The lunch buffet for just under €14 is a fair price. The buffet was good and plentiful. And it tasted good, too.

We ate there last night. Almost all the food was cold, the meat was tough, and the waitresses weren't particularly friendly. To top it all off, everyone had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Definitely the last time.

I understand that the hours are not suitable... we arrived at 9pm due to a work break and went to dinner, 2 adults and a child 65 euros... and all for nothing. The food was left over and what was there was terrible and the dessert... my daughter loves the ice cream, she devours it, it was whole and melted immediately, it lost all its coldness. I'll give one star for not giving it a 0. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

There were five of us there: three children and two adults. We were seated and literally "thrown" five sets of cutlery wrapped in paper napkins onto the table. They immediately asked us for drinks. We politely indicated that we would like to sit down and discuss what we wanted to drink. Our drink choices were as follows: we wanted to start with one Kiba, one Fanta, and a large bottle of still water with three glasses. The waitress then immediately informed us that this restaurant only serves two glasses with a large bottle of water. We then asked if she could add three glasses, as we would definitely order more drinks later. This was refused, and the manager was called. We told him the same thing, but he still refused to serve us a third glass with the water. In the end, he acted stupid, saying he didn't understand us. It was then clear to us that eating at this restaurant would not bring us any joy. Everything here is geared toward mass processing; it has nothing to do with enjoyment or hospitality. We left the restaurant and went somewhere else. I would 100% not recommend this restaurant.

The meat for frying was okay, but overall I was very dissatisfied with the meal. The chicken nuggets, the baked banana, the baked apples, and generally all the pastries were undercooked and seemed half-raw. This seriously spoiled the overall experience. When I asked the waiter about it, all I got was a "yes, yes" – it seemed like he didn't care and the main thing was that the money was right. I found that very unprofessional and disappointing. What a pity...

The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly or motivated. At least the plates were brought back regularly. The food was presented unappealingly. The fish wasn't in ice cubes, but in a broth. Unfortunately, there weren't many guests, which could be the reason. There was no selection, and what was there looked terrible. We eat at many buffets in our region, but none are as bad as this one. The sauces and cooking oil(?) were unfortunately completely oversalted in the freshly prepared dishes. Well, I had to get it off my chest as motivation to ensure that the locals get a good Asian grill here :) The potential to be really good is there, after all.

I was here today for the first time in a long time. I have to say, they've taken the criticism to heart. The food has improved in quality. They also restock faster. The sushi could still be improved, but the rest of the menu was very tasty.

We were there on a Sunday... buffet 21.90... ... the fish wasn't good, the mussels were old and not fresh, as were the baby squid and shark... so the fish overall wasn't tasty... we didn't eat it either... everything was run-of-the-mill... dessert was cheap wholesale produce... nothing special... it was our last time here... no experience... yes, the staff, especially the arrogant man... otherwise friendly, I don't know... we came in and were asked three times if we had a table... but when we complained, we just got a shrug... so thank you... then there was horse meat on the buffet... is that normal?

It's disgusting what they serve you, warmed up. There wasn't even rice at the buffet; it was empty, like almost everything else. What was there was made of cheap ingredients and inedible. Even the desserts were barely edible; the cheapest ice cream you can get was made of nothing but sugar and chemicals. The kids didn't even like the jelly. The prices were quite high; when we said we didn't like it, we got no response. They just grinned and held the bill up to me. Unfortunately, this was the worst meal we've ever had; two adults and two children are of the same opinion. Save yourself the money and the stomachache afterwards.

If you don't place a high value on comfort, it's recommended. We were there at lunchtime and found it very loud. After about an hour, the buffet wasn't properly refilled. Soft drinks are offered in two sizes, but you're not asked which size you want. They simply bring you a large soft drink. ...

Unfortunately, it doesn't even deserve a star. We were there for lunch today, and I've never had such a bad meal in my life. Even my children didn't like it. They even left dessert, and they normally love jelly or ice cream. The attitude was totally annoying, and you got the feeling they wanted to get rid of the customers as quickly as possible. And then we paid almost €50. One adult, two children (3 and 9 years old). Annoying and definitely not recommended.

7:00 PM arrival, barely any choice at the evening buffet (most of it was empty), and the quality of the ingredients was terrible (except for the frozen items). I usually don't leave anything on my plate. The waitress seemed grumpy (but that can happen to anyone). It's a shame that the quality of restaurants like this in our region is declining so quickly.

We were very satisfied and had a lovely evening at the restaurant. The buffet isn't exactly cheap, but it's very appealing and offers a good and extensive selection. Those looking for something more affordable should come for lunch; the lunch menu offers reasonable prices. The service was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance was also very "beautiful Chinese"!

