The taste was delicious, but unfortunately everything was pretty greasy. The eggplants in particular were dripping with fat, which is just not tasty. The boquerones were very tasty.

We sat outside. It's comfortable to sit in, not too much city traffic. There are enough seats, especially if you eat late, as is common in southern Europe. Service friendly. Tapas ok. Portion sizes are good. There is room for improvement in terms of taste. But the price is right for it.

Great Portuguese-Spanish tapas restaurant with very friendly and courteous service and a good price/performance ratio at Esden - which also tastes very good :) There are maybe 5-6 tables inside - so very small - but there are now outside three times as many places. We can particularly recommend the chipirones, the lemon aioli, the shrimps in garlic and the vinho verde from La Latina.

An absolutely successful evening with great tapas! It's lovely to sit outside (it's worth making a reservation!!) and the team is always very warm and open. Our selection was both presentable and very tasty. The prices are reasonable. Only suggestion; There could be more explicitly vegan and vegetarian selections!

Amazing Tapas place in Cologne. It's very tasty and at a fair price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the Goat's cheese Tapas and the Champignons, they are very tasty. It's an amazing experience overall. My negative points about the restaurant was lots of salt in some of the dishes and we sat in a table really close to the street (directly at the concrete curb).

Super delicious food, we had various aijoli with warm bread, lamb and chicken skewers and a tomato salad with olives. The waiters are incredibly cheerful, friendly and quick. Great restaurant, we will definitely come back next time we visit Cologne

We were there today and sat outside. It was a very nice atmosphere and the food was very good. It suddenly started to rain heavily and the employees had to hold on to the awning so that it wouldn't break and the guests would get even wetter than they already were. Afterwards, all guests whose food got wet received new portions. So food, service and ambience are top. However, it's not exactly cheap if you want to be full

Incredibly delicious tapas, delicious drinks, very cozy and very nice staff. Even though it was super busy, the tapas for 4 people all came together within 10-15 minutes. We will definitely come more often!

Have been there three times so far. The first evening was great, the shop was still quite new. Very friendly service. The inside of the store is cramped but cozy. Food quality good. However, prices are quite high. On the last visit the service was overwhelmed. The order arrived incorrectly three times. Seemed chaotic. Still remained friendly and everything else was fine.

We spontaneously received and ordered a table inside. Overall there seemed to be a lot going on. We had to wait well over an hour for the food and unfortunately parts of the order were mixed up and forgotten. When we asked, we were told that we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the missing dishes. While we were waiting, we watched a mouse scurry across the floor in front of the hallway to the kitchen. Unfortunately, in the end there were dishes on the bill that we never received. Overall, overwhelmed, unprofessional staff. Overpriced.

We had a very successful evening at TapaVinho. Thanks to the staff's recommendation, we ordered delicious tapas, which arrived hot within a short time. The dishes are well seasoned, which was very good for us. We found all the tapas, including the desserts, very tasty and would recommend a visit to TapaVinho to everyone! 🫶🏼 Many thanks to the owners for the lovely evening! 🥰

Super nice little restaurant in the middle of Cologne. As soon as you enter you feel like you are in Spain or Portugal, far away from tourism. It's very authentic. The food was very good, great selection of drinks. We were there with 6 people. It was my daughter's birthday that day and the team sang a serenade to celebrate the day. We'll definitely be back soon

Well below average in service and cleanliness.

We spent a total of 3 hours in the restaurant and asked several times about our food and were told “in 10 minutes” each time. However, the food never arrived. The service was nice, but unfortunately we had to leave with very hungry stomachs.

Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly and we were even insulted. That's really a pity…

A restaurant as if you were entering another world in the middle of Cologne. The charm, the food, always a pleasure

Hey, I was there for the first time. We (my mother and I) actually wanted to go somewhere else, but spontaneously on a Saturday evening in Cologne - rather difficult: D So we stood in front of the door for about 45 minutes because it smelled too delicious, but it was completely full - the service But I also said it - rather difficult to set up in a timely manner. So the 2 couples in front of us had left and we were standing at the front, and after the aforementioned waiting time, we were finally inside at a table. In short: the tappas - very tasty! The sangria - great! The service - great - personable, courteous and simply cool! The atmosphere - like in Spain - and no lie - we were there from around 9:15 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and at the end we left the restaurant with the last couple and spoke briefly to the boss (who were both very nice) and then left home😉

I requested a reservation at the beginning of the week. No one answered the phone Tuesday & Wednesday, today I found out that everything is full tomorrow. I was offered a table outside (in February). Also asked last week and it was closed - but it wasn't on Google or on the homepage. I find it really unpleasant not to answer at all. You should rethink the reservation system. It's a shame, I really wanted to go out to dinner, but we can't get together like that. Other restaurants always respond, even when busy.

