Absolute disaster. The employees have no idea and are absolutely overwhelmed. Employee A communicates something that employee B revises a few hours later. When I checked out, they wanted to give me the cash deposit from another guest - I had never paid a deposit. Some of the rooms are pretty shabby and a lot of things are broken. Absolutely not recommended.

For a 4-star hotel, just really bad service. People were friendly, but that was all. I had to do the check-in myself. Then one machine is enough for me. There isn't even coffee in the afternoon. However, there is no information about the possibility of getting something to drink. I had to pay a deposit. Wonder what for. The minibar was empty anyway and when I checked out I received my deposit back without checking. The room itself was cramped and didn't even have a wardrobe. There weren't even any bathroom supplies. A 2* B&B hotel does not have smaller rooms! I only pay half...

Price-performance ok. In my opinion, the prices are not justified during trade fair times given the train line that runs right past the hotel. Service nice. Rooftop bar is nice with very nice service.

We recently spent a weekend at the Blasky Hotel in Frankfurt and absolutely loved it! The hotel offers fantastic value for money that is hard to beat. The highlight for us was the rooftop bar. With a breathtaking view over the Frankfurt skyline, it is the perfect place to end the evening. The drink selection is excellent and the ambience is very stylish yet relaxed. Particularly noteworthy: The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and always helpful - you feel welcome from the first minute. The rooms are another plus point of the Blasky Hotel. They are modern, with a clear and elegant design that extends down to the last detail. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms offer real luxury - spacious, with high-quality materials and absolutely clean. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on design and a feel-good atmosphere here. What makes Blasky particularly stand out for us is the Sunday brunch. He really is world class! A huge selection of freshly prepared food, from classic breakfast options to creative dishes that you won't find everywhere. The quality of the food and the friendly staff make the brunch experience very special. Overall, the Blasky Hotel not only offers a luxurious stay, but all at a very fair price. The combination of a great location, outstanding design, first-class service and an unbeatable brunch make it a real insider tip in Frankfurt. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful hotel that offers a very special extra with its roof terrace. We were incredibly lucky to have arrived after an overnight flight and to be able to experience a morning with breakfast and an evening including dinner here - and in wonderful weather. The view of Frankfurt from up here is truly breathtaking. The rooms are compact but comfortably furnished. We slept excellently because the beds are also suitable for taller people. Good mattresses! As far as the location is concerned, you are well accommodated here: with advice from the extremely friendly receptionist Taifun, we walked along the Schweizer Straße to the Main and the Römer and got to know Alt-Sachsenhausen better, certainly one of the most beautiful sides of Frankfurt. Our experience: Every hotel offers the traveler new perspectives on a city. Which brings us back to the roof terrace: you won't quickly forget a breakfast you've had here. Everything on offer here is formidable (except for the rolls). The prices are high, but not excessive given the fantastic location. We experienced a completely different atmosphere in the same place in the evening. Over a wonderful dinner we enjoyed the sunset with a zeppelin floating by while listening to light lounge music. The food was of a high standard: there was sea bass, grass-fed beef and burgers, all extremely tasty. The “supervising” hospitality is also very praiseworthy! There is only one thing to criticize about this hotel and that is the underground car park. No problem for me as the owner of an aging small car, but this is not suitable for SUVs at all.

I was only at the roof top bar. Great view, nice atmosphere, good food and nice service. However, you shouldn't come with a lot of hunger and a small wallet at the same time, the portions are manageable 😜

Very bad service. When we arrived late at night, the hotel was overbooked. I had already checked in online the day before, but there were no rooms available. Rebooked at the last minute to a worse hotel with far fewer amenities. Extremely poor service and staff who laughed at our misery. I'm never going here again.

An impossible hotel! I got the room card, unlocked it, but the room was already occupied, went back to reception, got another room card, unlocked it, the room was occupied again. This whole thing happened 4 times! Not only the fact that I was able to enter rooms that were occupied, but also the fact that an overwhelmed trainee was alone at the reception speaks volumes! No more Blasky Frankfurt. Unfortunately I have to click a star, otherwise I can't post it

Very clean and nice place and in a good location

Everything was in perfect order! The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and friendly. We were very satisfied! The only point of criticism is the train tracks that run directly alongside the hotel, which makes them very loud. But with the air conditioning windows closed it was okay too. We will come again!🌝

Nice clean rooms. Price-performance is right. Underground parking available but unsuitable for larger vehicles. You can't park in the underground car park, the parking situation in front of the hotel is a complete disaster. Otherwise great. We had the suite at the top. A dream. Whirlpool, sauna, 2 bathrooms and top amenities. We will be back. Special thanks to the great receptionist.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel The Blasky. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The service was great and the rooms extremely clean. The rooftop bar was particularly impressive with a brilliant view over Frankfurt. I can recommend this hotel at any time!