We ate at this restaurant with friends while on vacation. We received very friendly service, the ambiance was typical, even a bit elegant, and the buffet food was delicious. There was a wide selection. I particularly liked the quiet, as it wasn't very busy. Thanks to the team for the great service. We'd be happy to go again.

The atmosphere was super pleasant and spacious. The food was OK. The noodles were a bit cold, and the duck tasted rubbery, but otherwise everything was great 👍🏼 The restrooms were also super clean.

Good all you can eat restaurant, for the Dutch the Chinese in Germany have different tastes than in the Netherlands but still tasty.

Very good restaurant. You pay once - you eat as much as you want to the max. The atmosphere and friendly waiters complete the whole of this place. I encourage you to recommend.

We went to Grand Wok yesterday because we wanted to give it another try after our last visit. We should have saved ourselves the trouble. Most of the food at the buffet was extremely salty. The staff was friendly. But the restrooms stank like many public restrooms. The food didn't agree with me. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. We used to enjoy going there, but the quality has suffered drastically, and the price-performance ratio is no longer good.

Preferably 0 star for a special occasion with the family and the food is not refilled, everything is overcooked, the rice is wet, lumpy, nothing to do with fried rice, very salty food, items that have not been thawed properly, such as cream puffs, meat very hard, gristly, no lettuce, brown leaves, a nightmare to drink, there was also a lemon with a hair on it, so I pointed this out to the waiter and he was also unfriendly, but I can't recommend this restaurant, a real fever dream

The Grand Wok in Korbach offers a large selection of Asian dishes that generally taste very good. The variety at the buffet is impressive and you have the opportunity to try out many different dishes. A small downside, however, is that the **buffet** is sometimes **cold** and unfortunately the dishes are not always refilled in a timely manner, which can be particularly annoying if you are waiting for certain dishes. Unfortunately, the **prices** are a bit too high, especially considering that some of the food is not always fresh. The **parking lot** is also large enough, but parking costs **money**, which makes the visit even more expensive. However, the **staff** is consistently very **friendly** and ensures a pleasant atmosphere. There is also a good selection of **food and drink**, so there is something for every taste. **Bottom line**: The Grand Wok offers delicious food and a good selection, but the prices are a bit high and the wait times for the buffet could be improved. Nevertheless, the friendly staff and variety make the restaurant a worthwhile visit.

When I lived in Korbach, this restaurant was my absolute favorite place. The staff was always super friendly and the food was simply delicious. Sometimes I still think about it and miss it cozy restaurant.

Food was undercooked, products were raw, especially meat products! Pure mass production. From the next day onwards I had “gastrointestinal problems” for a total of 3 days!!! Plagued by stomach cramps from the night onwards! Food was also mostly cold. Selection only small.

The food was really not good. The Peking soup smelled, the fried things tasted like old oil, the chicken wasn't cooked through, the cucumbers at the salad bar were already shriveled, the salad was brown, the sauces were like water, the sushi was soggy and only vegetarian. Unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly.

We were four people. You could choose buffet or menu. Large groups can also be accommodated here. Also suitable for people with walking difficulties. Everything is on the ground floor, including the toilets.

Unfortunately, the selection is no longer as large as it was in the first few years. Sushi is mainly vegetarian which is a shame. The Mongolian buffet is still great with many different types of meat and sauces. Dessert is okay. I still enjoy going there even though it has become very expensive now. There is hardly any difference to the prices in Kassel!

The food was a complete disaster. There were three of us there, and two of us threw up (about an hour after eating). The rice was overcooked, everything was cold, and most of the dessert was still frozen. I almost broke my teeth. The staff was quite nice. Still, I don't recommend the place.

We were there on Saturday afternoon around 1 p.m. We received a very unfriendly welcome, along the lines of, "I don't feel like it, the food is cold, everything is empty because it's already busy." When we asked if there was still rice and duck, we weren't told there was still some left. Never, never, never again. I could have cooked the 35 for two people myself. It's a shame, it used to be good there.

We were there with 6 adults and 3 children. At the end everyone was very full. Some things could have been a little hotter!

A very nice atmosphere and large selection of dishes. My favorite was the fresh corner for grilling, where you could vary between fish, meat and various types of vegetables. Conclusion: I've eaten at The Grand Wok several times and every time it's been an experience. Good food, friendly and very accommodating service persona, the ambience speaks for itself. If you like Asian food, The Grand Wok is the place for you.

Very rich buffet, a lot of things are fried in a wok and brought to the table straight away.

The food was good, only the fried noodles were cold. The service is very friendly but a little hectic, which is probably not possible on a Saturday with a full restaurant. When I was asked whether I could pay a "children's buffet price" for stomach surgery, this wasn't a problem. So all in one I would recommend it.