Attractive ambience, very courteous staff, oily tapas, slightly overpriced wine; But if you know how to deal with it and are looking for an alternative to kebab: you've come to the right place!

Die beiden Herren und die Dame im Service waren nicht nur äußerst professionell, sondern auch außerordentlich höflich und aufmerksam. Es empfiehlt sich definitiv, im Voraus einen Tisch zu reservieren, um diesen Genuss in vollen Zügen zu erleben. Wir möchten uns herzlich für den unvergesslichen Abend bedanken, den wir dort verbracht haben. Dankeschön für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!

Wir waren das erste Mal dort, aber nicht zum letzten Mal! Die Bedienung ist herzlich und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut, alles frisch zubereitet. Empfehlenswert sind die Eistees, die sind selbstgemacht! Die Location ist klein, daher ist Reservierung am besten, vor allem wenn man mit mehr Personen kommt. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl, gerade weil es nicht so groß ist. Ich bin jetzt ein Fan ❤️

Edit Oktober 2023: Das Review war vom Sommer 2022. Aus irgendeinem Grund wurde es gesperrt, deshalb der re-Post. Bunte Auswahl an warmen und kalten Tapas. Ein paar typische Tapas haben uns auf der Speisekarte noch gefehlt, z.B. Croquetas, Ensalladilla atun…), aber die Tapas, welche wir bestellt hatten, waren sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung passte für uns nicht 100%ig, z.B. fanden wir die gemischte Wurst/Käseplatte sehr teuer für das, was wir bekamen (22€ - Platte siehe Fotos). Auf vergangenen Fotos sah die fülliger aus. Deshalb auch der Punkt Abzug. Das Personal ist super freundlich und man muss nicht lange auf sein Essen warten. Was uns zudem sehr gefiel ist, dass man schön draußen sitzen kann.

Zum 2 x dort mit Freunden und sehr lecker. Die Bedienung super nett und freundlich.

Distanzloser Chef, der sich einfach mit Zigarette in der Hand mit zu uns an den Tisch gesetzt hat. Meine Freundin hatte Haare im Salat, daraufhin haben wir den Salat reklamiert. Es sollte ein neuer Salat gemacht werden, welcher aber nie eintraf. Ein Entgegenkommen hierfür gab es nicht. Als ob das alles nicht reichen würde, mussten wir durch die halbe Stadt laufen, um Bargeld abzuheben, da Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Schade.

Solides Essen, aber kein Highlight Viele Speisen waren mir zu ölig. Am Ende fand ich den Preis von über 40€ pro Person ungerechtfertigt (ohne alkoholische Getränke, besondere Speise, etc.)

Too expensive and bad food: too much salt in the champignons, the papas arrugadas were just boiled potatoes with sauce! I cannot recommend it at all. On top of that, they ask Google to delete all bad reviews!!😳

Vorher Reserviert, kein Tisch frei. Wartezeit. Nach 30 min am Tisch immernoch keine Getränke. Nach über 1 Stunde 30 kam noch kein Essen. Und ja, wir haben ganz oft gefragt. Wir gehen nie wieder.....

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal in eurem Restaurant und haben unseren Spanienurlaub verlängert. Das Essen war hervorragend und schmeckte genau so nach Sonne, Meer und Lebensfreude wie wir das kennenlernen durften. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei dem gesamten Team für diesen unvergesslichen Abend bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unterirdisch. Ich habe schon einige Tapas Restaurants in Köln ausprobiert, da ich Tapas einfach liebe und muss leider sagen, dass mir bei Tapavinho geschmacklich - als auch qualitativ - bislang die schlechtesten Tapas serviert wurden und das dazu zu einem unverschämt hohen Preis. Das Personal war zwar freundlich - jedoch aufgrund dessen, dass sie zu zweit für eine riesige Terrasse voller Menschen verantwortlich waren - aber gänzlich überfordert. Das Restaurant ist, Stand jetzt, nicht zu empfehlen und ich hoffe, dass sich der / die Eigentümer/in die geäußerte Kritik zu Herzen nimmt. Denn es ist eigentlich gar nicht so schwer, Tapas wirklich lecker zuzubereiten und zu einem angemessenen Preis anzubieten.

