A celebration with almost 23 people was held in the Bar Centrale. Daniela, Tom and their team are the best hosts you could wish for with an eye for detail and incredibly good culinary flair. From the drinks to the snacks to the location, it was great - the guests were completely thrilled.

Atmosphere and ambience are very nice, the food is first class and finally a restaurant where the Aperol is very well mixed

There were 6 of us as guests this evening. We love antipasti and pasta. Both were extremely tasty. The service really great. Nadia is an attentive host and is fully committed. Thank you very much for a successful evening. We'll be back. 😊

We celebrated our wedding here in a “small” family circle of 22 people. Daniela and her team took great care of us. All arrangements in advance were super uncomplicated and all of our wishes were taken into account. The food was very tasty and especially the starters were great in both variety and taste. The price was completely reasonable for what was on offer (€36 per person for 3 courses), especially considering that we were treated as a closed group and had the place to ourselves. The icing on the cake: For the little guests there was not only a children's price but also a specially adapted child-friendly meal offer. In our opinion, the Bar Centrale is always worth a visit, but also definitely worth inquiring about for private parties ❤️

I had the pleasure of visiting Trattoria Bar Centrale and absolutely loved it. The food was simply wonderful, especially the homemade pasta, which was an absolute highlight. The staff was attentive and friendly, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The prices were reasonable and fair, which rounded off the experience perfectly. Overall, I was very satisfied and can highly recommend this restaurant.

We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday at Trattoria Bar Centrale 46. Our expectations were exceeded. In the preliminary discussion a menu was recommended to us, which we were happy to accept. We haven't regretted it for a second! First of all, it was delicious! We started with various starters, all of which were very tasty. Then gnochetti sardi, ravioli al salvia e burro, meat or fish? (For the main course we had Scaloppine al limone or sea bream with vegetables and potatoes) We didn't miss anything. Finally, a delicious dessert mix. In short...everything is TOP! The selection of drinks made our Italian hearts beat faster. Chinotto, Gassosa, Sardinian beer, Peroni, Italian cocktail variants, my beloved espresso and much more. Everything is there. The trattoria is very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. We felt like we were in Italy. The team was always attentive and helpful. Dear Tucconi family and team, our mother had a great, unforgettable 80th birthday. Everything was organized very professionally. Thanks again. See you soon....

Ambience was quite okay, unfortunately music was a mixture of Italian music and loud blaring music from the kitchen The food was tasty, but the portion size was a joke for the price. Neither the salad nor the ravioli were adequately portioned. Service was terribly poor. The colleague hardly spoke a word of German. The wrong dishes were brought twice and after a complaint the portion was reduced by half It didn't make any sense if my work colleague and I each had to eat for themselves When spoken to, there was only a grab at the checkout but no response For €60 you can expect a lot more Not recommended, we won't be coming back

Service is different! Unfortunately, both the starter and the main course were brought to me the wrong thing that wasn't ordered. After repeated waiting, the ordered food was brought. The taste was delicious but the portion of the ravioli was overwhelming. When we asked the waitress about it while paying, we also got a rude answer! It's a shame...but first and last time

Everything was very good: the salad, the pasta and especially the selection and quality of the desserts. For that alone I would happily dine here again. We had a very nice long evening here. I was also pleased with the selection of non-alcoholic aperitifs. There is also fresh tea. I'd love to come back ♡♡♡.

The trattoria pleasantly surprised me from the first moment. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you receive a friendly welcome. There is a good selection of starters, main courses and desserts and a daily menu with delicious dishes. The antipasti plate and the linguine with prawns and fennel from the daily menu are particularly recommended. There is also a wide selection of drinks, I can particularly recommend the Sarti Spritz and the Limoncello Spritz. It is certainly better to reserve in advance as the restaurant was very busy yesterday (a Saturday). I would like to thank you very much for the great visit and would be happy to come back! 😊

Great place for a date! Calm and cosy atmosphere. They play lo-fi songs in the background at a low volume which makes the atmosphere nice and comfortable for chatting. The service is friendly and swift! The food is great, very yummy and the portion was very filling. And the prices are within the average for the region. Note: In my opinion their Tiramisu was veeery good. I suggest trying it out too :D Totally worth it :)

Nice atmosphere, very tasty food and top service. I was able to plan a small birthday surprise spontaneously and easily, which was a great success. So (as secretly planned) we were served wonderful cocktails as soon as we arrived and the restaurant handed over the gift (which I had previously brought over) to the person to be given the gift. A wonderful first time and definitely not the last time in this restaurant. Thank you very much for a great evening.

