The website entices customers with the words "Every pizza €13 (except Margaritha €11)" The pizza cost more. When asked, the curt response was that this only applies to delivery, and a flyer was handed to us without a word. The website doesn't state that the price only applies to delivery. Drink prices aren't listed on the website at all. It would probably put off customers if they knew right away that they had to pay €4 for a 0.3 liter Coke. The pizza was okay, but due to the incorrect or non-displayed prices and the arrogance of the waiter, we wouldn't go there again!

The surroundings are quite noisy when the restaurant is full. The service is good, but could have been better (I waited forever for someone to come and pay, and eventually had to go to the server myself). The pizza was good, but could have used a bit more topping. We had a reservation, so we didn't have to wait; reservations are definitely recommended.

Very unfriendly staff. Almost all the tables in the courtyard were empty. For convenience, you should sit on the street. Service and hospitality were nonexistent. Once and never again!!!! One star is still too many.

Food very tasty, but very long wait and unpleasant

I don't understand the good reviews. It was a company canteen atmosphere; I got a Spezi without ice, without orange, and with almost no carbonation. The beer was also flat. The pizza was pretty average. What I didn't like at all was that 20 minutes before closing time, they were already pushing me to pay and the chairs were already on the tables. Personally, I don't care if the employee wants to go home on time. The opening hours are until 10:30 p.m. If you want to leave on time at 10:30 p.m., then you should make the opening hours until 10:00 p.m. Of course, we couldn't finish the pizza in that time. There was still three-quarters of the pizza left. The waiter couldn't put the pizza in a box that fit, so he had to use a smaller one. The pizza was folded up in the box. Kudos to this decision for probably saving ten cents on the pizza box. A folded pizza certainly looks very appetizing.

This was my first time here. When we entered the restaurant at 12:00, there were only two other tables occupied. Nevertheless, we had to wait more than 45 minutes for two pizzas, and three or four other tables that arrived after us ate before us. We didn't really feel very welcome, and in the end, my plate was almost snatched away from me while I was eating.

We arrived shortly before 12 o'clock and sat outside. There was only one couple there, and another man around the corner. The pizza we ordered took 45 minutes to arrive! Then the waiter came, without a hello or anything... ;( The waitress also wanted to take the plate away right away, even though my friend hadn't finished eating yet. The pizza was good.

If you want to go out to eat with children and aren't prepared for a truly unfriendly welcome, this trattoria is the place to go. We didn't even get around to ordering. It was immediately made clear to us that we weren't welcome with our children.

A very nice and modern restaurant. The staff were very attentive and friendly. There are outdoor seating options on the street or in the backyard. The food was delicious; we had pizza and pasta, and everyone was satisfied. The prices are a bit on the higher side.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) Our visit to Trattoria Da Santino left us with mixed impressions. The welcome could have been a bit warmer – a warm smile at the beginning would have been a nice start. Although there was a terrace, it wasn't actively offered to us. We discovered the terrace ourselves and sat down there. The pizzas were good, but not a culinary highlight. The price is also right – although it's a bit of a shame that a 50:50 pizza comes with an extra charge, which is prepared upon request (we were informed of the extra charge before ordering). The dessert, on the other hand, was less than satisfying in terms of taste. Service and professionalism unfortunately left a lot to be desired. The waitresses seemed uncoordinated and unattentive – they lacked basic standards like asking if everything was okay or clearing empty glasses. Even small details like napkins for dessert were simply forgotten – even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. Particularly disappointing was the lack of alternatives to cow's milk, such as oat milk, for cappuccino or other milk-based drinks. In this day and age, where many guests are vegan or looking for plant-based alternatives, this should be standard. Another point of criticism: There was a smoker at our table, but instead of proactively offering an ashtray, the response was slow – another sign of the rather disorganized service. Even small gestures like a digestif on the house or a friendly farewell greeting ("Have a nice evening!" or "Have a nice weekend!") were missing – but at other tables, they were certainly offered, which unfortunately left an inconsistent impression. On the positive side, dogs are welcome on the terrace area – a plus for dog owners. The restroom area was also clean and in good condition. Conclusion: The Trattoria Da Santino offers solid cuisine at fair prices, but still has a lot of room for improvement in terms of service, friendliness, and details. If you don't mind minor flaws, you can still spend a pleasant evening here. Would we visit the café again? The trend is rather downward.

This place only looks nice. They won’t accommodate any request you make to the food. They don’t have variety of food or vegetables to add to the main course. They will usually get what your ordered wrong. IF u decide to eat here. Just make sure u double check with them about your order.

The Panda Cora and the tiramisu were simply outstanding! The Panda Cora was not only a visual highlight, but also a delicious treat – delicate, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The tiramisu was wonderfully airy, with a subtle coffee note and just the right amount of sweetness. The two together: a true taste experience!