Immer wieder gerne! Tapavinho bietet einen herausragenden Service, ein wunderbares Ambiente und äußerst freundliches Personal. Diese spanisch-portugiesische Tapas-Bar ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Essen ist geschmacklich wirklich gut, die vegetarische Auswahl auch gross; jedoch kennen wir es so dass es Aioli und Brot umsonst gibt

Feines Lokal. Man kann dort gut Tapas essen. Der Betonkorb zur Aioli ist üppig bestückt. Gemessen an dem zahlreichen Brot könnte die Portion Aioli für meinen Begriff gern etwas größer ausfallen. Die panierten Gerichte sind nur sehr leicht paniert, was dazu führt, dass das Panierte noch sehr viel Eigengeschmack hat und nicht alles nur nach Panarde schmeckt. Wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten diverse Tapas, Wein und Wasser und eine Rechnung von 79 Euro insgesamt. Ein schöner Abend mit leckerem Essen. Gerne wieder.

Sehr solides Tappas Restaurant. Preis-, Leistung völlig okay. Speisen lecker. Service nett und freundlich, aber teilweise etwas unterbesetzt. Tische draußen stehen etwas sehr eng zueinander, aber so viel Platz haben sie jetzt auch nicht. Als kleiner Tipp, macht doch die Sauce bei den frittierten Kartoffelecken als extra und nicht oben drüber....sehr schade, dass die knusprigen Kartoffeln in Sauce ertrinken.

Wir haben das Restaurant aufgrund der hohen 4,7* Bewertungen ausgewählt. Totally overrated . Das Essen war so la la, niemals 4,7*. Manche Tapas waren an der Grenze zum Verbraten. Nichts für die Gesundheitsfanatiker. Ok für ‘nen Drink.

Sind hier spontan Samstags Abend vorbei gekommen und waren angelockt von dem leckeren Düften des Essens auf hübschen bunten Tellern. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir spontan einen Tisch und haben köstliche Tapas bestellt und verzehrt. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, es war echt schön, hier zu sein! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Zu Beginn wurden wir mit Zigarette in der Hand begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch geführt. Die Teller auf dem Tisch haben wohl schon den ganzen Tag da gestanden, denn sie waren voller Staub/Schmutz. Gut, das viele Servietten auf dem Tisch vorhanden waren. Das Essen kam zwar sehr schnell, konnte und geschmacklich und Qualität leider überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Der Service war zwar freundlich, aber nach dem Abräumen wurden wir nicht gefragt ob wir ggf noch was trinken/Dessert möchten. Wir können das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit dem spontanen Abend mehr als zufrieden, allerdings habe ich beim Essen, insb. bei der Chorizo Luft nach oben. Sie war knochentrocken, und an den anderen Tischen sahen die Portionen genauso trocken aus. Eingelegt war da nix. Alles andere war durchaus lecker, und die Bedienung sehr service-orientiert. Für 5 Sterne würde ich bei einigen der Tapas etwas mehr Würze haben wollen, so u.a. bei der Mojo Soße oder bei dem Piri Piri Aioli, da gibt es bei den Kollegen v Alli Oli qualitativ leider 5 Sterne, hier 4.

Das Essen ist lecker, Preis Leistung stimmt. Der Service ist unterirdisch. 30 Minuten warten bis man bestellen kann, 3 mal nachgefragt wo das Wasser bleibt, 20 Minuten später kam es dann. Zum bezahlen nach 3 maliger Aufforderung auch wieder 35 Minuten gewartet.. das geht gar nicht!

Spontan per E-Mail eine Tisch im Außenbereich reserviert und eine tollen Sommerabend mit echtem Südstadt Flair erlebt. Das Essen ist absolute Klasse. Mein persönlichen, geschmacklichen Highlights: Zitronen Aioli und die pürierten Kichererbsen. Toller, spritziger Vinho Verde als günstiger Wein auf der Karte. Last but not least: der Service und die Menschen sind fantastisch. Wir kommen noch mehr als einmal wieder.

Wir waren jetzt schon viele Male im Tapavinho und kommen immer wieder gerne... Man sitzt im Tapavinho mitten im bunten Südstadtleben. Der Außenbereich wird durch viele liebevoll ausgewählte Details (Blumen, Windlichter usw.) zum Hingucker, sodass man dort gemütlich Platz nimmt. Der Service verbreitet gute Laune und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut! Ob Kartoffeln, Lamm, Pilze, Meeresfrüchte oder Dips... Wir würden alles nochmal bestellen. Auch der Wein ist zu empfehlen.

Die Besten Tapas in der Südstadt. Nettes Personal und schnelle Bedienung. Allerdings ein kleine Anmerkung zu Sangria: Viel zu süß und nur mit Zitronen serviert. Das ist keine typische Sangria.
