Trattoria Venezia in Beeskow

We didn't want to eat in the hotel and looked for an Italian restaurant on the off chance. Very friendly and courteous staff who make you feel welcome and like a good acquaintance. Food and drinks were excellent. Is saved.

Bought pizzas on the first day (to take away). 1x salami for the child and 2x shrimp for us. They were ok, but way too spicy. The next day we decided on pasta (also to take away), the adults had 2x tagliatelle with salmon and lobster white wine sauce. The child's Bambino pasta with Bolognese. The meat was probably forgotten in the Bolognese... Or Bolognese means tomato sauce in this restaurant? You don't know. The food was offered directly to children! But it was far too hot and spicy, the child's lips burned! Due to the over-seasoned pizzas from the day before and the child's "Bolognese" sauce that was way too spicy, the chef apparently ran out of spices... Because our pasta tasted so bland that you wonder whether the chef was still in the first . year and have never seen the inside of a kitchen before? The "lobster white wine sauce" was a cream sauce from Aldi diluted with water, any Italian would chop off their fingers with the pasta before serving something like that and the salmon should have been described as lash. If you actually decide on the menu, you should definitely purchase the “Bolognese” pasta with it. Because if you mix the "Bolognese" sauce with the tagliatelle disaster, you get a dish that could be compared to the frozen microwave food from a discount store. If you're into something like that, you're welcome to pay over €30 for it. By the way, the waiter was also a source of joy and politeness... Not. The one point I have to give the store for my review is its location. Anyone who would otherwise like to spend €30-40 on their meal is welcome to come to me. At least I can cook. Then it tastes good for the money 👍

We were there at the beginning of the new year 2025, so we had to make do with an indoor space, which is very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next visits to the winter garden/terrace directly on the Spree. The team is very friendly, the food is fresh and to the point (steak was medium as desired/the vegetables were crunchy/the sea bream was firm and not overcooked) and so I can only give it the rating “Highly recommended”.

Moderate prices. Enjoy your meal. Great view of the water. Friendly service. We'd love to come back!

As a starter we had a fish soup which tasted very good and was served hot. The bruschetta were perfectly seasoned. Delicious. For the main course we had the fantastic grilled salmon fillet with olive oil and the black tagliatelle with shrimps in a white wine sauce. So the salmon fillet was perfect, we will definitely come back to eat this dish. Unfortunately, the black tagliatelle noodles weren't really that good, they just lacked taste. We then had the ribbon noodles packed up when we got home and refined them again the next day with a little garlic, salt and a dash of cream, so they were perfect. All in all it was a lovely and very tasty evening. We'll definitely be back! The restaurant also has a large parking lot and a beautiful view of the Spree. A clear recommendation 🙂

This was a surprising place. To be honest my expectations weren't that high. Italian restaurants in the backwoods of Eastern Germany do tend to be much of a muchness. Trattoria Venezia, rather prettily set by a nature-rich stretch of the River Spree in the small, busy town of Beeskow, was better than that. In fact it was so good, we ate there on successive nights. A couple of highlights. The fish soup was absolutely bursting with fresh flavours. The red wine jus that went with the (perfectly cooked) lamb fillets, was wonderfully intense. And the fresh truffle pasta prepared at the table-side by being flambéed in the bowl of a wheel of parmesan, was rich and creamy. Plus, everyone loves a bit of showmanship. One of our dishes, monkfish with black pasta I think, was a shade too 'al dente', but I'd rather err on that side than have it sloppy and overcooked. The people were friendly. A good family ambience. Well worth a visit.

Great place, attentive staff, but what about the food? I'm certainly not a gourmet, but the bruschetta had a really bad day, maybe even the second one. Noodles nothing special at all. Without a whistle. There was also the wrong food when we picked it up, which was annoyingly only noticed when we got home. The trattoria certainly deserves a second chance. Ciao 👋

When the weather is nice, it's a lovely place to relax by the water. A good meal and a glass of wine - the day is perfect. But it's better to make a reservation because places are very rare, for example in the evenings or on weekends.

Very nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food is great and the prices are very good. Directly on the arm of the Spree with a wonderful view of the water and castle.

Really delicious pizza and the seasonal chanterelle dishes are also delicious. Favorite “pick up” spot to eat a piece of pizza on the Spree :)

A very chilled, mild summer evening on the Spree with great food. I was thrilled with the card selection. Unfortunately, my wine spritzer wasn't that sparkling, but tastes vary. Salmon with lobster sauce was juicy and, with the vegetables, a great idea for a hot summer evening. I'd love to come back and enjoy the view of the Spree.

