Awful service. Uninterested waiters who took wrong orders and wouldn't agree when we raised the matter. If you ask for ' a glass of white wine'... they serve you by default the moste expensive white wine.. 0.2 instead of 0.1 l .. .so paid 20 euros for 2 glasses... When raising this I was insulted .. Wouldn t recommend

The combination of Indian food and craft beer sounds crazy at first, but it's brilliant. The spicy curry goes perfectly with a fruity IPA. The selection of beers on tap and by the bottle is huge; it's hard to choose. The service is super competent and offers great advice. The atmosphere is relaxed, not as loud as in typical breweries.

Beer and Indian food. Perfect. Lots of beers from small breweries on tap. Craftsmanship at its best. I immediately feel at home. I order a spicy dish along with the beer, and when I'm asked how spicy I want it, I choose the middle ground, medium-spicy. A good decision for my first time. Next time, I'll be brave and ask for the extra-hot version. 😉 To round things off, I'll have a Scotch whisky.

Finally made it to Tap House. Beautiful old building from the outside, and a nice place inside, but it lacks a bit of "heart and passion." Late afternoon, not much going on. We waited a good 10 minutes at the entrance before anyone even came, and then, in a more or less cheerful mood, showed us to a table. The menus were a bit confusing, and the QR code menus were unfortunately tattered. One nice, large menu (not three, four, or five different ones) would be appropriate here. The advice and recommendations were rather poor. The reprimand from what I assume was the manager to the server (...regarding the messy beer keg change) doesn't belong at the bar, more like in the office... and it certainly doesn't make you want to have a poorly poured beer. A bad mood behind the bar doesn't make you want to go back. In my opinion, private phone chatter has no place in a restaurant. They should focus on promoting a few beers and taking care of the customers... The beer selection was quite good. The beer could definitely be colder. The combination with the Indian food doesn't bother me in theory, but it doesn't really fit with a typical taproom, even though the food itself looked good. My anticipation of some nice cold beers was unfortunately dashed. A pity...

Not only were the beers delicious, our two servers had gorgeous smiles and attitudes and we're happy to joke around with a group of foreigners. The food was plentiful and delicious 😍 Lucas and Safi are awesome!

I was here for the beers! Having been to Camba TapHouse Munich a few years ago I knew I was in for a good experience. This place doesn't disappoint. 20 taps, + fridge beers for the extra picky. The guy serving was patient and friendly. Tasters are not allowed.

A very nice taproom. It could be a bit warmer. But everything else was really good. Plenty of beer to choose from. The food was delicious. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back.

Nice place and if it was next to me I might visit again but not perfect...far from it. Very loud, they had a private event in half...but still, it was really loud and made chatting really hard, after a short while we left. Poor service was, a asked a question before ordering and one about the aroma-smell of one of the beers I got and the person behind the bar was so rude unpleasant and unprofessional... The beers were ok, some special and interesting...but I'm not sure it was worth the price and the 'price' ...

My friend asked for two glasses of wine, and was by default given only the most expensive type of wine, and a double portion without being asked. When she raised the matter, she was accused of being drunk by the waiter. Another waiter was very aggressive and impatient, we barely had 15 seconds to read the menu. Food was decent, but service was all round shady and rude. We won't be coming back or bringing any visitors here. I recommend the waiters to urgently take a crash course in basic politeness,stress management, and basic hospitality. A shameful display indeed.

Junk service, aggressive waiters that gave us the most expensive wine without asking. When we politely raised this, my friend was accused of being drunk and got disparaging comments such as “don’t buy the wine if you can’t afford it.” Absolutely uncalled for and rude, safe to say we will not be coming back here or recommending it!

The best Indian food we ever had was at a small place in Bamako, Mali and we've searched for something comparable for 15 years. Tonight we found it. Thank you for excellent food and service!

Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly and rude. The beer wasn't particularly special. The staff were a bit loud in their arguments. The atmosphere wasn't bad, though, and the bar itself looked good. The bathrooms were quite clean.

Great place for craft beers in Frankfurt. After visiting a few places where there were limited draft beers, Tap House Frankfurt was a pleasurable change. The space is quite large and the draft menu impressive. As a fan of West Coast IPAs I found Here's Johnny to be fantastic.. somewhat hop forward with a little New England haziness. Lots of other beers as well. The owner is warm and friendly too.

This place is a hidden gem! The beer selection is outstanding... definitely something for everyone (I loved the happy Czech IPA and my wife adored the Raspberry sour) but also the food is fantastic. The chef certainly understands how to make delicious Indian food. A great combination and a business that deserves to do well. Thank you for the great service and wonderful experience.

