The salad bowl Chicken Mi that I ordered was served with a small container of salad dressing, too little dressing and almost no taste, the noodles served cold were simply too dry without dressing. You should think of something to do with it. Sushi was very tasty. We had to order sweet potatoes across the street, as well as drinks, not entirely understandable why they would do such a thing. If I come by again I will communicate my criticism, you should give them the chance to do something better. The small portion of sweet potatoes 6.50 euros with a dip is also expensive.

We very much regret that the Sushi Twins truck never came back to Merchweiler. The food was always delicious, we were never disappointed. So last week we went to the Neunkirchen location for the first time. The food there was also excellent. My favorites are: Crunchy Bacon Sushi and Avocado Sashimi!

Good food and nicely decorated. The road is a bit annoying. Otherwise great.

Pleasant atmosphere despite being located directly on a busy street

I tried a takeaway salmon bowl and would like to share my experience. First of all, the location was really beautiful! The decoration was modern and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the food came quickly. The bowl itself was okay, perfect for a quick lunch break. The salmon was fresh and delicious, and the teriyaki sauce was a real hit! I thought it was great that you could easily swap individual components. However, the bowl was a bit German overall - I was missing the typical side dishes such as wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. I will definitely order this next time. A small suggestion for improvement: The sauces could be added directly to the bowl instead of being packaged separately - for the sake of the environment.

Unfortunately very poor delivery service...delivery times of just under 2 hours are not possible at all. Urgently needs to be revised and reconsidered...

Food ordered via website for pickup. Went there about 20 minutes later and was told my order never arrived. Well, because it's happened for the second time, I'm extremely angry. I was told that our food would be prepared straight away and that I should wait a moment. After 30 minutes of waiting, my food is still ready. The last few times I've always been happy, but today it didn't work at all.

The best sushi in the area. The ambience is alternative, but I like it a lot. Super nice staff. Price performance is definitely great.

Unfortunately for me the hype surrounding this store is incomprehensible. Both the sushi and the bowls didn't convince me. The quality of the sushi was not exceptional. Little fish, covered by a lot of sauce. The bowl was not a highlight in terms of taste and sank into the bottom in oil.

Unfortunately not recommended. There are 2 stars for the perfectly tasty bowls and the beautiful decoration in the dome. We each had a bowl (Chicken Mi-bowl, orient bowl). Unfortunately the food wasn't seasoned, the pasta was ice cold and they simply served vegetables with cold couscous and rice. The amount of food was more than enough, which is to be expected for €10 per bowl. Afterwards we still wanted to try the crême brulée pancakes, but they tasted like they had been fried three days ago and then put in the fridge. These were absolutely dry and were more reminiscent of a cake. There were 3 slices of pear next to it as “fruit of the season” (price €8.90!!). However, the sauce tasted good. Very disappointing especially for the prices. There is heating in the dome, but we still couldn't eat without a jacket. The only toilets available are a small house, which is more reminiscent of a Dixi. In addition, the cutlery is left open on the counter all day, which isn't exactly appetizing. All in all, a more than disappointing experience and a “restaurant” that we cannot recommend.

We ordered food home. The man on the phone often seemed distracted. Our food came at the promised time, the driver was also very friendly. However, the food delivered was better. Some of it tasted like it hadn't been freshly prepared but had been thawed, and the beef was "fried to death". It's a shame, I won't be ordering anymore, maybe I'll stop by to eat it on site and hope that it will be better there.

Unfortunately my visit to "Sushi Twins" was a big disappointment. The food left a lot to be desired. The sushi rolls were of poor quality and tasted bland. The portion sizes were also far too small. As far as service is concerned, the waitress was extremely unfriendly. There was no hospitality or willingness to help. A smile was not expected from the staff. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the restaurant was catastrophic. The noise level was unbearable and you felt constantly disturbed. It was difficult to have a pleasant conversation. All in all, I can't recommend "Sushi Twins". There are definitely better sushi restaurants in the area with friendlier service and a pleasant atmosphere. A big disappointment!

