We were there on a Wednesday and it was packed. Nevertheless, the service was calm and very friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our pizzas. It tasted very, very tasty!

Actually I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. Service is awesome! You wait over 2 hours for your food, then you are rudely insulted, then dishes are missing and are given incorrectly! Then the missing food is delivered and it is wrong AGAIN! Supposedly there is a new map, but it hasn't been changed online. It doesn't work at all. I can understand that you have a lot to do on a Saturday evening, but then you have to tell the customers! If you are told that the food is ready at 8:30 p.m. and at 9 p.m. the food isn't even in the oven and you are then insulted, then not only does it have nothing to do with service, it has nothing to do with decency! Mistakes can happen, no question, but it's all about how you deal with them.

We visited this restaurant for the first time today. It's interesting what kind of insider tips you can discover in your local area. Anyway, the pizza was great. The garden at the back also created a nice ambience. The service was friendly. Were very satisfied. I hope that this level is maintained. Happy to see something new.

When I was first introduced to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend, I was quite amazed that it could have such an atmosphere, even though I pass it dozens of times when I'm on business. On June 29th on a Saturday it was so far undecided as people are after a strenuous week looking for a quick thought to end the week looking for something quiet with ambience Da Peppino came to mind. When we got there I was already excited. We were warmly greeted upon arrival with a handshake (I was impressed by this personal contact). We had already pre-ordered the table by phone, which went smoothly. The hospitality was top-notch - drinks arrived very promptly. The ladies ordered pizzas and I had a pasta dish with parmesan cheese. Guys, I can only say the quality of the products is unique or has already become rare, I very rarely give a review because my enthusiasm only moves me to do so and here I can say that it is homemade and pure Italy when you buy high-quality olive oil in a store on the table then you can be sure that all other ingredients are also valued. With mom in the kitchen, the meal was a dream. So for anyone who wants to go out for a quick meal and doesn't have the time, I recommend BurgerKing or Mc's. I can't understand the negative reports here. I wish you a lot of success and I can only warmly recommend Da Peppino. Everything I saw on the plates for the other guests really fascinated me. From me 10/10 points, simply brilliant Italian cuisine as well as starters/main courses/dessert.

Food was okay, but nothing that would be praised. We waited over 1.5 hours for our main course while at the same time some of those who came after us had already received their food. After we were asked about food by 2 different waiters, but told the second that we had all ordered our food except for our ladies, the first waiter came to us and said we had mixed everything up, although we couldn't be blamed for the poor planning. Starters also came at different times after the first one was empty, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the 2 starters, only about 1 hour later the main course was served, drinks that were ordered didn't come until we spoke to the waiter again.

We liked it very much. We will go again when we are in the area.

I was a guest here for the first time on Sunday. It's simply unbelievable that I've never really noticed this great, cozy restaurant. The service was quick, the employees friendly and personable. The food, in my case a pizza, was super delicious and didn't take long to arrive.

A little hidden, you can reach the restaurant via the entrance to the parking lot. The rooms are quite cozy, and the large stone oven catches your eye as soon as you enter. The menu offers the classic antipasti, pizza and pasta dishes. There is a good relationship between price and performance. Unfortunately, the service was not optimally organized during my visit, but the staff was always very nice and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

A cozy restaurant with good food and good service!

We had pre-ordered via the app at 4 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. And we thought that if we ordered in advance, the food might be processed a little earlier. We had previously experienced delivery times of around 2 hours. The order came around 7:15 p.m. after we called again and asked. The pizzas therefore seemed carelessly topped (photo). Well, they still taste good! Only the “pomodoro salad” for over €9 was very disappointing. Really just tomatoes with herbs and onions. For 9€. With all love.

Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review regarding the service. We were guests again and, among other things, we had our four-year-old grandson with us, who would have liked to eat a pizza with just pineapple in a small format. Unfortunately, this was not possible with the words "there are only large pizzas, also for children, or alternatively a small portion of pasta". Pretty poor, pasta as an alternative!!!???? What goes into making a small children's pizza? Be that as it may, we had the rest of the large "children's pizza" packed up and unfortunately had to eat it warmed up. Clearly inadequate and not family friendly. The food as such was good.

