Great Asian restaurant in the middle of Ulm. Food is of good quality and the service is more than friendly. There is a large aquarium in the restaurant and the decor is very cozy. There is also the option to sit outside in a small garden. Prices are more than fair and the portions are really big. Absolutely to suggest.

I ordered fried noodles with chicken, but the chicken tasted sour and had a subtle foul smell. It was spoiled. An extremely bad experience. I reported this to the waiter but they did not respond at all without offering any explanation, apology or solution.

There are truly authentic Thai dishes here on two dedicated pages of the menu. These are a culinary experience. In combination with the furnishings, a small oasis is created here to enjoy.

We were stranded in Ulm because we couldn't catch our connecting train and came across the Thai House by chance. We were served very quickly since we didn't have much time. It was very delicious! The restaurant is very welcoming and pretty. We had a seat on the outside terrace, which was very nice. The lady who served us was very friendly and on the ball. The missed train was worth it after all.

We went here very spontaneously for a little lunch. The service was very friendly and helped us quickly make the right choice so that we could make our connecting train easily. The food was delicious and was served in warming boxes with tea lights. That means it was still warm even when you ate it slowly! Food was brought out very quickly, but it has to be said that there wasn't much going on that evening. The restaurant has a garden in the back yard where you can sit outside, which you can't really see from the street. Service was great and the owner chatted with us a bit, which was really nice :) Price performance was really good! Two main courses and 2 large drinks are around €30. We'd love to come back.

Very good Thai food, we had Pad Thai and Duck with vegetables and rice. The duck was very good, it was well seasoned and with an excellent point of salt, the sauce could have been a little better. Anyway I will go again!

Not original thai food, no taste of thai food and a weak example of the thai cuisine. It’s a disgrace for thai culture. 😖 owner is not thai, the taste is just really bad. Please look for a place owned by an original thai person for better food. The pad thai is so tasteless it’s to cry about, the fish is just watery and no taste, the mango sticky rice is mango with tasteless pudding. I just have no words for it, it might be that this is what made me sick the next day aswel.

I ordered a beef salad there during my lunch break. There was also a small soup. To eat: The soup was extremely tasty! The beef salad was weird. It was seared beef with rice - missed the salad. It wasn't my taste either. They said on the phone that I could pick up the food in half an hour. I had to wait another 20 minutes on site. About the ambience: The restaurant is quite small. You could really do something with this. But at the moment it's just cluttered with various stuff. There are lots of buckets of water, empty canisters, etc. lying around. That devalues ​​it a lot. The service experienced on site was chaotic. There doesn't seem to be a structured process, so everything takes longer. A pity!

Average food.. we got starters in 20 mins after ordering, but we waited almost 2 hours to get our main food to table. Most importantly they did not know which plate had chicken and which had pork.. we had to guess it by the curry what we had ordered.

The restaurant is very small, but still has many tables. That's why it was a bit humid in the restaurant and it smelled too much of spices. Our table was also far too small for 2 people. Service was very nice and friendly and food came quickly even though the restaurant was completely full. Personally, the spices in the meal (main courses) were very strange to us and we weren't particularly impressed. But the rice and dessert were very tasty.

First: the food was really good, I was also pleased that no glutamate was used, which I noticed straight away. I've rarely felt so good after Asian food - no hellish thirst, no heart palpitations, no discomfort afterwards. The service was a bit irritable because the shop was buzzing, but that's not the guest's fault... And you had to wait a relatively long time for the food. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star for the food, we went in based on googles exceptional review without checking if they had vegetarian food. Usually when you go to a Thai restaurant in Toronto, they can easily cater to plant based diets but this one lacked suitable choice. All of the Thai curries had fish sauce so we ended up getting yellow curry which had Chinese/Singaporean flavor. As for noodles, we ordered rice noodles which were basically mixed with some chewy fried stale tofu pieces and bean sprouts in soy sauce. Only saving grace were the servers, they were very polite and friendly. They were extremely busy, looked like a popular spot but not worth trying if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Bei Frau Tong ist es einfach gut. Immer sehr gute Küche. Das Inventar ist etwas abgerockt. Aber das macht überhaupt nichts. Faire Preise sehr gutes Essen. Immer gerne.

