Tonino's Holzwurm Pizza Service in Heilsbronn

Ordered delivery, the food arrived cold and 3 hours late and it wasn't the right order either. The staff on the phone only spoke English, which wasn't a problem for me, but it could be a problem for many people

Even though we ordered about 1 hour before opening time via Lieferando, our food didn't arrive. We called 5 times but no one answered. We don't order there anymore.

Order was wrong. Burger went like this. Burger was delivered later and it was cold and not tasty. Noodles were unseasoned and a finished product. Not tasty and definitely not recommended. Don't order anymore.

I definitely wouldn't order again, it's impossible to get the wrong food delivered.

The food was inedible. The salad was the wrong one and delivery took longer than average. The noodles and sauces were not seasoned and tasteless. The pizza bread was spongy and very chewy but the taste was okay. That's why the one star because you could eat at least one of 4 things, the 5 star would have been for a punctual delivery. So I don't recommend it and I wouldn't spend money on it again. My honest opinion and as a warning to you ordered somewhere else.

I have to thank the driver very much from the bottom of my heart where he delivered to Dietenhofen. It's rare to see such a person and the food is great as always. Best regards to the driver. Greetings from Dietenhofen

We ordered via Lieferando 2 hours before opening time and the food still came 45 minutes late. It's a shame, but it was probably just busy. Luckily the food was still warm. Unfortunately, the taste was far too spicy for us (even though nothing was stated about it in the menu). We weren't particularly impressed with the pizza either, but the naan was very good. We still wouldn't order here again. I hope my review was helpful.

Ordered twice always too late and the second time I ordered a chicken burger I had a burger with beef peddy sauce and bun not even lettuce no tomato no cucumber no onion. Fries aren't even ready, they're completely lame. Chicken strips aren't even done and they're lame, and the fries are also lame, totally dissatisfied!!!

The food came after approx. 1 hour delay cold on! It was also completely soaked.

I was very impressed by everything. Food was very tasty. Gladly again!

Because of the former woodworm we were really happy. Were very disappointed. No phone number available (the one on Lieferando doesn't work). The "naan bread" was pizza bread and rock hard. Neither the salmon nor the butter chicken was tasty. It tasted completely bland and the chicken was tough. It's really a shame, because I really miss the actual Heilsbronn woodworm. The only thing I didn't have anything wrong with was the rice. From now on I'd rather get something from the Indian restaurant in Ansbach again, at least it tastes good.
