Wir hatten ein Apero für ein Familienfest gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Dass Essen war super und der Service hervorragend. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

When the weather was nice, we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view and had a delicious meal. The Wiener Schnitzel is baked to perfection and the portion is huge. For dessert I had Kaiserschmarren, incredibly tasty and almost too big after the schnitzel! The service was nice and very friendly! You have to try out the Tyrolean Stuben, it's worth a few km drive!

If I know that we are going to eat in the Tyrolean Stub'n that day, I avoid breakfast and lunch so that I have enough "room" in my stomach to eat all the excellent dishes (favorite: spinach noodles and Kaiserschmarrn!!). to accommodate, because the portions are not only very tasty, but also generous. The ambience is wonderful, with a beautiful view over the valley. In winter the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The service staff are very friendly and strive to fulfill all wishes. Chef Gerald likes to take the time to chat and clearly conveys the passion he puts into running the restaurant. Absolute recommendation!

The Tiroler Stub'n is the treasure trove between Neuenrade and Altena-Dahle. The trip to the Kohlberg is always worth it because the food is fantastic. Both the meat dishes and the vegetarian dishes (hot tip: cheese noodles!) are perfectly seasoned and prepared. The portions are also huge. If you can make it after the hearty main meal, you should try the Kaiserschmarrn. Only young people and students work in the service, everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. You can tell that they enjoy their work. And then...the boss! Gerald Strutzmann, not only a fabulous chef, but also a real original who likes to be seen in the dining room. If you are looking for a short trip into the culinary world of Tyrol or just want to eat very well, you should stop by here. We will definitely come back again and again.

Enjoyed a delicious meal in a comfortably furnished restaurant. We came with 15 people and were all served at the same time, great. Here you can also sit on the beautiful terrace and enjoy the great view. We would love to come back 👏👏👏👍

We stopped at the Tiroler Stube with several friends on a motorcycle tour. You feel as if you were going to a restaurant in Austria and the service staff, dressed in dirndls and lederhosen according to Austrian tradition, were very friendly and quick to serve. We will definitely take the long journey, approx. 140 km, more often to be a guest there. The food tasted excellent and was very plentiful.

We visited the Tyrolean Stubn with a small motorcycle group. We had ordered our dishes in advance. The young service staff, traditionally dressed in dirndls and lederhosen, welcomed us warmly. The food was served to us after a short time. I had a chef salad with chicken strips. Plentiful and tasty. The other dishes were also well received by others. We felt comfortable there. My husband and I won't be there for the last time. A day trip there is always worthwhile. I'm already looking forward to the next stop there.

It was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and I'll come back again. My aunt mastered the steps up well for 90 years, but we were also suggested to walk around the outside because there are no steps.

The atmosphere and the food were delicious. The waitress in dirndl and the gentleman in lederhosen. Our dog was welcome and was given water immediately.

Great location, super good food, everything is just great! I can't understand the negative comments (for example about the prices). Dear people, everything has become more expensive, we notice it even when we shop, how is the catering industry supposed to keep the same prices as 3 years ago? Right, that doesn't work. I think you get very good portions on your plate for the money! Definitely a clear recommendation!

The Tiroler Stubn lives up to its name. The Wiener Schnitzel was buttery tender, you don't need a sharp knife to cut it! And if you forgot the teeth at home, that's not a problem... you can crush them with your tongue. An absolute culinary delight! The Leberkas is also a real dream. Tastes like it was previously smoked. Simply great. The food clearly gets 5 stars. Definitely a future destination with the motorcycle.

I was there for the first time today, there were 4 of us in total and a baby. The high chair was a plus point. Drinks were picked up quickly, food ordering was quick too, it was relatively full. After a bit of a wait of around 20-25 minutes, our food arrived. The waiting time was usually normal. I had the Leberkäse with a fried egg + 1 strip of bacon and fried potatoes. The meat loaf was delicious, you can't fault it but it was so thickly sliced ​​but delicious. The fried potatoes were not how should you say YES fried potatoes are made from boiled potatoes either left over from lunch or from the day before but they tasted like they were from Monday, I then had them add salt and pepper in the assumption that it would get better but unfortunately it wasn't like that. The waitress (two girls) were quick but always went back empty-handed. The young man always had a hand in his trouser pocket and he also left empty-handed. After repeated requests our table was cleared away because otherwise the dessert wouldn't have fit on it. I don't know if I was taught differently, but it always said never go back empty-handed and I didn't even learn the job. I don't know yet whether I'll give the whole thing another song. We were there yesterday with 6 people. And only ONE managed to eat this huge portion. I don't want to know how much ends up in the trash because not everyone takes the rest home with them. It would be nicer if there were "normal" portions too would be offered.