We were only there for one night. The rooms were fine. O., but the shower drain was blocked, which is why the water ran into the room. Happened and was certainly new as the floor showed no visible damage. Breakfast was €28 per person. steep for the performance offered.

Good location, lots of restaurants and small shops within walking distance, and the Main is also not far away. The much praised bar and restaurant was unfortunately closed without communicating this before arrival or when booking, so there wasn't even a coffee, except for breakfast. Some small inadequacies with the map and the first room, a shame, there is still room for improvement. Rooftop bar is nicely decorated and cozy. With DJ and party option. Staff is nice and helpful. You are also very flexible with the food options. View is great. Location not 100% but good.

Very nice, modern boutique hotel in a residential area. The location is quite good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Sachsenhausen, where there are many cafes and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are modern. In the evening I recommend a sundowner in the rooftop bar - great view of the Mainhatten skyline! Breakfast is OK. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit noisy and the doors slam loudly. But I would recommend the hotel at any time!

Dear Blusky team, Unfortunately, the so-called “Exclusive Grill & Chill Rooftop Barbecue Event” was an absolute disappointment! Unfortunately, apart from the view, there was absolutely nothing “exclusive” here. The “event” was advertised with grilled specialties and four live cooking stations as well as a DJ who was supposed to ensure a good atmosphere. The terrace is divided into two so that the guests in the back area neither have any of the view nor saw the DJ (music was more like background music that was hardly heard). Almost no choice of meat (some kind of sausage, a pork steak and beef - all dry). One station was intended for fish lovers - here there was only salmon - also dry. As a side dish there were mini vegetable skewers and corn on the cob. The salad bar was also anything but exclusive. The whole thing for €59 (drinks not included). It's a shame - nice location but absolutely bad cuisine. Grilling at home is more fun.

Great reception, great reception, room clean, also the bathroom etc. Very quiet in the room, despite the train line. I was allowed into the room earlier than planned, the double bed is a nice size, the mattress was too soft for me personally, underground parking right next to the hotel. For me the visit was positive and I would check in again

It's annoying because it's happened several times now. The hotel advertises a rooftop bar. During four visits, the bar/restaurant was either closed three times due to illness or it was a private party and the hotel guests were unable to use the catering facilities. Because then there are none. Just the room. In all cases, as a guest, you were not informed in advance and there was no communication on Google or on the website. Urgent advice: get written confirmation in advance that the restaurant is open. Because especially in summer (like today) this is the real attraction.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre und mit wirklich gutem Essen. Der Service war super und aufmerksam. Insgesamt kann man dieses Restaurant wirklich empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Location, ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Service, ohne dass es zu steif zugeht. Aber der Reihe nach: Wir hatten auf der Terrasse reserviert, aber an diesem außergewöhnlich heißen Abend (32° noch um 18 Uhr) war das keine gute Idee, was aber kein Thema war, wir bekamen einen schönen Tisch im stylischen und klimatisierten Innenraum. Meine Tochter (12) und ich haben uns eine Vorspeise geteilt (Rindertartar), da es ihr sonst eine zu große Portion gewesen wäre, der höfliche Kellner bot von sich aus zwei Teller an, obwohl ich vergessen hatte zu fragen, das Tartar war geschmacklich toll. Danach hatten wir Kalbsfilet und Wolfsbarsch, ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, alle Gerichte sind außerdem sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Da wir beide keinen Alkohol trinken, probierte ich hausgemachte Limonade, die auf meinen Wunsch weniger süß gemixt wurde, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Preislich bewegen sich Essen und Getränke auf gehobenem Frankfurter Niveau, was durch Qualität, Service und Ambiente aber durchaus gerechtfertigt scheint. Eine klare Empfehlung, vor allem wenn die Temperaturen es dann noch erlauben draußen den Blick auf die Skyline zu genießen.

Decent hotel in Sachsenhausen not far from the district's hotspots. Fairly good connections to public transport. However, this also means that the railway crossing is directly in front of the hotel. A challenge for those who are very sensitive to noise. The rooms are not off the shelf and quite reasonably furnished We had a triple room for two. Depending on the season, significantly more expensive. We had a reasonable course that I would come back at any time.