I really don't know what is meant by friendliness, but you can't be rejected several times on the phone. With the justification that there was too much going on 😂 Unfortunately, if you receive a voucher for your birthday, you cannot redeem it because there is supposedly too much going on. Recently ate in the suburb, with your prices you can certainly afford a cleaning lady, right?

Sushi not authentic but quite ok to good. A little bit of fish at times. 3/6 sushi variants ordered without avocado but all delivered without avocado. Only 2 pea-sized wasabi portions included.

Two stars for the very nice atmosphere! No star for the sushi. It tastes like hot dogs. I can definitely get this cheaper at Ikea. Roasted onions, mayo and chives dominate the taste.

Sushi is very tasty and the staff is friendly. The ambience is also very nice. There are deductions for the hygiene of the chairs and tables. I've been there twice now and the tables are almost all stuck together and there's food leftovers on them. The chairs look nice but the seats are all dirty. I don't find fur chairs very hygienic now that so many people sit and eat on them. If the hygiene gets better, I'll come back.

2 Sterne gibt es für die Freundlichkeit und weil es immer schön geschmückt ist. Allerdings schmeckt das Essen überhaupt nicht und es ist sehr sehr teuer! Außerdem sind die Tische und die Stühle sehr dreckig. Wir sind das letzte mal zum 2. mal hin, und es hat sich nichts geändert. Schade!

Bestellen regelmäßig bei Sushi Twins & waren auch schon des Öfteren vor Ort. Das Ambiente ist super schön gemacht, gemütlich und herzlich. Egal ob Sommer oder Winter, viele liebe im Detail :-) Das Essen war bis jetzt immer top & auch Mitarbeiter geben ihr bestes! Preis Leistung super!

Wir haben heute für die Mittagspause vorbestellt und abgeholt. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt, das Essen pünktlich fertig. Das Sushi war gleichermaßen optisch ansprechend und wohlschmeckend. Für die Teriyaki-Bowl trifft das ebenso zu. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Super gutes Sushi. Einfach mal probieren und sich begeistern lassen. Ich habe meine Essen bisher immer mitgenommen. Beim nächsten Mal steht ein Essen vor Ort an.

Qualität des Sushis nicht der Rede wert, Preis völlig überteuert für die Ware die ausgegeben wird. Stühle völlig unbequem und Tische nicht gereinigt. Es wurde mit Handschuhen kassiert und mit den gleichen Essen zubereitet. Gemacht leider nicht meins!

+Essen war schnell fertig und auch bis zuhause heiß +Qualität der Ware sind gut --Geschmacklich hatte das überhaupt nichts mit Asiatischer Küche zutun. Ich hatte UdonNudeln mit Hähnchen, es schmeckte wie wenn Grillgewürze verwendet wurden. War geschmacklich okay aber das erwartet man geschmacklich im Steakhouse, sehr schade

Sehr leckeres Sushi in vielen Variationen, geschmacklich perfekt. Auch Paul und Paula nebenan sind zu empfehlen, Hammer Burger und Pommes

Das Essen schmeckt richtig gut, manches finde ich aber zu teuer, wie die Avocadopommes. Außerdem finde ich es umständlich, dass man an der Sushistation keine Getränke bestellen kann und auch dass man an beiden Fenstern getrennt bestellen muss. Das hat zur Folge, dass man auch nicht unbedingt gleichzeitig sein Essen bekommt. Es gibt, soweit ich weiß, immer noch nicht die Möglichkeit mit der Karte zu zahlen. Die Lösung mit dem Pieper, wenn das Essen fertig ist, ist super. Und wie alles eingerichtet ist, begeistert mich immer wieder.

Essen super lecker! Allerdings beim Abholen Fehlerquote von 100%. Wir hatten bei 5 Bestellungen 5x falsche oder fehlende Sachen. Beschwerde per Mail wurde auch nie beantwortet. Schade.

Ich habe hier schon oft Essen mitgenommen und war früher sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität. Aber seit einigen Monaten hat die Qualität erheblich nachgelassen, sowohl im Service als auch geschmacklich. Das letzte Mal, vor zwei Wochen, habe ich Zuhause festgestellt, dass der Reis verdorben war (sauer). Da der Fisch noch in Ordnung gewesen ist, lag es wohl nicht am Transport. Ich habe mich sehr geärgert und war enttäuscht, da ich dafür 20 Minuten fahren muss und es sich nicht gelohnt hat die Sachen zu reklamieren. Hier bestelle ich definitiv nichts mehr.

