I went out to eat with my dad today, and I have to say, it was a disaster. We ordered pizzas there once. It was delicious, but then there were dozens of flies on the pizza. 🫣😠😓 We were allowed back in later, but I hadn't even finished it, and besides, there was a lot of seafood on it anyway. The pizza ended up being a detached pizza ☹️ In the end, it was still the regular price, even though I didn't finish the pizza. Too expensive!! 😤 Unfortunately, I don't recommend this restaurant. 😥👎

The pizzeria is nicely decorated. When the weather is nice, you can sit comfortably between two fountains. It can be a bit cramped at times. The value for money is very good.

On August 29, 2025, we visited this pizzeria with the whole family (8 people) to enjoy a relaxing evening after a lovely day together. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 90 minutes for our pizzas after ordering. We got the strong impression that pick-up orders were processed much faster than those of diners in the restaurant. The entire organization seemed rather overwhelmed with a full house. When we finally received our pizzas and pasta dishes after almost two hours, the quality was unfortunately disappointing: The "Aglio e Olio" were almost tasteless, and the pizza also seemed a bit overcooked. On a positive note, the service staff remained professional and friendly despite the difficult situation – even though the dissatisfaction among the guests was palpable. Conclusion: While the restaurant may be an option for pick-up orders, we wouldn't recommend it for a relaxed dining experience. We therefore only give it 3 stars (tend toward 2 stars).

Overall, everything was quite good, but the quality varies depending on the chef. There's one chef who gives the food a 10/10, while the others are closer to an 8/10, but still very good.

Avanti Dilettanti! Terrible organization! We waited over 75 minutes for two pizzas, then canceled, and will never come back!!! Why they make guests wait forever in the restaurant, while in the meantime, they keep large quantities ready for pickup, will probably remain the secret of the professionals at Piccante.

Great pizzeria, Italian flair. The lunch menu is a bit quietly advertised. But for two people, you save a full €10, as the insalata mista is included. Good pizza, crispy, well-topped. Pasta is also very good. The servers don't agree on who clears the tables, so seating can be limited at lunchtime. Overall, though, very good food and a great location. Hence, 5 stars.

The dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality. The second reason I highly recommend this restaurant is the waiters, especially Fabio. Even though it was very busy and he was very stressed, he always had time for a little joke, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Definitely worth 5 stars!

I've been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time, and every visit has been an experience. The waiters and the owner are very friendly, and the pizzas taste simply amazing. I was here recently with a friend, and the tiramisu was amazing. This restaurant is a must-try!

Unfortunately, it's still bad. We were there for the first time in over a year, but nothing has improved. The service seemed overwhelmed; my turkey salad didn't arrive until my friend had finished eating. His spaghetti aglio olio was a disgrace; the garlic was completely burnt and bitter, inedible. My salad was poorly presented, and the chicken was dry and barely dressed. When we tried to compensate for the disappointment with an Aperol Spritz, we were met with another disappointment: Aperol on its own over ice, without Prosecco or soda. A disaster. We were there last time.

Unfortunately, our former regular Italian restaurant has declined considerably since the passing of the former owner, Antonio. We went there again on a Friday. Unfortunately, we were disappointed again. My pizza was only half-cooked, and my girlfriend burned it and it was very dry. Unfortunately, you no longer feel welcome as a guest, and it's just very hectic. The only thing that's still nice is the terrace with its beautiful plants! Unfortunately, the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired! A real shame!

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for 6 years now and it’s always been a hit, yet we’ve noticed that the quantity of food has definitely decreased. The food is good but it definitely used to be better. All in all we still come here cus it’s the best Italian restaurant in Dachau, but it’s noticeable that the service and food satisfaction have not been improved.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good Italian restaurant with room for improvement. The two of us were guests at Trattoria Piccante and had dinner. Appetizers: Bruschetta and Vitello Tonnato. Both dishes were okay, but the flavor could have been improved. The dishes were barely seasoned and therefore lacked a certain refinement. Main courses: 2 pizzas. These were good, and the crusts were nice and crispy. The toppings were just about adequate. Atmosphere: The restaurant's decor is okay. They should invest some time in cleaning, though! Dust, cobwebs, dirty windows. The bench was full of crumbs, some of the cutlery wasn't really clean, and some of the glasses and plates were broken. The service was friendly and attentive at first, but later, with more guests in the restaurant, no one strayed over to us. The service was friendly and attentive at first. The schnapps on the house was a very nice gesture! When we asked for the bill, it was brought quite quickly, but again, no one came to take the money. We got up and went to the cashier, where we were only given the debit card to pay after another request and a long wait. It's a shame, really... we expected more. Perhaps this review will be seen as a suggestion for improvement. Then we'll be back, otherwise probably not again. Unfortunately.