The rooftop is great, the dinner was delicious, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was really good and the best was the service in the front desk and in the restaurant.

Short version: Hidden fees that only appear on the invoice; Nice furnishings, okay breakfast, room quite noisy. Therefore not recommended We stayed at the hotel for one night after a celebration nearby. We were there in a group earlier on the day of arrival and wanted to leave our luggage. We were told that the rooms were already ready so we checked in. A large amount was blocked on the credit card - upon request there was a 50 euro deposit. The bill then showed that 15 euros would be charged for every hour that you checked in earlier than an arbitrary time. I have never experienced this at any hotel and, above all, we were never informed about it, otherwise we would have just left our luggage. Overall, dubious behavior. The room itself was nicely decorated. Ours went to a street with barriers for the tram, which also opened and closed regularly and noisily. It's ok with the window closed, but if you're a light sleeper you might find it annoying. The breakfast selection was ok. The time (Sunday until 10:00) for weekends is relatively short. Unfortunately, no more refills had been made long beforehand (only upon request) and at 10:00 sharp all the guests were thrown out because that was when they set up for brunch. Overall not satisfactory for a hotel of this category. Overall, we were absolutely not satisfied with the hotel and the hidden fees were particularly annoying. We cannot recommend the hotel, there are much better ones in Frankfurt.

Grill & Chill: Die Musik war viel zu laut - nicht wirklich zum chillen. Das essen war okay aber leider keine Spur von der Kreativität die man vom Restaurant gewohnt ist. Der Service war wie immer super.

I recommend the hotel, the room is clean, beautifully decorated, it’s a pity that there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, there is also no bar in the room, no slippers or bathrobes. The breakfast is wonderful, very large selection, everything is fresh and tasty. The restaurant terrace offers a beautiful view of the city. The staff is friendly. There is an underground garage, but they really didn’t warn us that when leaving the garage we had to open the garage door ourselves, we stood and waited until it was opened for us, there were no instructions on how to open the gate. Also, the presence of parking does not mean that there are spaces available; when booking, you must check whether there are spaces available. Upon check-in, a deposit of 150 euros is withheld, I still don’t understand the meaning of this, what can be stolen or broken there)). But the hotel probably had such experience and apparently that’s why they take a deposit. Parking costs 17€ per day.

Für uns neu entdeckt, seit 3 Jahren dort. Wir wurden vom Restaurantleiter empfangen und bedient. Wir saßen mit Blick in die Küche und genossen das Ambiente und die ausgesprochen fröhliche Stimmung des gesamten Personals! Trotz der Tatsache, dass das Restaurant gut besucht war, nahm sich Herr Kovcic viel Zeit! Sowohl für Smalltalk, als auch Beratung, ausgesprochen selten, heutzutage!! Und er hatte den passenden Humor, er konnte gut mit uns und umgekehrt, dabei hatten wir den Eindruck, dass es echt und nicht aufgesetzt war! Die ausgesprochen interessante Speisekarte führte zu Entscheidungsschwierigkeiten 😉 Und dann kam das UNGLAUBLICHE Angebot: er würde die Küche dazu bringen, unsere 4 verschiedenen Gerichte so anrichten zu lassen, dass sie auf 4 Platten an den Tisch gereicht werden, sodass jeder mit eigenem Teller sich von allem nehmen könne!! Wir waren begeistert! Und noch begeisterter waren wir von der Weinempfehlung und dem Essen selbst! Absolutes Topniveau!! Ich könnte immer weiter berichten… aber am Besten einfach selbst ausprobieren!! Wir waren garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort! Lieben Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen beeindruckenden Abend!!! The hotel and rooms are clean and good. The regulations for e.g. I have never experienced an early check-in charge of 15 euros per hour and I travel a lot. They also block 150 euros on the credit card or cash. I have never experienced that in a hotel, so all in all I will not visit the hotel again.