We stopped at The Grand Wok because we wanted to eat something quick and tasty for lunch. Quickly, yes. Something else is delicious! We've tried a lot of Asian buffets because we just love it, but we've rarely had such poor quality food. There is always less choice at the lunch buffet than at the evening buffet. That's not the problem at all. But everything we tried just didn't taste delicious and was of poor quality or, like my husband... His fried chicken wasn't done yet. And with chicken this can be dangerous!!!

So the food was a straight 10 out of 10, everything was super tasty, seasoned super tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I found unfortunate was the drinks were diluted and didn't taste like anything and if you had something fried you got less than you actually put on it from the raw buffet. Otherwise all around it was very nice and also really tasty 🤍 little tip, just leave whatever you put on it😂👌

The food was ok but what I brought to the frying was over salted, but the staff... was extremely rude. I ordered small drinks and got large ones even for a child! When I said that I wanted little ones, she walked away and said that's the way it is now!! I just wanted to choose something and after 2 minutes the next condition was there and asked and?! I said it would take a while and was told very harshly that I had to drink!!! No matter whether I want to or not! People were constantly looking at what you were eating, every 2 minutes someone stood there and looked at what you were eating 😡 For us and another family who were also very horrified, it's definitely never again! It's better to go to B...w, although the selection isn't that big, the service is A+++

Hello. I've been eating there for many years. Always buffet. Except the price. Nothing has changed there. Food is ok, there is also sushi at the lunch buffet. With 1 drink you will be around 17 euros.

Friendly staff and a very, very well stocked buffet. So really highly recommended. The price at lunchtime is now 13.90 which is really cheap considering the selection. I look forward to eating with them again soon.

The ambience invites you to linger. The staff is friendly. But the food is subpar The rice was rather overcooked (In my opinion, in some cases individual grains of rice were no longer visible.) But the ice cream had a consistency like quark and was much too soft. The cooling wasn't set cold enough. The duck wasn't fried really crispy and the chicken tasted somehow like cinnamon.

Disappointing – quality has deteriorated significantly I've been to this restaurant six times now and unfortunately I have to say that the quality of the food has gotten worse each time. No matter what you order, it just lacks the authentic flavor and spice you expect from a good Chinese restaurant. Everything seems bland and carelessly prepared. It's a shame because I used to love being here. I would now no longer recommend it to anyone who is looking for real enjoyment. My last visit will definitely remain the last.

Yes, you can recommend it because there are special regional dishes here: like frog legs, horse meat, turkey, etc. The area around the restaurant is nothing special, rather bare. There are better ones out there. But it's worth a try.

There was a very rich, extremely tasty and very large selection of food on site. “All you can eat moderately” and after the first delicious plate I was full, happy, satisfied and was able to continue my journey strengthened and refreshed. Everything was perfect, I'd love to come back.

Then I went to get some cash [had informed her] I returned less than 2 minutes late, my table was cleared and my drink from before was gone! THIS DIRTY SHOP IS A FRAUD!

The food was warm and was always refilled quickly.* Everything is still clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. You have the feeling of being welcome and despite the fact that the restaurant was busy, there was no rush at the buffet. I've also eaten a la card here and it was good. But that was a long time ago and I don't know what it looks like today. I find the atmosphere very nice, I think it is suitable for families with children and it is also easy to book for groups. I hope the Grand Wok will soon be back to its former glory and more effort will be made.

Pretty quiet, ready buffet and fresh stuff that is then prepared. The selection of the fresh ones is clear, but makes a good impression. The selection of sauces is quite small, especially if some of the containers are empty. For all you can eat buffet at the price you can be satisfied. Sure, it's better for the price, but I would still go there more often if I were in the area more often. As for the staff, well, I've seen more friendliness.

We were greeted very warmly when we entered the restaurant and were seated near the buffet and the children's chairs so that we didn't have to carry the chair so far. The buffet was well filled on a Tuesday evening and everything seemed fresh. The selection could have been a little larger for my taste and the food could have been a little warmer. The Mongolian buffet (I think that's what it's called😅) was also stocked. I can't give a review on this. We paid €3.90 for the buffet for our 2-year-old daughter, which I think is really okay. This is probably the regular buffet price for children. For adults, the evening buffet costs €21.90. The service was consistently friendly and very attentive. Overall, we had a very nice evening and will definitely come back.

I came here to eat beautifully and, above all, to eat a lot! It started with the service. We were very kindly offered something to drink and we booked the buffet. When we went looking for food, however, we noticed that the buffet was already almost empty at 8:30 p.m. except for a few things (at least the things that I wanted to try). The meat looked as if it hadn't been refrigerated for days and the most normal side dishes such as noodles, rice and spring rolls were partly cold or seemed like they had been microwaved. On the second plate, however, the sasam balls made me wonder. Not eatable!! We then left the location very disappointingly and when I went to the accommodation my soul left me. My stomach was making noises that I didn't think were possible. Solid 2/10
