The restaurant does a lot right and is modern, different and exciting. Due to the creative naming of the dishes, you might have expectations a little too high, even if everything was nice and tasty. The prices are also higher, but still acceptable when you consider the overall package.

The first thing you have to praise here is the service. It's unbelievable how we can maintain an overview despite the many guests. Super friendly, super professional. I tipped a lot here - for good reason. Food also great. The bao buns are great, the small curries are original. Cocktails good too. Nice atmosphere, a bit cramped overall. Parking: oh well. And: good quality has its price. Getting full cheaply is better elsewhere.

Wow, was für ein Geschmackserlebnis! Asiatisch inspirierte Gerichte, kreativ zubereitet. Große Vielfalt, für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Ein Lokal um sich wohl zu fühlen, zu genießen und wieder zu kommen.

Sehr lecker! Rice Rice Baby, dazu einen Tofu-Spiess mit Pfeffer und Mango-ErdnussDip. Ich war begeistert und bin richtig satt geworden. Dazu noch günstig und freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Das Ambiente super schön.

Food was very tasty and on the table quickly. Personally, the portions were a bit too small for the price. But all in all a very nice restaurant with friendly service.

Very cool concept! 2-3 tapas are enough and are very tasty! It's also great that half are vegetarian and vegan :) The size of the restoration is also pleasant, which means the noise level is pleasant! Plus, you don't have to wait long for drinks and food. Definitely recommended if you want to go out nicely😊

I'm originally from Munich, was in Hanover for a business meeting and happened to come across this Asian guy. It was simply delicious, with excellent service – highly recommended!

I love it! The employees are super nice and always have a laugh and/or a wink ready for you. The boss is also great. Wishes (even for groups) are fulfilled easily. Personally, I don't find all the seating options comfortable (the high chairs), but the atmosphere is great. And the food!! Simply brilliant and something different. Lots of vegan/veggie options and you can easily combine them. My favorite: the mushroom dishes and the cauliflower! Please note: Some of the dishes have a basic level of spiciness that could be too much for sensitive people. Today I ordered takeaway for the first time - it was ready super quickly and was just as tasty and the same portion size. All around great concept with a great team. Stay as you are!

Very friendly and attentive service, the food was really excellent. Unfortunately there was a "small" misunderstanding, the price for the Sunday brunch is no longer €19.99 but €29.99, plus there was a surcharge of €5 because duck etc. are also offered during Advent. We were a bit shocked because unfortunately it wasn't communicated beforehand and almost twice the price was too expensive for us for a "breakfast". The boss (?) came directly to our table to clarify the problem with us in a very friendly manner. Maybe the next time you raise the prices seasonally, just state this when making your reservation.

For someone who is hungry, this is absolutely out of place. The small, overpriced cold snacks are only for people who want to meet up in the evening to chat and eat something at the same time (those who prefer cold food). We were there with a large group and then ate something at home afterwards. I can't recommend it.

Unusual dishes that always have a special touch. I found my cotton candy sushi with ice cream particularly tasty and imaginative. 😋 Even though I'm not a fan of the food (I'm just not a fan of Asia), I found it very tasty and interesting. But I would always come back for dessert! Innovative restaurant with really good service. A big compliment to the staff!!! Prices a little higher than usual, but absolutely within reason. For me it's good value for money. 👍

If I could, I would give even more stars. Everything about the store is just right: top food with an incredibly intense taste, great ambience, great drinks and a really strong team! I've been here so many times, I'm so glad that the shop has survived Corona and it's so fun to watch how the menu keeps reinventing itself while the classics (Miss Piggy/ Ceviche/ Command Pumpkin and many more ) are allowed to stay. Recently we were able to try out the Christmas menu and I have to say, the boss has once again outdone himself. Brilliant combinations and the result is so good! Especially the fried rice with pulled duck and tempura mushrooms was a poem. Please, please keep it up, we are already looking forward to the next visit in January!