The food was ok and the price-performance ratio was right. The service was nice. What bothered us was the crazy noise level (the restaurant was busy), which made it almost impossible to have a conversation with our companions. It's a shame... it was a weekend, we'll come back on a weekday when maybe there's not so much going on

3 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet (4 Erwachsene und 2 kinder) So lange habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gewartet!!! Als wir schon gehen wollten erst dann kamm auf einmal die Pizza in den Ofen:/ Sie bedienen zuerst die Stammkunden Pasta war nicht gut Pizza war in Ordnung In der Zeit hätten die was besseres zubereiten können Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Die Pizzeria Da Peppino ist ein absoluter Genuss! Von der herzlichen Begrüßung beim Betreten bis zum letzten Bissen der köstlichen Pizza war alles perfekt. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend, und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Auswahl an Pizzen ist beeindruckend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die frischen Zutaten und die handgemachte Kruste machen jede Pizza zu einem Geschmackserlebnis. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und mehr von ihren leckeren Kreationen zu probieren. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle Pizza-Liebhaber!

Wir haben hier ein schönes Abendessen gehabt. Die Pizza ist unglaublich lecker und es gibt so interessante Pizzen, die ich so vorher noch nicht gesehen habe. Wir hatten diese Varianten, die außergewöhnlich sind und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Auch der Service und das Ambiente waren top kann man gerne weiter empfehlen

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei "da Peppino".und wir waren sehr begeistert vom Essen. Denn wer meint hier in der Umgebung eine gute Pizza gegessen zu haben, dann muss er unbedingt mal hier essen gehen. Hier wirs das Essen mit viel Liebe und Qualität zubereitet. Besonders muss man sagen dass auch wenn wir lange auf unser Essen warten mussten, der Kellner als auch der Besitzer uns sehr zuvor kommend waren. Die haben sich mehrfach entschuldigt sei es mit Worten,mit Antipasti oder Getränke. Eins ist aufjedenfall klar Da Peppino wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen

Die Bedienung war leider sehr lahm. Die Pizza hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Pasta hat leider nach nichts geschmeckt.

Der Besitzer und sein Team legen sehr viel Wert auf eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Atmosphäre. Bei den Speisen ist Authentizität maßgeblich. So wird für Steinofenpizza ausschließlich Mozzarella verwendet. Alle Angebote richten sich nach original italienischen Rezepten und werden mit italienischen Zutaten zubereitet. Der Besitzer ist jung, sehr engagiert und motiviert seine Philosophie zu leben. Besonderes Highlight: Pasta aus dem Parmesanlaib mit gehobeltem Trüffel. Wir sind definitiv Stammkunden geworden und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch in "Bella Italia"...

Meine Pizza war wirklich gut belegt und hat prima geschmeckt, da es sehr voll war, war es entsprechend laut und der Service war etwas hektisch, auf jeden Fall sollte man einen Tisch reservieren, wir waren 12 Personen und das Essen kam zur gleichen Zeit, ein Lob an die Küche, wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen schönen Abend

