Tasty Sumo in Bonn

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't that good, as the food wasn't that tasty and tasted bland. I had the 52 with peanut sauce and tofu.

Had sumo curry with chicken. Was nice for the price. Also tried the fried sushi with prawns, it was a little disappointing.

The kids only want to eat there when we're in Bonn. :)

I've been looking for a long time for a good Asian restaurant that also offers fried sushi. We were there for the first time today and ordered fried sushi, Tibetan noodles and fried noodles. Everything was super tasty and at an incredible price. The employees were very friendly and our order was ready quickly. A recommendation from the bottom of my heart for anyone who loves sushi.

Anyone who hasn't tried Tibetan cuisine is missing out! The hand-pulled noodles in different variations are so delicious and chewy. The price is great and affordable even for a student. The service is very nice. The only negative point is that the shop is very small and in winter it is almost always full, so you have to wait a long time for that free table.

I come here regularly and always try new dishes. The small but fine restaurant has its own charm - a true sushi paradise on earth. Whether it's a quick pick-up or a relaxed meal outside, you can enjoy the culinary masterpiece to the fullest here. Preparation is always quick, even when there are many guests. The only drawback: only cash payment.

Unfortunately I didn't receive what I ordered!! Very annoying Order curry with meat!!! ... get vegetables with water and chili, only saw it when I was at work. Also very spicy, it doesn't say anything on it. Price performance is not right He had to check the bill himself several times. Won't go here anymore

A restaurant in the old town!! (actually only suitable for collection in winter). The food is so delicious and in the summer you can sit outside at the beer tables. But if you don't feel like cooking, you're in good hands there with sushi 🍣 or the delicious Asian, Tibetan dishes. Always a pleasure!!!

Delicious momos and sushi, and authentic tibetan cuisine as well as more "asian-fusion"-style sushi options. The indoor seating is limited, so most tables are outside. In the winter, you could either make a reservation or get your food to-go, since it can get cold very quickly. The prices are very good, especially for the sushi. The people who work at the shop are polite and hard-working. Very recommended.

The food was really tasty. We ordered combo set for two sushi. The downside was the seats outside. They were ok but not that comfortable or clean. You can only pay by cash so if you are a tourist and only use card, you might consider going to nearby atm first.

The food didn't convince me at all. Way too expensive for what you get. My rice dish with meat consisted of 2-3 small pieces of meat that were tasteless and bland. In addition, everything was swimming in a very artificial and watery sauce. And then expect almost 10 euros for it? No thanks, once and never again. I feel ripped off. Where the many positive reviews come from is a mystery.

I had sushi and I have to say it was unexpectedly delicious. I really only went there because of the rating. I'll start with the rice was perfect because it wasn't crunchy, but you could feel each grain individually in your mouth. Because the grain wasn't soaked up in water, it had an intense taste. The nori sheets were delicately thin and melted in the mouth and had no dominant fish taste. The salmon was fresh and just dissolved in your mouth, almost buttery. Everything harmonized perfectly and I'll be happy to come back until the next one!

Nice little shop in the old town. Where you can sit outside when the weather is good. SUSHI, noodles and the like are always excellent. I always enjoy going there.

Very good fresh sushi! Discovered I love fried rolls

It's a shame how many of the different types of sushi contain cream cheese. I ordered rainbow rolls, which according to the menu have avocado, surimi and cucumber in them, there is no allergen for milk/dairy products listed. Still, the Rainbow Rolls had cream cheese in them. Please change the menu or just leave it out. I could have done without the mayo in the California rolls, although that's probably a matter of taste. If anything, I'll just get Maki there.

Came across the location by chance. Very friendly service, all the delicacies tasted very good. Filled dumplings are highly recommended. Seating options are somewhat limited. No alcoholic drinks are served.

I also think it's good that containers you bring with you are accepted so that plastic waste can be avoided. There can be long waiting times on warm, sunny evenings and weekends.

This is a small fast food restaurant. Japanese and Nepalese cuisine. Cheap. The soup was spicy and tasty. In general, everything is delicious. The best sushi in Bonn and inexpensive. The Dragon Rolls or the Crazy Rolls are particularly recommended. The restaurant itself is cramped and there are only a few bar stools besides a table, so we often pick up the food. In summer, however, there are a few tables in front of the restaurant and you can enjoy the old town atmosphere.

