Trattoria il Fratelli in Herzberg (Elster)

We (5 adults with 4 children) came here spontaneously and were given a very friendly welcome. We were given our own small room with art supplies and pens and the children were happy. The food was generally good to very good. Especially the starter: goat cheese with walnuts and beetroot... It was absolutely delicious.

Definitely 4 stars, leaning towards 5. The ambience, the staff... Everything is consistent. The prices are absolutely moderate these days. Since I've only been there once, I can't say much about the food. My food didn't blow me away. Yes, it tasted good, but hmmm... 🤔 Maybe I should have chosen something else. 😊 All good. I'd love to come back.

Located in the heart of the city, I liked this restaurant just for the warm 'hello' from the servers outside. An impeccable welcome and service, friendly without hesitation, exemplary cleanliness, generous and delicious dishes. Nice atmosphere in general and not noisy even though the establishment was full.

The ambience could exude a little more Italy but that is also on a high level. I love the greeting from the kitchen. Rare that this is still lived.

We are repeat visitors and always enjoy coming. Were there again on Sunday and were thrilled as always. It's not just the good food but the whole atmosphere, you just feel good. A big thank you to the whole team. We'll definitely come back again and again.

The food was ok (already cold), the portions were a bit small for the price. The time it took to order and eat felt very long for 11 people, over 2 hours.

For me personally, Trattoria i Fratelli is the best restaurant in Herzberg. I have eaten there several times and can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great restaurant. The ambience outside and inside really invites you to linger, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the dishes are fresh and high quality, well prepared and really tasty! The price-performance ratio is also very good. We're always happy to come back! :)

After I discovered this wonderful restaurant last year, it became a destination for a family trip. Everyone was enthusiastic, very good, loving and humorous service. Fresh cuisine, the asparagus was on point, the plaice was perfect. I would be happy to go back for the next trip in this direction!

Great for a small town. The situation on the market is fantastic. You can find great parking spaces. In my case, I got a table for 13 people at short notice. My wishes were taken into account, the food was great. Afterwards, the guests all said that everything was tasty. From the starter to the dessert there was nothing to complain about at all. The women's toilet was absolutely clean and spacious. You were personally welcomed at the door and then said goodbye again. This is called service. All in all, I can and will recommend you. Keep it up 👍

Very good restaurant with delicious Italian food in the center of Herzberg in the town hall. Great service, always delicious food (also to take away). There are always places available during the week, but you should reserve a table on weekends.

I've been eating here for a few years now and have always been satisfied. Prices ok too. Of course, the menu is classic pizza, pasta and a few grilled dishes. But also always with a special menu and a few specials. So the standard of an Italian run by non-Italians. Service also very good..

I have been to this restaurant several times and it is always an experience. Very friendly and courteous service who greets you, shows you to the table, asks every now and then whether everything is OK with the food and says goodbye in a friendly manner. Furthermore, the prices of the various dishes are unbeatable! The food is always excellent too! From the starter to the main course to the dessert, everything is always prepared and served with the greatest culinary love. Simply excellent in terms of taste and visuals! The dishes all came at appropriate intervals - not too short, not too long. I have already tried many of the dishes on the menu and find them all highly recommended. Regarding the ambience, I have to say that I find it really warm and high quality. Everything matches in color and the matching design rounds everything off. Conclusion: I can definitely recommend it, which I have already done. Definitely I will come back!

Mein Partner und ich sind dort öfter zum essen. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Bedienung, super Essen und das Restaurant ist sehr schick gestaltet. Da gibt man gerne Trinkgeld und kommt gerne wieder.

Ein Ristorante vom feinsten! Tolles Essen und Top Kellner. Und tagsüber!

Wir hatten uns gefreut zusammen essen zu gehen. 4 Personen, 1 Rollstuhlfahrerin, 1 junge Frau mit Baby. Angeblich habe ich mich zu nah an den Hibiskus gesetzt...es war richtig Stress mit allen an den Tisch zu kommen. Dann sollten wir unbedingt umziehen, ich würde die Pflanze angeblich kaputt machen...meinem Mann ist das Essen vergangen, der Kellner war wirklich unfreundlich. Also sollten wir unbedingt umziehen. Alles war frei, alle Tische auf dem Markt. Auch unser Pfleger fand das Umgehen wirklich unter aller...gut, ich wollte keinen Streit. Die Mädels haben dann an anderem Tisch gegessen und das Essen war lecker, aber die Männer haben gefastet. Der Hibiskus ist inzwischen umgefallen vom Wind, es hat den Kellner länger nicht gestört. Nein, dann halt nicht mehr dort essen gehen im nächsten Jahr wenn wir wieder in Herzberg im supertollem Elsterpak Hotel Urlaub machen. Denn mit keinem Wort der Entschuldigung braucht kein Mensch diesen Service. Vielleicht sind auch Behinderte Rollstuhlfahrer und Menschen mit dunkler Hautfarbe unerwünscht?

Service wird hier leider klein geschrieben wenn man mit vierbeinigen Familienmitgliedern das Restaurant besucht. Den Napf mit Wasser darf man selbst holen und auffüllen und zurück bringen. Das Essen war durchschnittlich.