Oh man, wo fange ich an? Also, wir haben richtig Appetit auf Pizza, Carbonara Nudeln und Salat gehabt. Google an und Trattoria Da Peppino - Steinofen Pizzeria ausgewählt und angerufen. 17 Uhr 34. Einmal Pizza mit doppelt Schinken, doppelt Champignon, doppelt Käse und doppelt Knoblauch, Penne Carbonara obwohl nicht auf der Karte, Pizza mit Schinken, Paprika und Champignon und Salat gemischt mit Schinken und Käse. Wurde auch alles wiederholt und bestätigt. Dauert eine Stunde. Okay! Nach 80 Minuten ruft eine Handynummer an. Wahrscheinlich der Fahrer der Caspar - F. - Straße mit C in Arnsberg nicht findet. Dachten wir. Rückruf mehrfach erfolgreich. Festnetz Pizzeria angerufen. Dort wurde uns gesagt, daß Sie sich kümmern "UND DEN FAHRER ANRUFEN, WEGEN UNSERER BESTELLUNG" (Welche ja dann wohl unterwegs sein sollte 🤔.) 10 Minuten später haben wir nochmal in der Pizzaria angerufen um darum zu bitten, daß mit dem bestellten Essen nicht noch lange herum gefahren wird, daß es nicht zu kalt wird. Da hieß es auf einmal, das Essen wird gerade noch zubereitet ( AHA 😶 ) knapp 100 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Okay 🤨. Soll aber in 10 Minuten kommen. Als nun alles schlecht und unzufrieden gelaufen ist wollten wir sicherheitshalber nochmal die Bestellung ( doppelt Schinken, usw.) klären, nicht daß die auch noch teilweise falsch kommt. 2 Anrufe. Beides mal weggedrückt. Kurz danach ein Rückruf. Bestellung (doppelt Käse usw.) nochmal kurz durchgegangen. Kein Problem. Unmut über 90 Minuten nach Bestellung im Ofen geäußert. Um 19 Uhr 30 kam dann das um 17 Uhr 34 bestellte Essen. Fahre hat das Zeitproblem Eine Stunde, 10 Minuten und tatsächliche 2 Stunden nicht verstanden. Allerdings 1 X Schinken, 1 X, Champignon, 1 X Käse, 1 X Knoblauch. Aber doppelt bezahlt. 49 Euro. Wieder Anruf. Gutschrift mit Selbstabholung angeboten. 😂. Arnsberg ist auch nicht das Liefergebiet, bekomme ich zu hören. Adresse bei der Bestellung allerdings genannt. ... Okay , wird dann doch geliefert, gaaaaaanz schnell, für eine gute Rezession. 40 Minuten später war die Pizza und eine Gratis Pizza dann da. Kurz vorher Anruf, daß wir die erste Bestellung jetzt in den Backofen zum Aufwärmen schieben können. Somit konnten wir dann nach er Bestellung 2 Stunden und 40 Minuten später gemeinsam essen. ... Ach ja. Das Essen: Der Salat war gut. Die Penne Carbonara auch. Alle 4 Pizzen waren bei Lieferung nicht mal mehr Lauwarm. Zu viel Teig. Wenig drauf. Nur bei doppelt Käse-Champignon-Schinke-Knoblauch war es akzeptabel. Der Pizza Boden eher Vergleich mit durchgeweichtem Esspapier. Kein wirklicher Pizzageschmack allgemein. Pizzabrötchen ebenso und geliefert ohne Kräuter oder Knoblauch Butter. Sorry. Aber so war es. Genau so.

Wir waren heute mit 4 Personen bei peppino. Unser 8 Monate alter Enke war mit. Als ich den tisch bestellt habe wirde mir angeboten, wir könnten auch im nebenraum sitzen, wenn das für den Kleinen angenehmer wäre, war aber auch so alles super. Er bekam sofort einen Kinderstuhl und wurde auch immer beachtet. Vielen Dank für so viel Freundlichkeit uns und vorallem dem kleinen gegenüber. Ihr habt euch die Rezension absolut verdient.

An der Pizza fehlte der letzte Pfiff. Preis schon gehobenes Niveau. Da ist noch Optimierungsbedarf.

Das Bestellen über Lieferando zum abholen hat super geklappt 👍🏼 Selbst an einem Samstag Abend waren die Gerichte innerhalb von 15 Minuten zur Abholung fertig. Wirklich außerordentlich leckere Gerichte, die an einen Urlaub in Italien erinnern. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation hinter dem Haus ist leider etwas ungünstig. Hier fahren sich die Gäste gegenseitig über die Füße, weil jeder so nah wie möglich am Restaurant parken will. Es gibt allerdings in 100 Metern Entfernung einen weiteren Parkplatz. Die Lautstärke im Gastraum selbst empfand ich sehr laut, da sich die Gäste offensichtlich gegenseitig anschreien mussten um das Gespräch am Nachbartisch zu übertrumpfen. Alles in Allem war jedoch ziemlich positiv, sodass wir mit Sicherheit wieder hier bestellen werden 👍🏼