Where many stars come from is a mystery to me. Taste ok, that's it, Gyoza and fried noodles made hot in the microwave, with sushi also a lot of room for improvement, added soy sauce can be thrown straight into the bin. Well, it's just a fast food restaurant, I expected more after the good reviews.

Super nice, little restaurant in the old town with charm :) You can sit either inside or on benches on the street. There is a large selection of sushi and other specialties at sensational prices! The food was very tasty and the portions were large. The little place is very lovingly and colorfully furnished, so you feel comfortable in it. There is one table inside and several outside to sit on. The staff is super nice! The prices are also fair.

By far the best price-performance ratio for sushi in Bonn. I haven't been able to find a better one for this price. I recommend you to try Kamthuk noodles. The ambience outside on the beer tent sets right next to a kiosk could be better, but everyone is happy to accept that for this meal in the old town. The only table inside the restaurant is in great demand (especially in bad weather). I've always eaten on site, but take away also has to be very good, as the phone keeps ringing for orders and a lot of customers come and go with their take away food.

Meine persönlichen Empfehlungen sind das frittierte Sushi, das Kamthuk und die Momos. 😍 Das Essen ist eine 10/10. Der Service ist super. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und auch der Standort ist schön. Das Essen ist schnell fertig. Zu jeder besonderen Gelegenheit gehe ich hier essen. Die Preise sind super, eine Portion Sushi sättigt mich (leider) schon.

Nur Barzahlung möglich! Der nächste Bankautomat ist nicht in der Nähe. Ich musste erstmal 15 min on top laufen. Das Sushi war schmackhaft und frisch. Das Wasabi auch. Der Herr hinter der Theke nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht sehr hilfsbereit o. freundlich, eher neutral. Ich würde jedoch wieder hingehen. Einen Punkt Abzug, weil man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, das sollte heutzutage selbstverständlich sein. Solide 4/5 Punkten.

So far the best sushi in Bonn that I know. Rolls are really delicious, juicy, with nice sauces inside/on top. Just super yummy. 👌 Service is friendly. I feel I'll become an often visitor there))

We got there around half an hour before closing time but we were greeted with a friendly reminder that we should order soon if we still wanted to get something for take out. It was quickly prepared and was incredibly delicious! We got Tibetan noodles and various sushis.

La verdad que quedé bastante decepcionado con este restaurante. No sé si por el poco nivel culinario que tienen las piezas de sushi o por las altas expectativas que tenía después de leer algunas reseñas. El precio es más o menos un 30% más barato que el de resto de sushi. Sin embargo, el tamaño de las piezas es ridículo. No compensa sinceramente. La calidad del pescado muy mala super seco y el arroz también bastante malo. No creo que vuelva.

Probably the best sushi you can find in Bonn. Prices are acceptable ( about 8 euro for their special rolls). There is a mix of sushi and tibetan food, you can also get ramen soup. Not a lot of tables available, you can only pay cash and there is a long wait for the food ( between 25 and 45 minutes). But the food is really tasty. Definitely recommend it 👍

Ein wirklich wunderbares und unscheinbares Lokal. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, das Essen sehr gut und Preislich angemessen und man kann jedes Gericht zum Mitnehmen in selbst mit gebrachten Behältnissen oder normal to go Bestellen.

Das Sushi ist super lecker hier und wird frisch zubereitet. Zudem sehr preiswert! Mango lassi ist auch zu empfehlen.

