We'd love to come back again, we always feel at home here, and then the food is delicious 👍

I like the very rustic interior, lots of wood, not as intrusively cliched as Greek as in many other Greek restaurants. The food is very good, the bifteki and the lamb souvlaki are particularly recommended, the selection of drinks is also sufficiently extensive, my favorite drink Malamatina Retsina is even served in a wine cooler and the obligatory ouzo as a welcome was also fine. Unfortunately I have to deduct one star because it doesn't seem to be possible to pay by card here. There is a device, but neither Maestro, Visa, MasterCard nor even PayPal via Google Pay were accepted by the device. It is therefore strongly advisable to only show up here with enough cash.

Great Greek food, cozy atmosphere

I ordered gyros in Metaxa sauce. Unfortunately it has now become gyro soup. The cheese was under the gyro, unfortunately there was no sign of it being “baked” because of the cream soup. Unfortunately, the fries were also totally limp. And not for the first time. It's a shame, everything else was always great and LEFKAS was one of my favorite restaurants. I won't have enough money for this in the future.

02/23/24/6:00 p.m. I was here for the first time today with friends who have visited the restaurant several times. It is located in a quiet residential area. There aren't many places around. Around 50-60 people can sit inside and outside. The menu offers a lot of familiar things. However, what is offered is at a fairly high level. The eggplant salad (€5.8) is a delicately seasoned cream, ideal with bread or as a dip for meat. The warm dolmadaki (€9.2) is the highlight of the evening. Beautifully soft grape leaves envelop tasty rice. The whole thing in a lemon sauce - a dream. The grilled bread (€3.2) is new to me: toasted white bread with olive oil and oregano - very tasty. I haven't heard of the Bujurdi (€11.8) yet either. Warm feta with tomatoes - very tasty. The five(!) lamb chops (€21.5) are beautifully fried and juicy, the fries are crispy and the tzatziki is strong. The gyro calamari plate (€18.8) was ok, but didn't stand out like the other dishes. Finally, a chocolate mishap - also recommended. The service is quick and friendly. The furnishings are typical and homely.

Absolutely top class, I've been to Greece several times, I've been to Greek restaurants around the world several times.... This restaurant here is in the top league...!

Very tasty Greek food, the best tzatziki I've eaten so far. The souflaki was also great, high quality meat prepared very tasty. And Christos welcomes and serves his guests as one would expect from Greece. A clear recommendation, but only with prior reservation, otherwise it will be difficult to get a table.

Das Essen wird dort noch frisch und traditionell zubereitet, wie ich es von früher bei griechischen Freunden kenne. Sehr lecker und durch die herzliche und freundliche Art, mit griechischer Musik im Hintergrund,fühlt man sich in den Griechenland Urlaub zurück versetzt. Das Lokal befand sich unweit von unserem Hotel und war auf einem Samstag voll. Durch die frische Zubereitung der Speisen hat man uns gleich sehr freundlich gesagt das es ein bisschen dauern wird und mit unserem Getränken wurde uns prompt warmes Brot und ein Teller Zaziki mit 2 Ouzo auf den Tisch gestellt.Mit der Grundlage fiel uns das Warten nicht schwer und bei dem leckeren Essen was wir dann bekamen, nehmen wir Wartezeit gerne in Kauf. Wir kommen auf jedenfall beim nächsten Kurzurlaub in Hamburg wieder.

Delicious and authentic! A great find in Eilbek

Traditional and freshly prepared dishes, as I know them from Greek friends. Very cozy, warm and familiar atmosphere that you rarely find anymore. Coleslaw, taramar, etc. all homemade. For a few hours you feel like you are in Greece.

Unfortunately not recommended. Delivery came in a bag (well really in a bag) - salad was also completely free to fly around, fries were soaked in the sauce. It's a shame, it was always nice on site but apparently nothing is taken into account during delivery. Gyros are also better on site (no roasted aromas when delivered, looks like sliced ​​meat from Lidl that was made in a pan) just disappointing.

The food is super delicious. Best tavern in HH. Can only recommend the gyro salad. 10/10

Price/performance is good. Service is good. The restaurant is quite small, unfortunately there was someone at the next table with a dog who barked the whole time. The dog was clearly not feeling well. I and other guests would have wished that someone would take care of it. So eating out wasn't very relaxing. Too bad

Were asked in and after 20 minutes we still haven't received any cards. The table next to us wasn't served either. Way too busy, but only 2 waiters walking around. Unfortunately, they were completely overwhelmed and completely forgot about us. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food.

Simple ambience, bright dining room, service quick and error-free, but somehow not really on point (with the customer). Food is not very lovingly decorated, but it still tastes good. Overall solid.

As a tourist you have to sort out your impressions first, but of all the Greek restaurants I've tried so far, this one is above average in terms of taste (I tried gyros with Metaxa sauce and rice). The salad was poor and the dressing was too shallow. Metaxa sauce prepared with more cream, but the taste is something new. No surprise with the rice. Service: We were initially overlooked and sat in there for 20 minutes. In defense: the place was full, both inside and on the terrace. Staff tried hard and friendly, but the first impression was flawed. Nice atmosphere, nice terrace and a bit rustic in a positive sense. Prices are certainly low for Hamburg standards All in all solid, no revelation, if you live nearby you should stop by often

The food was really good, but the portion of gyros with bifteki for €21.80 was far too small for the price 50€ for 2 small dishes and really small portions which is a real shame because we actually know the shop differently. After we finished eating, my wife and I were still hungry.