We were totally disappointed. The sauce of the Championschnitzel was a roux with no taste, you could count mushrooms. But the hardship was the side salad for 7.50. The salad was just a mush, totally over-acidic... a real disgrace. Despite free window seats, we would be seated in a hidden corner. After we got the food, we didn't see any service. After I got up and said we wanted to pay, no one came again. Then you go to the counter to pay... We won't come back again

I was in the Tiroler Stuben with my girlfriend on Whit Monday around 6 p.m. You have to accept the steep path to the entrance, definitely not for people who need accessibility. The staff is/was friendly but was understaffed. We also had a service person who was in training. After drinks and food were served, the lady was no longer seen. There was no demand. We had to go to the counter to pay. Since taste for food is always individual, I don't want to go into it here. However, the quality of the food is in no way fair to the high prices. If mushrooms are cut into small pieces in a cream sauce whose consistency was poor, it is usually 2nd or 3rd choice. Two of the mountain cheese rosti I ordered at a high surcharge burst and the cheese ran out. My friend's mixed salad (€7.50?) was from the morning and definitely not freshly prepared. I would also like to add that we both previously worked in the food industry and are therefore knowledgeable about quality, service and prices.

For our 57th wedding anniversary, we and our family ordered a table by the window for eight people about 6 weeks ago. Got one for 6 people in a corner. We also had to wait a good hour for the food. Customers who arrived later received their food much earlier. The service was unprofessional, once the whole food slipped off the plate and when I was covering it, a lot of the dishes fell on the ground. The only thing that was very good was the food. Given the conditions, the restaurant is not recommended.

The food was of the finest quality and everyone enjoyed it. Wanted to spend some quality time with the in-laws on their wedding day. Unfortunately the reserved table by the window for 8 people was not available, so we couldn't enjoy the amazing view. and stayed in a niche that was only set up for 6 people. There were several small accidents with flying plates when serving the food. A total of 3 times, which made you wince each time. The long waiting time of 1 hour and 15 minutes for food should also be mentioned. I won't be coming back for a while.

A great restaurant with great service and an excellent menu. The atmosphere and the service staff really convey a piece of Austria. The stairs are a small obstacle for older people, but thanks to the boss and the great staff, going through the back entrance doesn't pose a problem. Delicious food, portions could be a little smaller since you don't want to throw anything away. (You can also have it packed, but rather inconvenient if you are passing through) The background music is not really my thing, but it fits the ambience.

On our visit the food was 50/50. Knuckle, schnitzel, salad and also the fried potatoes were very tasty. The roll and also the onion braised roast (it wasn't a real roast either, more like two unbreaded schnitzels) were very over-seasoned, which was missing from the soup. It is debatable whether dried chives are still in keeping with the times. The service was friendly, but with more presence we could have made more sales. The information regarding the food was also not addressed.

After you climbed the steep stairs to the restaurant you were greeted warmly and given a table. The atmosphere was nice and the employees' outfits tried to convey Austria to us. Food and drinks were good and came quickly. Of course, you can think about the pricing, but that can always be a matter of disagreement. The view from up here was of course great.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen und toller Lage zum Abendessen besucht. Hatten ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet. Preis/Leistung ist mir einfach nicht stimmig genug und erwarte bei einem Schnitzel für über 20 Euro wenigstens einen kleinen Beilagensalat. Sehr lecker waren die Bergkäseröstis in Kugelform auf dem Spiess. Für 3,50 Euro extra 😅 Würde jetzt nicht nochmal zum Essen gehen die Anfahrt in Kauf nehmen.

Nice tyrole restaurant in Sauerland. The service was very friendly and the food was great. The amount of food in every dish were more than enough. The food was delivered fast and the whole table at the same time. There was parking place that belongs to the restaurant just in front of it. They also have some kids friendly food. The atmosphere was great, the tables are big and well decorated. Really nice restaurant to enjoy some typical Tyrol food.

Tolles Restaurant, freundliche Bedienung toller Service dieses Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, toller Ausblick über das Sauerland.

