A great Italian restaurant! My wife and I had rump steaks with tagliatelle and cream champions. Beforehand there was a starter salad with an exquisite yoghurt dressing. The steaks were grilled and cooked to perfection! The price of €31 was fair and absolutely justified. The staff is on their toes and super friendly, even when the house is full and under stress, and they respond to special requests. We don't go to Berlin often, but when we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back! Kind regards from the sunny island of Rügen. Mia and Nico

New management since June. The old waiters are already gone. The decoration is still the same and the 23rd anniversary is still on the door. The new owners are not Italian and are adorning themselves with foreign feathers. Oh yes, as a long-time regular guest you are not allowed to come every day and stay too long, then you will be banned from entering the building. Are you crazy!

Seit Juni neue Bewirtschaftung. Die alten Kellner sind bereits weg. Die Deko ist noch die selbe und auch das 23 Jahre Jubiläum steht noch an der Tür. Die neuen Besitzer sind keine Italiener und schmücken sich hier mit fremden Federn. Ach ja, als langjähriger Stammgast täglich kommen und zu lange bleiben darf man nicht, dann wird ein Hausverbot ausgesprochen. Geht's noch!

A nice Italian restaurant that is a bit away from the local city life and is therefore nice and quiet. The food was very tasty and the service was extremely friendly. You can sit outside on the terrace, which is great in summer. The prices are reasonable and the food was delivered quickly.

There is plenty of food here and something for everyone. When the weather is nice you can sit outside and otherwise there is quite a lot of space inside. Things are a bit stagnant when there are more than 12 people and almost everyone wants pizza 🍕 .. something can burn and according to the statement (you should understand fun differently here)... Pizza with a difference 🤭. If you are sensitive...I think humor is not the same here...it comes across as a bit unfriendly. Overall, we felt well looked after

We go there almost every week, the food and service is excellent. They are real Italians. Pizza is like in Italy: with a nice, thin dough. The tagliatelle with truffles are also highly recommended.

It was our first time in this restaurant and we reserved a table for 8 people. The service was perfect - couldn't have been better, very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and we also really liked the ambience. We will be back.

The olive oil crisis arrived at this place, I went to get a bottle because they didn't deliver it to the table, a very unfriendly employee shouting in the middle of the room said I couldn't get it, and gave me another bottle of his choice (probably a mixed olive oil or other thing), places lose customers because of pennies, incredible. What saved the night was the great service from the waiter who served our table.

Notre escale favorite sur BERLIN; Restaurant d'habitués qui viennent manger "chez eux"..Décoration hétéroclite dans l'ensemble avec belle terrasse pour l'été. A really classic Italian restaurant, really big with lots of tables and nice service. Classic pasta dishes cost €10 plus and are therefore not that cheap. But it tastes quite good and you can go here quite easily.

Lorenzo ist ein herausragender Gastgeber und die Gerichte sind fantastisch (was wir in dieser Umgebung nicht vermutet hätten) Wir haben das Restaurant nur durch Zufall besucht, weil unser Hotel in der Nähe war und wir nach der Arbeit noch schnell etwas essen wollten. Wir waren anschließend jeden Abend dort und es wurde weder kulinarisch, noch menschlich langweilig. Egal wo wir das nächste Mal in Berlin arbeiten und nächtigen werden - essen werden wir in Lorenzos Trattoria - Pizzeria Salento. Schade das uns 500km trennen, ich würde nur noch dort italienisch essen gehen (Meine Frau ist Italienerin und ich kenne einige ital. Restaurants in Europa)

Sehr gutes italienisches Essen. Insgesamt ein vielseitiges Angebot, es gibt mehr als nur Pizza und Pasta. Das Nachtischangebot ist ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig. Der Oberkellner ist sehr freundlich und ein Meister seines Fachs. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zufällig bekommt man zunächst eine Karte, in der das günstige Tagesgericht nicht aufgeführt ist. Der Pfeffer auf dem Tisch ist vorgemahlen und entsprechend ohne Aroma. Der Gastraum hat die Atmosphäre einer Wartehalle und der Wein ist völlig überteuert.

Sehr nette und authentische Bedienung mit teilweise italienischen Wurzeln. Die Pizzen sind bei normalen Preisen angesetzt und sind schnell am Tisch. Die Tomatensauce und der Teig sind aromatisch und schön dünn.

Heute mal wieder hervorragend gegessen im Salento. Die Pizzen sind gross, saftig und lecker. Auch das Tiramisu ist unglaublich lecker. Die Bedienung ist sehr schnell und freundlich. Ja und alles zum moderaten Preis. So sollte es sein. Salento ist wirklich ein authentischer Kiez Italiener. Und an die wenigen Meckerköppe hier: Eure Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen, und Euch braucht niemand !! Leute wie Euch kenne ich nur zu gut aus eigener beruflicher Erfahrung. Italienisches Restaurant mit angenehmer Vielfalt auf der Speisekarte und familiär wirkender Atmosphäre. Durch die Lage im Wohngebiet abseits der Touristenströme nennt man das wohl einen klassischen Kiez-Italiener, wie man ihn sich im Herzen wünscht. Die Speisen sind lecker, auch schön bereit, gut bekömmlich, man fühlt sich prima. Service ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Viele Plätze drinnen und draußen (überdacht). Und die Preise finden eine faire Balance in der aktuell wirtschaftlich schwierigen Zeit. Man kommt gerne wieder!

Hatte eine Pizza tonno ohne frage eine sehr gute Pizza fand den Teig nur etwas dünn sonst war sie sehr groß für denn preis lohnt sich auf jedenfall.

Good pizzas for little money. We came as a family and ate and drank for under €70 EVERYONE agreed that it was the best pizzas we had had in a very long time!

Schönes Ambiente, Essen war gut. Die Kellner waren aufmerksam und super freundlich. Trotz recht vollen Haus kam das Essen schnell.