Wir waren am 12.03.2023 hier essen. - Das Essen war sehr lecker, authentisch gekocht und qualitiv hochwertig. - Die Auswahl ist in mittelmäßig, jedoch für dieses kleine Restaurant völlig akzeptabel und gut zusammen gestellt. Die Fusion japanischer und tibetanischer Küche ist sehr interessant und selten zu finden. Vegetarier finden reichlich Gemüse- oder Tofualternativen. - Die Preise sind unterdurchschnittlich und sehr günstig. Es entsteht somit ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - überdurchschnittlich gut. Ambiente: - Es ist zu 90% ein Take-Away-Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist nicht schön. Der Raum, in dem sich der "Sushi-Roller ;-D " befindet, welcher auch gleichzeitig die Bestellungen annimmt und rausgibt ist ca. 15-20m2 klein. Es gibt einen Tisch und 3 Barhocker mit dem Gesicht zur Wand in diesem Raum. Dazu reichlich Kundenverkehr. Toiletten gibt es keine. Hinter dem Raum befindet sich abgetrennt die Küche für die "nicht Sushi" Gerichte, die gekocht werden. Das Restaurant ist zum "Essen gehen" unschön, ein Kompromiss mit den o.g. Nachteilen oder als schnelle Notlösung bedingt geeignet. Einen Platz wird man selten bekommen. Im Sommer werden draussen - an der Straße - weitere Tische aufgebaut. Einen guten Service sollte man von einem Take-Away-Restaurant nicht erwarten. Fazit: Das Restaurant punktet durch das leckere, authentische und qualitative Essen, das sehr gute Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sowie die interessante Fusion japanischer und tibetanischer Küche. Zum Essen gehen ist dieses 90% Take-Away-Restaurant nur als schnelle Notlösung geeignet. Ggf. im Sommer etwas besser geeignet, da dann draussen - an der Straße - weiterere Tische aufgebaut werden. Trotz den Nachteilen stechen die Vorteile stark heraus und somit gebe ich 5 Sterne. PS: Es sind zwar generell Nachteile für den Kunden, jedoch halten diese die günstigen Preise, die es anders höchstwahrscheinlich nicht gäbe. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Haben warme Gerichte gehabt, kann deswegen das Sushi nicht beurteilen. Vorsicht, das Platzangebot ist sehr übersichtlich, deswegen vielleicht die Option einplanen, dass man es mitnimmt. Würde da definitiv wieder was holen!

Also, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt schon mal. Für eine große Suppe bezahlt man um die 8,00€. Geschmacklich war das Ganze dann jedoch eher langweilig. Die hausgemachten Nudeln gut, das bisschen Fleisch in der Suppe ebenso ok. Ich musste noch mit etwas Soja-Sauce nachwürzen, damit wenigstens etwas Geschmack dabei war. Abzug gibt es auch dafür, dass eine Kartenzahlung nicht möglich ist. Insgesamt also nur ganz knapp die vier Sterne erreicht.

Wir haben ein mix-combo for two für 18.90 Euro als Take Away genommen. Es wurde frisch zubereitet. Das Essen haben wir dann später im Hotel konsumiert. Sehr lecker und mehr als genug!

Stets freundlich, immer lecker und unkompliziert. Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig und holen die Gerichte in unseren Tupperdosen ab.

Alles war sehr lecker! Sehr faire Preise, super netter Besitzer/Service. Der Laden ist recht klein, nur ein Tisch. Leider rieche ich die Küchendämpfe noch einen Tag später in meiner Kleidung, eine bessere Abzugshaube wäre denke ich nicht schlecht.. Ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder kommen wenn ich in der Gegend bin, die handgezogenen Nudeln waren ein echtes Highlight!

Spartanisches Sushi Restaurant. Sushi ist lecker und qualitativ gut gemacht. Ein Stern Abzug für die Take away Soja Soße (nicht lecker) und vergessenes Maki.

Hier gibt es das beste Sushi in Bonn - ja, wirklich. Der winzige Laden sieht unscheinbar aus, aber wer hier vorbei geht, macht einen Fehler. Die Preise sind absolut ok und günstiger als in den meisten anderen Sushiläden. Es gibt auch einige wirklich sehr leckere vegetarische Sushi-Optionen. Wäre toll, wenn das in der Zukunft noch mehr werden würden!

Ich hatte die handgezogenen Nudeln und Sushi und bin absolut begeistert vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis :) das Essen ist echt super. Was ich auch positiv erwähnenswert finde, ist, dass man eigene Dosen mitbringen darf, um das Essen mit nach Hause zu nehmen, um somit Müll zu vermeiden. Absolut spitze! 💚
