Tonino's Holzwurm Pizza Service in Heilsbronn

Unfortunately, the menu is very confusing. Lieferando says "vegan bag," but then it says that it contains cheese, just like vegan "dürüm," which has feta cheese in it. Unfortunately, that's why you can't often trust restaurants anymore. Knowing what "vegan" means is a MUST if you're in this profession, rather than misleading people. It's a shame that you might not be able to trust you as much.

I ordered delivery, the food arrived cold and 3 hours late, and it wasn't even the right order. The staff on the phone spoke only English, which wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for many others.

Although we ordered via Lieferando about an hour before opening time, our food never arrived. We called five times, but no one answered. We won't be ordering from them again.

I would definitely not order from there again; incorrect delivery of food is impossible.

The order was wrong. The burger was okay. The replacement burger was cold and not tasty. The noodles were unseasoned and a pre-made product. Not tasty and definitely not recommended. I won't order again.

The food was inedible. The salad was the wrong one, and the delivery took longer than usual. The pasta and sauces were unseasoned and tasteless. The pizza bread was soggy and very chewy, but the flavor was okay. That's why I gave it one star, because at least one of the four items was edible. The fifth star would have been for on-time delivery. I definitely wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't spend money on it again. That's my honest opinion, and as a warning to you: order somewhere else.

I must sincerely thank the driver who delivered to Dietenhofen; you rarely see such a person, and the food is, as always, top-notch. Best regards to the driver, greetings from Dietenhofen.

We ordered via Lieferando two hours before opening time, and the food still arrived 45 minutes late. Quite a shame, but they were probably just very busy. Luckily, the food was still warm. Unfortunately, it was much too spicy for us (even though there was no mention of spicyness on the menu). The pizza wasn't very impressive either, but the naan was very good. We wouldn't order from here again. I hope my review was helpful.

Ordered twice, always too late, and the second time I ordered a chicken burger. I had a burger with beef, peddy sauce, and a bun. Not even salad, no tomato, no cucumber, no onion. The fries weren't even cooked, they were completely soggy. The chicken strips weren't cooked through at all, and they were also soggy, and the fries were also soggy, I was totally unsatisfied!

The food came after approx. 1 hour delay cold on! It was also completely soaked.

I was very impressed by everything. Food was very tasty. Gladly again!

Because of the former woodworm we were really happy. Were very disappointed. No phone number available (the one on Lieferando doesn't work). The "naan bread" was pizza bread and rock hard. Neither the salmon nor the butter chicken was tasty. It tasted completely bland and the chicken was tough. It's really a shame, because I really miss the actual Heilsbronn woodworm. The only thing I didn't have anything wrong with was the rice. From now on I'd rather get something from the Indian restaurant in Ansbach again, at least it tastes good.