Hello everyone! I've stayed in this hotel for a total of 3 nights at 2 different times and I have to say, it's just great! Sure, there may be a small defect here and there, but let's be honest; In our home it is not clinically pure either. The parking space in the underground car park is a bit tight, but the price is reasonable. An EV charging station for cars may be a little expensive, but hey, everyone has to decide for themselves. The reception is always friendly and solution-oriented. The room is just "Wow", the kitchen, sauna and pool are just great. I didn't try the breakfast because €28 seems a bit much to me. Plus, I'm not a big breakfast eater anyway. But hey, there's an Aldi next door where you can get everything. I can only warmly recommend the hotel! A little tip, book directly in the hotel. Is cheaper ;-)

We had brunch there on Sunday and loved it. The hotel has a sweet welcome, the elevator takes you to the top. The bar upstairs is very stylishly decorated and on the rooftop you have a wonderful view over the whole of Frankfurt. You'll be happy to sit there longer. The brunch was delicious and beautifully presented. All dishes were fresh & no finished products. There was also a water bowl for the dog. :) We would definitely like to come back!

Im Blasky fühlt man sich immer wie zu hause, einfach gut aufhoben. harmonische atmosphäre, gutes essen, besonders freundlicher service. musikalische untermalung ist top!

Nettes Team, teils alles etwas langsam bzgl Service. Aber immer freundlich gewesen, Essen qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr hochwertig! Restaurant/Hotel könnte einmal renoviert werden, Toiletten besser gepflegt sein.

Es wird normalwertiges Hotelessen serviert, das in einem hip-generischen Ambiente zu sich genommen werden kann. Alternativ kann die Dachterrasse genutzt werden, die durch ihre ungewöhnliche Lage - in einem Wohnviertel des Frankfurter Südens - besticht. Die Servicekräfte sind sicher im Umgang mit Gästen, sodass kein Wunsch - im Rahmen des Möglichen - offen bleibt. Außerdem werden Cocktails serviert, deren Zubereitung den Preis (> 12 €) rechtfertigen.

Tolle Location, tolles Ambiente! Das Gesamtkonzept hat uns überzeugt. Das Essen war wunderbar und vielseitig. Schöne Aussicht aus dem sechsten OG und der Service war einzigartig.

Das Brunch im Blasky ist wirklich eine Empfehlung, ich habe meinen Geburtstag so nachgefeiert und das Team war wirklich super nett und zu vorkommend. Das Essen war stets frisch und auch die warmen Speisen waren durchgängig warm. Brötchen waren immer frisch aufgebacken und der Kaffee war wirklich gut, obwohl es „nur“ ein Kaffeeautomat war.

Very good hotel in a quiet location. New, clean rooms. Big shower. Great rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the Frankfurt skyline. And within walking distance to many restaurants. Super friendly, helpful staff, really top. Only the mattress and pillow were too soft for my taste. And the green runner on the bed is a bit antiquated and worn and is just a dust catcher. ;O)

Wunderschön angerichtetes Essen in toller Umgebung, Qualität und Service super, sehr geeignet für besondere Anlässe.

Food was very well prepared. Had fish for appetizer and also for main. Tasted superb and looked beautiful. Ordered a bottle of the Sauvignon Blanc. Too acidic for my taste. I would definitely recommend visiting.

I booked a room with a double bed at this hotel through Hotels.com. ➡️ Let us start with the positives: • Staff is very friendly and helpful 🙏🏼 • Restaurant and bar atmosphere are VERY nice. The service is excellent. 🍦 • The food: I had the soup. I would say that it was just tasty. However, the pork dish was lovely: pieces of pork were very nicely braised. The mustard sauce was on the sweet side, but also had a tiny tang to it: it married well with the cabbage, which was slightly pickled, (I guess) and balanced the sweetness of the sauce. The small 2 pieces of parsnips had nothing to do in the dish however: either commit to putting some or have them as intruders. • The room, although atypical (it had a column near the bed), is modern, medium to small sized, and convenient. Complimentary water is available. ➡️ The negatives: BEWARE:⚠️ ALL THEIR ROOMS ARE TWIN BEDS: it might not bother some, but I strongly dislike it and consider it a scam. They put two twin beds together to make it seem like a double. I was offered to change rooms since the first one did not have any topper, but the second one did. It can be really uncomfortable without a topper and two twin mattresses brought close together because of the gap and the incline. This is a major No No for me. Nobody wants to come from a long work day to a surprise like this and waste an hour working it out! BUT: the hotel offered me a complimentary drink as well as a discount, which I greatly appreciated. The Breakfast is average, with the usual items: box made scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cold cuts, etc, but a good surprise with the veggies. However, do not expect them to make anything for you other than what is already displayed, like fried eggs.

