Thüringer WurstSpezi in Dresden

It used to be good, but it's declined significantly. Now it's impossible. Smaller portions for the same price, unfriendly staff, no card payments accepted, full ashtrays on the guest tables, staff smoking in their work clothes outside the store (and then preparing the food in their smoke-covered clothes – simply disgusting).

There are no sausages on Wednesday morning, and there aren't any on Friday either. The main thing is that the grill in front of the store is set up for market day. I wonder what they're supposed to sell there...??? That really can't be right. And the elderly gentleman... presumably the owner of the store, doesn't feel like selling anything, it seems. That's the last time I've seen the store. That can't be right. I can't be reached by phone either, just an answering machine.

Suppliers take note!!!! Unfortunately, we also delivered our goods to Thüringer WurstSpezi and have been waiting for payment of our invoice ever since. There has been no response even after repeated payment requests.

Suppliers beware, caution is advised here. I recommend only paying in advance. We've been waiting for our invoice to be paid for four weeks. The goods were delivered personally and no complaints have been received so far. The boss pretended to be an employee during the conversation. A friendly reminder by phone only resulted in my phone number being blocked for calls. Unfortunately, a despicable, primitive game of debtor-hide-and-seek. As a business owner, you are automatically in default from the due date without a reminder. This means that from now on, reminder fees will unfortunately be added, and soon the bailiff will probably be checking your cash register at lunchtime. It's sad how trust can be abused like this.

Initially, I was satisfied with the restaurant; the price-performance ratio was good. Unfortunately, it then deteriorated. When I ordered schnitzel with a side dish to go twice, the portions differed significantly in size and quantity. One portion was a "mini-schnitzel," which was also incredibly tough. The other portion was a normal size. Someone was definitely out of luck. The pasta salad was unfortunately quite salty. In addition, I've seen employees smoking outside the restaurant several times. As a non-smoker, I find this quite unappealing, especially when they're wearing work clothes and presumably the same apron when handling food in the kitchen.

A varied lunch menu at a fair price. A good selection of sausages and meats. Friendly staff.

Lunch for a budget. The taste is 5 stars, but unfortunately, the inexpensive food has sold out several times shortly after 12 p.m.

Varied lunch snack at fair prices. The offer can certainly be described as home-style. Platter service as well as meat and sausage products are also available. The offer changes from time to time. Staff is very nice.
