Excellent accueil, cadre et ambiance chaleureux. Intérieur décorée comme une maison. Au calme, la terrasse est très joliment aménagée. Privilégier les espèces, merci d'avoir accepter exceptionnellement le règlement par carte bancaire ! (Moins de 15 euros) Nous reviendrons !

Nice place. But served a poor whisky pretending it is a valuable lagavulin. Instead of admitting the owner assured me it was a lagavulin. Could have been honest but no.

Always so cozy and with a French touch. A great atmosphere. Small selection of tarte flambée, but little else on the menu was delicious.

This is a nice place to be. it is close to the Rhine river and offers nice drinks. The waiter is friendly and the interior is special

Ein sehr gemütliches Lokal im Stil eines Wohnzimmers. Eine loebevolle Mischung von Möbeln, nichts passt zusammen, aber gerade das macht den Charme aus. Der Flammkuchen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig belegt und Wassermelonen-Spritz war sehr lecker. Ich kann diese Stub wirklich empfehlen!!!

Es ist immer wieder eine Freude und ich gehe sehr gerne in diese Kneipe! Der Flammenkuchen ist sehr fein, die Getränke von guter Qualität und der Service freundlich und toll. Das Ambiente ist wirklich auch super, sollte man gesehen haben!

En famille un vendredi saint ... Tommy était ouvert et les en-cas proposés étaient juste très bon ! Même le dessert dont j'ignore le nom (un biscuit avec des cerises et un nappage chocolat) m'a agréablement surpris. En plus l'ambiance nous a beaucoup plus...

Eingebildeter Chef, total unfreundlich und unhöflich. Bis er mal zu uns an den Tisch kam, vergingen 20 Minuten, die Karte hatte er auch nicht dabei, was ihn schon störte, dass er wieder zurück musste, um sie zu holen. Die Tische und Stühle im Außenbereich, auf denen wir saßen waren kaputt, der Tisch rostig. Anderen Gäste brachte er Kissen für diese unbequemen Stühle. Die Pflanze, die den Tisch zieren sollte, war vertrocknet und richtig unschön. Wir hatten das Gefühl hier nicht willkommen zu sein. Das Klo war nun auch nicht so sehenswert. Klopapier fehlte und es war auf dem Boden eklig nass. Der Weg nach unten war lange und es hängen viele Bilder, ohne Stil, an der Wand. Der Flammkuchen hätte noch etwas gebraucht, war blass, belegt war er gut und schmeckte. Die Weinschorle war lieblos gemixt, nicht kühl und vom Sprudel verspürte man nichts. Der Chef fragte beim Abräumen auch nicht, ob's geschmeckt hat und ob alles okay war. War ihm auch egal. Werden hier nicht mehr einkehren, obwohl wir öfters mal vor Ort wären. Hier legt man viel Wert auf die Stammkundschaft.

Macht Immer wieder Spaß bei Tommy. Auch nette Leute. Der Glühwein ist echt lecker. Danke Tommy für Deine Gastfreundschaft. Christine.

Kleiner verschroben wirkendes Lokal? Ich bin mir nicht Mal sicher wie ich es klassifizieren würde, aber es hat Charme. Der Flammkuchen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Reiner Zufallsfund, der aber toll war. Wer in Kehl ist, Zeit und Appetit hat, sollte unbedingt rein schauen.

Don’t let the name Tommy fool you. The owner of this establishment isn’t friendly or cool. Ebenezer would be a more appropriate name. We made the unfortunate decision to stop for a beverage at this establishment after a bike ride from Strasbourg. The owner asked for our order and we asked for a menu. He brought us a menu and gave us 30 seconds to decide. Our bilingual children (ages 7 & 9) asked politely for menu clarification and made the grave mistake of taking longer than 30 seconds. He brought my husband’s and my drink but refused to take our children’s order. We attempted at our table and at the counter but he refused to make eye contact or answer verbally. I’ve worked in the airline industry for 18 years and understand the desire for speed and timeliness. A reasonable human being, if pressed for time would wait or return. His anger was palpable and bizarre.

Immer wieder gerne Vorort, letzte Woche war ich dreimal. Pils + vegetarischer Flammkuchen gehen perfekt zusammen. Freundliche Bedienung und Atmosphäre.

Die Getränkekarte liest sich toll und ist gefüllt mit nicht alltäglichen Angeboten. Unser Besuch fand am frühen Mittag statt, da zählten die Softdrinks, aber auch die waren sehr lecker!

We used to know this bistro as Stubenhocker Bistrot at Blumenstrsse just around the corner. We used to go there often and enjoy their tapas, wine and beer and great interior decorations. Now during corona times, we just dropped by during lunch to have a snack and did not go inside see if it was equally nicely decorated or not. We will have to do that when it is safer to be indoors at a bar. In September, we had flammkukchen with tuna and leeks and non-alcoholic beverages. Hardly anyone was there on a Monday at noon. It was good to sit at a small street-side space, but not be bothered by smoke and crowds. The food was good and service was good. We will definitely go back when health conditions are more favorable.

We knew this pub earlier as Stubenhocker Bistrot, just a few meters away at the corner of Blumenstr. and Jahnstrasse. We had enjoyed their drinks, tapas, interior decoration and the whole ambiance. Now the times are different due to COVID-19 and we only went there on a Monday during noon time just to have a snack. So, we did not get a chance to go inside and check the ambiance of the new place. We sat at one of two tables outdoors at the entrance close to the road. We were glad we did not have to deal with smokers around us because the place was pretty calm at the time. We ordered a flammkuchen with tuna and leeks and nonalcoholic drinks. The food was good and service was fast. We need to check the place out again in the evening have a drink or two when there is live music.
