience! I can understand you very well and I'm really sorry that we disappointed you today! I hope you can forgive us and give us another chance. 🙏" (first screenshot). Conclusion: At the end of the day, we have to admit that we won't order anything from there again because, despite the inedible delivery, we simply feel ripped off by this result. Our rating was accordingly: "Terrible."

It's definitely worth a visit if you're from Wiesbaden, but there are better burgers in Wiesbaden. The restaurant has a cool interior, and you can usually always find somewhere to sit. The prices are the same as any other hype burger joint, but still reasonable. You have to pick up your food yourself using the pager.

Went there for the first time today. There were three of us, so we had three meals. When we picked up the ordered meals at the counter, the items we ordered were incorrectly selected. Okay, no big deal, we just swapped them. The patties were rather lukewarm, as were the fries for the three of us. Additionally, I found the regular fries more like chips; they were very crispy and dark. Aside from the lukewarm patty, the burgers were OK, but nothing more. Overall, we had expected much more from this place, which is a shame...

The atmosphere upstairs is truly wonderful. You look down into the pedestrian zone, while inside, there's just a tree. The food was ready very quickly, and the staff, especially Issam, were incredibly friendly.

Every time I order delivery from this place they always forget the drink. It’s happened about 3 times out of the 5 I have ordered here. I don’t know how hard it is to read an order and simply add the drink. Pity cause the food is good, but staff are incompatible.

We were walking around Wiesbaden today and decided to stop by this restaurant. It's Sunday, and there aren't many open restaurants, so we settled on burgers, even though I'm not a big burger fan. There were six of us, and everyone had different burgers, and surprisingly, they were all delicious! The fries were homemade and truly delicious; McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant couldn't compare. The only downside is there's no coffee, tea, or beer, but the homemade lemonade was good. Overall, it's edible, and if you like burgers, this is a must-try.

Overall, the value for money is good; you get good quality food at a fair price. One small criticism concerns the decor: Some decorative elements are so large that you have to bend under them to reach the restroom, for example, which seems a bit impractical. Furthermore, the restroom wasn't particularly clean during my visit and could be serviced a bit more frequently. Nevertheless: If you're looking for great burgers in Wiesbaden, this is the place to go.

I had the Ultimate Undertaker. It was very large and definitely filling. However, it was very fatty, and the meat was very watery, which wasn't my cup of tea.

Exceptional. These smash burgers are delicious, the brioche is soft, the toppings are fresh and the fries are delicious. Added to that, the young man with impeccable English was patient and kind. AND they were quick. This will be our new go-to burger shop.

Received completely the wrong order! Ordered 4 burgers and one sweet potato, but we only received 2 burgers and 5 sweet potatoes. Despite calling, we were only told that it wasn't their problem and that they couldn't conjure up the food for me and that I should contact Lieferando. No apology! No compromise, nothing! We ordered through a delivery service and, after a long wait, received a completely incorrect order. Initially, it wasn't a problem... it can happen. After we called and pointed it out, we were simply referred to the delivery service, saying it wasn't the restaurant's fault and that the delivery staff weren't from the store. The receipt on the bag was correct, but the wrong food had been packed in the bag. Despite describing our situation objectively, we were offered no solution or compromise. The customer is king is very low-priority here. We will definitely not eat or order from here again.

I don't like the order-and-pickup concept – the prices aren't like McDonald's either. The fries were good, but the burger had too much sauce, and the bottom part was soggy. The interior decor looks good.

Delivery, contact, and atmosphere were great. The food itself was delicious. Just not the healthiest. But this Dubai tiramisu was diabetes on demand. Far too sweet and far too heavy. The pistachio cream and chocolate were almost inedible. Especially in summer, it would be nice if they made the food a little lighter and fresher.

For those with a nickel allergy! The cups used for the lemonade and iced tea definitely contain nickel. We didn't order the soft drinks, so I don't know if other glasses or surfaces are used. We got two burgers for the price of one through NeoTaste and also became aware of the restaurant because of the app. There is no service here. There was a young gentleman at the counter who was simultaneously taking orders, answering phone calls, frying burgers, packing things up for Lieferando etc. and preparing drinks. Several employees would definitely not be a problem here. The burgers tasted great and it was nice to sit upstairs - even if the decorative trees are rather unfavorable for taller people. Would possibly come again.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our visit. For over €40 we expected a lot more. Not only were the burgers very small, but the bread was cold and didn't seem fresh - it was more reminiscent of a supermarket product. They tasted okay, but definitely too expensive for the price. We didn't get full and overall we didn't feel well looked after. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to a good meal.

Service = self-service First we got the wrong food, we kindly pointed it out and instead of them apologizing and correcting it, we were told that we had ordered something different (the correct thing was on our receipt). We then waited another 45 minutes for our food - no compensation and when asked always "just 10 more minutes". The menu cost between €15 and €23, depending on the burger, fries, sauce and drink.

Very nice Burger Bar, excellent taste and special burgers available. Even one with a mars snack bar on it ( he's the chocolate bar ) Their custom made french fries are recovered as well. Service was good 👍

I little gem of a burger place that is definitely worth a visit. We randomly stopped by for lunch without any prior knowledge. I got a chicken burger with fries and it was some of the best food I've had in a while. The fries particularly were some of the best I've had so far in Germany. The chicken fillet was crispy and tender on the inside and the burger sauce was great. The staff were attentive and helpful and got all the details of our order correct. The atmosphere is unique and has an earthy vibe with these trees that have pink leaves acting as the main decor theme throughout the space. For a tall person such as myself, I did have to bend sometimes to avoid the leaves when getting up from or sitting down at my table, but that wasn't too big of a deal. There are two levels of seating, with downstairs and upstairs areas and I'd suggest the upstairs area for really nice elevated views of the street. All in all a great experience and I would definitely be back 🌟

Nice little shop with a nice atmosphere. You order the burgers yourself at the front counter. There is a larger selection of different burgers. If you add it to the menu you save €2. We liked the burgers and the fries (normal and sweet potato) were also good. Personally, the BBQ sauce wasn't my thing, but that's a matter of taste. But in terms of price, it's not cheap. For 2 menus of the cheap cheeseburger just because of the discount, under €40 is personally too high for a chain and a quicker snack. The quality was good, but the portions weren't huge either, so the price doesn't quite match the performance for me. Hence 4/5 stars, but you can definitely do it, but certainly not regularly for us.