Unsere Erfahrung und Wahrnehmung: Wir waren gestern Abend mit 7 Personen zum Essen hier. Allen hat das reichhaltige Essen sehr gut geschmeckt egal ob Hamburger, Chefsalat, Kalbschnitzel oder Champignon Rahmschnitzel. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Die Preise waren für die heutige Zeit absolut in Ordnung (leider ist alles viel teurer geworden) und auch den in einer anderen Bewertung aufgerufenen Preis von 27 Euro für ein Champignon Rahmschnitzel können wir nicht nachvollziehen, wir zahlten einen Preis von 22 Euro. Einziges kleines Manko die lange Treppe vor den Eingang. Für gehbehinderte Personen etwas schwierig aber auch hier wurde uns eine Lösung angeboten und für das nächste Mal wissen wir nun Bescheid.

Wir waren früher häufiger in den Tiroler Stub‘n essen. Das Essen war stets gut, der Service ließ allerdings grundsätzlich zu wünschen übrig. Wir werden dort keine Gäste mehr sein. Das Auftreten des Inhabers ist eine Unverschämtheit zahlenden Gästen gegenüber. Eine Preiserhöhung beim Championschnitzel von 50% (nicht in der Karte ausgezeichnet) ist schon frech!! Das grenzt an Gesetzwidrigkeit, da die neuen Preise nicht konkret ausgezeichnet sind! Geltende Preise müssen ausgewiesen sein. Die politische Gesinnung des Inhabers interessiert keinen Gast. Geht es hier wirklich noch um Gastronomie und gutem Essen? Auch Ihre ehemaligen Gäste hatten unter der Corona-Krise, Kriege und Inflation zu leiden, lieber Inhaber!! Die Mehrwertsteuersenkung durch die Regierung haben Sie ja auch nicht an Ihre Gäste weiter geben. Jetzt sind wir gespannt, auf Ihre freundliche und unprofessionelle Antwort.

Ich finde es klasse, das es ein solches Restaurant am Kohlberg gibt. Weit und breit bekommt man ansonsten keine östereichische Küche. Etwas schade, das sich so einige Gäste über die gestiegenen Preise beschweren denn egal in welches Restaurant man geht es wurde überall erhöht. Die Portionen sind bombastisch und die Preise sind demnach absolut gerechtfertigt für das was auf dem Teller serviert wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gerne wollten wir gestern dort zu Mittag essen. Schnell war ein 2er-Tisch in dem nicht vollbesetzten Restaurant gefunden. Nachdem wir die Getränke erhalten hatten und unsere Essensbestellung aufgegeben war, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass unser Tisch reserviert sei. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir kein Reservierungsschild gesehen haben und wir uns gerne umsetzen, wurde erwidert, dass nur das Restaurant wissen müsse, welcher Tisch hier reserviert sei und wir wurden zum Gehen aufgefordert. Keine Entschuldigung für das Missverständnis oder ein Bemühen um einen neuen Tisch! Wir haben uns sehr unwohl und nicht willkommen geheißen gefühlt. Sehr schade-wir kommen gewiss nicht wieder!!!

Waren an einem Samstag zur Mittagszeit da. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Sauerland. Der Service mit dem jungen Team war etwas chaotisch und wirkte teils etwas überfordert. Kann man aber drüber wegschauen, vielleicht waren es ja teils auch neue Mitarbeiter! Essen war von uns 4. aufjedenfall mehr als ordentlich, Portionsgrößen waren den Preisen angemessen. Haxe, Burger und Schnitzel alles top. Preis war für die Lage und die Qualität passend. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sehr gemütliches und nettes Restaurant guter Service und Leckeres Essen immer wieder gerne kann ich nur empfehlen.

Mit 24€ für einen Burger der zwei mikrige Paddies enthält und mit 16,50€ in der Karte steht, muss man sich die Frage mit den Latten am Zaun schon gefallen lassen. Das Personal ist schlecht ausgebildet und alles andere als "auf zack". Der Wirt wird ausfallend und beleidigend, wenn man ihn auf Fehler hinweist. Schade, die Location ist eigentlich mega. Mal sehen was der nächste Inhaber draus macht.