The location on the Spree is wonderful, the waiter was very funny and everyone enjoyed the food. Value for money was also great and there is a playground nearby.

I was here for my birthday with my family (5 people). We were welcomed very friendly. Our little dog was also very welcome. The food was wonderful and more than tasty and everyone was full. I even had a small fountain on my tiramisu. We would come here again at any time. Simply recommended.

An Italian restaurant beautifully located on the water with a very nice ambience and super friendly service. The two of us had dinner there. Starter: Stuffed mushrooms and pizza parma as the main course. Everything tasted great and the prices are really great. I can only recommend the Venezia. We'll definitely come back again.

A really great restaurant in Beeskow. I like coming here regularly. The food has always been absolutely great and the service is super friendly. In addition, the opening times are pleasantly long. For me a clear recommendation here in our beautiful Beeskow, especially because of the direct location on the Spree.

We had lunch and it was just amazing! The service is totally friendly and accommodating and always puts you in a good mood and is always up for fun. We were greeted with ciabatta and olives on the house. As a starter we had bruschetta. The pizza is also great and impeccable! I would love to come back and can fully recommend the restaurant.

We ordered a pizza which we really enjoyed. It was freshly prepared and was quite large. The waiter was very friendly. If we're hungry again and happen to be nearby, we'll happily do it again.

On one side the walls of the castle, on the other the view of the harbor, very atmospheric. Service quick and friendly, food without complaints.

You can sit comfortably by the water and eat very well. There were 4 of us there today and everyone was very happy with their food. The staff is very friendly and quick. If the time is right, we'll come back!

Sehr schön gelegenes Lokal. Anfangs waren wir auch sehr begeistert, der Service hat aber im Laufe der Jahre nachgelassen und auch das Essen ist nicht mehr bombastisch. Während es noch vor 2 Jahren unsere erste Wahl war, gehen wir inzwischen eher selten dort essen.

Das Schnitzel ist Tiefkühlkost nicht zu empfehlen.

Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, das Essen war eine Gaumenfreude! Ein Besuch in diesem Restaurant ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Wir saßen am Wasser, trotzdem überdacht. Gutes Essen und netter Service. Was verbesserungswürdig wäre, ist eine eiskarte oder mehr dessertauswahl.

Wir saßen an einem lauen Spätsommerabend auf der gemütlichen Terrasse direkt an der Spree und genossen 3 sehr gute Gänge, die nicht nur lecker waren, sondern auch reichlich. Die ohnehin schon ausgezeichnete Gastgeberatmosphäre wurde getoppt durch einen Olivensnack zur Begrüßung und einen Grappa zum Abschluss.

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant direkt an der Spree. Das einzige weit und breit das Montags geöffnet ist. Gutes Essen und Service.

Super Ambiente, herrlich gelegen am Stadthafen. Super Blick auf eine Schleuse. Alles wirkt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schnelle Bedienung und Essen sehr Lecker. Meine Pizza 🍕 hätte allerdings beim 2. Besuch etwas heißer sein können. War beim 1x noch besser. Die Kellner könnten allerdings etwas netter sein. Wirkt z.T. gelegentlich wie schnelle Abfertigung. Nach dem Essen bitte schnell wieder fort und Platz gemacht für die nächsten Gäste. 1x wurde uns die Rechnung schon gebracht, ohne das wir es wollten. Nach dem abräumen kam sofort die Rechnung ohne Rückfrage ob wir noch einen Wunsch haben. Trotzdem auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung. Update am 23.08.23: Heute wieder mal hier gewesen, da in der Nähe im Urlaub. Das Essen (2x Pizza) war sehr lecker und super schnell serviert. Auch die Bedienung war freundlich wie sich's gehört. Preise für die meisten Speisen in der jetztigen Zeit schon geradezu günstig. Wo bekommt man noch eine Essen in einer Gaststätte unter 10€ und das in der guten Qualität. Dafür den Daumen hoch 👍👌. Hoffentlich bleibt's so.

Schön, dass man in Beeskow solch ein gutes Restaurant findet. Direkt an der Schleuse auch ein Tip für Skipper. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Guter Service.

Leider wird hier nur gekochtes Rindfleisch für Vitello Tonnato verwendet und kein Kalbfleisch, die Portion ist klein. Der Preis dafür und auch die Getränkepreise sind nicht passend. Pizza ist geschmackliches Mittelmaß. Das Restaurant reiht sich ein in die "Italiener" spielenden Gastronomen in Frankfurt (Oder), Eisenhüttenstadt, Müllrose und Friedland. Italienische Küche geht anders.

Sehr schnelle Abwicklung, nach 20Minuten konnten wir das leckere Essen schon abholen. Preis-Leistung top.
