The food and ambiance were outstanding. The service was friendly, but in my opinion a bit too snippy, and the drinks, which were also good, were a bit slow to arrive. All in all, definitely recommended!

As always, we had an excellent meal! No matter what the reason for eating there, it is always an experience.

Were there for the second time on March 15, 2025 and again an experience, a great atmosphere, super nice staff, always friendly and on the ball, the food was again very tasty, great selection from starters to dessert, the lemonades were a dream from lemon to blueberry pomegranate, everything was fresh 🍹 would love to come back more than 5 stars deserved 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 keep it up

It's been a long time since I've eaten something as delicious as in the Tetzelstube. It was very good and we would like to thank the entire team for the friendly and attentive hospitality. Keep it up!!! Full marks with asterisks.

The food was very tasty and the staff there were also very friendly. Here you can definitely eat fried potatoes that also taste like something🤌

We wanted to end the evening with a meal. The restaurant is really nice and the food was good too. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered, we noticed that there was a lot of smoking in the lower part of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the pungent smell reached us and became more and more extreme. The last time we had to endure this was before the smoking ban. Really ruined our evening. When I got home I was even asked which dive bar I came from. I had to wash everything. But the nicest thing was turning off the lights at our level, as a nice gesture of relief. But I would like to mention that the waiter was very nice. I have nothing against smokers, I just want to decide for myself not to have to smoke. So we have to look for another restaurant. Too bad

Very beautiful place with traditional German decoration and excellent quality food!! The service was perfect and the service was very fast and attentive! My company was amazed!! Congratulations!!

We became aware of the restaurant through previous positive reviews. When we got there we were warmly welcomed and shown to our place. We had a 3-course meal, starting with a delicate bruschetta and moving on to the main course, which consisted of a perfectly fried pork steak and fries with a small side salad. At the end there was a small dessert in the form of an apple strudel, which not only looked great on the plate, but also tasted good. We were very impressed by the quality of the food as well as the friendly and courteous service, so we will see each other again soon!

After a delicious meal, we had a really nice evening, thanks to the staff Leon and one of the bosses Pano. Definitely, need to be repeated❣️

Even though we had to wait a bit, since we were there with the entire village tribe, we were all very satisfied with the choice of food and also the rustic furnishings. Can be seen. Keep it up.

Ausgezeichnetes vegetarisches Essen, und zehr billig. Negativ war doch, dass man nicht mit Visa oder Mastercard bezahen konnte.

The steak au four is to die for. Buttery soft and enough Worchester sauce was included too! The service at the table was a bit light, but the restaurant was also very busy.

There were five of us in the restaurant in the evening... the food was very good... the service left a lot to be desired - the bottle was left unopened on the table - no opening, no pouring, parts of the plates were grabbed as soon as the cutlery was put down, no questions asked whether you liked it or wanted something else... A little more friendliness!!..

We stopped by there yesterday by chance and after a short wait, we got a spot. You don't get turned away straight away, which we thought was great. Friendly service and very tasty food. We can only recommend it.

All main courses contain meat, which is why there is not much choice for vegetarians. Apart from that, the drinks taste very good

We were there again on Saturday and I have to say. I can't understand the reviews. The food was great, the meat was right to the point, the service was friendly and the quantity was precisely measured so that you still feel good after eating it. I'd love to come back!😃

Cozy restaurant with poor quality food. The beef tenderloin was a disaster. Due to the lack of alternatives, many Jüterbogers eat here. The employees are underpaid and are not allowed to accept tips. Sorry, that doesn't work at all! The host smokes behind the counter. At this point you should consider whether you go out to eat here.

Beautiful, great food and very nice service

A feel-good evening that couldn't be more beautiful. It was my first time there, but definitely not the last time.

The food is very good, the service is very friendly, unfortunately it takes a long time to get new drinks, which is why it only has four stars.

We were relatively spontaneous but with a reservation we were warmly welcomed. The cards weren't too big and it went relatively quickly. The food was delicious and a small special request was happily fulfilled. When it got colder, there was a blanket so the ice also fit. We would love to come back, the terrace was beautifully designed and invites you to linger.

Ordered 4 meals, 3 meals came. The 4th meal came when everyone else was finished. NO GO!!!!!!!!!

Amazing food, great service and a really nice rose wine all at a great price, the ambience in the outdoor area was amazing, it felt like you were in a totally different place, will definitely be back very soon to try out something else on their great menu.

Had reserved a table for 5 people. First of all it took 15 to 20 minutes until we had something to drink. Since all the tables were occupied, that was still ok for us at that point. After 60 minutes, the staff noticed that we didn't have any food yet, they had forgotten about us!!! Now the food we ordered was no longer available. We had to make a decision. The starter still took a while to arrive and arrived after about 90 minutes. Something was forgotten again. During the main course, the last person didn't get their food until the rest of us had long since finished. Incidentally, a lot of things were wrong when ordering drinks. Our complaint on site was not responded to appropriately. We were fobbed off with a schnapps. The boss smiles everything away. SORRY, but that's not how customer service works. The food itself was mixed, some of it was quite good, but the seasoned meat was totally wrong. Overall, you can say, we won't see each other again. Nobody has to go through that.

Class restaurant, Unfortunately I didn't eat anything gladly again

Compared to the first visit, this time it was an absolute failure, I don't know if they have a different chef, but the food was terrible, we had rump steak with fried potatoes and chanterelles, which is actually how it was supposed to be. 23.00 euros, I'll send a photo with it. So the fried potatoes were in greasy, burnt potato crumbs, no slices at all. There were two pieces of chanterelles on display, but lots of onions bathed in fat and to top it off there was some salad with a terrible sour sauce. Just bad, the only thing you could eat was the meat. When we complained, there wasn't even an apology, even though we both gave the entire portion of fried potatoes back. There were also other guests who shared my opinion. So until the kitchen there changes we won't be eating there anymore, and I can't recommend it with a clear conscience. I'm sorry.