Terrible customer service - we are regulars at the Blasky and had to change our booking recently due to a medical emergency; we immediately attempted to call the hotel, a number of times, the day before we were due to check in, but no one answered. The hotel subsequently charged us the full amount without considering that they did not answer the phone. We will never stay here again.

Great hotel, short distances to the city and a wonderful bar including a roof terrace. Recommended for both business and private purposes.

Wenn man zu Messezeiten früh genug bucht, ist das PreisLeistungsverhältnis sehr sehr gut 👍 👍...speziell erwähnenswert ist die stimmungsvolle Rooftop-Bar, die nach einem anstrengenden Messetag für einen angenehmen Ausklang sorgt...würde sofort wieder hier buchen.

Schönes Hotel, innen sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, da war es ruhig. Leider waren am Anreisetag Bar und Restaurant wegen einer exklusiven Veranstaltung geschlossen, das war schade, wurde aber wenige Tage vorher per Email angekündigt. Das Frühstück war TOP, es wurde immer schnell nachgelegt und zügig abgeräumt, der Service war da wirklich klasse. Leider gab es nicht die versprochenen glutenfreien Brötchen, die mir auf Anfrage einige Tage vorher per E-Mail versprochen worden, stattdessen musste ich glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück essen, was ungetoastet nicht sehr appetitlich war. Das war etwas ärgerlich. Bis zum Südbahnhof muss man ein wenig laufen, etwas 15 min, um von dort in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Parken kann man kostenfrei in den Straßen rund um das Hotel. Die Aussicht ist auch schön, leider war es am Abend nicht möglich die Terrasse zu besuchen, wegen der Veranstaltung. Der Kühlschrank müsste dringend abgetaut werden, er hatte keine Kühlleistung mehr aufgrund der Vereisung. Auf der Toilette im Foyer fehlt ein Haken um Jacke oder Tasche aufzuhängen (gerade bei Nasswetter problematisch mit dicker Jacke auf Toilette zu gehen, wenn man die nirgends ablegen kann). An und für sich kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen und werde bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen, wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötige.

It was a pleasure to celebrate my birthday there. We had a fun night with great food, perfect wine recommendations and fun conversation with the staff. I even received a surprise birthday cake. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend that to everyone who is looking for a nice location with great food and an amazing view.

Wir waren begeistert! The Blasky ist die ideale Wahl für jeden Anlass, ob Geburtstag oder wenn es einfach mal etwas besonderer sein darf. Großartig an The Blasky ist, dass der Service wie auch das Essen excellent sind bei einer gleichzeitig lockeren Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes, ordentliches Hotel etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet/dekoriert. Es gibt viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und Spiegel. Neben dem Bett sind Steckdosen mit zusätzlichen Möglichkeiten USB-Stecker anzustecken. Sehr praktisch! Der Check-In war einfach und verlief problemlos. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt. Mein Zimmer lag in Richtung der Straße, aber vom Straßenverkehr hat man nicht viel mitbekommen. Den Zug hat man ab und an gehört, war aber nicht allzu laut (kommt drauf an, in welche Richtung das Zimmer liegt). Das Bett ist bequem und das Kissen ist schön weich. Leider kann man nicht allzu gut schlafen, da die Zimmertüren nur gescheit schließen, wenn man nach dem Schließen sehr feste zieht/drückt oder sie mit Schwung (und damit auch einem lauten Rums, welcher das ganze Hotel zum wackeln bringt) zufallen lässt. Leider entscheiden sich die meisten Hotelgäste für letzteres. Auch sind leider die Zimmer recht hellhörig, man hört die Dusche/Toilettenspülung des Nachbarn recht deutlich und auch Schritte und Gespräche von nebenan, kann man hören. Während meines Aufenthaltes habe ich keine Party auf der Rooftopbar mitbekommen, kann dazu also nichts sagen. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und auch dort ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum (Rooftopbar im 6. Stock) ist allerdings relativ klein und bei vollem Haus könnte es etwas eng werden. Die Aussicht ist super! WLAN ist vorhanden (öffentlich (8,8 Mbps Download & 1,9 Mbps Upload)). Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb 30-40 Minuten in der Stadt. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels ist ein Aldi, falls man fix etwas besorgen möchte. Alles in allem, hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hier im Hotel. Für Leute, die morgens sowieso früh aufstehen müssen und nicht erst durch die Dusche/Toilettenspülung des Nachbarn geweckt werden würden, kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Wer aber lieber ausschlafen möchte, sollte sich evtl. ein etwas ruhigeres suchen.