I had dinner there with my family and was pleasantly surprised. The ambience is good, the staff quick and attentive. Unfortunately, not everything we ordered was available, but alternatives were quickly shown that were also very good. One can only assume that the dishes were very popular and were therefore sold out. Overall it was a successful evening. The prices are relatively cheap. We shared 3 antipasti dishes with 6 people. Everyone has a main course, 2-3 drinks, 4 bottles of water and a bottle of wine. Afterwards there were 3 dessert dishes. The portions were good and sufficient, so choosing to share the antipasti plates as well as the desserts was the right choice. We paid just under €40 per person. In any case, Trattoria Bar Centrale 46 is a real insider tip. It won't be the last visit. In any case, a recommendation for a family celebration in a smaller circle as well as for a date.

Italian cuisine with a Sardinian twist. Very tasty but a bit pricey, a clear selection of dishes but also a seasonal daily menu, some of which also includes German dishes. On some days of the week there is also a good lunch menu at a cheaper price! In contrast to bars in Sardinia, Sardinian beer is served in a suitable glass. Reservations are recommended at least from 6 p.m. If the weather is nice, you can definitely get something outside without a reservation from 4 p.m.! The bruschetta was a bit very dry.

The ambience is quite good. But the service clearly needs improvement. Unfortunately, the wine and food were nothing special either. We ordered bruschetta as a starter. We didn't get toasted bread, but something dried with cold tomatoes (probably from the fridge or even freezer). Taste wise, a disappointment. The pasta (with truffle) would have been ok if it didn't feel like it was drowned in half a liter of sauce. So, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

We were extremely pleased with our food and the atmosphere. Great quality and great taste. We had tagliatelle with asparagus and prawns and parmigiana marisa. A real insider tip in Aachen and the best Italian in the area ☺️

New absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Aachen. The trattoria offers a wonderful ambience, friendly service and, above all, authentic Sardinian cuisine. There is something on the menu for absolutely everyone, even more than recommended for vegans. Everything is homemade with a lot of love and you can absolutely taste it! The family business is highly recommended and we can't wait to return - thank you Trattoria Bar Centrale 46!

The meal and the evening in the Bar Centrale was an absolute highlight for us. We had the antipasti, pane and the zucchini with almonds as a starter, followed by one of the homemade pasta dishes. Then a chocolate cake with almonds. Everything was excellent, delicious, authentic cuisine🥰❤️🥰 the ambience in the winter garden was very nice and the service was extremely friendly. In addition, a top price-performance ratio. As we learned, the Bar Centrale is a sibling project - the project works and we felt the passion that goes into it. We went there with anticipation and high expectations - we weren't disappointed and left very happy. Here we have found a fantastic overall package in Aachen's gastronomy 👍 a real enrichment! Since we enjoyed it so much, I can only say: A presto e cordiali saluti❤️

The food was fantastic and the ambience was simply magical. The service is sensationally good and you feel a bit like staying with friends. A very warm atmosphere, we would be very, very happy to come back.

Very tasty, Italian, more than just pizza and pasta. The price is not exactly cheap (you need more than just one main course to fill you up, i.e. a starter, dessert, or both), but absolutely reasonable and not too expensive

We went to this trattoria for the first time on Sunday. The ambience is very nice. There were two of us and I made a reservation online. From 5 p.m. for 3 hours. When we were "found" we were immediately told that the table would be taken again at 7 p.m. I then objected that I had reserved for 3 hours, but the waitress (the owner's sister) didn't really respond to that. We barely made it to 7 p.m. but that didn't really have a positive effect on the whole atmosphere right from the start. From 6.30 p.m. the restaurant was full. There is a relatively small menu with what they say are Sardinian specialties. There was also a whole board full of daily recommendations. We shared a Sardinian cheese platter as a starter. It was tasty but to be honest there was no cheese, which I now found to be special (Sardinian). For the main course we had black tagliatelle with seafood and a sea bream fillet with a vegetable side dish. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The waiting times were a little longer, but that's ok when it's fresh - unless you have to hurry... (see opening comment). All in all delicious, although in my opinion the prices are quite high.

