I ordered a sandwich and a portion of Lobia Polo from this little Iranian restaurant today and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was super fresh and very flavorful. I was particularly impressed by the value for money - really good value for the quality of the food. I will definitely eat here again and again, can only recommend it!

The food was okay, but you can only pay in cash there - card payments are not accepted! We live in 2024, things should really be different. (By the way, here's my bill as proof! Please don't say I wasn't there. Very disappointing. Never again.)

The restaurant has the yummiest and tastiest kebabs ... real authentic Persian style as if you're in Tehran and having the time of your dreams ... casual and dreamy too! The owner, Mr. Ali is a pleasant and decent man. Recently they have added a smart guy, Mr. Mehrdad, in management system that has made the business much more professional, artistic, and robust! My kudos to this brilliant young PhD student. So, if you fancy a cool Persian atmosphere with tasty kebabs with juicy Ayran (Dough) and onion + salad ... I kindly recommend you this lovely place!

Tehran Grill on Nollendorfplatz 7 is a cozy spot with a welcoming atmosphere. The food was acceptable, and the chef was incredibly friendly, making sure we felt at home. However, there's one thing worth noting: while they proudly display the Persian motto "Hot Bread, Hot Kabab," the experience felt incomplete without the authentic hot Sangak or Taftoon bread. It would be great if they could include these traditional breads to truly match the motto and elevate the overall dining experience. Despite this, it's still a decent place to enjoy some Persian cuisine in Berlin.

I ate Djuje Soltani and it was really tasty. I have also visited a few restaurants in Berlin and Hamburg, but I believe Tehran Grill is the best choice for this. :)

We had an amazing dining experience at Tehran Grill in Berlin. The Persian food was absolutely fantastic, with every dish bursting with authentic flavors. There is no name at all that they give such a bad meal..... and a stupid toilet that is worse and dirtier than the tunnel of horror. They only chose the name Gandab for their restaurant and it has a good area. Es passt überhaupt nicht der Namen dafür, dass es so ein schlechte Essen gibt..... und eine dunkel Toilette, die schlimmer und schmutziger ist als der Tunnel des Grauens. Sie haben nur den Namen Gandab für ihr Restaurant gewählt und es hat eine gute Gegend.

Best koubideh Kabab you may find in Berlin!

Imagine it as a very high class kebab, but no usual Döner place. It's mostly lamb and chicken. The sandwich in the basic version is 10€, but different larger meat variations are also available. The ayran is freshly self made and tasty. Service good.

First of all, the bad behavior of the gentleman who takes the order is rude and arrogant, he even had the same behavior with the customer after me, and the customer complained right away, the chef's hair was very long and he did not have a hat or head protection, the taste of the food was very ordinary and average. The size of the kebabs and the small quantity compared to the price, the awful cinnamon and the poor and tasteless side dish orders must be repeated several times due to the forgetfulness of the order taker. The tables outside the shop are not clean. Dishes, food and side dishes only in one dish, the ratio of vegetables and main dish was too much, more than half of the dish and in the menu and the variety was very poor.

I ate the food and 2h later I had the most horrible food poisoning ever in my life. The food wasn’t tasting bad at all which surprises me. Since it was the only meal I had that day I’m pretty sure I had food poisoning from it. Be careful.

It was one of the worst food experiences in Germany, the quality of the rice was low and the 'kubide' was very poor, also the 'grilled chicken' was really bad, not worth trying at all.

Order a Joojeh kebab and doogh (yoghurt drink), sit down, close your eyes - and you are basically in Tehran here. Hands down my favorite place to have Iranian kebab in Berlin.

The price was good, but their Kubide does not taste like authentical Persian Kubide. The worst thing about them is that we can not pay with credit cards, and have to pay with cash.

So, we went there for dinner; Man, that Persian grill was a total disaster! The food was barely cooked, had zero flavor (no salt for one of the djuje kababs), and the djuje kabab and kabab were tasteless. Plus, it cost more expensive compared to other Iranian restaurants. And they only took cash and the bathroom was a dump with a busted lock. But, gotta give 'em credit for being friendly. We only went because it had 4.5 stars, but that rating was way off the mark!

Friendly welcome and personal advice on the respective dishes, including whether vegetarian or not. Dishes were without exception tasty and fresh. Gladly again!

The selection of grill specialties and vegetarian dishes is outstanding! Everything is freshly prepared and tastes incredibly delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the service is simply great. I highly recommend this place! I would also like to emphasize that the atmosphere is very pleasant and the ambience invites you to linger. The presentation of the dishes is also very appealing and makes the meal a real pleasure for the senses. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would happily repeat!

I have been a regular customer of this bistro and have no interest in returning here from now on. Unfortunately, I noticed that the prices varied greatly even though the orders never changed. I decided weeks ago that I would only order one type of food from this bistro. And every time I met a new employee. But it's really unfair that there is no fixed price for one type of food and they rely on the food being served at any price. That's pretty shocking. Today I paid more than ever and got the worst food imaginable. It feels like every time I travel to a different planet and experience it at a new price and with a new taste. I hope the owner of this bistro at least thinks about how to continue this endless chaos when he has a regular customer and can't keep him. In this way, money, time and energy are wasted and in the end the customer is the loser.👎

This guy has some serious BBQ, liver and more. He is professional in buying meat. The place was a bit small which will never outweigh the quality, especially their fresh own made bread is awesome with the kebab.

Dishonest seller! Didn't give me enough money...

I ordered food here today (January 31, 2024) through Wolt and I have to say it is the best kubideh I have ever eaten. The meat is excellent. Upon request, I received extra rice and tadik. The employees are very nice. Great, I'm very satisfied. In the future I'll only order my kubideh here.

It's an Iranian kebabshop, in a traditional style ambiance wich sells items like liver, heart and other organ meats which are popular in Iran. (جگرپرده،دل،قلوه،خوش گوشت) Staff were super friendly, they were noticing all of their costumers and they tried to make them feel like home, they even had some old songs playing in the store to make the experience whole. To my surprise there were a lot of German customers, which I didn't expect, since usually such food is not that popular amongst foreigners outside Iran. They even gave us complementary Tea In the end which was real nice of them. We tried a couple of skewered organ meats and koobideh (minced meat kebab). They came with a side of lemon and onions and tasted nice and it was a nice experience overall. The only downside would be the fact that they don't have a charcoal grill and they make everything on a grill that uses propane as fuel and that would eliminate the hint of smokiness on the kebab. Also their bread is the regular pita bread, which is not traditional in Iran and since it's a bit sweet, it changes the taste. In the end we also ordered some minced meat kebab (Koobideh) it was ok, but it had some kind of a taste, I don't know whether they had too much onion in it or some kind of spice was added to it. It was ok but not the best Koobideh and definitely not the Koobideh you get in Iranian style kebabshop. (It tasted more like Koobideh from northwest of Iran, which is called Bonab kebab) Their lamb kebab (چنجه) was surprisingly good and juicy, I definitely recommend it. Overall was a nice experience, and I would definitely go there again.

Persisches Essen in der Qualität in einem so kleinen Laden ist selten. Hinzu kommt der hausgemachte Dugh, der wirklich klasse schmeckt. Vor Ort essen viele Iraner, was ohnehin ein gutes Zeichen ist.