El hotel está fenomenal, pero, como me coincidió con una feria importante subieron los precios una barbaridad. Es excelente con la tarifa normal.

Auf jeden Fall vorbeigehen. Tolle Küche und super Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eigentlich ein ganz schönes Hotel ABER sehr unflexibel und unfreundlich

Es tut mir leid aber bis zu 4 Sterne Hotel ist viel Luft nach oben ! Es ist ein gutes B & B Hotel ! Lage : neben Bahnübergang und Schranke welche ein starke Geräusch mach ! Personal kann kein Auskunft geben über Frühstück Zeit oder Sehenswürdigkeiten von Frankfurt . Eine Stablampe ist gefallen in Zimmer und wurde mit tesa Film repariert ! Großartige Bar aber zwischen Frühstück und 18 Uhr kann man kein Kaffee trinken ! Sehr Gute Frühstück!

Essen und Service waren wie immer hervorragend. Leider wurde die Lautstärke der Musik im Laufe des Abends immer weiter erhöht, so dass eine Unterhaltung in normaler Lautstärke nicht mehr möglich war. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde dies aber dann zu unserer Zufriedenheit geregelt. Insgesamt war es ein schöner und genussvoller Abend.

An sich ein schönes Hotel, aber im Hinblick auf eine Stornierung wegen eines kurzfristig anberaumten 6 tätigen Bahnstreiks sehr unkulant. Das Hotel war weder bereit zur kostenlosen Umbuchung noch zu einem Entgegenkommen bei der Stornierungsgebühr. 100 Euro für nichts bezahlt! Schade, dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder für meine Gäste buchen und kann es wegen des fehlenden Kundenservice auch nicht empfehlen.

Sehr stilvoll, moderne, humorvolle Ansprache. Macht gute Laune. Tolles Restaurant!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und richtig Entspannung erfahren. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt vorbereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist phänomenal auf die Skyline von Frankfurt. Das Frühstück im Rooftop Bar war auch toll, alles da, was man braucht.

Wir haben das beste Zimmer im Hotel gebucht, waren zwei Nächte dort und waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer hatte einen Whirlpool und Sauna aber nur die Sauna funktionierte. Wir haben gleich am ersten Tag Bescheid gegeben aber das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Mein Partner wollte Football gucken nur funktionierte der Fernseher auch nicht. Das Zimmer/Raum war dreckig und sehr kalt. Uns wurde versprochen den Preis pro Nacht anzupassen auf den Preis für ein Einzelzimmer aber das war bestimmt nur um uns zu beruhigen, passiert ist nichts. Ich bin wahnsinnig enttäuscht von der Handhabung vom Hotel. Nie wieder werden wir dieses Hotel besuchen und Bekannte auch Bescheid geben das sie lieber ein anderes Hotel buchen sollen.

Kamer was prima, ze hadden netjes kinderbedjes klaarstaan. Jammer van de badkamer, die was echt vies met oa schimmel in de douche (echt oranje voegen van de schimmel). Het personeel vond de schimmel niet echt een probleem, jammer. Het ontbijt is nogal duur voor wat het is. Het hotel ligt aan het spoor, met de ramen dicht hoor je hier niks van.

Neue Wertung Dezember 2023: Immer noch ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel, aber leider mit Abstrichen. wir wussten nicht das die Bar geschlossen ist, das sollte im voraus kommuniziert werden. Die Zimmer waren wieder top, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und reichlich, aber 28 Euro pro Person sehr hoch - da erwartet man einiges und ich würde tatsächlich frische Brötchen vom Bäcker erwarten. Wir waren inzwischen in Hotels die da deutlich mehr bieten - etwas schade, da ich im Blasky schöne Momente hatte und die Bar, wie auch das Frühstück sehr gut sind, aber Preis / Leistung muss auch stimmen. Ich ziehe daher inzwischen 1 Stern ab, auch wenn wir einen super Preis bekommen haben, es könnte noch besser sein! Leider war auch sehr störend das wir diesmal die Seite zur Bahn hatten, man hört es leider schon sehr deutlich. Wertung Dezember 2022: (5 Sterne) exzellentes 4 Sterne Hotel! Zimmer sehr modern, gepflegt. Regendusche, bequeme Betten, alles tip top. Frühstück super, Bar und Aussicht vom Dach ebenfalls. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage nicht ganz zentral, aber gut.