We were there with a larger group for brunch on Sunday and were extremely satisfied. A very large selection is available at the buffet. Plus warm meals. The variety and quantity is outstanding. The croffel was very well received by everyone. Great idea! Upon request, scrambled or fried eggs can be prepared personally for each guest using various ingredients. The newly offered currywurst is also very tasty. Attention: here spicy means really spicy! I had a very nice email communication with the restaurant management in advance about an additional request, which was then fulfilled. A clear recommendation from us for brunch. Due to the very positive experiences, we will soon try a la carte in the evening.

Nice shop with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. But there are also meat products. The kitchen is visible and the vibe of the shop is very young. Hygiene items are included in the toilets if you need them.

Our new favorite restaurant! After delicious sushi rolls, a dessert was perfect: great! Cashew ice cream with 'black earth', pomegranate seeds on passion fruit foam and a lemongrass-ginger crème brulée - fantastic! Very, very nice shop, we were there today and were served very nicely. The food is great and we are always surprised by what the kitchen can create, even though the space is not big. It is a bit noisy there, but that was also due to the fact that it was very crowded and there were large groups there. Otherwise it's a really nice shop. Always my pleasure.

Yesterday evening I was there for the first time and have just reserved the next visit. Not only is the food delicious, but the whole team is very accommodating and friendly!!!

Everything is really right here. Food, ambience, service. There is a really large selection of vegetarian and vegan food. And sooo 😋 delicious. Try it out.

Despite the cool evening, yesterday we had a delicious meal outside under the heaters at Tenshi (we came without a reservation). We received excellent service from Daniel, who made all of our change requests possible. We haven't experienced this much good service in a restaurant for a long time. The appetizers (tapas principle) were simply delicious and we completely polished off the sushi that we also ordered and didn't even leave any leftover sauce (!)!

Excitingly diverse and harmoniously coordinated Asian tapas. The drinks menu also offered new taste experiences. However, if you're hungry, it's a bit expensive.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not good, as the amount of individual snacks is really too small for the price. 1 naan bread with 3 dips for €7.90? 3 small “happy morsels” for €9.90? It was tasty and the ambience and service were good. But just too expensive.

The service is very courteous and is happy to give tips when ordering. I tried a few things and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious pork belly can taste 😄. I'll definitely come back 👍

Very tasty food with really special flavors. But for my taste there's no coriander in it - you have to like that. 50% of my colleagues felt the same way about a small vegan bowl with baobab edamame, etc. and coriander - unfortunately my palate tells me it has an unpleasant soapy taste. But OK, we were given a planned menu as a company, if I ordered alone and so I knew what was coming, I would simply have the food changed. The service was great for the most part, but there were occasional misunderstandings where instead of paying for a wine another one came, which of course could have been due to the higher overall volume. When it's full, structural or furnishing sound insulation is unfortunately missing here and there.

We were absolutely thrilled. Everything was great, friendly, clean, pleasant atmosphere, extremely great creations in terms of the look and taste of the food.

My family and I had brunch here recently! The buffet was really really good! There were rolls, waffles, croissants, muesli/cornflakes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, salads, etc. and later around 11 a.m. there were also warm dishes, such as potato gratin, fish and vegetables. The staff is super friendly and helpful! We realized we didn't have any milk or cream for our coffee so we asked for it and were given a small carafe of milk! I think it's definitely recommended to eat here!

A chic restaurant with a creative and very tasty menu. In one place or another it could be a bit more creative (the vegan tuna alternative is more reminiscent of pureed canned tuna than sashimi tuna, which would fit the concept much better) and the prices are sometimes a bit ambitious (2 very average shrimps with Dip for just under 10 euros). Basically, however, you get creative and tasty little bites. You should definitely try it out once.