Santino is always a safe bet. The food is excellent. A great atmosphere, and an incredibly friendly chef. 🚀

I tried it there a few times but was never satisfied. The restaurant is more expensive than any others nearby. You would think that it would taste like that. But each time the pizza was quite bland and tasted like cheap ingredients. The staff was also always unfriendly and seemed rather annoyed with me. Now I've seen the deliveries for the restaurant being unloaded a few times. There I saw that the cheapest salmon from the “Good and Cheap” brand and cheap packaged sausage were served here. And at record prices. That explains the taste. Of course I don't want to make any claims here, but these were my subjective observations.

I ate here today and I'm thrilled! We arrived 15 minutes before the official opening and were still warmly welcomed in. The pizza was served incredibly quickly and was truly delicious. The decor and ambiance are simply wonderful, and the service leaves nothing to be desired. One small downside: My pizza came with two olives, even though they shouldn't have been included – since I can't tolerate them, it was a bit annoying. But it was really just a minor quibble that didn't detract from the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this pizzeria and would love to come back soon!

Sehr guter Italiener in Bad Aibling mit kleinen Schwächen. Die Hauptgerichte sind sehr lecker und schmackhaft angerichtet, die Portionen teilweise etwas klein was die Beilagen betrifft. Die Desserts schmecken sehr gut. Kleine Abzüge für die Getränke-Preise, die leider inzwischen doch im Aiblinger Vergleich bereits am oberen Ende dabei sind. Der gemischte Salat ist sehr groß, allerdings etwas lieblos zusammengestellt. Die Pizzen sind klassisch und lecker. Inzwischen finden wir hat sich auch an der Service-Qualität etwas getan, das Personal ist deutlich freundlicher und zuvorkommender als noch vor einem Jahr erlebt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Both times we had the tagliatelle with beef tips and a pizza. The staff was hospitable, spoke multiple languages and was quick to smile. The food and drink were brought quickly and were delicious. The tagliatelle was al dente and the beef was so tender. Grazie mille!!

Briefly summarized: We waited forever for the drinks, which were then mistakenly served at the next table. The spaghetti aglio e oglio (€11) also took forever, tasted bland and would have been billed by the boss as spaghetti with scampi (€19 or something) - you can try it. ... Reordering drinks took forever and was then wrong (white wine instead of rosè). The person accompanying us had to stand at the entrance (we were sitting outside) with the glass in their hand in order to finally be noticed in order to complain. Bad place, even though I reserved 2 weeks in advance. The boss was also unfriendly and in a bad mood. To pay, she just gave us the receipt and then left. We then informed them that we would pay separately. Then she would have billed the wrong dish (see above) CONCLUSION: Once and never again. The only thing that saved the evening was my nice company.

We went to Trattoria Da Santino twice during our vacation and were thrilled. Ate very tasty and huge pizza. The spaghetti Bolognese is also recommended. Very nice staff. We will definitely come back on our next vacation in Bad Aibling.

Dear fellow citizens I was there for the first time. From the outside, the store looks like it offers 45-star food. But the owner still doesn't understand the business. The guy with no hair on his head greeted me with a pointing finger and asked what I wanted, as if he thought I was there to beg in his shop. He was so rude and told me in such a horrible way that there is outside service. Then a woman came to me with the card, she was so rude when she saw my appearance and started judging me that I couldn't pay her the tip. Anyway, I ordered the food and waited almost 40 minutes for my pizza. Pizza was good and the guy speaks in Italian to other waiters about me etc. he thought I didn't understand! Finally I asked for dessert and again the waiter without hair without even checking in the kitchen said no. Then I found out that these people are racists. Dear friends, we must eradicate these kinds of people who are against the human race from society. This happened to me, and it can happen to you and your children too. Please avoid this store. Hello Loading Guys, Never judge the book by its cover. I have the money to buy your store than you! Hopefully you have it?

I've been here for dinner a few times. Every time I made it a point to leave a review, but I always loved the food so much that I forgot to take photos! The service, the ambience and the food are truly unbeatable! I would say that this Italian restaurant in Bad Aibling is my favorite restaurant! The inner courtyard invites you to linger. Although a little “green” wouldn’t be bad, the operators have made the most of the inner courtyard area, which is surrounded by buildings. I really enjoy coming to this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit to Bad Aibling!

Leckere Pizza, Mittagsmenü zu empfehlen, Nachspeise (Panna Cotta) war ansprechend serviert. Die Getränke sind vergleichsweise teuer. Das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung ist ok. Die Bedienung könnte hingegen etwas freundlicher sein, sie wirkte sehr genervt von uns als Kunden.

