Unfortunately disappointing - we won't be coming back We ate at this restaurant this evening with a gourmand block because we saw that it was listed there. First of all: We have ordered there several times in the past - the food was never great, but it was okay. However, the visit on site was anything but pleasant. When we asked whether the gourmet block could be redeemed (it was a Sunday evening), the waitress - probably even the owner - reacted extremely annoyed with a curt "yes" and disappeared straight back into the kitchen. No friendly welcome, no smile – you immediately felt unwelcome. We wanted to order rump steak and grilled squid - there was no more squid. So we decided on two rump steaks. That wasn't possible either - there was only one steak left. Pasta or pizza are still available. So we had a steak and spaghetti with scampi. Unfortunately, the food was of a very low standard: I was not asked how I would like my steak and was given an almost raw piece of meat. My friend's spaghetti tasted more like simple pasta with Miracoli sauce - completely disappointing for an Italian restaurant. The gourmet block is actually intended to attract new guests - in our case it ensured that we definitely won't be there anymore. Unfriendly service, poor organization and poor quality food - it's a shame, but we definitely won't be coming back. It's better to find another Italian restaurant - you don't feel welcome or well served here.