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Reservierung erhalten obwohl montags in Ulm fast alles geschlossen ist, nicht so Tuitong. Der Service war herzlich und zuvorkommend und stets einwandfrei, obwohl sich im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes das komplette Lokal gefüllt hat. Wir hatten Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise und alle Gänge waren superlecker und mit Sorgfalt zubereitet. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Abend, wenn wir wieder in Ulm sind, kommen wir wieder 😊🙏🏻

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen reichhaltig. Man muss aber durch aus mit Wartezeiten rechnen, zumindest war es bei uns so als wir zur Mittagszeit da waren. Da es nur eine Bedienung gab, musste man auch etwas warten bis man bestellen konnte.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren ins Thai-Haus Tuitong und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Der Service ist immer freundlich und schnell, das Essen sehr lecker und vorallem günstig. Wir wohnen nicht in Ulm, wenn wir aber alle paar Wochen da sind fällt die Wahl immer auf dieses Restaurant. Von der Chefin werden wir dann immer mit "schön, dass sie wieder da sind" begrüßt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist, insbesondere beim Mittagessen unschlagbar. Auf unseren kleinen Sohn wird immer nett und liebevoll eingegangen. Falls möglich dürfen wir immer am Aquarium sitzen, ein Platz den unser Sohn liebt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Absolutely delicious. The owner and family are very friendly. The restaurant is clean, cosy and all the food is amazing. The restaurant is in the centre of the city near the train station.

Absolut klasse! Freundlicher Service, überragendes Essen und nettes Ambiente. Man kann im Sommer auch draußen sitzen obwohl es von draußen nicht so aussieht. Preise sind sehr günstig im Vergleich.

Einrichtung und Stil des Restaurants ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Das Aquarium ist natürlich für ein Restaurant immer ein Highlight. Gerichte (nach meiner Erfahrung) bisher alle sehr schmackhaft gewürzt und vor Allem super gute Portionen. Die Frühlingsrollen begeistern mich hier jedes mal - wer Ente mag ist auch gut beraten, ist immer sehr knusprig und saftig. In Ulm als Thai/Asiatisches-Restaurant große Empfehlung !

Perfekter Service und tolles Essen ...

Ich hatte den Stein-Reis. Mal etwas anderes und sehr lecker. Rotes Curry war auch sehr gut und die Ente mit unterschiedlichen Soßen sah auch sehr gut aus.

Wir hatten schon öfter gutes vom ThaiHaus gehört und wollten uns dann selbst ein Bild machen. Die Location ist typisch rustikal, sowohl der Gastraum als auch der kleine Freisitz wirken in die Jahre gekommen. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Das Essen kam bereits nach einigen Minuten, was schon erahnen ließ, dass es nicht frisch zubereitet wurde. Leider war das Essen eine Enttäuschung. Keiner am Tisch war mit seiner Auswahl zufrieden. Vielleicht haben wir einen blöden Tag erwischt. Aber nach so einem Reinfall entscheidet man sich selten für einen weiteren Besuch.

Netter freundlicher, etwas gestresster Service. Ordentlicher Wein der zudem sehr preiswert war. Die Vorspeise ( eine Gem.Platte) schmeckte ordentlich, nicht Sterneverdächtig aber gut! Ebenfalls das Sa-Cha-Gericht schmeckte gut. Wer die Sitzmöbel als durchgesessen empfindet ist vermutlich deutlich zu schwer?! Ordentliches Lokal!

Einfach nur eine Fechheit das als Thai zu verkaufen. Ein Restaurant was von Chinesen geführt wir und das Interior abgegriffen und durchgesessen ist auf das schlimmste. Essen eine glatte 6. Jeder Imbiss für die Hälfte hat besseres Essen. Wer das hier gut findet der hat in seinem Leben noch nie gut Thai gegessen. wenn es minus 6 Sterne geben würde würde es diese absolut verdienen.

Schrecklich. Mein gebratener Reis war breiig und geschmacklos, das Pad Thai meines Partners war miserabel und nicht einmal annähernd ein Pad Thai, und die Garnelen meiner Schwester schmeckten komisch. Dazu kommt, dass alle drei Gerichte nach lebenden Hühnern rochen. Wir haben es nicht gegessen und werden auch nicht wieder hingehen.

Das Phad Thai hat leider nichts mit dem leckeren Nationalgericht der Thailänder zu tun - es war ungenießbar !!! Die Gerichte meiner zwei Begleitungen waren ebenfalls unter aller Kanone, wir hatten gesundheitliche Bedenken… dann war die Frau noch total brüskiert, mussten für die Getränke zahlen… Never again - eindeutig keine Empfehlung 😂🌿

