Habe heute spontan dieses Restaurant besucht, an einem Wochentag gegen 12 Uhr. Es war nicht stark besucht. daher konnte ich mir schnell einen gemütlichen Platz raussuchen. Das Lokal ist stylisch ausgestattet, die Hintergrundmusik könnte eventuell stören, wenn das Restaurant richtig voll ist, ich empfand es jedoch nicht als unangenehm. Ich habe ein Rumpsteak mit Pommes gegessen, das hat einfach super gut geschmeckt! Die Servicemitarbeiterin ist freundlich und aufmerksam!

Food was very good, if there was anything to complain about at all, the meat from the burger was a bit too well cooked and could have been juicier. “Simply a great and delicious evening!”… We were able to experience this at the town hall without a doubt. We had made reservations for two people in the evening and were greeted warmly at the entrance and offered two different seats to choose from. We decided on the platform and shortly after we sat down, we were greeted by the extremely friendly waitress and asked what drinks we wanted, which were served very quickly afterwards. In the meantime, we were able to work our way through the very large menu and both of our eyes stopped at the burgers. We quickly decided on a Chix and a Townhall burger, each with a portion of sweet potato fries Just like our drinks, the burgers also arrived at our place very quickly - even though the town hall was very busy on a Thursday evening. In any case, we were happy to see the burgers and tried them very quickly. We were thrilled with the taste immediately after the first bite and so we ate both burgers with a big smile until the end. Throughout the evening, the waitress came to our table from time to time and asked about our well-being, so we always felt well looked after... that's how service should be everywhere! In summary, I can only give 5 stars for our evening! It was perfect!!!

The burgers are of a high standard although the meat is a bit dry and the buns are far too thick and cover the contents of the burger. Fries are great.

I can only recommend everything. We ate rump steak and put together our own burger. It was very tasty. One star deducted because of the loud noise level.

Jeder aus unserer fünfköpfigen Familie bekam seinen Wunsch erfüllt, ob Gluten oder glutenfrei das Essen war hervorragend. Die Küche sowie auch das Personal kannte sich bestens mit dem Thema Zoliakie (streng glutenfrei) aus und hat sich geduldig und sehr freundlich mit uns beschäftigt und alle Bedenken von uns genommen. Went for lunch on a Tuesday, empty restaurant with only 1 other table seated. Still took 20 minutes for our food to come out! Disappointingly and unreasonably slow. Ordered a chicken wrap with double coleslaw and Townhall burger with fries, both from the lunch menu. Waitress mistakenly brought a double burger instead of a single burger, and when we corrected her, insisted that she was right. Pro: the burger and fries were very good. The meat is Angus and very flavourful and dense. The fries are crispy and fresh. Con: the chicken wrap was tasty but quite small with a minuscule quantity of chicken. As if 1-2 chicken nuggets were cut up inside. Drenched in too much sauce. The wheat wrap itself was tasty and nicely toasted, tasted almost homemade. The coleslaw is tasty but also has too much sauce. Price performance ratio for this meal is low, given how very little chicken there is in the wrap. Not sure we will be back. Too bad, the restaurant is spacious and with cool vibes.

I've eaten here several times now and can say that I've always been really satisfied. The steak was medium as ordered and the salad was varied and tasty 👍🏼 the fries were nice and crunchy and not soggy.

A very nice burger and steak bar. I've been here several times. It is always very crowded and you should make a reservation, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Very well maintained both inside and out and furnished in a suitably modern way. Up until now, burgers have always been eaten. The meat patti is very tasty and is very juicy. Visually they are not TK Pattis, they are shaped too differently. I can highly recommend the spare ribs. The meat falls off the bone and it's really a lot + fries and salad. There is a dip with it - as a tip, don't use BBQ because the ribs are already coated with it, it doesn't make sense that way. Unfortunately, the burgers don't come with any side dishes, but it's still ok considering the price and quality. Be sure to try the sweet potato fries. Beer and cocktails are good, the cocktails are very nicely designed with a pleasant selection. You can always try something different, but you won't be overwhelmed by 10,000 possibilities. Prices here are ok too, around €10 even for the normal things. Happy hour is also available from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. The staff is very quick and attentive, and above all there are enough of them!!! All hell was breaking loose during the World Cup, and yet the service was relaxed, attentive and not hectic. Price-performance is great! Ambience great. One of the best locations in Viernheim and nationally. I also think it's worlds better than Benjamin's Diner. Waiting times for drinks and food are short, even at the wedding. Food <20min, drinks maximum 5min for cocktails. Beer faster :) I like to go there regularly and can recommend the guys without reservation! EDIT: The burgers haven't been that juicy lately, unfortunately :( The things don't have to be "medium", but they don't have to be fried to death either. EDIT2: We still enjoy being here. The service staff change often, so there are no professionals here. However, the basic tasks are usually mastered well. The sandwiches and wraps are also delicious.

Very modern restaurant. Good food and the cocktails are a must try. Friendly staff made us feel very comfortable. Music was playing in the background which put us in a good mood. All in all a lovely experience, we will definitely be back.

One of the best burgers I've eaten! There is a super relaxed atmosphere in an adapted ambience. The colorful cocktail menu is the crowning glory of the country. The staff is extremely nice and on point. All I can say is that it's worth the trip here if you want to spend a nice evening with friends. In any case, we would love to come back.

Hello, the location looks great so you would never suspect that something like that would be here. Respect. Service was really good, courteous, friendly. Food was good. Lemonade and the iced tea's were all delicious. Burgers were good. Personally, I found the steaks on the menu a bit too expensive, but if you want it, why not. Especially the Burger Day, Bone Day etc. there is something special every day. Happy hour etc. Long story short, we will definitely be back.