The restaurant is very clean, the music level is neither too loud nor too quiet, which is a great fit. The spritzer tastes good, and the Indian dishes were a surprise but very tasty. However, the menu was extremely confusing, with errors, and it wasn't clear which dishes were mild or medium spicy. If they could improve it, it would be 5 stars without much debate.

A restaurant that combines Indian and German traditions. The food is delicious and pairs perfectly with the variety of beers. The service is also wonderful; the waiters are always attentive to your needs. Congratulations!

First of all, I believe that any pub that serves craft beer and embraces the culture has the right to choose a beer through tasting. However, this taphouse refused to let me taste it, insisting on a 100ml sampler. Did I come to a cocktail bar? The Indian employee who served me a Camba beer I'd never seen before wasn't racist, but he lacked the service and mindset required to accommodate this culture. Instead of chatting with your Indian friends, prepare to serve the perfect beer to the customer. And how can a German specialty craft beer shop only have a Weizen on tap? Ps. They're friendly to women, lol.

Good beer and great food. Nice and clean rooms, - how can anything possibly go wrong? It can. When some of the staff start annoying arguments with guests (not us, but audible and disturbing) and the prices are steep in spilte of it being Frankfurt, and the staff shows, nay demonstrates, displeasure at not receiving a tip. The tip rates suggested on their machine was remarkable as well. The ordinary 5, 10 etc was replaced by 10, 20 etc. - Instead of making tipping mandatory, they ought to rise the prices even further. We left disappointed in spite of good food and beer.

The food was beyond expectations, I went there because it was recommended. Did not disappoint. Looking forward to enjoying it again

Absolute disappointment. Tastes may differ when it comes to craft beer, but it should be cold. Only it wasn't. Tried five Camba beers (0.1l each), barely noticeable difference between Pilsner and Helles, IPA completely irrelevant. Nachos with cheese (€13) were full of MSG and artificial flavors, and the salsa and guacamole were cheap, ready-made items. We then decided against the second round of beer and the Indian curry dishes for €21. No idea why this place has relatively good reviews. Conclusion: Stay away!

A great pub with a huge selection of craft beers at fair prices. Every month, there's a new beer on tap from different breweries. The atmosphere is very cozy with good music, plenty of seating, and a super friendly owner. They also serve delicious Indian food after a drink.

It was a wonderful experience with an impressive selection of craft beers - a real paradise for connoisseurs! It's easy to feel comfortable here even for those who don't speak perfect English, the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The range of dishes is pleasantly surprising - the variety is really wide, everyone will find something to their taste. I especially remember the masala curry - it looked absolutely delicious! It's a pity that I was too full to try it, but it's a great reason to go back again. The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxing - a great place for an evening with friends or a new gastronomic discovery!

Wonderful experience at Tap house frankfurt...Kiran and his staff were very warm and cordial...their samosa chaat is a must try...also the paneer Tikka...there is a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks...being a teetotaler, I didn't feel out of place...it's a good place to hang out in Frankfurt....A must visit place when you come to Frankfurt. Thanks Kiran and team for this unforgettable experience...Will come back soon. I also got an opportunity to have their DUE MANI coffee....which is a crafted coffee...and it's simply awesome. Their Dal makhni and Bhaigan Bharta is irresistible.

Decent beer selection. The food was tasty but overpriced and came out cold. The green chutney was with yogurt, which is a major red flag for any Indian restaurant when it comes to freshness.

I booked two large tables by phone for a group of 30 at the TapHouse after a trade fair. When I had to change the reservation time the following day, I called 20 (!) times and no one answered the phone, so I had to go there myself in my free time to clarify everything. There was no real apology from the manager, let alone an apology beer on the house. At the event itself, my customers were not fully satisfied with the General Manager's service and let me know. The staff is otherwise very nice and helpful. In my opinion, it is not recommended for corporate bookings. For a spontaneous visit, yes. Otherwise great beer selection on tap, especially IPAs and delicious Indian food in a nice ambience of a beautiful villa.

We got the feeling that we weren't wanted here from the moment we walked in. There were empty tables, but we were told it would be a few minutes wait. That "few minutes" turned into 30, but we were able to wait at the bar. We reluctantly stayed against our better judgement. We waited about 20 minutes for our first round of drinks, even though it wasn't particularly busy. The appetizers took closer to an hour to arrive, and they were not very good. The nachos were basically Doritos with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos on top. The main dishes were slightly better, but not worth the asking price. We spent a week in Germany and this was by far the worst meal that we had during our time here. The tab for a party of 4 was $200. Definitely not worth the price. Average quality food with below average service. Good beer selection, but Germany is full of good beer. Go somewhere else.