Today we enjoyed brunch on Mother's Day with 7 people and enjoyed a great, varied buffet, not forgetting the very nice welcome and service. We'd love to come back, thank you♡

I had a wonderful evening at Tenshi. The service was very courteous and very attentive. As a first-time visitor, you were given a short, informative introduction to the concept of the menu, which I found very helpful. All dishes were consistently on point. Visually excellent, all tastes and sensations from sour to sweet to umami to creamy to crispy were perfectly fulfilled. It was incredibly tasty and the prices were reasonable. The ambience is also very nice, especially outside with the view of the Christ Church. Thank you very much for the lovely evening, dear Tenshi team, we’d love to do it again!

We dined here with a group of 8 people and most of us were very satisfied. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy. The dishes are a bit like Asian tapas and are easy to share. However, the food was very spicy and some of us even found it overly seasoned if not overly salty.

It was my first time there and not my last visit. Great cuisine and very, very tasty. Real! Totally 🔝Asia meets tapas. Mega concept! The service😍 was also very friendly and attentive. We were there for brunch. It was incredibly tasty and the service was very nice and attentive. Lots of choice, both some breakfast variations and delicious lunches. The price is €27, including orange juice + filter coffee. If you don't drink coffee, it will be a very expensive pleasure. Nonetheless, it was a nice morning.

The food was very tasty and special. Unfortunately the service was a bit uncoordinated and we were a bit forgotten. Since it was very full, we only had a small coffee table and a couch corner. I was told that on the phone beforehand, but I didn't think it was that great for the price. Overall, the concept of multiple bites to share wasn't really my thing.

The dishes have senseless names like 'Kommando Kurbnis' or 'Bravacardo' etc. I chose Kurbnis (Zucca) but it was totally tasteless - it is an achievement to deprive the vegetable of all its natural flavour. Another of our company chose a soup that arrived in a minuscule plastic container (presumably straight out of the microwave). The menu seems to be cunningly designed to break the German habit of ordering (only) one main dish per head: when taking your order the waiter politely warns you that the dishes you are choosing are not full portions, and that maybe you would do well to order more than one per head. Better to resist this, and even better than that, not go there at all. Falsely exotic-looking food for people who know nothing. And expensive (for what it is, or wants to be).

Wir waren gestern zum Brunch hier. In gemütlicher Atmosphäre wurde ein festliches Buffet aufgebaut und ständig nachgefüllt. Wir konnten gar nicht alles probieren es war eine tolle Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter gaben sich sehr viel Mühe um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Toll macht weiter so.

Weihnachtsbrunch, riesige Auswahl und jedes Gericht, das ich probiert habe einfach köstlich. Leider konnte ich nicht alles kosten. 1000 Mägen möchte ich haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Tapas meets Asia Food Cooles Konzept in einem coolen Ambiente mit modernen neu interpretierten Gerichten a la Tapas meets Asia Food. Eins sollte man vorweg sagen, reservieren sollte man im Vorfeld gerade zu Abendstunden. Ein cooles, modern und warm gestaltetes Restaurant. Habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Service ist nett, zuvorkommend und kennen die Karte gut und können gute Empfehlungen geben. Allerdings hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht, da man ein wenig länger warten musste bis man bedient wurde (waren auch nur zu zweit an dem Abend im Service) Das Essen war sagenhaft, gerade die ausgefallenen Sachen auf der Karte waren ein Gaumenschmaus. Die „Standardgerichte“ waren gut. Man kann aus 3 Taps Kategorien auswählen. Small, Medium und Large Ich hatte ein Small (Na-Nana) und ein Large Tapas (Lila Laune Nudeln - ein reinster Traum) und das war mir völlig ausreichend. Denke das man mit 2-3 Tapas je nachdem was man nimmt gut hinkommt. Ansonsten kann man ja jederzeit nachbestellen. Kommen wir abschließend zu den Preisen. Ja im Gegensatz zu normalen Tapasbars vllt ein bissl teurer auf den ersten Blick, aber da meistens zwei Tapas ausreichen gleicht es sich wieder aus und für die Portionen die man bekommt ist es ok. Dafür sind die Getränke günstig und die selbstgemachten Limos und Eistees auch sehr lecker. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und für Veganer auch viel dabei :)

