No possibility to get food or something to drink there at 6 p.m. during the week. The restaurant was completely empty and we wanted to get seats. We were told that this was not possible and that we would have to wait about 15 minutes because everything might be reserved and the boss wasn't there. Went there for the third time today and were a bit disappointed. It took about 25 minutes before we were even asked for our drinks. The mixed salad as a side dish was too vinegary for me personally. My wife ordered fusilli pasta with beef fillet. No fusilli came, but slightly wider spaghetti. When asked, fusilli were also confirmed, even though they weren't. It would have been nice to be asked if another type of pasta would have been okay. My pizza arrived after my wife had already finished her meal. Unfortunately the pizza was only lukewarm and had too many toppings. Too much ham, too much rocket, too much buffalo mozzarella and too many truffles, less would be more here. The pizza also had several, noticeable char marks that I had to remove. And that at a price of over €21. The 3 stars come from the friendly service! I expected more from premium quality food.

Beautiful Italian restaurant. Very nice and helpful team. Dishes are very tasty and you can feel the Italian hospitality, which makes the taverna stand out from the crowd.

I've been a regular customer for years and I've never had better pizza, mussels, etc. anywhere else than I did here. The service is always very friendly and highly professional, even though the restaurant is almost always full. Both speak for themselves and therefore contradict other statements. You want fantastic food in a unique atmosphere - here is my absolute recommendation.

My girlfriend and I spontaneously wanted a pizza late in the evening. We called and we were helped immediately and in a very friendly manner. We only had a short walk and the pizzas were ready for pick up after just 10 minutes. When we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly manner and received the pizzas straight away. The atmosphere was incredibly beautiful and you immediately felt at home. The pizzas were also super tasty and we really enjoyed them. The experience was our best in a long time. The entire staff was super polite and had a positive attitude. The price is also top notch In general everything was SUPER great👍 Thanks!

Italians of high standards. The pizzas are really excellent. A cross-section of the other dishes (scaloppine, saltimbocca, mussels, various antipasti) revealed good quality, but nothing exceptional. The Prosecco is recommended! Service was polite and reasonably speedy; However, the restaurant was very full on a Friday evening. A reservation is recommended!

My girlfriend and I wanted a pizza at 10:15 p.m. I called them and was told that it wasn't a problem and that the pizzas would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. When we got there and we saw the pizzeria, we were blown away by the ambience. The employee gave us a warm welcome and handed us the pizzas. She even asked if she should cut the pizzas. Super friendly! Super thin floor and great surface! I love this pizza! I would even go so far as to say it was the best pizza of my life! And at a very good price! As always, we had a very good meal here. The Taverna Italiana is certainly recommended. By the way: The best espresso in the entire district is available here.

I travel around the world a lot for work, but I have only met a good Italian like this in Italy. I ate there 4 times in 10 days, each time something different and everything was perfect. From the starter to the main course to the wine to the espresso with grappa, everything was perfect. I can only recommend him. Don't forget to make a reservation, otherwise there will be a long waiting time. Rating: Fantastic

Unfortunately, the service is a bit difficult: endless waiting times until you get a card - the rest is just like that: waiting is a big priority - friendliness is a lower priority. Despite a reservation, we stood at the entrance for a long time until we were shown our table. Waiting time to order, then for drinks and food was very long. It's a shame because you'll lose your hunger.

Unfortunately our service visit was a disaster. After 20 minutes I got up and asked the waiter if we could order. Food was good but waiting almost half an hour for the drinks we ordered was bad service in my opinion.

I didn't ask you to put tuna or peppers on the pizza. We left hungry

Located in a courtyard in Wasserburg's old town, it is an absolute insider tip. You feel like you've been transported to a small alley in an Italian cita vecchia. Top!

Gisteravond hebben we gegeten bij Taverna Italiana. Een gezellig restaurant. Een zeer ruime kaart, van pizza, pasta’s, vlees en vis. Wij hebben genoten van de pizza’s en de entrecote. Al het eten, ook bij andere tafels, zag er zeer goed uit! Vriendelijk personeel. Vanwege een verjaardag in onze groep deden ze nog wat extra’s bij het dessert! Al met al een aanrader!