An unserem ersten Abebd in Ulm sind wir zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Bereits der Empfang war recht unfreundlich. Ein kleiner Empfangstisch im Eingang machte es unmöglich mit Kutsche in das Restaurant zu gelangen. Nach längerem Warten kam die Bedienung dann und schob den Tisch mürrisch zur Seite. Wir bekamen dann per Wink einen Tisch zugewiesen, den Kinderstuhl musste ich aber selbst herschaffen und aufstellen. Es dauerte dann wieder sehr lange bis eine Bestellung aufgegeben werden konnte. Wir wollten unserer 15 Monate alte Tochter vorab eine kleine Schale Reis bestellen, da wir ihre Geduld beim Essen sehr gut kennen und so unnötiges Gezeter vermeiden wollten. Umso sehr erstaunte uns die knappe Antwort es gäbe sowieso Reis zu unseren Hauptgerichten. Und so kam es wie es kommen musste. Es dauerte und dauerte bis die Geduld unserer Kleinen schliesslich zu Ende war. Das Essen war auch eher durchwachsen. Meine Frau hatte Zucchini in ihrem Gericht die sehr säuerlich schmeckten als hätten sie ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Das Beef in roter Currysauce war fad und es war wenig roter Curry zu erkennen. Beim Zahlen kam dann die nächste unangenehme Überraschung. Der Kartenleser war anscheinend defekt. Nur Barzahlung möglich. Gut, dass ich noch ein bisschen Bares dabei hatte. Fazit: Ein sehr enttäuschender erster Abend in Ulm. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Il ristorante è caldo e affollato, ma comunque sono riusciti a trovarci posto celermente. Servizio rapido e cortese. Carta ampia, forse troppo ampia. Dall'antipasto al dolce ci saranno oltre 300 pietanze, forse paradossale, ma la troppa scelta non facilita la vita. Prezzi moderati, antipasti solo sufficienti, primi buoni. Con 3 antipasti, due birre e 2 primi: 55 euro. Abbiamo preso tutti piatti abbondanti e ricchi perché avevamo fame, ma si può tranquillamente uscire dal locale spendendo sui 30-35€ a coppia.

Essen war gut und schnell da. Wir hatten V1 & V2 als Vorspeise - sehr gut. Als Hauptgang gab es Pad Thai (war in Ordnung, haben schon bessere gegessen) und Sa-Cha Rind (lecker). Zum Nachtisch hatte wir noch mango sticky rice, was leider nur ok war. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu flüssig und die Mango zu reif. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Essen. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis sehr gut!

We can in here when it was sunny and warm, but that was only the beginning. My wife and I love Thai and have enjoyed it in Thailand, the United States, across Europe, and even in the Middle East. This is a cuisine that travels well. Thai-Haus Tuitong met and exceeded our expectations. The only down fall to getting here is that the entire road is torn up and under construction. Nonetheless, this did not stop us. We started with a mixed appetizer of traditional Thai items from shrimp toast to egg rolls, won tons, and chicken skewers served with satay sauce, chili sauce, and cucumber and onions. For my main dish, I went with a spicy fish dish. It was incredible, but the fish was still on the bone which I was not expecting. Must push through! My wife ordered a chicken soup like dish. We topped it off with a bottle of German white wine. This time it was a Verrenberger. By the time dinner was finished, it was absolutely pouring. I mean pouring like I had not seen in a long time. The owner of the restaurant gave us her personal umbrella to get home. She told us to keep it. While we still have it, it gives us a great reason to return to the restaurant to thank her and enjoy another great meal. I guarantee you will love this place, which is neatly decorated and has a wall length aquarium filled with gorgeous fish.

Reservierung lief reibungslos. Empfang im Restaurant lief etwas hektisch ab, dafür ist der Service aber auch auf Zack. Essen ist wirklich gut, ebenfalls das Ambiente. Restaurant kann ohne Weiteres weiter empfohlen werden!

Wir haben 2 Suppen (Garnelen- und Meeresfrüchte-Suppe) ToGo bestellt, worauf wir uns schon den ganzen Tag gefreut haben. Daheim dann die totale Enttäuschung: Beide Suppen waren eine Zwiebelsuppe - vom Geschmack und Inhalt, siehe Foto. Die enthaltenen 2 kleine, verkümmerte Shrimps und die restlichen Fischteile (?) - siehe Foto auf dem Unterteller, waren auch eine Zumutung; die haben alt, übel und „fischig“ (aufgetaut) gestunken. Tut mir leid aber das war übel. Nie mehr wieder.

Ich war mit meiner Frau dort Abendessen. Wir haben vorher reserviert, wurden freundlich empfangen und zu unserem Platz geführt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten 2 Getränke, 2x Vorspeise 2x Hauptgang. Unser Essen war superlecker, die Speisen schön angerichtet und frisch zubereitet. Portionen waren reichlich und sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder, als Fazit lässt sich sagen: Wer asiatisch gut essen möchte ist hier richtig!