Das Essen (man bestellt mehrere Kleinigkeiten, ähnlich wie Tapas) war grundsätzlich ganz lecker. Es gibt drei Portionsgrößen, allerdings recht hochpreisig für das was man letztlich auf dem Teller hat. Auch die Einteilung der Portionsgrößen ist seltsam m. E. . Männer mit richtig Hunger müssen hier schonmal tiefer in den Geldbeutel greifen. Mein Freund ist letztlich gar nicht richtig satt da raus gegangen und trotzdem hatten wir fast 60€ bezahlt zu zweit...bei nur einem Getränk p. P. Für das Geld haben wir weitaus schon besser und reichhaltiger in guten Restaurants gegessen. Das Ambiente ist ganz nett, Musik für meinen Geschmack recht laut, dadurch ist die Geräuschkulisse Recht hoch insgesamt, was die Gemütlichkeit nimmt. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, aber auch bisschen übergriffig da für uns von dem Kellner entschieden wurde wann welches Gericht serviert wird nach Bestellung zweier Gerichte p. P. . Wir wollten eigentlich jeder 2 Gerichte parallel essen.... Aber schätze im Nachhinein das wurde so entschieden da nur 2 Kräfte in der (offenen) Küche gekocht haben. Die hatten ordentlich Stress wie ich beim rausgehen gesehen habe und der Laden war dreiviertel voll. Hätte man besser so kommunizieren sollen. Wartezeit war nämlich auch entsprechend lang bis der nächste Gang kam. Man isst sich eher hungrig da finde ich. Wir werden eher nicht nochmals hingehen bei den Preisen zu den kleinen Portionen und dazu die Wartezeiten. Höchstens mal für eine Kleinigkeit. Aber es barrierefrei und Recht geräumig dort und auch hübsch eingerichtet mit einer tollen Außenterrasse direkt zur Marktkirche hin. Also draußen sitzt man sicherlich gut. Nur an der Personalstärke muss dort wirklich gearbeitet werden. Vlt dafür bisschen weniger Gewinn abschöpfen aber ausgewogene Zufriedenheit für Küche, Personal und Gäste herstellen.

Sehr überraschend, sehr lecker. Sozusagen eine asiatische Tapasbar. Viele Kleinigkeiten zum kombinieren, alles war lecker und schön zum teilen. Aber auch Hauptgerichte wie Curry, Bowls und Sushi

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal, aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal , zum Brunch. Alle Speisen sind sehr filigran und kleinteilig angerichtet. Alles, egal ob die Salate oder die warmen Speisen, sehe gut abgeschmeckt. Die gesamte Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Hannover kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, wenn es nicht aus ist. Es lohnt sich wirklich, hinzugehen und viele kleine Sachen zu genießen. Leider hört man oft, dass es dies nicht gibt und das nicht gibt. Speziell bei den Cocktails wurden wir enttäuscht. Aber dieses Eis! Ohne Dessert auf keinen Fall gehen.

Wir waren gestern für ein Geschäftsessen zum ersten mal im tenshi und alleine beim betreten des Lokals waren wir positiv überrascht und herzlichst in Empfang genommen worden, das Lokal ist ein sehr schönes und modernes eingerichtetes Lokal mit einer warmen und wohlfühlenden Ausstrahlung so das wir uns sofort nach Ankunft wohlgefühlt haben. Der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Service der uns geboten wurde sucht seines gleichen in vielen anderen Restaurants die höher kategorisiert sind als im Tenshi , akkurat freundlich aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend ( man sah , spürte die Freude und den Spaß am Umgang mit den Gästen). Ich hatte das Glück bei einer kleinen Pause von den ganzen Gängen die wir verspeist haben (karte rauf und runter) kurz bei einem gang vor die Tür denn Küchenchef Aaron kennen zu lernen und dank der offenen Küche einen kleinen Plausch zu halten, ein wirklicher Meister seines Werks und wundervoller Gastgeber, das Essen war eine richtige Offenbarung alles in sich auf den Punkt abgeschmeckt, angerichtet eine Augenweide sowie Geschmacks Erlebnis , die Getränke ( Cocktails und Weine) waren sehr gut, die Cocktails sind hervorzuheben den sie wurden gemacht von jemanden der sein Handwerk versteht. Vielen Dank für dieses sehr schöne und positive Erlebnis… Wir werden wieder kommen! Danke