Der schönste Ort in Neunkirchen um mega Essen in tollem Ambiente zu Essen - sehr freundlicher Service. Einzigartig dort, komme immer wieder sehr gerne 🤩

Ich war in Neunkirchen bisher immer zufrieden. Ich habe nun aber bereits zum zweiten mal in Merchweiler bestellt. Bei beiden Bestellungen wurde mindestens ein Gericht nicht wie bestellt zubereitet. Heute hab ich sogar mehrmals betont, kein Curry, sondern teriyaki und was habe ich bekommen?! Curry......das Curry trifft leider nicht meinen Geschmack. Ich habe das Ganze telefonisch reklamiert und es gab kein entgegenkommen. Leider das letzte mal Sushi Twins für mich.

Was das Essen vor Ort angeht, überhaupt keine Klagen und nur zu empfehlen. Die Atmosphäre und Dekoration sowie das Essen sind wirklich sehr gut. Der Lieferservice ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, haben über zwei Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl eine andere Zeit angegeben wurde. Dann wurde auch noch die Hälfte vergessen…

Das Sushi war top und richtig lecker. Leider gibt es bei größeren Gruppen bzw. große Bestellung leichte Probleme und es fehlt auch mal was. Die Bestellung füllt man auf einem Blatt Papier aus und gibt diesen ab, sobald die Sachen zubereitet sind, kann man diese an der Theke abholen (keine Bedienung). War gut, aber für den Preis gibt es bessere Sushirestaurants.

Hatte Sushi dort gegessen. Es war frisch und die Portionsgröße war ok. Geschmacklich war ich aber nicht ganz zufrieden. Anbei ein paar Kritikpunkte, die man besser machen könnte: Der Reis des Sushis war total bröselig. Entweder es ist die falsche Reissorte und/oder er wird falsch zubereitet. Aber die Sushis zerfallen teilweise und der Reis schmeckt eher körnig, was ich beim Sushi nicht mag. Über mein Sushi wurden Röstzwiebeln gestreut, was ich überhaupt nicht in Kombination mit Sushi mag. Zudem war das Sushi bereits mit einer süßlichen Soße übergossen, was mir auch unpassend erschien. Es war sehr wenig Lachs in den Inside Out Rollen. Da hätte ich bei den Preisen mehr erwartet. Bedienung könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Super leckeres Sushi!! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Und die Burger nebenan sind auch sehr lecker.

P&P Nk bzw. Sushi Twins NK. Location ist wirklich mal was anderes .Sehr schön dekoriert, neu & modern . Wenn man sich nicht entscheiden kann , kann auch Sushi & Burger gegessen werden (optimal mit mehreren Leuten , wenn die Geschmäcker unterschiedlich sind ) Gut zu erreichen , da es sich an der Hauptstraße befindet, keine Treppen , also barrierefrei. Ich hatte einen Burger & Pommes . War in Ordnung, aber jetzt kein geschmackliches Highlight . Die anderen Mädels hatten Sushi . Die ein oder andere Sushi Kreation war wohl etwas merkwürdig. Bar & kartenzahlung möglich. Abzüge gibt es leider durch folgende Punkte : Fehlende Parkplätze Die Stühle waren sehr schön , keine Frage , aber sehr unbequem (gerade für mich als Schwangere im 7.Monat ) Sehr frühe Schließung (glaube 21 Uhr war „Schluss“) Unstimmigkeiten beim Personal, aufgrund Kommunikationsprobleme (leider so das dies die Kundschaft mitbekommt)

Optisch toll Location. Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr unbequem. Alles im Self Service. Hier wurden auch keine Tische abgewischt. Sushi rechts bestellen und zahlen, Burger und Getränke links bestellen und bezahlen, Essen und Getränke selbst abholen (Hinweis über Pieper)…😳🤔 - überall war es permanent am piepen, wenn Speisen zur Abholung bereit waren. Meine Speisen wurden direkt kalt ausgegeben, qualitativ hat es einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Und dafür ist es auch nicht günstig, sondern hat relativ hohe Preise. Für mich geht das Konzept so nicht zusammen. Ok ist: bestellen und abholen.