A nice restaurant with fresh, very tasty cuisine. Really every one of the four dishes chosen was wonderful. We were there for the second time and will definitely combine our next visit to Aachen with a visit to a restaurant. Since we made a reservation spontaneously, our time was limited. We were still served in a relaxed manner and without any time pressure.

Ich kann die Trattoria Bar Centrale nur weiterempfehlen. Der Service ist top, man wird ständig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Vorspeise und der Hauptgang waren sehr lecker und man merkt direkt, dass alles frisch zubereitet wird.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da. Der Service war super, das Essen sehr lecker und das Ambiente wunderschön. Man hat gemerkt wieviel Liebe in das Lokal gesteckt wird!

Tolle Trattoria mit leckerem sardischen Gerichten

Auf Nachfrage per Mail gerne ein Feedback: Bei unseren ersten Besuchen nach Eröffnung waren wir sehr zufrieden (Qualität Essen, Service, Preis etc.). Da wir wirklich sehr zufrieden waren, sind wir regelmäßiger gekommen. Leider hat der erste Eindruck nach 3-4 besuchen nachgelassen, da der Service (ggf. durch ständig wechselndes Personal) leider sehr unzufriedenstellend ist. Beispiele: -Die Vorspeise wurde vergessen und dann nach der Hauptspeise serviert -2x falsche Hauptspeise bekommen -Trockener Wein als Glas steht nur zur Verfügung, wenn auch eine Flasche offen ist. Andernfalls gibt es entweder süßen Wein oder keinen -Qualität der Longdrinks schwankt sehr (mal sehr lecker, mail größtenteils mit Eis und Wasser aufgefüllt und lediglich halb voll) Nach den letzten Erfahrungen haben wir uns letztendlich für andere Restaurants entschieden. Da unser letzter Besuch im Sommer war, kann es natürlich sein, dass sich einige Dinge wieder geändert haben.

Unsere Lieblingstrattoria. Sehr leckeres Essen, kein 0-8-15 sondern immer sehr hohe Qualität, frische Produkte und viel sardischer Touch. Man sitzt sehr schön, Ambiete und Licht sind sehr gemütlich, die Bedienung ist top und sehr freundlich.

Die Trattoria ist einen Besuch wert - weil die Location so wunderschön ist. Stuck an der Decke, tolle Lampen, schöne Möbel, ein süßer Innenhof - man fühlt sich wohl. Wenn da nicht ein großes ABER wäre: wir waren mit 6 Personen essen, haben einen schönen Tisch am Fenster reserviert bekommen. Es dauerte ca. 30 Minuten, bis wir eine Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Bis das Essen kam - und die Gerichte kamen leider nicht alle auf einmal - dauerte es weitere 90 Minuten. Ein Gericht wurde schlichtweg vergessen. Zwischendurch mal an den Tisch kommen und fragen, ob man noch etwas zu trinken bestellen möchte: Fehlanzeige. Meiner Meinung nach war an diesem Abend das Personal überfordert und die Abläufe nicht optimiert. Das Essen war von den Portionen her sehr überschaubar und eher teuer. Also: wer in einem schönen Ambiente essen möchte, viel Zeit und Geduld hat und nicht auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis schaut, der ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Super leckeres authentisch sardisches essen! besonders die hausgemachten ravioli in butter salbei sind eine große empfehlung! Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen 😋

Die anfänglichen Probleme mit unserer Buchung wurden durch den tollen und sehr aufmerksamen Service sowie sehr leckerem Essen wieder gutgemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 5 Pers. In der Trattoria Bar Centrale 46 und uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen . Von Vorspeise bis Nachtisch war alles sehr köstlich. Die Gerichte waren alle sehr liebevoll angerichtet, das Ambiente sehr schön und gemütlich. Einziges Minus: wir mußten zu lange auf Getränke und Essen warten. ( ich nehme mir gerne Zeit, aber das war doch etwas zu lange) Hoffe es klappt beim nächsten mal besser, wir kommen gerne wieder. ❤️

Trüffelnudeln waren echt nicht gut. Gnocchi waren ganz gut. Tiramisu mit Sahne ist echt frech bei den Preisen.