Now there almost every week. Really delicious Greek food, always courteous service and a super nice owner!

Classic Greek restaurant ! The restaurant is quite large and was still quite full shortly before 3 a.m. on a Sunday. Very dark in the interior and poor acoustics in the interior, therefore very loud. I had a small Greek salad beforehand which was very tasty. The main course is number 87, the Olympia plate. With gyros, a small minced steak and gyros with rice. Everything was very tasty and tasty, especially the gyros was very well seasoned, just like you know it from Greece. In summer you can also sit outside. Very friendly review and good service. A clear recommendation to go but you should make a reservation on the weekend 😉 I recommend the gyro!

Die Lieferung via Lieferando leider oft bei 1 1/2 - 2 Stunden . Aber für das leckere Essen muss man das wohl in Kauf nehmen . Klare Empfehlung!

One of the best places I have eaten in Hamburg. A real traditional Greek restaurant. Owner was friendly and even treated us with Uzo and dessert. I can only recommend this restaurant, and definitely will be visiting it again.

Mega gastfreundlich, augezeichnete Lammkoteletts (Paidakia), perfekte Moussaka, phantastischer Tintenfisch und ein super herzlicher Wirt und Team, die auch an total überfüllten Tagen immer einen Platz für uns finden. Das absolute Lieblingsrestaurant auch unserer Kinder, Pommes sind super, Kinder-Ouzo (Ki-Ba) und ganz viel Aufmerksamkeit von Christos...

Gutes Essen zum fairen Preis. Ein wenig moderner in jedweder Hinsicht würde aber nicht schaden.

Si mangia bene, c'era anche la musica e l'ambiente è molto curato. Cordialissimo il proprietario e molto gentile la collaboratrice. Unico difetto ambiente piccolo per il numero di commensali.

Heute mittag kamen wir spontan auf die Idee mal wieder lecker griechisch essen zu gehen. Leider wurden wir, hingegen zu sonst, enttäuscht. Wir haben uns schon gewundert das es zur Mittagszeit so leer war. Sonst bekam noch vor ein paar Wochen nur mit viel Glück einen Platz wenn man nicht reserviert hatte. Hurra es wurde wohl von der Küche die Heißluftfriteuse entdeckt was der Raumluft sehr zugute kommt aber leider nicht dem Geschmack der Speisen die unterwürzt waren die im Nachhinein aber mit irgendeinem Gewürzpulver bedacht wurden was uns immernoch im Magen schwelt. Zudem stand auf unserer Rechnung ein Tee den wir nicht hatten. Ja natürlich bekamen wir das Geld dafür zurück aber alles in allem war es ein enttäuschenden Besuch heute. Sehr schade, sonst haben wir immer gut gegessen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Meines Erachtens ein familiengeführtes Restaurant, mit sehr leckerem Essen. Das Ambiente ist rustikal, die Portionen groß zu fairen Preisen. Das Gyros ist zu empfehlen - knusprig und super lecker!

Christos ist einfach ein toller Gastgeber und macht immer alles möglich. Das absolute Lieblingsrestaurant bei uns von Jung und Alt, total kinderfreundlich. Die Lammkoteletts sind erste Klasse, Oktopus auch und das Moussaka ebenfalls. Sehr guter Hauswein...

Leuk Grieks restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Hadden verschillende gerechten en waren allemaal even heerlijk. Personeel was vriendelijk, het was op dat moment erg druk, moesten daarom langer wachten dan gewoonlijk.

Das Essen war gut, das Ambiente drinnen hat eher was von Kneipe denn Restaurant und die Bedienung wirkte etwas unsortiert. War aber auch recht voll.

Ist ein wirklich gutes Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, die Portion ist reichlich und der Service ist schnell! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich bin schon seit Jahren dort zum Essen, aber irgendwie ist das nur noch ein Abarbeiten von Bestellungen. Kein nettes Wort, kein "guten Appetit". Das war mal sehr anders! Mal abgesehen von der saftigen Preiserhöhung ( simpler Gyros 16,50€!) sind auch andere Sachen weg. Keine Tomaten, Olive oder Peperoni mehr auf dem Salat oder beim Hauptgang. Der Bergrüßungsouzo nur halb voll. Das sind zwar alles Kleinigkeiten, aber insgesamt, besonders in Verbindung mit dem Abfertigen wie in einer Kantine- bei der Zeche- muss ich bzw kann ich mir das auch finanziell nicht mehr antun. Schade!

Ein sehr gutes Lokal. Die Bedienung hat uns freundlich empfangen und einen Tisch zu gewiesen, den ich kurz vorher reserviert hatte. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht. Karte und Getränke kamen schnell. Zu empfehlen ist der Octopus als Vorspeise. Sehr zartes Fleisch mit einem hervorragenden Geschmack. Die anderen Gerichte waren ebenfalls sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zu Beginn und zum Abschied gab es noch einen Ouzo. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr rustikale Einrichtung im Stile der 70/80-iger. Ob die Trennung der Sitzbereiche mit Folie so sinnvoll ist?! Wirkt ein wenig skurril. Schön ist anders. Die Bedienung ist durchaus freundlich und größtenteils aufmerksam. Zwischendurch wird man allerdings mal vergessen. Dafür gab es dann andererseits 2 Ouzo aufs Haus. Die Karte ist ein wenig kleiner, als bei anderen Griechen. Fisch gibt es kaum. Die einzelnen Gerichte waren absolut in Ordnung. Hier gab es nichts zu meckern. Wenn man in der Gegend ist, kann man hier durchaus einkehren.