Anfangen möchte ich meine Bewertung mit dem Ambiente: Es war super. Die Deko vor Ort ist ansprechend und schön, viele Lichter und die Sitzgelegenheiten in den kleinen durchsichtigen Hütten sehr schick aufgemacht. Wir hatten zum Mitnehmen bestellt, daher kann ich das Ambiente nur sehend bewerten. Das Essen was wir bestellt hatten, war lecker und ansprechend zubereitet. Wir hatten für 4 Personen bestellt und hätten (dazu später mehr) knapp 60€ bezahlt. Wir wurden von einem jungen Mann mit Kopfhörern im Ohr bedient, der wohl noch nicht lange dort arbeitet. Bestellt hatten wir über einen Bestellzettel, an dem wir angeben mussten, was wir in welcher Menge bestellen wollten. Es wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir etwa 20 Minuten warten müssen - das wäre eine super Wartezeit gewesen. Man hat uns dann einen Pieper mitgegeben und wir haben gewartet, bis er piept und das Signal gibt, dass unser Essen fertig ist. Nach etwa 50 Minuten ohne weiteres Feedback bin ich dann Fragen gegangen, ob alles OK ist und habe gesagt, dass wir schon etwa eine Stunde warten, woraufhin die andere Mitarbeiterin Schockiert war und gefragt hatte wer uns bedient hat. Wir hatten das ganze dann aufgedeckt und es wurde sich entschuldigt, es wurde vergessen einzutragen dass wir mit einem Pieper warten - blöderweise gab es einen Teil unserer Bestellung (eine Bowl mit Couscous), der auf der Karte stand, noch nicht und stattdessen hatten wir eine andere Bowl bekommen, die man uns dann aber wegen der Wartezeit und dem Fehler geschenkt hatte. Für alle, denen die Rezension zu lange ist hier also ein kurzes Feedback: Das Essen war super, zwar etwas teuer aber das ist bei Sushi so üblich. Geschmeckt hat es perfekt und wir wurden satt. Die lange Wartezeit und der Fehler der ersten Bedienung sind schade und ziehen die Gesamtbewertung unnötigerweise etwas runter - das ist etwas, was neue Kunden womöglich davon abhält, wiederzukommen. Wir verzeihen das ganze natürlich und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles vegetarisches / veganes Sushi! Wir sind begeistert! Dieses Sushi und Poke Bowl mit Tofu ist wirklich jeden Cent wert. Kreativ und sehr geschmackvoll, qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Wir waren vor Ort in Merchweiler, haben bestellt und mit einem Pieper auf unser Essen gewartet, funktionierte reibungslos! Ich war mit ein paar Freundinnen hier essen. Ich finde die Zelte in denen man sitzt sind eine ganz nette Idee, aber im Großen und Ganzen sind sie doch eher ungemütlich. Zum Bestellvorgang: Ich bin der Meinung, dass Konzept sollte hier nochmal überdacht werden. Ich habe mir einen Burger bestellt. Am Ausgabefenster habe ich einen riesen Zettel bekommen, auf dem ich dann ein Kreuz gemacht habe, ich wollte außerdem einen veganen Burger. Auf dem Zettel war allerdings kein Platz um das zu vermerken. Also alles in allem finde ich, dass man sich hier nochmal ein paar Gedanken über den Bestellprozess machen sollte. Das Essen hat mich leider auch nicht wirklich überzeugt. Ich habe mir einen vegetarischen Burger bestellt, den ich mir dann 'veganisiert' habe. Ich finde es nicht so toll, dass ich als Veganer ein veganes Burgerbrötchen für 1,10€ Aufpreis bestellen und dann auch noch die Soße abbestellen muss. Also ich finde die Idee wirklich gut, aber man sollte eventuell noch mal ein bisschen was überarbeiten. (Und man könnte doch bitte eine vegane Soße anbieten, wenn ich als Veganer schon extra bezahlen muss).