I've always been a big fan of Piccante, especially because it's so nice to sit outside and the food is good. But at the moment they are decreasing a lot and I haven't had a good experience twice. The food we picked up last week was ice cold and the pizza was significantly smaller than usual. The other time I wanted to get a voucher, the waiter, when asked by his colleague - right in front of me - said that he didn't have time for that kind of crap. It was midday and the restaurant wasn't incredibly full. If it was stressful, you could have just asked nicely if I could come back later. We won't be coming back for a while, Dachau has too good alternatives with the Rossini or the l'Aperitivo. Very unfortunate.

What's going on here? So far the pizzas and pasta have been really good. The last two times we were more than disappointed - eternal waiting after ordering to be picked up, black bottoms and over-salted pizza and tomato stalks on the Primavera... you can actually do much better! Have you had a pet son change or are many people sick? Please return to your usual level quickly! It's really a shame otherwise.

The pizzeria is super super delicious. Only if you eat there. But I will never order here again to pick up. Ordered 3 pizzas yesterday and we were told on the phone that these pizzas would be ready in 30 minutes. We were there after 30 minutes and waited there in the entrance area for a whopping 40 minutes. 40 minutes without us being offered a drink, a piece of bread or anything else. I mean, you order pizza because you're hungry and then you wait forever for it? We were made to wait and the statement kept coming: “Pizza will take another 2 minutes.” It's a total shame, but this has never happened to me with other competitors!

I love this Italian restaurant; it's great that it's in Dachau. The food is delicious, especially the pasta dishes and salads. It's lovely outside in the summer with the plants. The service is super friendly. We always enjoy coming in or picking something up. The prices are great for the quality.

Very nice to sit outside. Unfortunately, picking up pizza is usually chaotic. Waited twice as long as expected and ended up with cold pizzas because a dish was forgotten...

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our last order. We have been ordering here regularly for around three years and also like to visit the restaurant in person in the summer - so far we have always been satisfied. But now we have experienced very long waiting times for the third time. The wait time on the phone was stated to be 40 minutes, but we actually had to wait almost 80 minutes for our food. The next disappointment came at home: the pizzas were much smaller than usual, and one of them was sparsely topped. The noodles were completely cold and had to be warmed up first. Additionally, the Penne Pomodoro was extremely spicy – ​​so much so that I had to cook new pasta for my hungry daughter. Ordering food is no fun! We have always been loyal customers, but after this experience we are considering whether we will even order here again. What a shame! The food tastes really good which is why it's a shame that we have to look for another Italian restaurant. I wrote to the restaurant today. Let's see if there is a reaction. The service took a total of 30 minutes after we asked for the menu after 20 minutes and it came after 10 minutes. There was an argument in the kitchen. The pizza focaccia (see note) has very little to do with focaccia, was extremely dry and just pizza bread without any sauce. You could at least expect some olive oil here. I also had a hair on the pizza. My wife's penne was somewhat ok.

The mussels were very tasty, the pizza wasn't great, it didn't taste like anything. The service was impeccable. Personally, I think the lighting is terrible because the light is too cold.

Very nice restaurant with a charming ambience. The restaurant is furnished in a rustic modern style and is located in a quiet place in Dachau. The service was very friendly and listened to your every wish. But the food wasn't neglected either. I had a bruschetta for starters and penne Arabiata for the main course, and for dessert there was a homemade tiramisu. Everything was prepared at a top level and quickly. Overall, a wonderful restaurant and an absolute recommendation

We were there for lunch yesterday. The time at 12:00 p.m. for the terrace with the diverse Mediterranean plants that convey a touch of Italian ambience was just right. there wasn't much going on yet; The service was super relaxed and in the mood to joke. We found the service and food to be great again. The ambience is really successful, as the U-shaped space dictates and allows through the building arrangement - we really like the outside area. We took yesterday's once again completely successful visit as an opportunity to honor it with appropriate recognition in the form of a positive review. We ordered pizzas to pick up on September 21st, 2024. All of them were poorly occupied and some of them were burnt. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. An oily layer of cheese and the seafood on a mountain for 11.50 euros at the pick-up price. Impudence...NEVER AGAIN

The pizzeria is well located in a quiet corner, in summer you can sit outside. Inside it's normal like in almost all pizzerias. The staff very friendly and quick. The pizzas are generally good. The Vulkano tasted ok, but the salami was on the pizza in the oven for too long because it was hard as a board and you almost couldn't chew it. But the tiramisu wasn't worth the money. No mascarpone, no coffee for the sponge cake. Just cream, 1 ladyfingers and cocoa dusted on top and for that (for the small tiramisu) almost 5 €!!!!! That's not just outrageous, it's an impudence.