Rustic ambience, pretty sun terrace, polite service, very tasty food and tasty lemonades! What more could you want, we were very satisfied and would love to come back!!!

We were passing through and found this beautiful location in Jüterbog. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable, but rather cheap for the quality.

A great restaurant. We treated ourselves to lumberjack steak, penne with asparagus, homemade lemonade and spiced meat. Everything was super tasty. From what we saw on the other tables, everything looked very good and tasty. A clear recommendation!

We stopped by spontaneously and were allowed to sit on the beautiful and cozy terrace. The service was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food very much. The spaghetti diabolo had a pleasant spiciness and the homemade lemonades (pomegranate and lime-mint) were very refreshing and tasty. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.

A really good location in Jüterbog. We always come here when we go skating in Fläming. Unique setting in a historic building with a historic name. The best thing to do is sit outside on the wonderful terrace, regardless of the weather. The service staff was very nice and quick. The lumberjack steak is tender and very pleasantly seasoned. For dessert, the chocolate soufflet was a must: hot and liquid, just as it should be. We are already looking forward to our next visit in July!

It's nice to sit outside next to the city wall. Staff and boss very accommodating. Food was tasty and cheap. Definitely coming back again.

Since the temperatures allowed it, we sat outside. The drinks and food were brought in a reasonable time. The quality was very good. We ate and drank very well at reasonable prices. What's the point of ambience and service if the food isn't right and the hygiene in the kitchen is apparently poor. We were a couple and weren't at all enthusiastic about the dishes we ordered. But the worst thing was that we both had serious gastrointestinal problems afterwards, something like that doesn't work. NEVER THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.

The price and performance are still right here! In direct comparison to other dining establishments near the market square, you get a decent portion in the Tetzelstuben, and not a half at the old price.

We went to the Tetzelstuben for the first time today (on recommendation) and would like to share our positive impression. Luckily we had reserved a table, but it would have been difficult to do so spontaneously as space is limited. We were served by a very friendly, engaging waiter. He tried very hard to ensure we had a nice stay. The food was plentiful and very tasty. Particularly noteworthy were the homemade lemonades, which were really delicious. We are more than satisfied and thank you for the hospitality. The journey from Berlin was worth it, we will definitely come back.

We came across the restaurant by chance and were attracted by the menu and the (vegetarian) daily specials. The staff was extremely friendly and the food (Steak Au für and Veg. Penne) was very tasty, the meat was tender, the cheese was well browned and available in good quantities. 😊✨ We also really liked the rustic and unusual ambience in the outdoor area, located right next to the historic city wall. Recommended. 👌

A soufle with a hot chocolate is super tasty, the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is nice and friendly. We'd love to come back to test the evening menu.

We were able to reserve a table an hour in advance at very short notice (even with a medium-sized dog). The food was very tasty and we didn't finish everything. I particularly liked the chicken because it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Very nice and attentive service, even though we overstayed our lunch break for a few minutes🙊😅😬 Sorry for that. 😅

The restaurant was visited on Tuesday evening (around 5:10 p.m.). There are a few free parking spaces nearby. The restaurant shines with its traditional charm. The ambience is nice and well-kept. The toilet facilities are also very well maintained and in good condition. The selection of dishes is varied and you could put together the dish of your choice. The food was of good quality and tasted very good. There is nothing wrong with the dishes. The service was nice, very competent and helpful. A clear visit recommendation.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Besuch. Freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen in einem rustikalen und gemütlichen Ambiente. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uns wurde das Restaurant empfohlen. Parken war am Sonntag Nachmittag keine Sache. Rundherum genug Möglichkeiten. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant hat für ca. 40 Personen Platz auf 2 Ebenen. Die Karte ist ausreichend und vielfältig. Dazu gibt es saisonale Gerichte. Die Kürbis-ingwer-Suppe war sehr lecker. Mein Schnitzel war leider ohne Würze und auch etwas trocken. Schade. Das Schweinefilet Tetzel war geschmacklich super. Vor allem die Soße. Leider auch hier war das Fleisch teilweise zu trocken. Kartenzahlung ist hier kein Problem.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen Tisch bestellt. Zum Glück kamen wir nur mit einem Auto, denn Parkplätze waren knapp. Die Gaststätte selber ist rustikal eingerichtet , man sitzt gemütlich und der Service ist prima. Das Essen hat fabelhaft geschmeckt.

Sehr gutes Essen und schöner Wein, auf der Terrasse zwischen Weinreben im Herbst war es gemütlich. Der Hund hat einen Napf mit Wasser bekommen, sehr aufmerksam. Die Kellner waren flink und sehr nett. Rundherum ein gemütliches, schmackhaftes Essen.

Freundlich, Flexibel bei der Wahl des Essen (Sonderwünsche), eine sehr gute Speisekarte, sehr gepflegtes und kompetentes Personal, der Koch muss schon einen Stern habe, das Ambiente auf Alt sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, super Service. Ausgesprochen freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Hierher kommen wir gerne zurück.

Über eine Stunde auf die Vorspeisen zu warten und diese dann kalt (die warmen) zu bekommen geht gar nicht. Das Essen war super, wenn auch nicht mehr heiß. Wir wurden sicher einfach nur vergessen, aber anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, macht man einfach weiter, als wäre alles so wie es soll. Für die Limonade darf man gern auch mit ran schreiben, dass das Glas 6,50€ kostet. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt, aber etwas überrascht war ich trotzdem.