Achtung Abzocke! Die Preise für die Gerichte sind teilweise um die Hälfte höher als in der Karte online. Beispiel: Champignon-Rahmschnitzel 27,50 € statt 18,50! Darauf angesprochen, ist der Chef ausfallend geworden. Ich kann nur davon abraten, solche Praktiken zu unterstützen.

Das Essen war sehr gut. In der Speisekarte war beschrieben das die Preise angehoben wurden und noch keine aktuelle Karte vorliegt. Ich bestellte ein Champignon Rahmschnitzel laut alter Karte zum Preis von 18,50 Euro. Gezahlt habe ich für das Schnitzel nach neuer Preisgestaltung jetzt 27,50 Euro. Respekt. Nur weiter so. Ich habe den Wirt auf die Preiserhöhung von 9 Euro angesprochen. Er gab mir zu verstehen das die Champignons so teuer geworden wären und das wir alle die falsche Partei gewählt hätten. Ich glaube ich habe nur das falsche Lokal gewählt. Einfach nur Abzocke!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Da es unterschiedliche Meinungen gab, mussten wir uns selbst ein Bild machen. Das bestehende Ambiente wurde nicht verändert. Der Service, nur ganz junge Leute war sehr freundlich. Die Speisekarte, gut sortiert. Das Essen war ( mein Gericht hieß "Hüttenrolle") sehr gut. Lob an die Küche. Mein Freund hatte etwas mit Rindfleisch und Zwiebeln. Die Zwiebeln waren mehr als grenzwertig, einfach zu dunkel und schon leicht überschmort. Da gibt es bestimmt Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Meine Frau hatte Spinatmaultaschen, daß Gericht habe ich auch bei ihr probiert. Da war nichts zu bemängeln. Auch wieder sehr lecker. Alles in allem, wir waren sehr zufrieden und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Macht euch selbst ein Bild.

Die selbstgemachten Schnitzel waren ein kulinarischer Genuss – perfekt zubereitet und von herausragender Qualität. Der besondere Touch dabei war, dass man während des Aufenthalts das charakteristische Klappern hörte, wenn der Koch die Schnitzel klopfte, was dem Ganzen eine authentische Note verlieh. Die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant war atemberaubend und trug zu einer entspannten Atmosphäre bei. Das Panorama verschönerte das kulinarische Erlebnis und schuf eine einladende Umgebung. Besonders erwähnenswert war die gemütliche Atmosphäre mit einem Kamin, der eine warme und einladende Stimmung schuf. Das Ambiente trug definitiv dazu bei, dass der Aufenthalt im Tiroler Stub'n nicht nur zu einem kulinarischen, sondern auch zu einem geselligen Erlebnis wurde. Nicht zuletzt überzeugte das Restaurant mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Qualität der Speisen und das Ambiente waren den Preis mehr als wert. Alles in allem war mein Besuch im Tiroler Stub'n in Neuenrade ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus exquisitem Essen, einer malerischen Aussicht, dem authentischen Klang des Kochens und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre mit Kamin machte den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Ereignis. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Heute waren wir zum ersten Mal hier mit 10 Personen. Der erste Schock nach der freundlichen Begrüßung, unsere Reservierung stand für Sonntag in der Liste. Schnell wurde aber eine Lösung gefunden, und nach etwas Wartezeit bekamen wir einen Tisch. Als kleine Entschuldigung sollte es einen Schnaps auf Kosten des Hauses geben, den wir leider auch auf Nachfrage nicht bekamen und ignoriert wurde. Preis- Leistung war ok. Das essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Leider saßen wir die letzte Stunde ziemlich auf dem Trockenen.. Gerne hätten wir auch noch eine Nachspeise bestellt, doch leider wurde auch da keine Bestellung mehr aufgenommen.

Sehr gemütlich und lecker, sehr große Portion, freundliche Bedienung, sehr schöne Ausblick

Wir waren mit fast 20 Personen dort, und es lief alles super. Das Essen war klasse. Besonders toll war der Service.

Original Österreichische Küche. Riesen Portion aber saulecker. Urgemütlich.

Gut gegessen -schlecht und lange (13:15 - 15:45) gesessen. Wir würden mit 9 Personen an einen 8er-Tisch platziert. Nach uns kamen 7 Personen, die an zusammengestellte Tische für 10 Personen gesetzt worden sind. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis mal die Speise-Karte gebracht worden ist. Das Essen für uns kam nicht zeitgleich sondern mit großem zeitlichen Abstand