I've been here a couple of times and I must say this was the best grillhouse I've ever been to The atmosphere is amazing, the interior design and the amount of amazing artwork hung around the entire place just makes me be in awe The servers are also really nice and really efficient even during a rush, I never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my order Food, oh don't get me started, from burgers, steaks, ribs and many side and finger dishes, all of them were amazing Best part is the make your own burger where you get a list of ingredients for your burger and you can build your own. They also have a massive variety of drinks, cocktails and ect. I was shocked to see the prices at first but after trying the burgers, the price was immediately worth it I really recommend this place, you'll have a good time trust me

I had the pleasure of visiting the TownHall in Viernheim and it was a fantastic experience! The food was incredibly tasty, especially the burgers. A special highlight was the extremely friendly waitress named Aleyna, who made our visit even more pleasant. We were very impressed by her warm manner and attentive service. I would highly recommend TownHall to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Unfortunately, the visit was overall a disappointment. The service was very accommodating. The tables were dirty and the menus were completely stuck together. The food and drinks are beautifully presented, but the meat on the burgers was completely dry and the fries only tasted like fat. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. A pity.

We were two adults + 2 small children and the final bill was 90 euros. While we generally enjoyed the food, we found the price to be quite high. We ordered two burgers with sides and a drink each, including a cocktail. The burgers tasted good, but we would have expected more for the price. The side dishes were also average. The dessert, a crème brûlée, cost 10 to 11 euros and wasn't great in terms of taste. Here too we found the price-performance ratio not justified. Despite the high prices, we would recommend the store, but with the note that it is more of a more expensive experience. I was eating there with friends and we got a table pretty quickly

Am disappointed. The beautiful outdoor area was only 10% full. I looked for a small, unreserved table on the edge because I was alone. The waitress came and really wanted to sit me in. I pointed out to them that almost all the tables were empty and it didn't look like they would be welcoming a large number of guests. No chance. I should sit down inside. I then left. It should also be noted that the menu is totally sticky. Disgusting!

The facility alone is worth a visit. Our service was super nice, courteous and quick. Photos of the food couldn't be taken because it was just too tasty. Price-performance is absolutely top. Absolute recommendation!

Unfortunately only 3 stars. Also due, among other things, to the price. The side salad was very tasty, maybe a little more dressing, but that's a matter of taste. I found the burger buns to be too dry. There could be a little more sauce on the burger, then the bun might be a little better too. I find the chicken breast fillet too expensive at over €20. Because there are no fries or anything similar with the citizen, you quickly end up with a higher 1×€ amount, which I think is too much compared to other restaurants. The fries were very tasty. The ice teas we had were very tasty, except for the one with mint, which tasted more like a menthol candy. Service was super friendly and people always asked if you needed anything else or if everything was OK. Ambience has style.

I wanted to have a nice last day of vacation with my husband. When we arrived at the restaurant exhausted and hungry, we were looking forward to a Moscow Mule and a nice steak. When we chose a spot outside, my trained gastronomic eye noticed that the waitresses weren't assigned to any station and were running around wildly. When my husband went to the toilet and came back, he noticed that I still hadn't ordered. Unfortunately, the mood slowly went downhill. When guests came after us and were then immediately served, we started to get angry. The waitresses ignored us and walked past us. We then decided to eat our steak somewhere else and that's what we did and we're very happy about it!

In der näheren Umgebung besteht die Möglichkeit zu parken 🅿️ wir hatten selbstverständlich, für einen Freitagabend, reserviert. Der Empfang war sehr angenehm und im Anschluss wurde uns der reservierte Tisch zugewiesen. Die Bestellung der Getränke wurde prompt entgegengenommen. Für die Kinder wurden Papier und Stifte gebracht, tausend Dank dafür 🤩 das bestellte Essen wurde sehr schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Der Service war sehr gut in allen Bereichen 👍🏼 es schmeckte alles super und jeder meiner Familie war glücklich und satt. Die Bezahlung konnte mit dem Smartphone durchgeführt werden (für mich direkt ein 6. ⭐️). Das Trinkgeld war mehr als verdient und konnte dem Betrag beim Bezahlen einfach hinzugefügt werden. Es war ein toller erster Besuch und sicher nicht der Letzte.

Wir sind mittlerweile Stammgäste im Town Hall in Viernheim. Das Essen, vor allem die Burger sind einfach nur lecker. Der Service ist super nett und ziemlich flott. Die Ambiente ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Alles im ganzen alles Top. Durch unsere Empfehlungen sind jetzt auch einige Freunde zu Stammgästen geworden. Das muss was heissen.

Grundsätzlich war alles gut dort. Service gut, Location gut. Dennoch war ich sehr enttäuscht vom Hot Crispy Burger, da das Chicken Patty aussah und geschmeckt hat wie ein Fertig-Patty und auch nicht dem Bild auf der Speisekarte entsprach. Die Chilli-Cheese-Fries waren in Ordnung. Deshalb gebe ich nur 3/5 Sterne und werde auch wahrscheinlich erstmal gar nicht wiederkommen.

Wir hatten kurzfristig reserviert und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Lediglich die Wartezeit beim Essen hat uns etwas zu lange gedauert (knapp 50 Minuten) aber man muss hier fairerweise dazu sagen dass es komplett voll war

Alles super sowohl Essen als auch der Service! Wir waren dieses Jahr schon 5x dort essen. Selbst meine Eltern, die sehr skeptisch gegenüber einem neuen Restaurant sind, waren voll begeistert! Wir können von ganzem Herzen eine Empfehlung aussprechen!