7:30 p.m. on Thursday, "Pizza" is written in capital letters at the entrance, 50% of the menu is pizza but we were told pizza is all. Strangely enough, everyone else was constantly being served pizza to the left, pizza dough was in the kitchen and both pizza ovens were running as we left. 🤨 What we got was tasty, but the selection was very limited... especially if you don't like fish... half of the pasta selection also happened to have fish/mussels and, well, Bolognese. Ambiance: Facility good. Noise level *very* high. Unsuccessful visit.

We love this cozy restaurant! Florentina and Ursula are extremely friendly and welcoming. Biella, the owner is also very nice and accommodating, he has established a wonderful restaurant that’s our favorite Italian restaurant in Bad Aibling. Everything we’ve ordered is delicious!!!

Ich war das erste mal hier und fand es richtig klasse. Das Essen war großartig, das Personal freundlich und kompetent. Ich mag das Ambiente sehr weil ich dieses moderne sehr cool finde. Es ist vielleicht nicht wie bei einem typischen Italiener aber es wirkte auf Anhieb sehr edel. Der Chef ist super nett und humorvoll und hat das ein oder andere Späßchen gemacht aber das fand ich sehr erfrischend, es war nicht versteift sondern locker und so als würde man sich schon länger kennen. Wirklich ein tolles Lokal.

Zentral gelegenes italienisches Restaurant mit exzellenter Küche und preisgünstigen Mittagsangeboten. Umfangreiche Speisekarte. Schneller, freundlicher und geschäftsmäßiger Service. Die Räumlichkeiten sind kunstvoll gestaltet, wenn auch mit einem etwas dunklen und kühlen Gesamteindruck. Toiletten im Keller (sehr steile Treppe). Hier würde ich mir einen beidseitigen Handlauf wünschen…

Sehr enttäuscht, serviert wird Eis von „Gut und Günstig“ von Edeka im Espresso. Es wird sich nichtmal Mühe gemacht die Verpackung vor den Gästen zu verbergen.

Das Essen in diesem Restaurant ist nicht nur ein optischer Genuss. Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und auch der Wein waren vorzüglich, die Bedienung professionell und sehr aufmerksam. Absolute Empfehlung!

After two weeks in Bad Aibling, it is my considered opinion that Trattoria has the most comfortable, most consistent and most delicious dining in Bad Aibling. The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and I’m unsure which dish I would recommend the most other than to say they Spaghetti Bolognese is truly truly wonderful. Great food, great value and frankly I will miss being able to dine here.

Es tut mir leid das meine Begleitung die Speisekarte entflammt hat 😅, aber da seit ihr etwas selber schuld! Ich würde euch empfehlen diese zu ändern, denn mir scheint diese etwas zu billig und einfach zu wirken. Ich werde definitiv wieder zu euch kommen und das leckere Essen genießen. Wenn hier jemand schreibt das war die beste Pizza was er je gegessen hat noch nie eine wirklich gute Pizza gegessen. Soll kein Vorwurf sein, Pizzas sind wirklich groß auch nicht schlecht aber das gewisse Etwas geht ab. Ansonsten Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hier gibt es leckere Pizza und Pasta. Mittagskarte hat immer einen Salat mit dabei. Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, ist manchmal etwas ruppig und schnippisch. Das Essen ist aber immer top! Preis-Leistung ist ok.

Voll zu empfehlen sind die Nudelgerichte und Pizzen der Mittagskarte. Da stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Geschmacks-Verhältnis. Bei den Hauptgängen könnte es nach meinem Geschmack etwas mehr sein, vor allem bei den Beilagen. Das Ambiente ist charmant und ehrlich. Das Personal meist nett, manchmal aber sehr grummelig und schroff, hier sollte der Gast etwas mehr in den Vordergrund gestellt werden. Alles in allem ein tolles italienisches Restaurant - 4 von 5 Sterne.

Tigerrejer er mange ting. Disse var så lækre. En fik grillede tigerrejer og babyblæksprutter på en bund af lækre grøntsager. Jeg fik perfekt kogt godt spaghetti i dejlig stærk tomatkrydret sovs m mange grillede tigerrejehaler. Venlig servering, dejligt lokale og faktisk ikke dyrt. 50€ incl øl, rosevin og vand.

This was a BIG disapointment. The food was average and the service was not good. When we came to pay the bill we found out that they only accept cash from people from abroad and no international credit cards. This was a surprise but what was absolutely shocking was the rudeness of one of the waitresses at this point. Her behaviour was absolutly outragious and she made us feel extremely unwelcome. Having travelled around the world and visited thousands of restaurants, we have never experienced such arrogance before. So if you are not a local, stay away from this place!ð

Modern eingerichtetes italienische Restaurant. Wie wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten uns einen Platz im Lokal oder Hofgarten aussuchen. Da ein Gewitter drohte bot man uns auch ein Wechsel vom Hofgarten in das Restaurant an, sofern es erforderlich würde. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle Speisen waren wirklich gut und die Preise waren auch ok. Immer gerne wieder.