I enjoy looking at Google maps, perhaps too much, but I like putting my mind in another place. My mind was on TapHouse Frankfurt for maybe more than a month. Well, goal finally reached! We did our research and tested many beers as a good 'scientist' would do. Also had chicken drumsticks which were tasty. People working here were great and perhaps tolerated us well. My personal favorite, the triple IPA.

Food 100/5 - perfect Indian food (coming from an Indian) this is very authentic Indian food with spice variations for Indian level and German level Beer 1000000/5 - ginormous beer selection from all over Europe We had the following : 1) Beer taster - 100000/5 - you can select the beers from their tap 20 and choose 5 which you would like to try 2) paneer tikka starter - 5/5 Indian spicy level was delivered!!! So creamy and so delicious 3) masala peanut- 5/5 - tasted very nice and refreshing perfect for beer 4) paneer makhani- 4/5- this one was our mistake Overall - I’ll visit this place multiple times because of the beer food and most of all the hospitality!!! Special mentions: Safi - amazing service! Very good knowledge of all the beer and suggested a fruity one for me and a stout beer for my husband , after talking to him we told him that my husband is a huge collector of beer caps and coasters so safi went above and beyond to get us 20 COASTERS from different beer places all over Europe ! Very humble and awesome person! Kiran - the owner was so welcoming and had a great aura! He told us about his vision in starting this restaurant, that the beers best combo is actually Indian spicy food and boy oh boy was he right!!

Camba beer was a pleasant surprise. Came to Frankfurt to visit family and was really curious to see what craft beer the city had to offer. Didn't have much time to try many places, so chose Taphouse as our only destination. Had some of the best rounded beers we have ever tried. Top spot!

A nice “beer bar” in the Westend. There is a large selection of beers, 20 on tap alone. In addition, many cans and bottles. There is also food, but I didn't try it. The service is nice and attentive. Only the ambience is a bit simple and you could do more with it. I was there on a Thursday evening and the bar was rather moderately busy.

Good variety of tap beers and decent food even though everything was pricey. The really disappointing part is that every 10 mins someone was coming to our table and asking us if we want another beer. After the first beers with our food, we ordered a second round and that was it. We were just fine and enjoying our beers and discussion.Why should we have been asked 10!!! times for more if we didn’t want so? It wasn’t professional and polite and made us feel stressed and weird. Please change this policy and respect all customers, I ve seen more comments like This above.

We had a great evening at the Tap House. The beer selection is gigantic. 20 different beers on tap and a huge selection of bottled and canned beers from craft beer brewers. We only had a little something for dinner, but it was very tasty. The service is great, you will be advised on your selection. The people there know what they are offering. I also like the furnishings with the long counter. A must for fans of delicious beers!

Absolutely fantastic beer bar with amazing Indian food run by the most attentive and kind guys. I really enjoyed hanging out with the staff and enjoying the high level beers. The hoppy beers were paired with really great Indian food, my favorite was the masala peanuts, amazing and unique offering, never seen it anywhere else.

Frankfurt is not exactly a craft beer heaven, so this place stands out. The Cambra beers are more accessible than they are great but there's also plenty of modern craft to enjoy. We liked that we could get small batch German NEIPAs, IPAs, sours, etc. Also good Euro import cans but they get pricey. Food menu is fun with the Indian and Mexican mix, but on the pricey side and more fast foody than we perhaps hoped. Overall certainly worth visiting if you're into modern beer.

This place was AMAZING!!! They truly found an incredible niche. My partner and I went in knowing they had beer and Indian food, but we didn't realize just how amazing those would be together. We had delicious food and beer and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Frankfurt!

Very bad experience. The prices are completely excessive compared to the service offered. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional which made the entire visit very unpleasant. I absolutely cannot recommend this place

This place gave me one of the worst experiences ever. When I walked in to order a Coca-Cola, they told me I could just buy it at the supermarket, which was already quite rude. Then, they said they don’t accept cash and that if I wanted to sit down, I’d have to pay 5 euros for the Coca-Cola, even though it normally costs much less. Despite this, I decided to stay, and I also ordered some chips. When it was time to pay, they suddenly told me they don’t accept Visa cards unless I spent at least 15 euros—something they conveniently forgot to mention earlier. To make things worse, they took me to see their beers to try and push my total higher, and even then, the bill was still below 15 euros. In the end, despite the total value of my order being less than 15 euros, they still charged me 15 euros. The service was shockingly bad, with rude and unprofessional staff that seemed more focused on exploiting customers than offering a decent experience. I will never return, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