Freute mich auf THREESOME, 3 Curry als kleine Variante zum Probieren für 19,90€ Laut Karte Rind, Huhn und Gemüse. Bei mir gab es Krabben statt Huhn, ich konnte das nicht essen. 2 Schale mit Rind war eher ein Gulasch und schmeckte sehr säuerlich. Auch die 3. Schale mit Gemüse schmeckte leider recht sauer. Auf meine Frage was das bitte mit Curry zu tun hat, kam als Antwort, das ist die kreative Auslegung von uns! Mein Mann wählte Miss Piggy, knapp 6cm extrem salziger Schweinebauch und Beef me up ein Witz und das schmeckte mehr wie Spühlwasser. Mit Bier und Wasser waren wir 50€ los und immer noch hungrig. Fazit nie wieder.

Mein Junggesellenabschied führte mich ins Tenchi! Es war eine perfekte Wahl, denn das Essen war kreativ und sehr lecker. Ich war seit dem schon öfter dort und jedes Mal hab ich Neues entdeckt! Die Portionsgrösse ist perfekt um Neues zu entdecken und trotzdem nicht zu teuer.

So ein tolles Restaurant in Hannover - sehr schön eingerichtet, freundliche sowie engagierte Mitarbeiter und fabelhaftes Essen! War jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und immernoch begeistert. Die Gerichte sind toll komponiert und jedes mal ein Fest für die Geschmacksknospen. Vegane und vegetarische Optionen gibt es ebenso wie glutenfreie Gerichte - und wenn man Fragen hat kommt sogar der Koch und geht persönlich auf spezielle Fragen zur Speisekarte ein :)

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant , mit einem tollen Konzept. Viele kleine Tapas im asiatischem Style. So hatten wir die Möglichkeit zu viert ganz viele Gerichte kennenzulernen. Macht weiter so!

Good place to be :) Das Tenshi ist ein modernes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant in der schönen Nordstadt mit Blick auf die imposante Christuskirche. Die Karte bietet einen kreativ-asiatischen Menümix an, ist übersichtlich gestaltet und hält doch für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit. Im Tenshi gab es für mein Dafürhalten den besten Burger in Town. Leider nicht mehr im Angebot (*Zaunpfahl-Wink*), doch regelmäßig erscheinen auf der Karte neue Speisen die klug und mit viel Liebe zusammengestellt wurden. Cocktails und Longdrinks sowie fein abgestimmte Eistees und Schorlen sehen nicht nur super aus, sondern schmecken auch frisch und lecker. Besondere Empfehlung: Das Kräusen-Hausbier. Im Sommer kann man wunderbar auf einer großzügig gestalteten Außenterasse den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das Servicepersonal ist hier übrigens besonders freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wir fühlen uns immer willkommen und selbst wenn viel los ist, gut bedient.

Wir waren heute erstmals hier und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Ausgefallene Gerichte mit Sharing-Konzept. Ein toller, aufmerksamer Service, leckere Getränke im schönen Ambiente runden das Gesamtbild ab. Wir hätten gerne 4,5 Sterne vergeben. Das geht aber nicht.

We went here with a large group, about 40 people. We all ordered large platters of different dishes and shared everything. The food was great, I'm not the biggest fan of asian cuisine but this was suprisingly enjoyable. The best thing I tried must be their fried banana desert served with some strawberry cream and icecream. The skewered meat, noodles and naan together with the sauces were also good.