The pizza was okay, but we had to wait a long time until we were served and the food came. After eating we had to wait a long time again because the employees weren't allowed to collect the money themselves and we had to wait until the boss himself came. I then gave him feedback that the very long waiting times were not particularly pleasant, to which he unfortunately reacted very arrogantly. So I didn't even get around to mentioning that I prefer to give my tips to the employees who served me and not to someone else, who I didn't see once until the end, even if that was the case about the boss. The place might be suitable for “important” people, but it was too stupid for us.

Die Küche war gut, der Service eine Katastrophe! Anfangs wurden wir komplett ignoriert, nach 2-maliger Aufforderung kam dann endlich ein Kellner, der uns die Speisekarten gegeben hat und ohne weitere Nachfragen, was wir denn nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit zumindest trinken möchten, wieder entschwand... Es waren 2 weitere Tische besetzt, ansonsten waren wir (noch relativ früh am Abend) alleine im Lokal. Nachdem wir dann alles zusammen endlich bestellen konnten, ging es schnell und der zuständige Kellner war zumindest nett und das Essen schmeckte auch sehr gut! Da für uns auch ein ordentlicher Service dazugehört, war der Abend eher unbefriedigend! Mit uns nie wieder!!!

Wer ehrliche italienische Küche möchte und gerne auf Convenience Food verzichtet kommt an der Taverna in Wasserburg nicht vorbei. Man merkt die Leidenschaft, mit der hier gekocht wird. Top Bedienung, aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt. Wohlfühlen bei hervorragendem Essen.

Ein italienisches Restaurant wie man es sich nur wünschen kann 😍 Super Pizza, reichlich auf dem Teller und geschmacklich empfehlenswert. Die Preise sind für heutige Verhältnisse mehr als fair .... dort kann man öfter zum Essen gehen.

Angenehme Musik im Hintergrund, die Kelnner*innen schnell und aufmerksam leckeres Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Hier kann man auch mit mehreren Kindern essen gehen. Due extra Essebswünsche wurden auch berücksichtigt. Super . War ein schöner Abend.

Beim Pizzabacken kann man zusehen. Wirklich geschmackvoll dieses Lokal und besonders köstlich. Die Bedingungen sind sehr stressresistent und freundlich und jonglieren geschickt die Bestellungen zwischen den Menschenmengen hindurch. Das Lokal ist sehr zu empfehlen, ich denke aber eine Reservierung würde nicht schaden.

Echt Italien Man betritt das Lokal und denkt man ist in Italien angekommen. Ein unglaublich authentisches Ambiente. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und völlig entspannt. Waren heute beim essen habe selten so eine vorzügliche leber gegessen. Alles in allem ein sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr nettes Personal immer wieder gerne.

Unser Stammitalienier in Wasserburg. Gehen seit Jahren gerne zum Essen. Leckere Pizza & Pasta. Sehr kinderfreundlich, mit kleiner Spielecke. Wenn die Kinder im Restaurant rumlaufen oder mal etwas lauter sind wird man nicht blöd angeschaut. Die Kids bekommen immer einen Lolli geschenkt und freuen sich bei jedem Besuch auf die netten Mitarbeiter. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sind nun zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen. Das letzte Mal vor Jahren. Heißt es ist uns nachhaltig in guter Erinnerung geblieben. Viel mehr muss man wahrscheinlich nicht sagen. Pizza und Nudeln sind sehr lecker, interessante Tageskarten mit wechselnden Gerichten. Waren schon ein paar Mal hier und jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Ist sehr gut besucht daher ist eine Reservierung sinnvoll.

Von vorne bis hinten ein Italiener, so wie man sich das Wünschen würde. Essen schmeckt sehr gut, dauerhaft hohe Qualität und über Jahre hst sich am Geschmack der Gerichte nichts geändert. Das Ambiente als auch die schnelle Bedienung laden zum sitzen bleiben ein. Wenn sichs ergibt, dann komme icb gerne vorbei.