The lasagna was a bad joke. Actually, I wouldn't complain about a bit too much meat in a dish. But 7-layer cooked ham (which looks like someone just threw the ham from the Lidl package on it) is simply not acceptable. I already had lasagna from the freezer that tasted better.

I'm from Croatia, when I entered the pizzeria it was like I came to Italy. Or Dalmatia. Pizza very good. Small complaint, more filling, cheese, ham, salami, tomato sauce. The price is a little higher, but it would be worth it. Ordered from Q Stagonne. I took half with me because the portion is really okay.

Dear Piccante, you should always keep your portions the same. It can't be that the pasta portions are so different. With bread I was fairly full with my pasta and at the next table they ordered the same thing and had pasta go back because there was so much. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

This restaurant has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. The staff is very rude. We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to serve us and then an hour for the food. Photo number one - Bruschetta. I think whoever made it has no idea what it is. The price was €6.50. The waitress who brought the food (a young girl with long brown hair) was very rude and dropped the pizza on the table, then angrily picked it up with her hand and put it back on the plate. She said a quick 'sorry' and walked away. No proper apology or offer to bring a new portion. The pizza was tasteless with too much dough, penne with some sauce from the bag, spaghetti bolognese - old meat of poor quality and sour sauce from the jar. It was a very bad experience 👎🏻

We came by chance and we were delighted to find that people from the neighborhood come here to eat, it's just what we wanted, a normal place where they come the normal people. The dishes seem small but they are hearty and delicious, the lamb seems matured, unusual in Spain. We ordered an antipasti, one dish per person, tiramisu and coffee, reasonable price. From what we see the pizzas are gigantic! And we see them do it from the dining room. Very appropriate!

Food was okay, but a really small portion of pasta. Even though the store was only half full, I wasn't allowed to choose my seat but was instead seated in the middle. Was very uncomfortable. I accidentally had to wait a long time for my orders. Coffee at the end was probably forgotten, took 10 minutes. There was no apology. All in all very rude treatment.

We wanted to eat something today at 8:15 p.m. Two adults and a 5 year old. We sat down at a table and after 20 minutes we got a menu. I wanted to order something to drink straight away because our son was thirsty. The waitress then said I would be right there. Another 10 minutes later we left and couldn't order anything to drink or eat. Waiters often walked past us, we were air for them. I really enjoyed going there, I've been there many times, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. The bad thing was that some guests who came with us or after us had already received a drink and something to eat. I won't visit this pizzeria again because they probably don't want my money. We then drove to McDonald's. It's a bad alternative, but unfortunately it was the only one.

A very controversial impression. The food is ordinary by Italian standards. The pizza is satisfactory. The service is terrible, we waited a very long time for the waiter every time. The table is not wiped down, the dishes are not removed. Empty glasses stand. Very unpleasant. We won't be back again.

The worst food ever. The pasta looks and tastes like it is made from chemicals. We were unfortunate to sit inside, close to where they were prepping the food. They were cutting the bread with their naked hands, without washing. The server had cold and sneezed probably about 10+ times and coughed. He touched his nose several times and never washed hands. He used same hands to prepare drinks for other. It was so unhygienic and gross. No soap in the bathrooms. I hope I never have to eat here ever again.

I really can't understand all the good reviews, my wife and I went there for pizza today. We sat outside and the atmosphere seemed very careless and a bit dirty. Regarding the pizza, my wife's Pizza Tonno had hardly any tuna but there were huge pieces of ziebel and on my Pizza Diavola the salami slices were also a centimeter thick, the cook must have gross motor skills. Both pizzas were very disappointing in terms of taste. The service was very nice, but we weren't asked if we liked it. Conclusion. A visit here is not worth it, at least for us, it's a waste of money.

Pizza was really good, tables could have been wiped, toilet wasn't clean and a terrible smell

Einige Bewertungen sind absolut zutreffend und weiterhin gültig. Sie bestätigen das, was wir heute auch erlebt haben. Wir wollten schön draußen sitzen, und gemütlich etwas trinken. Da uns keiner beachtet hat, haben uns eine Karte selbst geholt. Dann kam der ältere Kellner und warf uns die Karte im vorbeigehen in seiner freundlichsten Art ohne Kommentar auf den Tisch und ging weiter. Nach weiteren 15 min. wurden wir immer noch nicht bedient, es war jetzt nicht viel zutun. Wir sind dann aufgestanden, und kommen nicht wieder. Keine Service = kein Umsatz. Ein paar schöne Olivenbäume und ein Brunnen als Kinderspielplatz machen noch lange keinen schönen Platz zum verweilen. Service mies, Essen und Trinken ohne Bewertung da es das ja nicht gab. Geht ein paar Ecken weiter, genießt und fördert dort die regionale Gastronomie die es auch verdient.
